The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.

Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
I had to wonder when Trump said that if he wouldn’t have prevented Iran from having a nuke, that there would be no Israel. I think if it would have come to that, there wouldn’t be any Iran. If my ancestors were decimated by the Holocaust, I know what I would be tempted to do with anti-semites. “We have the capability, and we will use it if you back us into a corner.”
Of course, that might not matter to Iran’s leadership. They are hard-pressed by a malevolent spiritual force. I don’t think they would be given an opportunity to repent. Considering everything, President Trump is being used by a Benevolent Spiritual Creator to give Iran a second chance. Will they take advantage of the chance to mend their ways? Does a cat bark?
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

Had the authority. The electoral count act was “revised” to remove that authority making the VP just a secretary going forward.
I’m certainly not an expert, but I think the Vice President won’t accept the results if BOTH a senator AND a member of the house raise an objection. Not sure where the process goes if objection is raised but I believe both a senator and a house member were prepared to object. That’s why the J6 “riot” was necessary. Also multiple members of the house tried to object when PDJT was elected the first time but they couldn’t find a senator to join them.
No, if those elections (for state and municipal level elections in that state) violate the rights protected by the US Constitution and if the states attempt to enact an election system that is contrary to the Republic Form of government defined in the Constitution.
With respect to Federal Level elections, the states again must comply with the Republic form of Government and Ratified Election Laws regarding Federal Elections. At, the Federal Level the States only have a say in defining methods of election but again those methods must comply with Ratified Election Law created by the US Congress.
The founding fathers added clauses to the Constitution that mandated a consistent “Republic and Federal Form” of Government democratically elected from the Federal to the Municipal Levels of Government. If states violate that consistency and rights of voters, their election can be rejected. The challenge process is the tough part as it will require winding a law suit through the court system … local to Supreme Court … to undo an election process or result.
That was going to be the question before Congress after the 2020 election that Pelosi et.al. used the J6 rally to create a distraction to stop Congress from having to address that question; several States, including Nevada, had set up lists of alternate electors should the question that was to be put before Congress reveal that no, electors are subject to verified election counts.
And yes, once Congress accepts the electors from each State, it must accept the election results, and is why, with the distraction by the J6 event, Congress did not have to do its job and the electoral coup was able to complete its planned objective, to oust a VSG-PDJT (and – to always find a bright side no matter how bad things are – at the least we were able to remove the fly host Pence from any further inside damage).
There is more to the story … after the January 6 2020 PROTEST, congress (both parties) acted to REMOVE the mechanisms that allowed protests and challenges to the Electors ratified by the States.
Need to add the the update to the election laws in the Electoral Reform Act of 2022 now essentially makes accepting Electors a RUBBER STAMP process … Congress has removed the ability to challenge electors and REMOVED the Vice President’s Authority over the Joint Session of Congress used to validate the election results.
This discussion applies to presidential elections only and not other Federal and State level elections.

Something needs to be done about the US Post Office.
A company mails out bills. The mail is now so slow that they arrive at or near the due date.
The customer of the company pays the bill while still inside the post office and puts the payment right back in the mail, noting the date of delivery to the customer and the date of payment.
The payment arrives at least 10 days later, past the due date. The company tacks a late payment fee onto the next bill.
Is the company paying kickbacks to the post offie for delaying the mail?? For a $10 late fee they could shell out $2 to the PO and still make money.
I’m getting tired of this. I do not want to make automatic payments, but I’m getting forced to, in order to avoid the late fees, because the post office is truly the US Snail Service.. This is ridiculous.
It puzzles me how bank statements for 2 separate accounts at the same bank, can be mailed but the bamk at the same time, and arrive several days apart.

A guess here, but the mail goes into a big bin. Those get dispersed to mail sorters, sometimes different ones. Big loads get dumped with mail sometimes falling out, and has to be picked up manually. Then the mail man sorts them for his route. Mistakes can be made. Automatic mail readers can struggle with some people’s handwriting. I often get another persons mail, but always on Wednesday my regular mailman’s day off when a Sub does the route.
Two letters mailed at the same time can be delivered days apart due to sorting errors, delays in processing, or one letter getting stuck to another during handling. These issues can cause significant variations in delivery times, even for mail sent to the same address. -AI

Had some foreign crooks intercept an invoice to a client via my email. They spoofed my email to said client and set up an ACH transfer of funds from the client to a legitimate bank account. I only stopped it by calling the client about another matter and they told me about the ACH.
I called the bank in question, and indeed the crooks had a valid account. I told them they were crooks. The lady I spoke with didn’t seem to care.
All sorts of ways to scam or steal money from folks.
My bank says it is rampant right now.

