James O’Keefe with Project Veritas has another insider leak to his organization from a person connected to “Salesforce” a Customer Relations Management (CRM) group.
In this expose’ O’Keefe walks through the ideological decisions made by the executives within Salesforce where they are deciding which companies they will remove from their platform of services. Project Veritas was one of the companies removed. WATCH:
I’m not sure what CRM business Salesforce was doing for Project Veritas but it likely has to do with organizing contact networks from the Veritas donor base. In the era of deplatforming and political targeting this is another example of the importance to protecting the privacy of your “customers, subscribers and supporters.”
Note to the Rebel Alliance who keep asking why CTH is so stringent: Never, never, ever outsource or export user data for any reason…. ANY REASON….. EVER!
If Salesforce is willing to remove PV under the auspices of a “business decision”, one has to ask what their “legal team” would/could do with the internal data provided as a result of the relationship? Potentially worrisome.
And THIS is why so many of us are very leery to sign up for ANY website or service, whether it purports to be MAGA or not…we have no idea how our data may be collected, utilized, or weaponized against us!!
There are MANY people who are legitimately concerned about losing their jobs, or even being accused of illegal activity, simply based on ANY suggestion that they might not completely accept “the narrative”!
I have always thought the most chilling, and heartbreaking, scene in 1984 is when the couple are so proud of their young son for turning in his own parents because he heard them having a conversation that he thought MIGHT have been critical of Big Brother! Are we there yet? Cause I feel like we are very, very close….
“we have no idea how our data may be collected, utilized, or weaponized against us!!”
Yes — or hacked.
Or “hacked”. One has to wonder if any of the reported breaches of data wasn’t really a cover up to hide the fact that the data was in fact given to a government agency, or some other organization. Then, in the event the personal data that was shared accidentally surfaces, the cover story is already in place.
And hence why I am starting to put more and more security measures in place. I want to make sure that my home network is secure and anything I can control I will!
Here are a few things that might help make things more secure. First, do not use any credit cards. I have not even had one for probably 10 years. Live in the black; do not borrow money, owe nothing to anyone. Go to an ATM and get money in cash to go to the grocery store, etc. Second; when using the internet, use an encrypted email program such as protonmail. Use a secure browser such as ToR and use a VPN not made in China, such as ProtonVPN. Always first start the VPN first and then open your browser next, and have a adblocker and tracker blocker running. If internet sites object to your use of a cookie blocker, delete them from your browser. It will eliminate some of them from being used, but that is life. Third, leave your smart phone at home when you leave the house. You can then live a little more free from worry.
I think it’s time to start suing these companies who are “hacked” for damages. They promise secure handling of your info. Then they are hacked….the did not maintain their duty owed to you.
Play their game but better.
I agree. But, can you point me to lawyers who take these cases without me having thousands of dollars to throw at them?
The ACLU….oh…nevermind.
It is easily within the realm of rational possibility.
Hacking cannot be completely prevented unless data is kept on a storage device that was never, is not now, and never in the future will be connected to the internet, nor physically accessible by anyone not trusted and authorized.
Since that set of conditions is obviously impractical for an operating database, there is always a danger of even the most secure data to be hacked. Good security practices, however, can minimize the risk.
CTH apparently practices the most secure of all options – they apparently don’t store the user personal data to begin with. Data that does not exist cannot be hacked.
Exactly. The servers of even the best intentioned server owners can potentially be hacked.
But if there is no user data on the servers to begin with there is nothing to hack.
“Data that does not exist cannot be hacked.”
Why some small businesses I know do not store payment information on credit cards, etc. Every time I order flowers for a friend, the florist has her name and addresses for making the deliveries. I have to provide the payment info when making every order, however.
The NSA has been watching us since the advent of the iPhone era.
When you get to where you are going, there you are.
Maybe this is another from Yogi, maybe not, but I remember a wise salesman saying “If you don’t have it, you’ve had it.”
One more- If you aren’t going anywhere in particular, you’ll probably get there.
When you come to a fork in the road, take it.
Another Yogi-ism ????
Anyone that has been around knows I have said this often…One day the men in black will show up at my door and it won’t be the Mormon Missionaries Do believe that if they are after any of us or all of the Trump people they probably already have everything they need to find us, unless you live in the middle of no where and don’t do any type of legit work or media.
Even before Parler was banned/suspended I’d already decided I was not going to keep being a part of them. They want too much information if you want to post a picture or share an article. That was when I said no…yes I know Dan Bongino supports the site, but there is always the possibility of hacking.
