A good article outlining why Kyle Rittenhouse was considered a specifically purposeful target for the regime is written at Powerline Blog by Paul Mirengoff [SEE HERE].
What the author essentially describes is something CTH readers have witnessed for over a decade, we called it “The Safari Principle” narrative; and it surfaced in its most modern form during the George Zimmerman case.
In essence, the underlying elements of the Safari Principle narrative begin with a pretense that victims of the mob, any mob or individual predator, have no one except themselves to blame because they did not follow the rules of the safari. When in the proximity of any person, event or situation that is engaged in an unlawful act supported by the political left, you are not permitted to exit your vehicle or engage in activity that will lead to your targeting.
If you enter their “space to destroy“, you are to blame for your own outcome. The safari narrative includes catch phrases like “he should not have gotten out of the car,” and “he shouldn’t have traveled to Kenosha,” all based on the same principle.
(Powerline) […] The Rittenhouse prosecution and the demonization of him by the left (including the left-wing media) stems from a simple premise. Leftists, including Antifa and BLM, have the right to take to the street causing chaos and property damage, and when they do, those who disagree with them must stand aside while leftists run riot. If they don’t stand aside, they have no right to defend themselves against members of the mob who come after them — even if someone points a gun at them (as Grosskreutz did). (read more)
The first advocacy for the modern “Safari Principle” surfaced prior to the George Zimmerman trial, in the summer of 2012, when the professionally aggrieved first began the narrative: “He shouldn’t have gotten out of his car”.
Historically, we used to blame the victim by saying he/she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, politically it became too difficult to define where the wrong places were, and simultaneously legislators continued to struggle defining the right vs. wrong times law abiding people were allowed to be in these places.
Historically, the political media were skilled at excusing transparently guilty. However, in the aftermath of the Obama paradigm shift, where the media began accusing the transparently innocent, a more specific rule was needed.
After various opinions were considered, eventually the advocates settled upon The Safari Principle – A selected narrative used throughout 2012/2013 as a point of advocacy driving home the belief that George Zimmerman had no right to follow, then exit his vehicle when he saw a suspicious Trayvon Martin peering through windows and casing houses.
The “Safari Principle” evolved to further claim, ‘if you do get out of your car, you deserve what you get’ with the implication by the leftist narrative engineers that essentially young black males cannot control their behavior.
Shortly after the grievance advocates of Ben Crump, Natalie Jackson, Daryl Parks and the congressional black caucus announced their own support for the Safari Principle – another incident surfaced in Virginia when two reporters for the Virginia Pilot stopped and exited their vehicle after their car was hit by bricks.
The couple was attacked by a mob of somewhere between 30 to 100 young black males while shouting “justice for Trayvon”. After the reporters left the hospital, the Virginia Pilot editorial team quickly apologized for not following the Safari Park rules, accepted the beating of their reporters was the fault of the couple who stopped their vehicle, and the newspaper promised they would join the advocacy movement.
Fast forward through several more examples to August of 2014, when Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson exited his vehicle after Mike Brown punched him in the head and tried to gain his service revolver. The meme of The Safari Principle was quick to surface again, LOUDLY.
Officer Darren Wilson had no right to get out of his car after the attack.
By exiting his SUV, Wilson was to blame for Mike Brown charging him in the street. Again reaffirming the leftist worldview that young black males cannot control their behavior.
Subsequently, the grievance advocates pointed out Officer Wilson was ultimately to blame for shooting Mike Brown. If Wilson had followed the Safari Principle, Mike Brown would still be alive today.
After Mike Brown was killed by police officer Darren Wilson, the Safari Principle advocates applied the same theme to explain how Zemir Begic was guilty of his own murder, again in Saint Louis.
Zemir Begic exited his vehicle in the vicinity of three young black males who beat him to death with hammers. Begic would be alive today if he had only followed The Safari Principle rules.
A year later, 2015 in Baltimore, Maryland, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake then became a public advocate for the safari rules when she proclaimed her decision to let the riots, looting and arson continue, as it was intended specifically to give the mob “space to destroy.” Despite the dozens of property owners who saw their shops, stores and livelihoods go up in smoke, the rules of the safari took precedent.
Again, in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in Minnesota, the rules of the safari became evident when looting, arson and riots were defined as “expressions of speech.” All violence supported by the political left is considered speech, while speech opposed by the left is defined as violence.