Things like credit theft or title theft, basic consumer protection are of no concern to our government. Price gauging going on under the excuse of inflation…every corporation jumping on the bandwagon is allowed to go on unabated. AI is not all powerful at this stage. AI will even tell you that if you ask. AI is good at sorting through facts, but can’t discern truth from lies. So if AI is fed garbage information it will spit out garbage. What they are expecting is AI to learn in the future. Say it takes in all the cancer research available to date analyze it in minutes that would take humans years and figure out what really worked, what did not, and the most logical treatments which would lead to better outcomes ‘curing’ cancer. AI can also be put to nefarious uses like spying or electronic theft. AI has no moral code beyond what the programmer’s give it. Therefore the question is will it help or destroy humanity, someday?

It is, you get paid in digital credits to your bank account and you pay your bills in digital credits to who you owe. Bills and coins never meet your hands.

We bought my wife a new car:
I had $40,000 minus taxes transferred to my account. That much had to be done by a paper check. I deposited that check in my account, and went and paid for the auto with another check. From the time the money was taken out of my paycheck, put in my 401K and until I received the car, I never saw any currency.

Why people buy gold. If you can afford it now seems allot of people had the same idea.
But there is the question of how to transact in gold. How do you create change for the loaf of bread you try to buy with an ounce of gold. We are poor… we can’t buy gold or silver… we’ve been purposefully forced into poor by theft by these government administrations… on both sides of the political fence.

It’s been years since I got a paycheck, direct deposit starting in the 80’s. Also most people use debit cards, but even checks are reported and so are credit cards. Yeah you may use some small amount of cash, but the government already pretty much knows everything. Not saying that is good, just that is the way it is.
Many people only use cash or credit cards either for the convenience or the reward points. If you use a bank, the government can de-bank you. We are already caught in the mouse trap.

No you can’t. You have to pay for internet service which is way more than postage for 10 bills a month. You also have to track your passwords and keep an up to date computer.

And I refuse to pay for printer ink just to have a receipt. Junk mail and billing is one the main sources of income for the USPS. If all that stops, everything might, unless a private company like UPS takes over.
Why do we need government unions controlling our mail? It’s also a waste of money for carriers to walk to each house. In my city some areas have street side mailboxes and some are mounted on the house. It makes sense for delivery to have a street box for packages and mail that a driver just rips up and down a street in half the time. Why isn’t anyone pushing that?
In fact, a system like garbage trucks would work with automatic opening of our box with a sorter on board that spews out our stuff maybe even without a union driver. The only reason we don’t have something like this is the establishment system with unions don’t want change.
On the flip side I use cash and checks and do business in person. Don’t give a damn what an Indonesian accountant in London does.
It never ceases to amaze me at how people will trade away their rights, personal data, and liberty for the illusions of safety.and convenience – and still others will try to convince people that all things are inevitable and they may as well climb into the dungeon.

Regarding the security (safety) aspect, yes indeed he did. It has gone far beyond his warning though into the ‘convenience’ trade – having nothing to do with safety – which has become used more often and effectively than the security ploy :/
It has been a fairly comprehensive and focused attack. First destroy all ties that bind (families, history, basic concepts like ‘gender’, churches, communities, etc), along with the support networks they form – then quit teaching and developing critical thinking skills – and you end up with a significant portion of the population that lemmings through life like zombies, easily fooled, easily manipulated emotionally, easily herded into the boxcars…

