I got a question for those who are/have been into some kind of law and/or know the constitution. I’ve heard many republicans in congress say they don’t have prosecution rights. Evidently they refer to the doj etc. Does the constitution require them to have use the doj? Can they use an outside entity?
Federal laws have to be prosecuted by federal law enforcement officers and tried in federal courts by federal prosecutors before federal judges. State courts have no jurisdiction re. federal laws. If the state has laws also covering what the federal laws cover, then the state could charge and prosecute the state laws in state courts.

Congress can impeach and convict and legally remove from office the President and any federal official that received Senate approval. That includes Federal Judges. Of course that’s not going to happen. Neither the democrats nor the RINOs are going to let that happen.
In the case of Facebook and Twitter they are just being asked to perform practices that they have already refined for their platforms in Communist China. Xiden is just using these tools for Socialist America. Our constitution is no longer relevant thanks to activist judges. First Amendment goes next up second amendment.

OK, everything looked good except…. they “censored the internet and Biden won” ?????? Greenwald AND Tucker just blew right by that glaringly twisted statement of reality.
Biden didn’t win squat. Trump won, probably in a national landslide. But in the crime of the century and probably in all of U.S. history, the Democrats and GOP Uniparty RINOs – coordinated a coup via a grossly exaggerated and false “pandemic”, unconstitutional changes to voting laws, and massive mail-in ballot fraud, voting machine fraud, and tabulation rigging, to falsely declare Biden the winner, deny and refuse to investigate thousands of reports of fraud from multiple states, and go on to approve fraudulently chosen electors and install him and Harris into the White House.
So the Greenwald’s otherwise on-pitch “rant” conveniently slid right by that sour note; what is an existentially important fact.

Yes–all post-election analysis is BS because Actual won in a landslide. It wasn’t any mean tweets with suburban moms–he lost the valuable voting bloc of CIA directors and Chinese server techs in Shenzhen.
Greenwald also believes the Vaccine Fairy Tales, but he nailed the NY Post-thing. That was indeed the worst case of Fascist censorship in American History. But even that didn’t stop our landslide. But the Occupation Government did.

That’s all true. Until it’s proven in a court of law (which the judiciary won’t allow) it can’t be stated as proven fact.
I understand your thinking but I disagree. We shouldn’t need facts to be presented in a court of law to be proven true and to state them as facts. Courts are not the arbiters of what is factual versus what isn’t. Neither should Greenwald, Carlson or anyone else require every claimed fact to be judged in a court of law. We all have a discerning brain. The courts should decide what laws were broken in each case heard and if there were violations, the legal remedy that should be applied.
By now, we have (or should have) witnessed enough aggregate evidence presented in multiple hearings, demonstrated in interviews, and described by AZ auditors, GA investigators, and investigators and officials in both MI and PA to understand the multiple modes of fraud that were used to change the balance of votes from heavily Trump to heavily Biden in every key swing state where the President was leading comfortably by late evening of Nov. 3rd. I can say “heavily” because we have all seen the high volumes of “mysteriously appearing” votes in the early morning hours of Nov. 4 that swung the vote balance to the opposite side of the scale.
Greenwald merely said Biden won, strongly implying it was due to internet censorship. We ALL know (I would hope) that is patently inaccurate.
He could have stated the more factual occurrence – that Biden was declared the winner despite significant irregularities observed in many state’s voting processes and tabulations, and was installed in January due to a serious failure of the GOP and the SCOTUS to review the large body of evidence of fraud that had been collected by that time.
I also reel a little when someone is saying something that I otherwise completely agree with, and then they say in that conversation that xiden won. It always rubs me the wrong way (not like the cockroaches rubbing the hair on my legs that turns blond in the sun…)

Yeah, that jumped out to me as well. And neither of them was grounded in reality. Greenwald said it, but then when Tucker didn’t address it, it was rather deflating, to say the least. I mean, that’s a central, huge, ginormous truth and it bit the dust. Is there something in the water???

Pretty sure they already did something similar under Trump. I can’t remember which agency it was though, (maybe state, or NSC) relating to cutting out the excess. The entireFederal level Govt’ needs to be cleaned out and rehired at the state level if they are worthwhile, with something like a Citizens approval of rehire each year. The citizens are the bosses, not the other way around. Right now we have these un-appointed highly paid people bossing us all around, while we are paying their salaries and paychecks.

Maybe something like forming a new party that will enforce conservative policies and ideals? We sit here and hear about this crap over and over again and there is lots of blustering but NO action. Nothing ever happens. We know the R party is useless and full of liberal uniparty scum, so why on earth are we still working for it in the ridiculous idea that somehow we will take it over or that it will actually begin working as a true opposition party? Either change that thinking of we are doomed.
And if Trump won’t go with us we need to go on our own because if we don’t start fighting back politically in an effective and vigorous manner soon, there won’t be any fighting back period.
