As disturbing as this statement is, considering the prior admissions of warrantless wiretapping by the FBI using the NSA database, this does not come as a surprise.

Tonight on Tucker Carlson the Fox News Host outlined how an NSA whistleblower contacted him and told him the NSA was conducting electronic surveillance of his communication. To verify the authenticity of the claim the whistleblower told Carlson what the content of his private text messages and emails contained. While alarming in part, again this should not be surprising. Where is the Judiciary?
In the case of Trump-Russia, it was exposed that thousands were monitored without consent or notification.
In a just world, all parties spied upon should have been notified and given the opportunity to pursue in the Courts. The fact this did not happen just strengthens those who wish to abuse the system.
Tucker will learn somebody (anonymous) stated Tucker had some information on the January 6 insurrection .
Or that some arrested viewed his show, something like that.
Think carefully about the FISA law.
The Democrats were illegally and unconstitutionally using government to spy on and blackmail Americans. They then told about these crimes to America while Republicans were in the Presidency. After blaming Republicans, they authored a new law ‘to keep the government in check’. But what it really does is legalize those Constitutional abuses, and provides a framework for government to authorize abuse of the people.
But that wasn’t good enough, so they wrote the Patriot Act to vastly expand that abuse as well as to expand the types of approvable abuses.
But that wasn’t good enough either, so they created and exploited loopholes like memorandums of understanding, and hiring contractors, etc.
And they routinely mock the judicial reviewers by telling them year after year of their abuses while never doing a damn thing to fix them.
But when you think about it, a SECRET COURT is either criminal, or it has no teeth. Nobody can defend themselves against it. You never even know the government has committed crimes against you. Unless of course those crimes are secret renditions. Illegal imprisonments and executions, secret trials with no right to a lawyer or even self defense.
But the court is also totally at the mercy of the secret keepers. It can only do what the secret keepers tell it to do. It can only know what the secret keepers let it know. And it can’t secretly punish the secret keepers, that would be a violation of their rights. Besides, only the secret keepers are allowed to be secret prosecutors. So shut up secret judge and do what you are told. Or we will empanel a secret jury of your secret keeper peers and recruit a more compliant secret judge to try you.
And they try to tell us that the history of escaping from such abuses is evil, guaranteeing rights for the people is evil, and fighting to protect those rights is evil terrorism.
