The provision in the Constitution states “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
I see nothing more that would provide for impeachment and conviction on any officer no longer holding office. Of course, that is not the intent of Pelosi or Schumer. Sad that most of Congress not only allow, but support this obscene act of tyranny.

Agree. Article 1 Section 3 would says to remove a President from office. Guess they have not noticed Trump is no longer in office. This is IMO totally un-Constitutional.