Because the visible chaos did not align with the gentle media descriptions of “protests“, the corporate media decision was to modify the language used to describe the arson and riots by using the term “mostly peaceful protests,” that term has stuck within the visible chaos over the past few years in various forms.
Obviously the word “mostly” is a relative term , and that provides the flexibility needed to convince viewers the violence they are witnessing isn’t really the violence they are witnessing.
.
Kyle Rittenhouse made the mistake of trying to impede violence, arson and rioting supported by the political left and their media allies. Rittenhouse paid a heavy price for not following the rules of the safari, and that is why they are so determined to make an example of him.
In 2020 the FBI, the political left who need/support the violence, and the current occupant of the White House did not make the same mistake as Rittenhouse. Instead the FBI, Democrats and Joe Biden adhered to the safari rules and took the approved approach as demanded by the mob:
Atty Robert Barnes said a lot of crap about Atty Mark Richards on Rekieta Law.
I know who to not follow now.
I’m sure he’s upset
Why? He doesn’t know me. (Re-read my post.)
I can’t really make a full judgement on Barnes. But it did come to mind after the case, how he was adamant about bad juror selection. And how it was going to lead to a bad outcome. And how one of the women came from old money.
I guess he got it wrong. Or at least judged their end result wrong by his standards.
At the end of the day it was a gamble on his part as an attempt to sell his services. It didn’t destroy his credibility, but it did show he’s not always right. That’s for sure.
Perfectly put.
Well put.
I’ve always ranted to my long-suffering husband that Robert Barnes is 90% correct. And when he’s good, he’s very, very good.
But he’s an arrogant fellow: and when he’s wrong–10% of the time–Viva, and Rich Baris still treat him as though he’s an oracle.
Too many people are too impressed w/Barnes.
Barnes weaves his girlish slap fights with other lawyers throughout his rants, which is annoying, and I like it even less when he launches into a “Trump should do ____”
BUT 90% is worth watching if you can ignore the arrogant, petty bits.
I HATED his rants about ACB… had so much hope for her. And more importantly, the other contender he liked better probably wouldn’t have been pushed by Mitch & GOPe, so wasn’t viable.
However…he WAS right…Coney-Barrett is clearly a disappointment. And he’s often got insights others do not.
It showed he has a huge ego tho.
Well, there’s this. Make of it what you will.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10225479/Rittenhouse-lawyer-calls-Trump-Jr-idiot-Republican-reps-disgusting-offering-jobs-guns.html
I watched Richards’ press conference and came away more impressed with the attorney. That press conference helped me understand Richards’ quotes in the Daily Mail article. I agree — Kyle is a kid, not a cause, nor a prop.
I completely agree Kyle is not a cause or a prop and have a lot of concern that everyone will use him and want a piece of him. That said, I also found it curious that during the press conference Richard’s gave right after the trial, that he seemed mystified as to why this trial and issue became what it did. Then for him to assert that Donald Trump Jr. is an idiot gave me pause. I mean, if he’s going to go out there and start calling people idiots, it seems the list should be quite long
How can anyone w/half a brain could not understand the current climate and how this entire affair became what it did is beyond me. And for him to call Trump Jr. an idiot seemed needless and spoke volumes.
Can’t quite figure this guy out. Then again, I don’t have to!
Because he’s a democrat who doesn’t get the fight that conservatives feel under due to the relentless assault against the constitution by the left
Richards hasn’t been in that fight.
Standing up for the rule of jaw and self defense is, of course, a cause; a cause we must support. Kyle stood up and his brave actions made him literally and symbolically representative of that cause.
Robert Barnes rocks.
All of the Rekieta lawyers had accurate criticisms of Richards. Just because Kyle was acquitted, doesn’t mean his lawyer gave a great defense. The prosecution was so inept, it made the defenses case for them.
Also, Richards went onto CNN on Friday night and practically said Kyle shouldn’t have been there (Safari principle) and that “technically” he didn’t break any laws.
Barnes and other Rekieta lawyers like Andrew Branca were all shocked by his poor judgement going on CNN and going along with the left’s talking points.
And Robert Barnes was right about Amy Coney Barrett too.
There are two camps of Kyle supporters:
– the kind who see him as a symbol of their 2A freedoms, a symbol of the embattled working class, a symbol of idealism, a symbol of [fill in the blank], and
– the kind who see him as an idealistic young man who nearly lost his life, either in the grave or in the pen.
