The duplicity of former AG Bill Barr’s position is stunning. It should be remembered that Bill Barr previously stated that President Trump was targeted by the weaponization of the intelligence apparatus, including the DOJ and FBI, as “spying on the administration.”
Additionally, in September the same AG Barr noted that mail-in ballots was “absolutely opening the floodgates to election fraud.”
However, as soon a President Trump remarks on the same two key issues; and now that he is out of office; the former AG states: “The President’s conduct yesterday was a betrayal of his office and supporters.”

After visiting with several former members of federal law enforcement this past summer CTH was warned never to trust the words of any voices inside Main Justice and the FBI.
Specifically CTH was warned never to engage with those two institutions in Washington DC because there was widespread belief the institutions themselves were no longer repairable.
Later, during one specific lengthy conversation with a person close to the issues at hand, who was also a staunch defender of AG Bill Barr, the topic of the political manipulation of the DOJ and FBI became the focus of discussion.
During that conversation the Barr defender was adamant about Barr’s motive being genuine and honorable. However, when CTH posed the paramount question: “if AG Barr is more substantively intended to preserve the institutions of the DOJ and FBI, then how can you be so certain corruption will be addressed?” The silence was deafening.
Against everything that came to pass since February 14, 2019, that is the essential element many have missed about AG Barr taking the role of U.S. Attorney General.
How can any AG expose the known institutional corruption, and yet retain the credibility within the institutions as they are exposed? The two dynamics are mutually exclusive. Either you expose the gross system, or your protect it, there is no third option.
During his tenure AG Bill Barr spoke out of both sides of his mouth. He outlined the abuses of authority within the DOJ/FBI in the targeting of President Trump; and he spoke about the corrupt intent likely behind mail-in ballots in the 2020 election. However, his actions did nothing to address either issue. Actions speak louder than words.
Yes, it is true that any corrupt activity that would be exposed would have initially weakened the DOJ and/or FBI, and easily provided ammunition to any defense attorney in courtroom proceedings against those officers; but the corrupt activity exists regardless of whether it is admitted publicly or not.
President Trump has said nothing about the 2020 election outcome that AG Bill Barr did not himself warn about prior to the election. However, now that President Trump notes the actual results… all of a sudden AG Bill Barr stands in opposition to those same positions and opinions he held only a few months ago. The duplicity is stunning.
As the motives and intentions of the professional DC establishment gain clarity from the sunlight represented by outsider Donald Trump, we are now watching exposure upon an assembly of administration officials who previously hid those motives. There is no putting that genie back in the bottle….

I know Pence was beloved by evangelicals because of his “faith” but in De. M Scott Peck’s book People of the Lie he Says it is very common for sociopaths to be in the church ranks because they are able to fool people there by simply mirroring the behavior they see from the genuinely moral people there. And being in the church gives them some shielding from suspicion. It’s a scary idea.
I got a lot of flack when I thought Pence was a bad guy after the way he so quickly condemned Flynn for doing was was ultimately considered “his job.” Pence never ever retracted from that position even after the facts came out.
And to me, the way he speaks is incredibly fake. It may be what a lot of people love to hear but if I were motivated by what I love to hear or moved against what I don’t like? I’d have been a Trump hater from the very beginning until this very day!
On the contrary, I see well beyond the style and look at the intent and I look at the results to confirm the intent. Trump, in my opinion, is and was 100% MAGA from the very start and before that. Pence was another actor playing his role.
I guess few people are going to give me flack for any of this now though. I’m not happy to have been right. I just want to know if Trump was fooled by Pence or if he knew all along.

Trump no self has said there will be a new administration inaugurated on 1/20/20 and that he’s moving forward with other plans.
Obama purged the military leadership. Miller thanked Pence for being his mentor and helping him complete the most complicated military operation in his career / I’d imagine that was this coup and stolen election while also rolling out Operation Warp Speed.

Not a fan of Barr or anyone else in DC but the yesterday gathering was clearly a huge mistake, a desperate attempt to put pressure on Republicans and especially on Pence. People usually resent any such attempts, let alone being criticized in public by a President who just lost his re-election and depends on their good will, not the other way around. The unfortunate events following the rally just made it easier for them to openly distance themselves from Trump. Do you think they are afraid of voters? McConnell has just been re-elected for 6 more years, and most probably won’t run again. TURN UP THE HEAT! Volunteer for a new political party should one be formed… Get ready for inflation… Build your local conservative community i.e. volunteer to help home-school associations and families. I think he hoped to win over enough in Congress, and with SCOTUS appts to turn the tide, esp. with his tremendous popular support and assistance at getting them re-elected. He underestimated Satan.

I think Trump had very little actual power in his position. China Mitch controlled his appointments, refused to allow recess appointments, made sure all positions were filled by traitors. In fairness, Barr also appointed someone to review the Flynn case and made sure that Powell was given at least some of the Brady material she was entitled to. And he eventually signed off on dismissing the case. Had he been serious about reforming DOJ, he would have dismissed the case sooner, and fired Van Grack for prosecuting a frivolous, meritless, political case and completely ignoring his Brady obligations. But he wasn’t serious, he was just straddling the fence.
