As Mrs. Lake notes there were widespread issues throughout the state and multiple irregularities in Maricopa, County specifically. Approximately 60% of the voting equipment was not working on election day and Mrs. Lake believes an intentional effort to create crisis was behind the lack of preparation. WATCH:

I do not recall when a post-election lawsuit has ever succeeded in overturning a certified election result. If Mrs. Lake is successful in her legal battle, I’m afraid the victory would be pyrrhic. The court may agree the lawsuit provides evidence that the 2022 election was demonstrably fraudulent, yet the certified results still stand.
I’ll take even that. It’s a bright light on the perps and that’s a start. They can’t deny their actions at that point.
Now is not the time to settle for moral victories. If that’s the outcome it changes nothing. The frauds will be in power for x amount of years and change laws to further solidify their power. If that’s the outcome, we need to turn out like the Brazilians.

No AZ election rule allows the use of AI software to validate mail-in absentee ballot envelope signatures. The people who used the software were not trained to use the illegal software. A definition of 200 was recommended for the computer screens to see and compare signatures. The computers only had 150 viewing definition instead of the 200 needed. Therefore many thousands of signatures were probably passed as verified when they did not match AT ALL!
Ballots needing to be cured were given “cured” stickers and ballots were passed on to be counted when they were not cured at all. They were in a hurry to count them. Those inspecting the ballots could order as many cured stickers as they wanted. No accountability.
Runbeck employees added their own relatives’ ballots to the ones they were counting which is a clear violation of AZ election laws. A witness inside Runbeck saw this done.
Everything Kari’s lawsuit attests to is backed by the citing of AZ election procedure and law which they show has been SERIOUSLY ILLEGALLY violated. AND THAT’S THE PROBLEM! The courts are wickedly corrupt. Judges who would allow fraud to stand despite convincing and overwhelming evidence of the fraud need to be dragged into the street and given street justice.
The People reign supreme over the courts, even the Supreme Court. If the millions of them would only rise up and, as Kamala Harris, AOC, Maxine Waters, et al have demanded, “Take to the streets” and do what Harris, AOC, and Waters imply; then judges wouldn’t be so quick to sh!t all over The People.
If that is the case, then we need to figure out ways to get as many mail in ballots as possible sent to every one of our voters, and then submit every single one of them.
Let’s see if we can goose voter turnout up to 150 percent.
They aren’t ever going to get serious or agree to go back to the normal way of voting until we show that we can out-cheat them in an election they’ve already pre-stolen.

Make note of every Republican and every “right side” news outlet NOT helping Kari. The betrayals this time are at least as unforgivable as in 2020, the conversions to the Dark Side at least as obvious.
Barnes discusses this lawsuit on the latest Viva/Barnes YT vid. He advises that this is an excellent lawsuit, as everything that Lake is indicating is contrary to the AZ Constitution. As Sundance indicates, much depends on the Court. The case is before a Trump appointee, but whether he has the balls to go forward with it is another question.
Hobbs obviously had a conflict of interest being the Secretary of State ie: George Soros plant. Just like Biden she refused to debate Kari because she knew the fix was in and did not have to. Have relatives in Arizona that said she was hated by the majority of the people and no way was she elected legally.

This lawyer points out that under Arizona law you don’t have to prove intent or fraud – only sufficient doubt concerning election handling to cast into doubt enough votes to affect the outcome. Lake has certainly done this, in addition to demonstrating fraudulent handling of the signature-matching process. (Never mind also that, as once happened in Georgia, the person running the election was also a contestant in it! Or, that election officials(!) were running a PAC to defeat Lake.)
The attorney also points out that this has happened before in Arizona, also concerning a governor’s race. The courts threw out that election result and required a do-over. Which is one of the remedies being requested here.

The force of law is not working. Fraud vitiates everything. Once fraud is proved, whatever it has tainted is rendered null and void. We are losing our country because we permit this. I refer to Brazil as an example to follow. If the courts refuse to function, then we make them function.
Yes, become ungovernable. Task the regime’s resources, taunt their enforcers. Clog the system. Defund it by stopping work and being civilly disobedient. Economic warfare.

