On the day after the inauguration (January 21st) JoeBama signed an Executive order on COVID worker Safety, weaponizing the Dept of Labor, OSHA. Literally word-for-word what CTH predicted the previous summer. [Predictions HERE and HERE] Included in that executive order was a deadline of March 15, 2021, for OSHA to determine if a national mandate for workers would be required. That deadline is tomorrow.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a federal agency that rules over every single business entity in the U.S with employees. If OSHA determines masks are needed, then every operation that falls under the OSHA regulations will be required to force their employees to wear masks. But there is an element that extends beyond the face value of the mandate.
Just like all federal regulations and compliance processes any employee can file a complaint with OSHA against the business for violations of the OSHA compliance standard….. And don’t think that enforcement isn’t part of the operational plan for COVID mandates. It is within the enforcement of the rules were OSHA can be politically weaponized.

Unless I’m mistaken ….. aren’t agencies required to follow federal rule making requirements? Including publication in the Federal Register, comment periods, and opportunity for judicial review? The rules would not be instantaneous. Couldn’t the “pandemic” be over by the time any rules are legally effective?

I can tell you I have zero doubt, for example, there are people in the company I work for now who would absolutely turn this company in for any such violations. I’m not saying I know people in specific detail who would do such a horrible thing because I don’t. I just know that I don’t know everyone here and that we run in a very diverse company so pretty much every point of view exists within our walls. Under that set of circumstances, the probability is VERY high and there is a very high probability my company knows this and will remain complaint as it has been since all of this started.
It’s an ugly thing. But I support what my company does in this regard because I like this company and want to continue working here. We don’t work for Mike Lindell and I can’t imagine how that’s working out for him right about now though you can bet his legal bills are AMAZING right about now.
I understand the principles you convey and I support them too. And those two things are at odds with each other. We have overly powerful government at odds with morality and other things.
But by all means, see about inviting the UN into this country to see if they will make things better here. They won’t. And if they did, it’d be absolutely disastrous.

Notice that at the lowest mask compliance data shows lower cases of covid! Then after increased mask wearing, cases go up. I say the data shows that wearing masks makes it worse.

No where in article 2 of the constitution is any executive given any powers to determine, force, define at his/her behest or will, any form of medical opinion or medical decision, in any way. Therefore executive order 13999 is not based upon any constitutional authority provided for or indicated in Article 2 of the US constitution, making order 13999 unconstitutional and therefore both null and void.
No Civil nor Military personnel are required to abide by any executive order which is unconstitutional

Our company is in the People’s Republic of Kalifornia so if OSHA do what we think it will then the rest of the country will just join us in our misery.
