Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provided an update last night on yesterday’s Senate hearing. In addition to noting the specific political manipulation by the Maricopa Board of Supervisors, Mrs. Ward highlights some of the details from the hearing organized by Arizona Senate President Karen Fann.
One detail covered is that someone in the Maricopa County election group had factually deleted the master voter result files as previously reported; however, Ben Cotton one of the forensic auditors (testimony below), was able to follow the electronic trail of the deleted master file and recover it making it available for the auditors to use. That’s good news.

The local press distorts everything so many casual observers think it’s just biased politics driving an audit. The local paper described this document deletion as if the auditors just didn’t know what they were doing or looking for, and finally figured it out and found the files.
If you watch the hearing tough, you see that the files were deleted and the auditors found them and recovered them.

And yet they were able to recover these files, deleted 3 days before turning over the machines.

I cursed the Rino led State Republican party, as I watched them deliberately torpedo Dr. Kelli Wards first Senate campaign primary effort, labeling her “Chemtrail Kelli”, for proposing a town hall on Chemtrails.
I watched (and cursed them) torpedo her second effort, by putting up Sheriff Joe, who didn’t campaign AT ALL, to split the MAGA vote, guaranteeing us Dem Senators, and was disgusted.
As often happens, I now realise this was a BLESSING. As a Senator, she would be marginalised in DC, by the Rino leadership, much as MTG is.
As State party chair, she is devastating to the opposition, and knowing who the Rinos are, is eliminating them from the State party.

Az is a RED state, always has been. I am convinced it is NOT libbies moving in from elsewhere, it is massive, sustained election fraud in Maracopa County (Phoenix area)and Pima County (Tuscon) that have “turned Az purple”, and Rinos in the State party participated, as the BOS behavior clearly shows.

You are correct. Colorado is really a red state too. Rinos like Ken Buck have one by one given up. Ken is a sort of conservative holdout on the Front Range. Most Conservatives are on the Western Slope today. Think Lauren Bobert from Rifle CO in Garfield County. I am certain she feels as though she is on another planet in DC.

We attended an LD meeting in Fountain Hills last Thursday. You should have been there. After Trump signed 3 Executive Orders to STOP Serious Human Sex Trafficking & followed up w/6 Legislative Bills to Combat Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption did we see the “gates of hell” come against him from every direction and Republicans were no exception. Talk about exposing an ugly, sick perverse community. That’s why many are saying this is a spiritual war. It goes beyond voter fraud. However, there was a well-planned sophisticated sting to expose voter fraud and those who are guilty won’t be dealt with mildly. Think about AZ, one of the highest trafficked states in the nation and we have those in key positions who could have stopped both the drug and human trafficking network years ago but haven’t. And no different today. So the criminals are working together ~ Democrats and Republicans ~ to make sure Trump never returns to office. But I believe there’s been enough hints that he may be coming back and fulfilling his “best is yet to come” promise.

My question is if votes were manipulated by software or people, why don’t they produce the actual names of the people who the voting machines recorded as votes for Biden or PT.
Imagine the outrage if you actually voted for PT but the voting machine shows your vote was recorded as a vote for Biden.
I would hope that the machines do not associate vote selection with voter identity. The IRS would use that as their sole means of selecting who to audit, the DOJ as to who to investigate, etc. etc.

I remember in 2012 the poll worker held my Driver’s license and the plastic poll card which my votes would be made like a poker hand and read both with a laser barcode reader. Click, click, then handed them to me. If a record is kept when they counted my vote of the number on that plastic card, they can see who I voted for.

This should be one of the angles to eliminate digital voting. How difficult would it be to match the sign in sheet sequence with a digital ballot? One could even have people come in and vote for obscure or write-in candidates to serve as markers.

we need to go back to paper ballots. there is no security method that can’t be breached. by the time someone comes up with a security system someone else has already figured out a way around it. computerized voting is inherently unsafe.

I don’t know about other states, but in Texas, there is a website where you can type in your address and see how votes for your household were (supposedly) cast. So “secret” and “anonymous” have already gone down the drain.

That is what I used to think, but actually the Constitution does not call for a secret ballot. All states eventually adopted secret ballot laws (SC being the last to do so) with the beginning of absentee balloting it was known that it could not be secret.