Yesterday, my daughter found these old writable CDs that had some 18 to 20 year old pictures on them. We haven’t played them in that long, as well, so we forgot what was on them
They were pictures of her at 1 to 2 years old – with her father who abandoned her and my father who died when she was 14 months old…. her grandfather “angel” who came to her when she was lost to tell her that her “mother was coming for her”.
It was a real emotional charge to see those old photos. There were people in them we didn’t recognize nor had any memory who they were. Another lifetime ago.
It irks me the whole “cloud storage” thing that is too easily erased or sequestered by non-payment of software membership licensing agreements… how they hold hostage ones memories… to the point we totally FORGET.
We didn’t have that in my youth. We had Polaroid and photo albums and we didn’t need 10,000 photos… Instagram and Facebook… we just needed a few books timely placed.
Three years ago for Christmas… I made a photo album for Savannah… and spent quite a bit on it having the photos printed at CVS photo dept. I’m so glad I did this. She’ll always have that physical reminder.
And I purchased tangible books for the days when they too disappear or are rewritten by A.I.
Hardcopy books and photos are treasures in their own right Woo – they will only get more precious as time goes on. I would suggest you make copies of all of the CDs as well, as over time they will become unreadable.
Something else that is invaluable is oral history. Tell her all you can remember about your family so that she too knows them and can share them with her children.
Regarding Ai – there are companies that are buying old books and destructively feeding them into Ai, cutting off their binders and feeding the loose pages into scanners and destroying them – even books that are the only copy of some of the old books. Old history and science books will become especially valuable as they are both rewritten and modified to the point they won’t resemble truth anymore.

I did not say anything about mail in ballots. I think they are evil. I resent the fact that the speed of the snail mail is decreasing almost exponentially while the cost of the decreased service increases almost exponentially.
2nd day mail from my local town used to be around $10. Now they can’t do less than 3 days, for $12. I call in my payment to the credit card now. (There is a due date issue that conflicts with my once-a-month paycheck.)

You can pay by phone. But you are still held responsible even when the post office fails to deliver.
I’ve used old bills to find the phone number. And the phone to learn how much I owe.
Have to be careful about the due date. They aren’t always the same as last month.

In the old days, the Post Office had a reception box marked “Local Mail.” If you were mailing anything to someone across town, it was handled at the local Post Office.
It would be be delivered the next day.
Today, in a small town of 6,000, you place your letter in the mailbox, it gets driven on a 100+ mile trip to a “sorting facility” in a large post office in a big city, the letter then gets driven back to your small town, and 5 to 7 days later, your recipient can open the birthday card!

It took me two weeks to chase down a $700 package of veterinarian medication from my local vet’s office.

It’s suppose to save money with ‘Economies of scale’.
Economies of scale are cost advantages a business gets when it produces and sells goods in larger quantities, so the average cost per unit goes down as output increases. This can happen because fixed costs are spread over more units and larger purchases can be cheaper.
It works for most private enterprises, but not for the government because of fraud, waste and inefficiency. Plus lazy surely employees (not all but to many).

Companies do this…wait to post your payment, let it sit in a mailroom.
You do not have to do automatic payments; just pay by debit or credit through their online portal.

I refuse to use online stuff to pay bills, or for these healthcare “portals.” I am aware everything goes to a data center and then to China anyway, I just resist doing it. Cranky older lady.
Automatic drafts for my basic bills, electric, water and land line/internet is what I had to do.
Credit score is very important. It can affect your insurance costs and has life changing consequences.
Using the postal service had to double pay my electric bill 2 x to keep them from reporting me late.

If a company can take $200 from your account, it can take more. Then there was the time the power company sent me a bill for $3,800 If I had autopay, my credit rating and reputation would have been destroyed not to mention service charges. The charged me for a full revolution of my meter, probably because I took a 2 week vacation the year before and they began to alternate readings and estimates on past usage.

Agree. We do both because it is necessary in some situations and we also use cash for transactions at restaurants and retail stores. The mix is there still to be used, but all the youngsters in my family are strictly online babies for everything. They rarely handle cash and I like to pay them in cash if there’s an exchange needed between us just to force them to use it once in awhile, lol. We also still have paper checks which are rarely used.

If I was super organized I could generate a spreadsheet of all bills and due dates (that change every so often because the companies go by weeks and not dates) and consult it every day . . . in my copious spare time . . .

That happened several years ago to me, that is why when I get notification that I have a credit card, cell phone etc is due, I pay it directly out of my checking account. Never had a problem, and it saves me the price of a stamp.