For the past year, I didn’t see the two camps clearly. I shared Rittenhouse memes and op-ed rants in support of Kyle. Then Richards’ press conference and Daily Mail article opened my eyes. I get it now, ashamed for my own wrong-thinking, thankful that Kyle was spared this political nightmare.
I suspect in months to come, people will process what Richards said and revisit their behavior and put all of this much more eloquently than I ever could.
Andrew Branca, whose work I respect immensely, owes Juror 54 an apology.
Yes. I think they (him and Rich Baris) actually clocked her Karen type personality correctly, but thought she was against acquittal, when she, in fact, was probably pushing for it with her authoritative personality.
I think speculation is just that. Smart folks get together and offer up their analysis and impressions. But that’s all it is. We can’t know what we don’t yet know. Hopefully those we respect and listen to get it right more often than they get it wrong. But ultimately no one has a crystal ball.
thank you for posting this – I saw attorney Richards on CNN momentarily and he looked and sounded so mealy-mouthed – it was an absolute miracle that he didn’t manage to get him convicted. – HE is the idiot!
I haven’t seen the full CNN interview; he sounded OK, but I didn’t hear the “I’m not a Fox News type” or whatever, so guess I missed some.
Sounds like that other interview is more insightful.
I saw it and thought he was fair. I got the impression he is indifferent to politics and just does his job.
Barnes rocks 90% of the time.
Unfortunately, otherwise decent people like Viva and the brilliant Rich Baris don’t acknowledge the 10% when Barnes is dead wrong…
or stop him in any way when he launches into yet ANOTHER rant about his current obsession (usually a tiff with another lawyer).
For a long time he claimed e-voting system fraud wasn’t real/significant.
Then he slithered to the point Bannon’s at–that it wasn’t what we should investigate first; we didn’t “need” it.
90% cogent argumentation is great; I just wish others would shut him down when he’s a buffoon.
I was correct about Amy Barrett too and all I had was a gut instinct. The obsession with appointing women to high office backfired on this, big time.
Having watched the trial on Nick’s channel and hearing the commentaryh of all the lawyers there, including a couple other high profile nationally known defense lawyers who stopped by, it appeared the criticisms of the defense team were pretty pervasive. I’d opine Nick himself was probably the most outspoken.
Had the fact patterns not been as robust in Kyle’s favor, and had the prosecution not made so many bungles and so much overreach, IMO things could’ve gone markedly different.
Highlights of the defense mess for me? Besides not objecting to clear violations, many, the defense apparently counseled Kyle to not object to the lesser included charges, primarily intentional homicide in the 2nd degree, and then made that stupid motion to dismiss *without* prejudice orally after close of evidence and argument which fortunately the prosecution did not accept.
Kyle barely survived the courtroom safari. We’ll never know for sure how thin his lifeline was there.
It’s far from over though. There’s still Garland and his army and the wrongful death lawsuits coming at him. Hope he bought the good gear at the safari store.
Richards is out on progressive media right now, taking a knee to the woke crowd.
When asked on CNN if Rittenhouse had done anything wrong – Richards, answered – “Not Legally.”
Wow….He’s a registered Democrat making nice with the media.
This thinking reminds of an old repetitive spoof from Saturday Night Live in which people who get mugged on city streets are immediately told in seriousness, “What do you expect when walking city streets? You looked the guy in the eye. “
I will never take a knee in any situation under any circumstance. I would rather be the only one not taking a knee in a given situation than to fit into the crowd by taking a knee with everyone else.
What we need is leadership.
If someone in the GoP had stood up and pointed out that the businesses that were being burnt to the ground probably aren’t covered by insurance and they represent both the employers of the town they’re in and the tax base supporting the schools, it would start to turn public opinion.
If you have a political party that cannot make hay out of the fact that their opponent party is inciting a mob that is burning the constituents gran-mama out of her apartment, you need better leaders.
There are 2 kinds of safari…and one is deadly to the animals. By definition….
This is the gist of something William Jacobson (Legal Insurrection) said during a recent interview when he put together the desire to defund the police +leftist groups rioting w/impunity + the push for gun control + the desire to eliminate people’s ability to protect and defend themselves = a climate where the left can assert mob rule whenever and however they like.