I have been asking if a ballot was sent out to me there for months!
I cannot get an answer to my question, which would then begat my next question:
If yes, was the ballot sent back in completed?
I do not need to know how such a ballot was cast — I just need to know if MY LEGAL VOTE in another AZ county was DISENFRANCHISED.
I have even postulated to officials in AZ that ‘I’could be seen as having committed voter fraud if such a scenario took place, but that has not fazed anyone I have spoken with . . .

They always keep a record of which registered voters actually cast a vote. You should be able to research that. Go to the Maricopa website and see if you can “change” your party of record from Republican to Democrat. If you can then you know the answer to your question!
That is why the Just Us dept. threatened the canvassers with criminal charges if they went door to door to compare how people thought they voted with the actual vote tallies.
I think it is totally legal to go door to door and ask people how they voted. They also have a right to decline to answer.
But if in one voting precinct, 70% pof people said they voted for Trump and yet the actual votes in that precinct where 90% for Biden, that would indicate fraud.

There’s a 3rd question in AZ: how many extra ballots did you receive. I’ve heard the answer has ranged up to 20!
I would think they are just checking residence since there were so many found that didn’t reside in the state anymore. It wouldn’t do much good to try and see who 2M people voted for. Just checking the integrity of the ballots and then get the count correct. No need to really know name.
Liz Harris, who organized the canvasses in Maricopa starting in early December, has been in close touch with Bobby Piton, the mathematician who calculated all the “phantom voters” throughout the states…
And MORE…He has traced PV that were registered in MI that showed up in GA, etc, through an algorithm that appeared to be done by a very sophisticated master computer that moves these PVs around from state to state on the books, to manipulate a vote total.
AND he has run the math on the # of PVs that have been created in each of the last two censuses, and found large numbers of these non-existent people on the rolls to ADD CONGRESSIONAL REPS AND FEDERAL DOLLARS to certain states!!

How hard would it be to just give everyone a copy of their completed ballot to take home? There would be no voter ID, just a unique serial number on each ballot. Then after the election any voter can ask to see the original ballot whose serial number matches their own. If they insist on these things being electronic it shouldn’t be that hard. Heck, they could even rerun a whole tabulation using the copies if need be.
You could then sell your vote with proof and payment after the fact.

There are no secret ballots now. In my state I can put my identifier in a website and it shows. I also check my deseased parents regularly.
If the ballots were unsealed we don’t know what has been tampered with. I am wondering what the duplicate ballots are and why they favor Trump. What is the actual count and does it match the ballots in the batches. If not, there is fraud.
This is the problem Bogey. It is supposed to be a secret vote. I was furious at a home owners meeting 25 years ago where a man and all of his family were counting the votes when he, the Board President, was running yet again for another three year term as President. He had held the position for 6 years already and we couldn’t budge him because his wife and children counted the ‘secret ‘votes as we handed the votes to the family.
To be sure the County knows how you vote but they can’t tie your vote to you unless it is a mail in ballot and they keep the envelope containing the ballot.

Yup! I’m glad that were able to recover the files from “factually deleted the master voter result file”, but the questions remain–Who deleted them? Why were they deleted? And was it illegal to delete them under AZ/Fed election laws to save and make available all election information/results for 22 months?
Speaking of accountability……I just went to the Maricopa County Government site and looked around. There is a county Election department, but scant information on who is in charge of it. It does say that they(whoever ‘they’ might be) are “Supported by the Board of Supervisors and Recorder’s Office, we administer city, town, school district, special district, state and federal elections in Maricopa County, the second largest voting jurisdiction in the country.”
OK, so I looked up the County Recorder’s Office and found that Stephen Richer is the County Recorder and that office says this about elections:
“The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office is responsible for maintaining voter files for more than 2.6 million active registered voters in Maricopa County. The Recorder’s Office partners with the Maricopa County Elections Department to plan and hold jurisdictional, county, state, and federal level elections for all eligible Maricopa County voters.”
So it would seem the Recorder’s Office is the one responsible for “maintaining voter files”.