Once an election is certified, there isn’t a court in the land that is going to order a “do-over”. Shoot, most of them don’t even want to HEAR the evidence in these cases.
But, in Arizona, that’s not what the law says – and what Lake is now requesting under that law is something that has been done before in that state. Her attorneys have done their homework.
Joseph Heller would be so proud… you can’t file your lawsuit until after the election is certified but if your lawsuit is successful the election cannot be overturned because its certified.
I don’t believe the judge has the intestinal fortitude necessary to go through with Kari Lake’s lawsuit.
I’m pretty sure the clerks are on the phone with Lawfare in DC, LA and New York desperately trying to find a pretext to dismiss it.
If you take the time to read the text of her complaint, the remedies she is now asking for are exactly what Arizona law does specify. Furthermore, there is established legal precedent in Arizona where those remedies have been applied.
State-approved election procedures “carry the force of law,” and they were clearly not followed. Furthermore, she offers an expert’s opinion that the “mistakes” had to be intentional – not simple malfunction of a poorly-designed system. She points out that 25,000 votes “suddenly appeared,” and election officials can’t account for where they came from. Under Arizona law, these offenses void the election results.
The lawyers who wrote this construct their arguments very persuasively, and essentially say that there is only one legal thing for the judge to do, to cure this situation.
I read the complaint and I resent the inference. Now answer this real quick: How many times have you seen judges intentionally misapplying the law since, say, 2021? And while we often focus on the SCOTUS that favored Institutional Preservation over the Constitution in vast majority of its rulings, just how many lower courts showed a total absence of courage or dignity and caved in to the hysterical demands of the coastal ruling class?
If the court says the election was fraudulent then the people should demand that the election be overturned or they will burn the place to the ground, starting with the courts! If that doesn’t work, start hanging those who facilitated the fraud.
It would take morality and respect to step down from a stolen election.

We do not have any standing with her in the Arizona courts but by gosh we are with her in every other way.
I have family in Europe (France) who have been following her election and now her fight for justice.

So once election fraud is certified by a State it’s Constitutional? Who knew? The Democrats! No wonder Soros funded the elections so many State Secretaries of State! Get the fraudulent election results wanted and as soon as that is determined get the SOS to certify the results and viola done deal! So certifying a known fraudulent election by the perpetrators violates no State or Federal laws? How can that be I thought fraud vitiates everything but apparently State elections? Fortunately for Lake, that is not what Arizona law says. Her lawyers know what their laws do say, and they cite it in the opening pages of her complaint. The remedies are either to re-do the offending portion of the election, or to proportionately adjust the results if a proportion can be objectively determined. Their law also expressly prohibits certain other things which happened, such as “threatening to sue other counties if they did not immediately certify.” It is a crime to threaten a public official in the performance of their duties.
So, it really comes down to this: “does the law in Arizona actually mean anything?” As several lawsuits have recently pointed out, “election laws are not ‘advisory,’ and state-approved procedures carry the force of law.” If they still do, then Lake’s objections are valid and should stand, with mandatory corrective action and re-certification. If they don’t, buy more bananas 🍌 because you’ll need them.

Did legal scholarship of Arizona law become suddenly more robust since the 2020 election steal there? Perhaps a review of that election and the posited remedies can provide some guidance.
Also, what has become of actions by the Arizona Attorney General in this election? That’s worthy of discussion too. If Mayes retains her few hundred vote lead over Hamadeh, well I don’t see much movement coming on that front and that’s the one which matters in the long term, getting the criminals out of the system and off the streets.
If Lake doesn’t prevail, and Hamadeh loses by those few votes, I won’t be surprised. When our lives are sufficiently uncomfortable that we no longer have the time nor energy to research and discuss these nuances of politics and the legal system, then perhaps some meaningful change will occur. For now, we’re too comfortable. Most of us anyway.
Mike….I live in Cochise County. They also refused to certify and were apparently threatened with jail. A Judge in another county (Pima County, which is where Tucson is located and is super liberal) ORDERED Cochise County to certify. It was not because they were weak as many have said, but because of a Court Order which compelled them to do so.

Not so fast. “Fraud vitiates everything.” If you can show that someone was elected because of either fraud or coercion, their election becomes: “void ab initio – void from the beginning.”
Furthermore, President John Adams sternly warned us to protect what he called the “purity” of our elections at all costs. He also famously quipped that “there hasn’t been a democracy yet that didn’t commit suicide.” If we establish that an election can be successfully stolen, whether in 2020 or 2022, then: we will never “vote” again. And the country as we know it will simply be “gone for good.”
Just ask the Venezuelans how this works. They’re sitting on top of more oil than Saudi Arabia. Yet, their people live in squalor because the leaders cannot “lose.”
What Lake is petitioning for is also what Arizona law explicitly provides for in a situation like this. This is not the first time an Arizona election has been contested, and the results overturned, pursuant to that law. There is Arizona precedent.
Can they not do a recount of the county and maybe even the 2 contested/then not contested ones? What remedy does the “law” give the people?

Kari Lake’s lawsuit asks for either of these remedies.
This article states that even if fraud is demonstrated, the certified results will stand. I am under the impression that fraud vitiates everything according to the USSC and therefore the entire election is void. The fact that it was certified is not relevant especially when attempts to not certify were met with threats of prison time by the individuals that committed the fraud.
