The second point DePerno highlights is something previously covered; however, DePerno appears not to know. Maricopa County and the Secretary of State in Arizona have known about a November 3rd intrusion, a “security breach”, into the voter registration servers in Maricopa county. DePerno calls this a breaking story unknown to the public and hidden by state officials. WATCH:

FORBES – (December, 2020) “On the morning of November 5, as the 2020 election hung in the balance, Arizona federal agents raided a two-story house in Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, a county that had become a key battleground in the presidential race. The agents were looking for evidence of a cyberattack on an unnamed organization and stolen voter data. They left with eight hard drives, three computers and a bag of USB sticks.
The resident of the property, a 56-year-old IT expert named Elliot Kerwin, was served the warrant. He is not yet facing charges and was unreachable for comment at the time of publication. There is no indication that anything other than voters’ information, which can be acquired for a few hundred dollars in Arizona counties, was taken from the affected office.”
The warrant, discovered by Forbes this week, reveals investigators have been looking into a computer intrusion at an unnamed “victim office,” which occurred from October 21 to November 4. At the Kerwin residence, they were looking for any evidence within the seized computers that showed they’d been used to access the IT network at the office, as well as “protected voters’ information” and any indication that it had been disseminated to other people.
Of the 15 county recorder’s offices contacted by Forbes about the investigation, only one, Maricopa County, confirmed voter data had been stolen, noting that a federal investigation was under way. The Maricopa County Recorder’s office, which is just 30 minutes’ drive south from Kerwin’s home, did not confirm whether or not the investigation was the same as that referred to in the search warrant.
“Analysis by the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office IT Security indicates an unauthorized individual gathered publicly accessible voter information from our website,” a spokesperson said. They didn’t specify what voter information and declined to comment any further on the nature of the attack. The data trove could be significant; there were more than 2.5 million registered voters in the county for the 2020 election. (more)

In my view, there is so much evidence that has already been 100% proven. But it has taken 100’s (maybe 1000’s) of different people and discoveries. Among the more prominent voices, you have egos and human nature involved. This can appear as strife, division, ulterior motives, etc. I prefer to listen to as many of them as I can, form temporary conclusions, and then wait for results. I am drawn to steady voices like Sidney Powell and David Clements, but I will listen to every person no matter how quirky, egotistical, or difficult to grasp their genius “tech-speak”. At the end of the day, I am abundantly grateful for each of their efforts to get our President back in office and get our elections to a place of transparency and honesty. It would also mean someone left the pcap file on the system which indicates they are halfa$$ hackers since they didn’t remove the evidence.

From an experienced data-processing perspective (mine): the fundamental problem here is that none of these processes have adequate “data integrity” controls. Not the hardware, not the software, and not the surrounding human processes. It simply doesn’t exist. And that is why, for example, it would be possible to arbitrarily modify the database contents, e.g. using a tool like “SQL Server Manager,” without detection.
In other contexts, such as finance or medical records, we have “toothy,” integrity-aware statutes such as Dodd-Frank, Sarbanes-Oxeley (“SarbOx”) and HIPAA. Under these, this nonsense would actually be illegal!
We certainly do know how to design data systems which are robust, accountable, and fraud-resistant. (We call them, “compliant,” in reference to the laws aforementioned.) Dominion and anyone else certainly could have designed such a system and associated surrounding human processes. It therefore stands out very noticeably that they more-or-less did the opposite. I think that I just found Venezuela’s problem . . . and our own.
P.S.: To clarify … it’s fundamental to such “compliant” systems that – of course you have an “arbitrary SQL” tool at your disposal. But you still can’t commit fraud using them.
Agree, Red states at a minimum must go to hand count, or something close to that, for the next election cycle, including the primaries.

Spaul, I think that it’s impractical to use “hand count.” Just look at how long it took to “hand count” one very-populous Arizona county! Furthermore, if the human process is deficient, fraud can still occur.
But we certainly can design a comprehensive hardware/software/human system that is stoutly fraud-resistant … in many other contexts, that is literally what the laws demand. We know exactly how to build “compliant” information systems which conform to the strictures of those laws.
So … why don’t election systems have equally-rigorous laws?

They’re debunking a rumor. I haven’t heard any specifics on what the AZ audit is going to show. There’s a post a few days back where on of the volunteers discusses the nature of what’s been found, but nothing concrete. My understanding is that the claim that the result has been verified by multiple recounts and forensic audits is partially correct: I’m not aware of any forensic audit done besides the Cyber Ninjas audit which is still ongoing. The last claim is that it will have no bearing on the result. Hobbs can’t make that claim yet. If this audit is air-tight in terms of methodology, AND it shows that Biden didn’t win, things are going to start moving fast. We don’t know what’s going to happen, but anyone who says “nothing”is just mouthing off.