The date stamped on the outside of the envelope by the USPS as to the day the item is mailed, not the day it was received by the company issuing the bill, is the way to approach complaining to the company charging the late fee – and is why, if it is one or just a few companies playing that game,
if it were me, I would put in writing on the back or lower left hand corner of the envelope I was using to pay the bill, the date with the wording “mailed today, (insert date) ” and then make photocopy (assuming you have an all-in-one printer) of the outside of the envelope, in my daily log book write on that day “drove to post office to mail bill payment to so-and-so” and then accumulate how many times that billing company continues to charge the late fee – and then write a very nice ‘bless your heart’ letter to the company – not the outside agency that mails the bills – with copies of the documentations and ask their legal department to review the situation.
and then – (i did this once) – the problem usually disappears and that outside billing company, usually a few States away from the actual service provider, is changed to a different oustide provider. It’s a scam to both the customer and the company that the third party billing company uses to make just that sweet little extra.
but, that’s just me, having time on my hands and noticing unusual patterns and deciding I have time to play this game, let’s see who wins!

I already write on the bill when I got it, and when I send the payment, which are the same dates. But on reflection, I guess that’s all computerized and nobody sees it.

I receive and pay my bills online. It’s cheaper and reliable.
I still insist on receiving certain bills by mail – power, water, internet provider and then pay online unless it’s one of those places that plays the ‘lets charge the late fee’ game (as I describe above) because we are in an area where the internet is prone to disruption (outside in the foothill area surrounded by mountains and huge wind and snow storms) in case I cannot get online to receive the bill know I will get the paper one as backup even though I do get those bills online still insist on the paper ones.
You can print online bills to .pdf files and do whatever with them.
The post office can be just as bad at not delivering a bill as losing a payment.

That, and if speaking to someone on the telephone, in that say written log book be sure to write down the time of the phone conversation and the name of the individual spoken to.

In NE TN, the closest USPS sorting station is Knoxville. A pice of mail sent to an address a mile or less away from my residence has to go to Knoxville then back to the local post office then to the sent to address. A retired postal supervisor who was rehired as a contractor told me that. Stupid.

Thoughts on Dolly Parton: I take note of how many musical artists have come forward with their warm and sincere comments on her passing. For me, Mrs. Parton was a girl from Tennessee who worked hard at what she loved for her entire life, evolving into a woman adored by millions for reasons–I suspect, that go far beyond her music.
I think she represented the Southern Charm women in the South were know for historically, grounded in the heritage of pure Southern values. She defined them in so many ways. What man wouldn’t desire a wife such as her? What minister would not want her in his congregation? What singer wouldn’t want her to provide such talents?
Finally, who would deny ordering our flags at half mast for such a wonderful woman? She offered us a “gold standard” in being nice, in my opinion.

1. Norman was the first GOP congressman, that I’m aware of, to endorse Nimrata Randhawa for President in 2023/2024. (Thats Nikki Haley, for those not paying close attention)…. So, if it was up to Norman, Trump would not be President.
2. What else do you need to know?
It certainly felt like a rock and a hard place type call between Graham/Norman, but I’d take someone who hasn’t already proven disloyal to Trump any day. The President has enough to deal with, without another Massie-type, in what should be a friendly seat. That Sanford, “Nikki”, and the like endorsed Norman makes me hopeful that the good people of South Carolina made the right call tonight.
That said, President Trump’s endorsement against Fleming in LA was far far more perplexing than this one, yet no one talks about it. Maybe (or probably) he knows something I don’t.
I am good with this. I support President Trump and his love for Ametica. I think there has never been another person with such a passion and determination. I trust POTUS. She will do a good job for us too.
3 months ago, everyone knew with absolute certainty that Ralph Norman was a republican.
No one can say the same about Darlene Graham.
He endorsed her because they are close friends. They’ve known each other for 20 years… and he didn’t attack Trump when he did it. He publicly defended Trump at every turn, including in 2020 when they tried to convict him in the Senate (he was in the house). He has consistently voted for conservative policies and aligns with Trump on pretty much everything.
She on the other hand has no record, other than her brother’s record and he was one of the worst senators the GOP has had in the last 20 years. So good luck with that. We’re supposed to trust that she’ll be Trump’s puppet and rubber stamp him, although her entire campaign is ran by Lindsey’s staffers.

