So when you put the USPS statutory authority together with their technical capability, and then consider they operate their own police force… and then tie it together with “DHS Preparing to Use Private Contractors to “Scour Public Data and Social Media” To Compile Dissident Citizens for Watch List and No Fly Lists“…. what is described in the Yahoo article is almost identical to what we previously outlined.

The details of the surveillance effort, known as iCOP, or Internet Covert Operations Program, have not previously been made public. We have a decent mailman and a Trump supporter. He has told it is terrible. They were told if Trump should win again, they’d all lose their jobs and the post office would be privatized. If you were suspected of Trump support,and white, you’d be shifted to a dangerous black or Muslim neighborhood where there was always problems. I don’t know how prevalent this politicizing is of the post office nationwide, but it does exist.
They are government workers and partial to DEMS. Most government workers are considered “essential” where as churches and big box stores are not. It is my understand that government workers also received stimulus checks even though they were not missing time from work or working from home. Their pensions and medical is far better than the private sector so they have reason to go along with this stuff – just like teachers in public schools… .

After watching and listening to the Lindell series and reading the Navarro 3 part report a few times, I am more convinced now that Trumps’ margin of victory was absolutely monumental, tens of millions of votes! Worked and retired postal for 25 + years on a golf course in Vegas. Was 90 percent Chinese. Been that way a long time. Bam bam used the p o to get his job #s up by hiring part time workers. Meh. So the USPS took over this task from CIA. USPS had to do something to merit all that CCP Virus money they didn’t deserve.
USPS: I don’t know if it made any difference, but I re-opened accounts with UPS & Fed X for shipping packages last year(Sept or Oct), when I had a go around with the mail carrier for our part of the apartment complex. Now I am wondering if the USPS has access to other carriers information.
I also had issues with my gmail account for about 4-5 months (last summer). I “suddenly” kept being logged out of chrome when closing out at the end of the day. I checked to make sure synch was connected. I found articles on the internet giving instructions how to “fix the issue” & none worked. (I also noticed a few others were having similar issues & no resolution either). I hired a local computer Tech to come to my house & check the computer out, all settings etc. Finally, I decided to remove all the data for the day, beings I would have to reload everything anyway. I also unplugged my Wi-Fi for the night & left it off (unplugged) until I was ready to get on. I did that for approximately 4 days & all of a “sudden” it corrected itself & haven’t had that issue for months now! I was also contacted by my ISP carrier (Xfinity/Comcast) making sure I knew there was an app available for my phone, that would allow me to “monitor” my wi-fi & set an amount of time to turn it off, without actually unplugging it. I also signed up for a VPN early in 2020. (Patriot Shield). Annnd, so it goes. 🙂

The Law Enforcement arm of the USPS is the independent United States Postal Inspection Service.
USPIS does not use any part of the USPS technical services. USPIS are quite paranoid about anyone/anything connected to the regular USPS getting access to the secret USPIS operations and investigations.
Postal Service has approximately 630,000 employees with 495,941 career full time employees. Many included in the difference between those numbers are contract employees who do not earn retirement or health benefits.
As far as I know, the total amount of USPIS employees is kept hidden.
But, here are some other stats for USPIS:
Even if DHS massively ramped up their specialty contractors running algorithms to sniff out citizens social stances, the USPIS is incapable of following up.
Nor does the statutory, that is the law creating and specifically empowering USPS support such actions against citizens.
That whole “First Class” approach is dictated by law and stems from the Constitution assigning responsibility to the Postal Service to protect secrecy and citizen freedoms.