Andy Ngo has been in the thick of things, knows and understands these bottom feeders… They almost killed him awhile back.. You can trust his writings IMO…
No more unicorns anymore.
Nor pixie dust.
IF THE MEDIA DID THEIR JOB… we would ALL have known these Facts
1. We didn’t know that Kyle put out a dumpster fire that was being rolled down to a gas station to blow up, with people all around.
2. We didn’t know that the Police were told to stand down as businesses were destroyed.
3. We didn’t know that Kyle’s Dad, Grandma and Friends all lived in Kenosha, less than 20 minutes from where he resided with his Mom part time in Illinois.
4. We didn’t know that Joseph Rosenbaum knocked him down twice and then attempted to kick him with lethal force to the head.
5. We didn’t know that Huber had hit him in the head 2x with a skateboard.
6. We didn’t know Gaige Grosskreutz, CCL was expired and illegal for him to conceal and he aimed his gun at Kyle first, as he admitted on the stand.
7. We also didn’t know that in the State of Wisconsin, it is legal for Kyle to have a AR-15 , even at 17 (which was why the gun charge was dismissed).
8. We didn’t know that Kyle did NOT cross state lines with a gun he wasn’t supposed to have. The rightful gun owner did, as he was legally permitted to do.
9. We also didn’t realize that Rosenbaum was a 5 time convicted child rapist and that Huber was a 2 time convicted woman beater.
10. We didn’t know that Grosskreutz was a convicted Burglar with an assault on his record also.
definition change when being subverted
we think media means _______
media to them now means subvert you.
This is being copied/pasted all over social media. Number 4 is incorrect. JumpKickMan’s name is not Rosenbaum, it is Maurice Freeland whom the prosecution denied knowing.
So much info the untrustworthy liberal msm failed to report.
Can SD or someone explain why EVER talking head before and after the verdict keeps pushing over and over that Rittenhouse crossed state lines. I think it being used to try pass federal control on intra state gun laws.
to justify us finding out the FBI was spying due to it being a “federal offense”
every stage play they do on the national scale, must be monitored for truth that could spill out.
the prosecutor – got a video clip of the judge throwing out the defense’s video for the expert not being able to say how the algorithms work for pixel blah blah (all horseshit anyways. its like us pdf’ing a word document, we dont need to be able to explain how each bit moves).
so the cabbageheads viewing NBC will see that clip and think of it when the word VIDEO comes up
so when we say did you see the video !? the prosecutor hid? gave a grainy version!? held the clear one?! – right so when we say that (VIDEO) – the insurrectionist already trained their cabbagehead media consumers to think of the video that got thrown out…
its all clever public relations. in fact the majority of this destruction of the country has come from the public relations branch of the 4th branch and not its physical violent part, its the PR branch using simple repetition and control of visual space.
A good many of those talking heads cross state lines every day to spew their BS on the air.
The Safari Principle is why I live in a real swamp. Leftists are terrified of rural Florida or anywhere out in the sticks. My surroundings keep them inside the Safari vehicle.
The Rittenhouse acquittal (which I applaud, heartily) has further driven the wedge between me and my immediate family, all of whom are hard left. When calmly rebutting the lies they repeat with truth, they’re reduced to snarling “white supremacy!” (and we’re white) rather than even give a moments reflection to the possibility that they’re wrong. Five minutes later they’re wondering why I won’t be joining them for Thanksgiving. It saddens me to admit I’m practically “canceling” my own family, but truth is more important to me than yet another safe discussion about the dogs or the weather. I am certain this is happening throughout our country and it grieves me. But I will stand.
“… But I will stand.”
With truth, integrity and the God given rights of freedom and liberty on your side. I pray your influence on others around you will grow – same for the rest of us. We’ve got a nation to save.
May God Bless You & Happy Thanksgiving!
At some point one has to remove themselves from nonsense.
George, very hard times indeed. We have to take a stand.
The Whole Armor of God10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [b]wiles of the devil. 12For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [c]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Try this phrase:
The Ancient Law of Self Defense…see what they say…
Share this with them: Ask them how they’d feel if their entire downtown was ransacked and burned to the ground, and no one would stop it?

Kyle Rittenhouse Became A Convenient ScapegoatFor All Those Mayors Who Stood By & Just Watched Their Cities Burn

Prosecutors Find Mail-In Jury Votes At 3AM, Rittenhouse Now Guilty
KENOSHA, WI—In a stunning reversal, Kyle Rittenhouse awoke this morning to discover that he had been found guilty after all.