I own a business, and I can honestly say that bad reviews HELP good businesses. Most bad reviews are obviously from a Karen or somebody who’s illogical and they reveal it in the review… so most people if they ever even read it, don’t agree with the person and find themselves wanting to defend the business… I.E. giving you more business. Of course you have to be a well run, good business for this to work. If you are running a bad business, you will get bad reviews and they will hurt your bad business. Nothing will hurt a good business.

A federal Judge in Massachusetts decides She doesn’t like all those Trump Mail-In Ballot Regulations from the Executive. Okay fine! Maybe other districts want a more secure election in their districts? How is Equitable justice served by the opinion of one judge?
I’ve said this before: The Constitution establishes only one Court. The first Congress, in the “Judiciary Act,” established everything else. They can change it today.
The rules say that a Judge may only rule on the case before the Court. The Judiciary has neither legislative nor executive powers. But, today’s Judges ignore these rules with indifference.
Congress still has the power to pass Laws that are binding upon all Judges.
And Trump v CASA ruled that district courts don’t have the statutory authority to issue nationwide or universal injunctions.
But as Boasberg showed, what’s little mutiny amongst judges?
Congress only passes pay increases and extra vacation time. That is all!
Plus, Article III of the Constitution specifically states that ALL Courts are INFERIOR to the Supreme Court and are REQUIRED to Comply with the rulings of the Supreme Court.
Besides Congress, the Supreme Court has the authority to ACT vs Rogue Judges issuing illegal and moot findings.
Also, Congress cannot pas laws that impact the Supreme Court that contravene the Constitutional Authority granted the Supreme court … that violates the separation of powers as well as checks and balances delineated in the constitution.
This Judges ruling is moot because the Supreme Court erased the Injunction being cited by that judge. The Supreme court can, if anything, issue a summary ruling declaring her ruling DOES NOT Exist and then move on to discussing actions to sanction this Judge.

However, as rogue judges everywhere have shown, it’s an un-tried judicial concept that has never been slapped down, they’ve basically just allowed them to do it. The theory is, there’s a case before this judge, they need to decide it, so until then they put a restraining order on the person supposedly doing the harm to the person who is appearing before their court. So they are literally saying “I’m being harmed, as a tax payer, because a man is destroying some of my public property, the east wing of the Whitehouse”. Then the judge says “Well that man should stop doing that until this case is decided.” They’re putting a restraining order on the President of the United states.
Without clear guidance from the Supreme Court, this has continued for DECADES, it didn’t just start with Trump it’s just accelerated. The Supreme Court is reticent to do anything to take power away from judges (they all mostly were district and federal judges before this themselves) but they also are all proud people who eventually will have to assert that they have the ultimate power over this, probably about the time they get sick and tired of having so may cases bumped up to them regarding this so called ‘loophole’.

Because, except for China, all of Iran’s oil customers have stopped giving them orders and, instead, have been ordering from the USA and other Middle Eastern countries that do not go through the Strait of Hormuz, like Saudi Arabia.
Iran has very few tankers trying to get through the Strait of Hormuz because they no longer have orders from their old customers. Their old customers are now going to safer ports in Texas, Louisiana and Alaska with much lower insurance rates.
There are still a few of the smaller Middle Eastern countries shipping oil out through the Strait of Hormuz and these are the smaller number of tankers being reported as being escorted out by the US NAVY.
As Paul Harvey would say, that is “The rest of the story.”
Iran’s influence on the price of oil, worldwide, by holding the Strait of Hormuz hostage, was removed, months ago, simply by their customers finding safer sources of oil at much lower insurance rates.

I think at the end of the day, the best way to get an accurate assesment of all of this is to simply look at crude oil futures. Before the war the price was $62 or so a barrel, today it’s at $80. So yes it’s higher (it was down to $70 or so a few weeks ago) but it’s not 90% higher like they would try to imply. With the typical price gouging we always see at the pump, where I am prices are up if I’m behing honest about 30 percent at the pump from before the war, and the cost of a barrel of oil is up about 25%. Everybody runs around with their hair on fire about this, it’s not that big of a deal in the big scheme of things.
I think at the end of all of this, prices likely will not go down too much more, we may not see pre-war prices but with everything else inflating the economy will probably ‘rise’ to give us gas relief. It’s one thing to want prices to be what they were years ago, it’s another thing to make prices RELATIVE to everything else, lower. I believe gas prices will stabilize and drop slightly while inflation and hopefully higher average incomes lessens the burden forus.

