As Mrs. Lake notes there were widespread issues throughout the state and multiple irregularities in Maricopa, County specifically. I do not recall when a post-election lawsuit has ever succeeded in overturning a certified election result. If Mrs. Lake is successful in her legal battle, I’m afraid the victory would be pyrrhic. The court may agree the lawsuit provides evidence that the 2022 election was demonstrably fraudulent, yet the certified results still stand.
If Florida shut down a large percentage of voting machines in Miami Dade there wouldn’t be lawsuits by Democrat candidates. The DoJ would arrest DeSantis on Voting Rights violations.

In the State of Arizona, the law is very explicit, and this complaint “rings every bell, loudly.” Furthermore, in this State there has already been a successful contest in which the Governor’s election was overturned. Lake presents irrefutable evidence and expert testimony which clearly shows how this judge has only one legal pathway forward.
Ex minimis, there must be a runoff election, with extremely careful controls to ensure that this time it is not “irregular.” We do runoff elections all the time, so this is probably the remedy with the greatest chance of winning back the public’s trust in the elections process. This time, “once bitten, twice shy.” Watch it like a hawk.
And, do not allow Hobbs to participate in her role as Secretary of State: she must recuse herself from this re-do, and sit in a comfortable hotel room all day with people watching her. The Court might appoint a person to play her role, but she cannot be allowed to do it because “she was a big part of the problem.”
True, and very well said! Also, Gates and Richer (they of the anti-MAGA PAC) should also be excluded from participating in a possible run-off.
Re conjectures about the outcome, a fair trial on the merits of the evidence and applicable law should lead to a finding that the gubernatorial race did not fulfill statutory or constitutional requirements. As such, it should be declared invalid; a new run-off should then be scheduled, and specific court-ordered requirements should imposed on the AZ state department re election readiness, protocols etc. These requirements should be stipulated to by both parties prior to the new election.
Such an action takes a functional and neutral judicial and law enforcement system, neither of which currently exist. The systems are still there but the humans inhabiting them are corrupted sufficiently to render them impotent.
Until the humans are removed, the status quo will continue.

The small grounds for hope is that the Judge is not being asked to decide the election. Kari Lake being awarded the victory is not on the table. The ultimate end of the legal process is a determination as to whether sufficient evidence exists to show that the election, the counting, and the offical results were or were not, conducted per applicable laws, to the extent that the “results” are not reliable for determining the true winner. Calling for a redo is a much lower bar than picking a winner.
Our best chance is for a recall effort in six months.

Until election systems are repaired by the removal of the corrupt and criminal humans in them, the current problem will remain in any election, including recall elections. With free and fair elections and an uncorrupted legal system, a recall election is an effective remedy. It once was an effective remedy.

Sick and tired of these efforts to sue that go ultimately nowhere. I admire Kari Lake a great deal, and hope her efforts can surprise me. However, it is clear that the cheat is successful because elements of the R party are corrupted and complicit to some degree. The grand wizard of Satan, Soros, pours his money into electing the holders of power switches within key states; Secretaries of State and district attorneys at city and state levels. They (both D’s and R’s) look away when necessary, so the collective ballot harvesting placement elves can do their work.
It literally requires a state to claim overwhelming power to combat such tactics. Here in Florida the massive cheat machine in Miami was wiped out by Governor DeSantis shortly after winning office. With a majority in both houses, and strength in the state courts, the evil cabal struggles to get toeholds. They never stop, like the walking dead, but there are strong eyes on the election process here.
This must be replicated in other states to have any hope of defeating the cheat.

I read all pages of her suit. No chance. 1) ” signature verification”- problems are- once ballots are entered into the system ( i.e., ballots removed from envelope, it’s game over). She can’t say how many ballots were entered with bad matches. Can’t say how many of those ballots were Hobbs or Lake. 2) ” problems with 60 % of printers, etc, on election day”- again, were these temporary problems ? how long delay before fixed ? long lines- there have been long lines throughout election history. People left due to lines- how many ? did you capture every single person who left (which would be impossible to know), were there Hobbs voters who left ? again- you don’t know. BTW, you could avoid the long lines by VOTING EARLY or requesting an Absentee Ballot, I can’t feel sorry for your wait when you could have avoided it. 3) she even included a national poll conducted by a pollster Richard Baris (who I like, but that’s besides the point) that said approx. 70 % of people polled thought there were problems in AZ. well, who cares ? Gee, let’s overturn the election based on that. I could address every point she raises, but bottom line- she can’t point to any actual numbers of votes at all, anywhere in the 70 pages. Basically, there were problems (ok, may be true), but I can’t tell you #’s .

