This is the only court case in history where both the prosecution and the judge cannot outline the details of a law that was claimed to be broken by the District Attorney in New York City. President Trump is a criminal defendant, presumably supposed to defend himself against accusations that are not outlined by any unlawful code violation or illegal activity.

Many other countries put judges in prison for their lawless conduct and the USA should immediately start doing the same thing. A LOT of judges should be thrown into prison. Look at current events in America right now !
How can a nation have any justice if the judges are lawless?

It had to get here sooner or later. With the January 6th case of Jack Smith, not one statute fits what Smith accused Trump of doing. Over on Twitter (now X), I warned liberal Trump haters that there were no criminal elements in the Electoral Count Act, the governing statute of the Electoral Vote Count by Congress. They assured me Smith would find statutes that fit. No, he didn’t. It is not far from having all wrong statutes to having NONE. Bragg is just the first one to go there. The judge should have ended it if all Bragg had were theories. Just another step on the evolutionary trail of LAWFARE.
Just as there is no criminal element/enforcement mechanism in the Presidential Records Act.
I’ll have to post again examples of how federal criminal statutes have to be read in order to determine whether or not someone’s behavior violated any of the elements (conditional statements) in the statute. You can actually flowchart the logic like a computer program.
Have any of these geniuses figured out the fallout from all of this lawfare and the bad legal precedents that they are setting by the minute? You will see NY v Trump, GA v Trunp, United States V Trump argued for the next 100 years as legal defenses when this is all over.
They care nothing for bad legal precedents, because after the 2024 theft/coup we will no longer have a Constitution.