I have a question about the oil wells in Iran that I have not been able to find. It may be because I am not wording my query correctly on the web.
From what I understand, if an oil well pump is stopped, especially for more than several hours, then that well is rendered useless and it takes several months, possibly a year, and a lot more money to bring it back to life again.
This information was covered on several news websites and I frequently go to for my news.
Back in about April or so the discussion in several articles was that the storage facilities on Kharg Island were near or at full capacity. With those storage units full and no longer available to receive any more oil, the oil wells would need to be shut down and that would disable the oil wells.
Back in about July or so the discussion in several articles was that our military would start hitting the infrastructure of Iran, like bridges and electricity generation facilities. Because the motors on the oil well is powered by electricity, if a power plant supplying a certain number oil wells in a certain location was destroyed, electricity would no longer be supplied to those oil wells and that would render those oil wells lifeless.
I cannot find any information on the condition of the oil wells in Iran.
Is Iran able to move oil onto the markets in any fashion?
Is Iran pumping that oil into the ocean?
Is Iran pumping that oil into man made ponds near the oil well?
Are the oil wells in Iran still pumping any oil at all?
Have any oil wells in Iran been shut down and now damage?
What is the situation with oil wells in Iran?

First, that was definitely a propaganda effort. Propaganda can use truth and lies.
Second think about our SPR. Underground storage. Pumped out and pumped in and held to be used later. Multiple times. Non of that locks that oil away from our use.
Could be specific to certain types of oil deposits and not others. But it was amazing how suddenly people claiming to be experts were unanimously proclaiming how simply stopping to pump would destroy Iran.
There were reports that Iran kept oil flowing despite not having anywhere to put it, creating ecologic disaster. Unrestrained land spills, ocean spills, all were reported. Haven’t heard much about that lately either.
And we are conducting a blitz of negotiations to convince others not to buy Iranian oil. So obviously Iran still has oil to sell.

On the fifteenth of this month we were in Big Spring for the fiftieth anniversary reception for a cousin of my wife. While there I visited with her cousin from Midland who is involved in the financing for drilling oil wells(1).
He knows firsthand about the damage resulting from shutting down the pump on an older oil well(2), which is universally true across all older oil wells, but he had not heard anything about whether or not any of the Iranian oil wells had been shut down.
1) Personal Footnote: I was absolutely fascinated with the information he was sharing with me.
2) Personal Footnote: He explained that in the Permian Basin they drill down about two miles, and then over sideways about two miles, each oil well costing about $10 Million dollars to drill, cement, and set the pump on, $13 Million by the time they pay royalties to the mineral rights holder. Oil well pumps work on the same principle as a wind mill pumping water. Some oil deposits are sitting on top of water. If the new oil well pump is set too fast it will start “Coning” it causes a “Cone” of water to be sucked up, in which case the pump is shut down for about six months to let the water settle back down, and then the pump motor speed is reduced.

What was his approach? Among other things, reject any ballot that is being sent in violation of Federal law, such as to a vacant lot, or a 7-11 store. His system compares “Voter” addresses to property tax rolls (the most accurate rolls in any govt. system).
All of the BOGUS ballots being sent to wherever they don’t belong then get pulled from the stream and invalidated.
Invalidating an address (or non-address, as the case may be) violates no civil rights, unlike taking a “voter” off the roll.

What I’m suggesting is that Fractal may very well be part of what being used.
I think the workaround they will use is, they don’t need to have the ballots delivered by the USPS. They could for instance just have Fedex do it. The government has control over USPS but not FedEx without further legislation.
Or they could just literally drive around handing out ballots. There are still so many ways to game the system I really don’t think it’s going to dry it all up. I do think, however, it will dry SOME of it up because it will make everything harder to game. California for instance though, will still install whomever they want, this won’t stop them from cheating.
FedEx (and UPS for that matter) would jeopardize their government contracts (and their security clearance for handling) if they got tangled up in a fraud conspiracy.