Prosecutors explained that during the night, they had found dozens of mail-in jury votes declaring the defendant guilty on all counts. Apparently, boxes of these mail-in votes arrived in a truck at the courthouse around 3:00 am.
Attorneys for Mr. Rittenhouse were dumbfounded as to how such a thing could have happened, raising questions as to the validity of mail-in jury voting. They stated: “We’ve never heard of this. This isn’t part of the legal system. Where did these votes even come from?”
“How DARE you question the sanctity of our criminal justice system!” cried the prosecuting attorneys. “There is no justice until EVERY vote is counted!”
Prosecutors then explained that it was a new COVID measure they had just instituted. “But given how well it’s worked out,” they said, “we’re planning on making it permanent.”

“All violence supported by the political left is considered speech, while speech opposed by the left is defined as violence.”
I do NOT consent. Just like with the CoVid 19 non science nonsense. It’s all LIES. RESIST. It is our duty to resist non science nonsense and LIES.

Interesting to learn the term, “Safari rules.”
I’ve generally corrected people who’ve said, “In the wrong place, at wrong time,” as if we know what lies ahead on the next street, or in a bank that’s suddenly robbed.
Figured what people meant by saying that, was victim responsible for his/her own safety. Never did it seem those using term meant the perp was an evil bastard.
Working in banks, my daughter’s had guns put to her head twice, been verbally ravished & tortured by the horror.
She was in the right place – her employment location.- on her shift. Some SOBs took it upon themselves to threaten her & others who were working to put food on the table.
A week after last assault, the bank across the street was hit & the teller murdered, leaving nothing but the white outline from around her body. She had been in right place & right time, too.
Screw the Liberals & their piss-poor excuses!
KRs attourney is threatened, his defense is to trash Trumps people buys him protection. He should 556 protect himself but no, took the easy route. And yes KR should not have been there parading with AR, so silly The Mob is rule now good luck surviving in Commerica!
they bring up color as they discuss injustices based on color. they violently want to target a single race as they discuss targeting a race is wrong.
simple way to understand this. people that are doing a live insurrection against this country progressively over time gaining inch by inch – are not strong enough to fight in the open. so they subvert the co
fight for the language and maintaining the current definitions, so you can draw them out into the open far prior to when they grow strong enough to fight in the open.
they are weak and small in numbers, creating crowds to embellish their size and power. they are the illusion.
The “Safari Principle” is obviously RACIST, but who cares! Racism is natural, normative and universal. Only among White people is Racism prohibited in the belief that our inherent bioracial advantages require that we behave above everyone else.
Guerrilla warfare is the only appropriate response. Strike and retreat without revealing yourself.
How about all the times in 2020 when they pulled people out of their vehicles and beat them? That violates the “Stay in your car rule.” Remember the mother who errantly found herself in her car, with her daughter in a child seat in back, surrounded by the goons trying to break into the vehicle. The 911 dispatcher told her the event was “Sanctioned by the city government,” meaning on one was coming to help. Now, you need to know:
A Leftist with a Glock pistol shot an elderly man, wounding him, through the windshield of the victim’s SUV after the mob stopped the SUV and the old man refused to exit his vehicle.
We need an update on these “Rules” because everyone is no longer safe staying INSIDE their vehicles.
Thanks for the enlightenment! I would agree with the this lock, stock and barrel! Fore warned is fore armed. We’re at the ?Rubicon now, the Rubicon of contemporary civilization as defined by centuries of Judaeo Christian teachings. Either fundamental notions of law and order need to be dusted off and applied against the mob, the mob at all levels; or, we continue to slip away at increasing velocity.
All I can say is SHAME ON DJT for not stopping the 2020 riots! But MarkyMark, he couldn’t sent the military in. That’s true, but DJT had options. One of them was to freeze George Soros’ assets, so he couldn’t provide support for Antifa and BLM. It’s not unprecedented for a POTUS to freeze assets; FDR did it to Japan prior to WWII, and Jimmy Carter did it to Iran during the hostage crisis. So, WHY didn’t DJT freeze Soros’ assets, so as to starve the Antifa/BLM beast, hmmm? Could it be he’s BEHOLDEN to Soros? Could it be because Trump is Soros’ puppet? Read here, then you decide: https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3385219/posts
His money is distributed so far and wide with all his soldiers handling it that there was no way he could have accomplished that. And even if he had been able to, Georgie has sons who are doing their father’s work.