For the signature verification they lost required chain of custody. This one issue alone should be enough to cause a redo in Maricopa.
No one knows exactly how many, we only have witnesses who indicated it was an ongoing problem and that they were instructed to accept what they questioned as valid.
The long lines were created by the mechanical failures, not by lazy people waiting until the last minute. The request to extend voting hours due to the mechanical failures creating such lines was denied by a court. That was voter suppression.
Because it is impossible to know accurate numbers there is this request for a proper rerun of the election.

Hey, I’m on Lake’s and your side. Vote solid R. But, there’s nothing at all to grant Lake’s relief. To quote Walter Cronkite, ” And that the way it is”.
Listen to her talk with Charlie Kirk. She also wants some of the ballots open so they can be investigated. For example, the one’s where the signature doesn’t match. There is proof, but she needs access to it based on the witnesses who said 45% percent of the signatures did not match, but most were counted anyway. These ballots still exist, and the this can be verified.
Second, the cheaters can change votes that are mailed. They can open and dipose of ballots mailed from republican areas. Early voting also allows a longer period of time for people to hook the machine to the internet in the dead of night and change the votes going into Election Day. Same day voting makes this harder. If they were able to change the same day votes easily in AZ they would not have shut down republican area voting centers.
However, people need to keep voting anyway. The worse the country becomes, the more extremist the leaders, the most obvious the cheating will be to the public. The cheating is not obvious yet, and my family who are all conservative do not believe it is possible for a conspiracy of this size to be kept secret. Eventually. it will become common knowledge, but not if republicans quit voting.
First Paragraph)- You do realize that once the envelope is accepted, the ballot inside is then removed from from the envelope and then put into the system. Of course, this has to be the rule, otherwise you could see how one particular person voted. So, if you mail in a 100 % legit signed envelope with your ballot, and another person submits a ” fake/altered/whatever” envelope with a ballot inside, ONCE the envelope is accepted, the ballot is removed and put into the process, same as yours. It’s game over at that point (sorry to say). You could say (or even prove, though that’s practically impossible) that ” 45 % of signatures didn’t match”, ok, now what – you can’t identify the actual ballots associated with the “bad envelopes with bad signatures” versus ballots with the “good envelopes with good signatures”. They can’t “throw out ballots”, because they may throw out “good” ballots”. Again, envelope comes in, someone does or does not verify signature on the envelope ( the signature is not on the ballot, as noted above). If signature deemed good (even if it may not really be good), the ballot is removed and now commingled with all other ballots “good or bad”. It is now game over (sorry to say) because no one ( not Kari Lake, Charlie Kirk, Trump, Bannon, Guiliani, Sidney Powell, the Pillow Guy, Robert Barnes or James Bond, 007 himself) can now tell the Court, the Legislature, etc, what ballots ( not envelopes, ballots) should be “thrown out, not valid, whatever” because in the pot of these ballots there are clearly good ones, and you can not throw out good ballots. You have to stop it at the envelope/ verify signature phase. Lake/Trump didn’t, it’s game over.

Court’s are not equipped to deal with this. I am prejudiced. However if it is true than even 20% of the polling stations had these problems and only on election day, were I the judge I would order a new election and ask the AG of the state to monitor it. If 20% were not working on election day it was because they KNEW republicans vote more than democrats as walk in voters by at least a 2 to 1 margin.
I hear from friends and relatives in Arizona that they went in, there was a 2-3 hour wait, the machines were not working properly and many were advise to try another polling location and then they went there they were told the records showed they had already voted and they were not allowed to vote.
In a state with 4 million voters (I believe that number is correct) 20% is 100 times the number that Lake lost by.
Again, I don’t care about precedent I would order new election and AG monitoring it and would recuse Hobbs and her staff.
No need to over turn past results, just redo the election.

After it looked like Hobbs was going to be certified, I read an article that said an election for Arizona governor had been reversed previously. I’m not sure which one it was. I did an online search and this conflict over the 1916 election was the closest I could find, but I’m not sure it can be classified as a reversal. I probably didn’t find the one that was referred to as overturning or reversing the initial winner of the election.

This is outcome is a result of the Democrat’s efforts to first defeat and crush then Maricopa County Sheriff Joe and replace him with a Soros funded candidate as the MCSO is responsible for enforcing the legislature’s laws regarding election procedures plus securing and transporting ballots. The MCSO leadership in participation with the MCBOS and elected/appointed state officials did what all Democrats willing do – ignore existing laws, lie, cheat and steal.

If the court can just say, “The certified results stand,” that makes a mockery out of the entire process, and raises the question of what purpose the relevant laws serve in the first place.

I heard the judge overseeing the case went to BYU, so there is a good chance he is Mormon (many Arizonans are). Mormons are taught that America is the “promised land” and that the U.S. Constitution is a divinely inspired document. It is possible he will defend it against all threats irregardless of what the current government is pushing for. Fingers crossed.
