Folks, trust me on this one… I have been researching these political machinations so long I know exactly what it looks like, a very familiar pattern, when sketchy politicians do sketchy things to cover their sketchy tracks. This story has more alarms, bells and sirens attached than most sketchy business reveals.
If there was any doubt something fishy was happening in/around Phoenix Arizona in the 2020 election, those doubts can be eliminated. Something sketchy is afoot.
A few weeks ago a judge agreed with the republican Arizona senate that an audit of Maricopa County ballots was justified. The judge agreed with the Arizona Senate that subpoenas were validly presented, there was information that supported the suspicion behind that ballot audit request, and the state had authority to reach into the Maricopa county election system and audit everything, soup-to-nuts.
Then yesterday the Maricopa County election board held a closed-door emergency meeting as the Senate subpoena was about to be executed.
Again, if the board of elections have nothing to fear, then the officials would not be opposed to a public hearing of their “emergency” concerns. After all, sunlight is the best disinfectant.
However, the board result was to throw another impediment upon the pending audit by saying they would not facilitate the use of their Maricopa tabulations center for the audit.
In a legally obtuse letter [pdf here], from the legal representatives of the board to the State senate, the board of elections said they would deliver the ballots to another venue, but they would not permit the ballots -or the electronic tabulation machines- to be audited in their current physical location.
It does not take a deep weeds political observer, or anyone who has experience with these political machinations, to identify the motive. The board of elections is attempting to create a plausible deniability situation where they can refute the outcome of the audit. Their motive in the movement of the ballots is to create a situation where the evidence is physically removed, and in that movement they can claim a compromise of the ballot audit result itself. Their motive is to create “reasonable suspicion” and protect themselves personally from the outcome of the ballot audit itself.
I am confident in my proclamation of this legal motive. This is how the leftists work when they know what risk is present in their surroundings. Combine the board’s conduct with the media portrayal of the board’s conduct [SEE HERE]; which is an outcome of the board building a proactive defense narrative to that media; and you can see a very familiar pattern developing.
If I was not sure there was ballot fraud before, their action now to protect themselves from the outcome of fraud, increases the likelihood of that fraud exponentially.

Does the County Board have the time and ability to start destroying evidence? If so, those facilities need to be secured immediately.
Shredded ballots have already been found in a dumpster behind their facility. Presumably this means the tally will now be off.
Beauty of the State law mandating retention. If they can’t produce what they certified, they broke the law. Any efforts to doctor/disappear evidence leaves a black hole or a paper trail… Choose the form of your destroyer.

They are running out of options and painted themselves into a corner. If the Arizona state senate is smart, they have the state police at the facility to impound everything. And if they’re really smart they’ll do it live on tv so nobody can claim the ballots/machines were compromised.
But if they were really smart, they’d tell the county board to go pound sand, they’re going to go in and use the facility without their permission or blessing and make it clear to the public why.

I’m told my “canceled” ballot is among hundreds of thousands of ballots in Maricopa that were never counted. The AG has asked for us to send him copies. He’s got all of my copies proving I voted timely. Will they find our ballots in this audit? Calling and writing to the Board of Supervisors and fabulous Karen Fann and my representatives have brought us this far! We have real American heros in AZ!
Could this also be a ploy to not reveal that the senate seat that McSally had was stolen also? She won on election night and lost later in the continual counting. It could be to protect the razor thin “major” of the rats in congress.
There will be several anomalies identified if a ballot inspection audit takes place. Ballots have already been found shredded behind the facility so I doubt a recount at this point will square with the “certified count”. Generally a mess with the mess makers trying to pretend all is well.

Court has ruled on Senate right to subpoena. Subpoena the storage site and all it’s contents. Add full time security/monitoring for the 60 days to the team already published, and GET TO WORK.

I believe there is legal precedent for the Senate to seize all Election Board property, until the audit is complete,,,,,,as well they should be able to seize all their phones, and digital equipment,,personal, and official. Heard Bill O’Reilly say yesterday on the Phoenix radio during his 10 minute slot that there was no election fraud as they made claims but had no proof! He said they had nothing to back up their claim only hearsay and affidavits. He is so dumb. Affidavits are sworn statements and not hearsay. And no court even looked at the evidence. There is plenty of evidence. My husband always said O’Reilly didn’t write his own books.
That’s why I turn off the radio when O’Reilly comes on. Remember where he last worked? No better than CNN or MSNBC.

The Senate should simply reissue their subpoena to require the access to ballots in-situ within the facility, along with tabulation equipment, in order to audit compliance with laws associated with protection, retention, and storage of ballots and election results. The audit is not simply an inspection of voting results but also conformance to election law.

Suppose the Maricopa County audit proves voter fraud and that Trump won Arizona handily. Suppose other states like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia and New Hampshire follow suit and their own audits show similar fraud that not only stole the election from Trump, but stole the Senate as well in the case of Michigan’s John James, etc.
Mike Lindell says Trump will be back in the White House by August. But Democrats–communists–control the House, Senate, the Supreme Court, have an imposter in the White House, control the intelligence agencies and the media. They can create any narrative they wish and frame anybody they choose. There is no rule of law, and there is no possibility the communists leave willingly.

Founders didn’t want backward looking “redo’s” or “reassessments”. Election is a process, pass the gates and win POTUS. Make it past the last gate (Inauguration) and it’s done. U.S. Federal Marshals have the authority to go in to arrest and remove every one of them from fraudulently won seats if and when it is proven and if and when they refuse to leave those fraudulently won seats.Those who truly won those seats will be sworn in and seated.

It is public property and suited for just such a purpose. Go back to court and make known the Board is not submitting to the Supeona requirements. Hold them in contempt, jail them, until they capitulate to the audit at the counting location.
These folks need to be led from the meeting room in cuffs and the audit allowed to proceed. Period.
Very insightful assessment of what is happening at Maricopa County. The bottom line question still becomes who you gonna call after catching these thieves with their hands in the cookie jar? Just the idea that five states uniformly discontinued counting votes on election night didn’t so much as raise an eyebrow from law enforcement should speak volumes.