Paprika: An NTFS file structure / disk drive (Windoze) , has a SAM file (Security Account Manager). It assigns the identity (ownership) of a file that is opened, closed, altered, or deleted, by a user. In the SAM file is the identity of whoever was logged in and deleted the file along with the date and time. However, stolen credentials could be in play; ie. someone logged in with another person’s name and password.

I know they originally contracted to finish last week.
But the last update on progress I saw was barely 25% of the way through all the ballots.
And that was 10 days ago.
In a long update last week, done from Texas, Kelli noted the kinds of issues they were focused on detecting.
I do hope, in the end, that they can clearly enumerate illegal ballots found (without qualification), and be able to submit examples for everyone to review and consider. Eg, if there were no printer ID marks, no folds, etc. And obviously, with a 10,000 vote margin for POTUS, the scale of the issues identified has to be many times that number to get more attention. From what I gather, since the envelopes were separated from the ballots, votes cast by illegal voters but legal ballots might be tabulated but there’s no way to determine factually how those ballots were cast. Improperly adjudicated votes can be identified, I assume. The one thing I would love to see is AZ declaring the Senate race null and void. Not sure if that’s possible, constitutionally. Only about 80k votes separated them, and that can have a huge impact on DC politics ahead of 2022 and 24.

Perhaps the sight of something being done carefully and correctly by a government entity (the Arizona Senate) is itself so rare in the year 2021 that people are no longer able to recognize it…
i heard they were at 30%, they are currently delayed (on break) this week due to prior graduation bookings at the venue they needed when the democrats blocked the use of the county facility.
Last estimate for being done was by end of June.

My guess is that as the number of problems being discovered grows, and as their severity grows, the scope of the work needed to perform the audit to a highly professional auditing standard is systematically growing with each new discovery.
For example, the recovery of the deleted master voter result file. The entire process of how the recovery was done must be completely documented from beginning to end, and every piece of paper and electronic media used in the recovery effort must be stored in a secure location.
This kind of documentation will be necessary to counter the accusation, almost sure to be made by the BoS and by Dominion, that the auditors simply manufactured a replacement master voter result file, as opposed to forensically recovering the true original.
I think about 30-35% done.

The Maricopa County AZ election guys knew full well there were probs in Maricopa County AZ elections, and even changed laws in 2019.
So why the massive pushback in 2021? One would think Maricopa Couunty would welcome a full audit based on prior history.

The cheaters know where the fraud is. By now, they must have discussed it and also know how the fraud can be found. So they know what to destroy, delete, hide, obfuscate or cast aspersions on.
The first way to cheat is to produce additional ballots, and complete them. How is that fraud found? No creases in the ballot, ballot marking machine marks, only one office marked, more ballots than registered voters etc.
The second way is the manipulation of the machines to change, add, or delete votes. How is that fraud found? More votes than voters, 100% of people voting, forensic data on the machines showing outside access, polling vs results, etc.
The third way is to go into the neighborhood, knock on doors, and have people complete and sign their ballots. They could also collect the unvoted ballots and complete them themselves. They may also pay people to get their ballots or have the person sign them. Ballot harvesting is illegal in most states but how do you catch that? You would have to look at signatures and signature matching. But that data is now separate from the ballots so you would not know which ballot is fraudulent. Perhaps the canvassing of voters to see if harvesting happened. Or polling, etc.
The fourth way is to adjudicate ballots. Have the machine kick out an inordinate number of ballots, have your cronies, then take each of those ballots and decide how it was voted. In some cases, I thought I saw workers actually completing the ballots. So if the circle was not fully filled in, they would fill it in. Those adjudicated ballots are segregated so someone could go through them again and see if the adjudication process was accurate. It would be hard to tell if workers were filling in blanks with a vote for their preferred candidates.
So all of these are ways to cheat. Mailing out millions of unsolicited ballots just enhances that ability to cheat. I wonder how these cheaters set up their operation. Did they use every possible method? Did they just use a little bit of each? Did they focus on machine manipulation? It would have to be organized to involve as few people as possible, so fewer people to whistleblow.
I hope this audit exposes it because I think this fraud was nationwide and organized by the same few people. They probably focused it on the battleground states, and limited it to sympathetic counties. The size of the fraud needed exposed them a little. Joe Biden did not get 80 million votes.
Ballot harvesting is the elephant in the room. It’s difficult to detect and prevent and intense auditing of signatures would have to be done to uncover it. I hope they are doing that here. It’s legal in CA and look what we have here. It’s a Democrat super majority in the legislature and isn’t going to change anytime soon. Ballot harvesting needs to go but progressive run citys that run the states they are in are never going to outlaw it. Too many palms are greased and fortunes made with it in place.
I feel it was many different ways fine tuned over the years. I also feel like they were overwhelmed and didn’t expect a landslide and this is why each and every one of them had to find an excuse to shut down. That’s where they had to make mistakes that were obvious.
We know all that, e-man, the question is, since their elections have been problematic since at least 2016, they should welcome the audit to prove what a good job they did fixing the prior problems.