?????
Anyone old enough to recall the case of the Central Park Jogger?
She was nearly universally condemned for using the lighted path in a public park after sundown.
BTW, those who were convicted by jury trial for that crime have been “exonerated” and given large amounts of taxpayer money.
Was there a new trial, with new evidence presented? No.
I will not bend the knee and the can eat a HP straight up! I’m black I live in a nice neighborhood and I have no BLM garbage in my yard. Can’t say the same for my neighbors. How people can buy into all of this bs is amazing.
That’s why I call the lying media the #1 enemy. Even the stupid and easily influenced would be on our side if the truth was broadcast daily.
The tribe has spoken!
Kyle Rittenhouse was charged and tried because he interfered with the notion that BLM/Antifa should be able to riot, arson, destroy property and more without hindrance.
Wake up America, we have entered a lawless mob ruled twilight zone. Always be prepared to defend yourself as that is God’s Natural Law.
Safari principle reveals the left’s true feelings toward young black males.
Excellent take on the Rittenhouse matter, even though I’m banned at Powerline.
Rioting, looting, an the ability to commit arson-at-will with impunity to deliver a political statement is the real issue here.
Rittenhouse being found not guilty on all counts was the Far Left’s worst nightmare.
They found, with this verdict, that even when their Leftist mayors tell their police and fire departments to stand down, even when Leftist governors refuse to send in the National Guard to quell a violent insurrection, that well-intentioned, good people are allowed to stand up and protect the innocent from mayhem and destruction. They are angry that the righteous find their behavior intolerable, and those same people are allowed to police their communities.
Side note: I saw many mainstream media outlets yesterday calling Kyle a “vigilante,” while those same outlets cried that there was no chance for the State to retry him. The same media outlets that slandered and libeled this young man and cried for him to hang. I don’t think Mr. Rittenhouse was the vigilante here. It’s the media, Vigilante Journalism.
It’s unbelievable to me that whatever the progressive msm tells their viewership to believe, they do. Unquestioned, unverified and act like they usually act, holding their own kangaroo media courts, without waiting until the info of facts have even been disclosed.
Big banner held during one of the Marxist left’s protests after Kyles’s trial was completed, was in support of their “communist revolution”. Americans better wake up quickly and stop sitting on the fence about what our ‘enemies from within” are busy doing.

I used the phrase “Negros Gone Wild” only days ago for a similar wilding and was scolded for my impolitic choice of words
And yet
here we are again
America is fostering a wild, lawless subculture on which there are no constraints or penalties and no fear of being reigned in … and no expectation that they meet the absolute minimum of civilized behavior or conscience
I believe “run wild” pretty much captures it
And you can quibble about what adjective we’re gonna use, machs nicht to me
Safari principal – Essentially means people have no “moral” right to get out of their cars.
Would they want us to extend it to the 50-80 people PER WEEKEND that get shot in Chicago??
They shouldn’t even be living in Chicago?
3 Dead 19 shot so far this weekend Chicago – but it’s cold, and the weekend isn’t over.
Are they going to do a multimillion dollar trial for everyone that is arrested?
Are they going to show individual FRAMES = 1/30th of a SECOND in those 10 day trials?
that’s so sweet that you think there are trials….
kim foxx usually downgrades charges to illegal possession of a firearm.

Those dem mayors and governors who refused to do their jobs, they took an oath on, need to all be removed from their seats and if not, then voted our in the midterm for failing to uphold our laws.
Trump.
He shouldn’t have run for office.
He shouldn’t have won.
He shouldn’t have tried to change things.
He shouldn’t have made America great again!
All voters need to pull up a ‘List of Trumps accomplishments’, read a couple of the links and learn what the left’s untrustworthy msm intentionally failed to give him credit for doing.
Nope instead they put a man suffering from worsening dementia and can’t see how old joes policies are working against America’s best interests.