This whole election fiasco(es) has now reached my boiling point with smoke coming out of my ears. At least with local and state elections, there are remedies when there is fraud. However, the way things are set-up now for Presidential elections there is no real remedy – why? Because once the electors are chosen and they vote, there is no going back. So, considering the timetable for electing President, there is simply no time to get to the bottom of things; in other words, in this case, crime (fraud) does pay. We have seen that once voting is over, that is it, nobody, including any courts are really going to do anything.
What I suggest and I am going to go to my state legislators is that the only real solution as I see it, is that the State Legislators TAKE BACK THEIR AUTHORITY and CHOOSE the ELECTORS themselves DIRECTLY. They have the power to do this! I hope a trend for this starts and starts now!

Hey, I was wondering if we should have some type of grass roots way to in mass demonstrate maybe once a month or once a week, maybe standing in front of LEFTIST Stores, or NEWS studio’s, or Courthouses, for maybe 10 minutes.

I haven’t had time to delve into this, but here’s my question (again), and perhaps someone who has been following along can provide an answer: What are the auditors attempting to accomplish? I understand they want an honest recount of actual votes, but IF (ha ha ha ha) the votes are fraudulent, then what?
The auditors are working for the State Senate. The State Senate wants to do one of two things:
1) Show that there wasn’t any fraud and try to regain voter confidence in the election system.
2) Find out where ‘voting irregularities’ did occur and change the State law to prevent them in the future.
That is the official verbiage anyway, when the final report comes out that could all change, especially if auditors can name who committed the fraud.
The left doesn’t care what this audit reveals. But the RINOs are horrified. Liz Cheney’s recent behavior is a good indicator of what they are all feeling. Conservatives mainly get their news from websites like this so they will know and care. And that makes it a lot tougher to keep the Kabuki going.
The Maricopa Board of Supervisors shows just what you can do with “infrastructure”. The RINOs will make sure the Republican infrastructure is equally effective.

1) Can/Does auditor confirm the data files were recovered ? Not found elsewhere on drives/mirrors, etc.
2)Maricopa claims data files were stored elsewhere are were simply found.
Recovered typically means restored from back-up. Can we get confirmation on this issue. This confirmation makes a huge difference because recovery from a back-up indicates the files were deleted. In theory, deletion is a felony.
Second, does anyone have any insight/thoughts on DePerno indicating the he discovered two data files in Antrim county. I think he was implying that the clerk had two files – and original and a manipulated file. He seemed to imply that the clerk deleted the original file (leaving manipulated). Anyone know the details on his two data files discovery ?

The CEO of Cyber Ninjas doubled down on his findings that the ballot count on record – in Maricopa County – does not match the physical count of the ballots.
Here Doug Logan says that the Maricopa County duplicate ballots do not have corresponding original ballots with the same serial numbers.
Duplicate ballots are created when the original ballot is damaged and cant be run through the system.
This process is also known as “adjudication”.
According to the former Secretary of State and current Audit Director Ken Bennett, each duplicate ballot must have a 6 digit serial number printed on it that matches a 6 digit serial number printed on the original damaged ballot that it corresponds to.
However, Bennett said they can’t find the original ballots that match up to the duplicated ballots.
“We have batch after batch of duplicate ballots with IDs but there is no corresponding original ballot with an ID,” explained Bennett.
I have long suspected much of the fraud lies in the adjudication process.
Perhaps explains the huge fire at Hickman’s egg farm.