The Safari Principle doesn’t work in Alameda County/Oakland. There have been 77 freeway shootings in the last year!!
https://news.yahoo.com/chp-investigates-oakland-freeway-shooting-022200678.html
77 people shot while simply driving on the freeway. So now, EVERY open freeway is a KILL-zone!!?? You are no longer “safe” inside your Safari vehicle. Why? Because the dregs of society have been empowered because … if we try to STOP them … INCARCERATE them … to prevent random shootings … that’s “racist”. The natives are in charge … and we are living in a deadly Jungle

Multiple dem run cities are experiencing the same growing numbers of criminals not being held responsible for their illegal law breaking actions. Dozens- pull up a list for yourself voters.
A little comic relief on a Sunday afternoon. Don’t know if this has been mentioned already, but Brandon Lesco of LA is pictured and quoted in today’s Wall Street Journal: https://www.wsj.com/articles/kyle-rittenhouse-found-not-guilty-of-all-charges-in-killing-of-two-11637345732?mod=itp_wsj&ru=yahoo
Says Lesco (Brandon):
““I felt like I was on trial in there,” said Brandon Lesco, who came from Los Angeles to show support for Mr. Rittenhouse and was one of the few protesters on the courthouse steps early Friday evening. Mr. Lesco said he would have acted the same way as Mr. Rittenhouse, had he been in his situation.
“It vindicates me and my belief system,” he said. …”
I choked on my morning coffee when I espied this. 🙂
Do not get out of your car when rioting is happening because you will be attacked by the monkeys and baboons. That is a good description of a riot. They act like wild animals. Has America turned into a “wild animal park”? Do the rioters like to be referred to as “wild animals”, I guess if you act like one you are one.
“Never get out of the boat” “damn right never get out of the boat”
Safari?
Somehow, is this a polite allusion to JUNGAL?
.
A coda, of sorts:
Prosecutors Find Mail-In Jury Votes At 3AM, Rittenhouse Now Guilty
speaking of the safari principle.
can someone get out of their car and walk over to the prosecutor binger and put a huge microphone and video in his face and start asking him some hard questions about why he has not yet been disciplined in any way by this judge and court?
Here is the point I am trying to make here….I think it’s a big issue to at least think about.
while the city burns and lawlessness continues and will probably continue into the forseeable future, there is another kind of violence that is taking place in the courts.
a. you can attempt to sabotage a felony trial with prosecutorial misconduct (7 acts of it by my count), with the express intention of causing a mistrial.
b. the court warns and warns and warns..and yet does nothing to really stop this court room tyranny. still goes to jury trial.
does anyone here understand just how very close this case was to ending in a verdict of guilty….? That was a very real possibility given the prosecutor disobeyed the orders of the court and fed the jurors manifest lies and suggestions to create division and confusion about guilt and innocense.
outside we see the typical criminal element burning things to the ground…not a single police officer seems interested in working any of those cases. Serious crimes….and yet, no consequences.
but INSIDE A COURTROOM the prosecutor is doing the exact SAME THING.
He is a fire bomber and a tyrannt. He placed the life of this defendant in harms way on purpose.
When you really understand and clearly think about what happened in that court, it will change your opinion about how well this judge performed. I make zero distinction between schroeder and sullivan. Both were cowards and feckless to the serious violations from the prosecutor! Both allowed with no consequences the prosecutor to run the show, all the way down to allowing that to infect the jury.
should have called a mistrial before it went to jury.
period…full stop.
check that…put the video team on schroeder! I want to hear something from this fat idiot who took the gamble that the jury would not be persuaded by the prosecutors violations.
there are reasons why judges set these rules! these reasons go to the core about due process.
me: Judge Schroeder, can you please explain to me about your reasoning that you have failed to do anything then and anything now to a prosecutor who violated your court order multiple times?
if this case doesn’t present a textbook case of prosecutorial misconduct that warrants a court directed verdict of mistrial, what does? What cases can you show in your entire career that a prosecutor IN A MURDER CASE committed these acts of violence IN YOUR COURT, and you did nothing?
last question: is it fair to say, that your entire career of cases involving DOJ prosecutors should be reviewed in great detail.
you don’t get a free pass simply because the jury resisted the prosecutors violence in your courtroom and found the defendant guilty.
you literally gambled with the life of the accussed.
how does that make you feel?
“If Wilson had followed the Safari Principle, Mike Brown would still be alive today.”
Probably not with the career arc he was demonstrating, he might have gotten to 21 without getting shot by somebody.
It’s pure Hegelian (reasoning) where the conversation (narrative) is flipped on its head- in Luciferian fashion, the truth is inverted.