If it is the FBI or DOJ, tell them your parents told you not to associate with criminal organizations, then to get off your property or you will call some real cops.
I will use those words exactly, and have my camera out to record their reaction. I would never even interact without it being recorded.
Do know that if I’m asked about my guns, especially in regards to turning them in, they will be reported as lost.
Watching 1984 at this very second and it’s beyond amazing because we are almost there.
Rewatched the movie “The Giver”!! Now I wish I hadn’t. One quote still sticks in my mind
Oh the actress who played the Chief Elder who said those words was so perfect, for I do believe she actually believes the words–Glen Close.
If you want to blow your mind read the book or watch the movie. You can find “The Giver” on many streamer channels for free.
I read the book, thinking it would be a “feel-good” read, highly recommended – The Giver. I felt sick to my stomach for weeks after. Still can’t stand to think of the ending.
We’re far beyond 1984 and it’s way worse than you can even conceptualize — and I’m not talking about ‘pizzagate’ or ‘Q’ topics.
We are well on the way to our very own Cultural Revolution.
Moaist “mass line” operations, organized and funded out of the Houston Chinese Consulate, were quite visible last summer. “Cancel culture” is a Marxist concept that we see all over the place, so much so that I’ll bet each one of you has modulated your behavior in some way in order to avoid being cancelled. Yes, the Marxists dominating universities are Maoist. How did that cultural revolution work out under Mao?
For them, wonderfully! MILLIONS dead and tortured! Chinese spirit purified. Their greatness made obvious to all.
LOL.
I live in Canada and 1984 is mandatory study for children in Grade 4!! Our protest with the school board went nowhere. Other parents didn’t seem to care. Fortunately both our children are solid Conservatives, but that says little in this Country.
And what happens when the NSA / Intel Community (or some other hacker group) leaks the RNC/GOP list of registered voters to the DNC, which in turn leaks it the the Progressive media and their goons?
If you are a registered Republican in this era, you risk losing employment, financial services and possibly educational opportunities. Imagine every resume, loan application or college application you submit has a small “R” in the top right corner – and you are unknowingly tossed in the “reject” pile.
As the Republican Party does nothing anyway, and all elections are legitimate, without question, is it worth the personal risk to even be associated with them? This is something we are all going to need to consider in the very near future. IMHO
Anon, there are lots of business owners like myself here in MA, who would totally be discriminated against by city hall, if known to be R.
I am in MA and although I have zero personal knowledge of what you describe, I can confirm your statement is very, extremely likely to be the absolute truth.
And our “Republican” governor would probably be on board with it as well.
He’s RePubLicAn…..
Anyone can find out how you vote. Ask your mailman.
Or ask the adjudicator how you voted.
This has been happening for decades at universities, so much so that many don’t believe that there is an intellectual alternative to their Marxist views.
While studying poli-sci and classics at CU-Boulder 20 years ago, I was such a thorn in their side (though I will be even handed and say they were fair to me), that I suspect the reason they treated me fairly and didn’t discriminate against me and my positions and verbal contribution to lectures etc….was they deemed it much more efficient and less trouble to not provoke me and just push me along taking my fat tuition dollars. Knowing I was from way out of state and likely to move on after 4 years probably helped too.
What if your state has closed primaries? Would you stay registered as Republican in that case?
When my liberal friends want me to sign up for things online, I always respond that if Big Tech wants my information, they can pay me for it. Makes them think twice since it’s pretty easy for them to comprehend. If I told them what my main concerns really are (weaponizing, etc.), they’d dismiss me as a paranoid freak.
CTH is literally the only place I’ve signed-up with in the last several years. Even then, it goes to a gmail.com account that I don’t use for anything at all. Though I’m sure google knows it is somehow “mine” with all their secret spying.
You’re right though. I don’t donate or fill out contact forms, or all the things we need to organize for these reasons. You can’t trust anyone at all, really, except CTH. There is always some evil GOPe uber-elite family at the top of the pyramid: Mercers, CoC, Koch… all against our interests.
They do this as a battle tactic. If you take away the basic tools of organization and communication, well then we are all left sitting here with our thumbs up you know where.
Turning in one’s parents or siblings or relatives has happened throughout history. This is why I had to make some hard choices about distancing myself from a couple of family members who are thoroughly brainwashed and will choose peace over liberty every time. I know for a fact, they will “turn in” their own family members. The evening of Jan 6th, I received a hateful text message from a sister lambasting me for being a Trump supporter, and blaming the events on all Trump supporters. My own sister. I made a decision, after calming down, that I needed to keep my distance, and my affairs private. This is going to repeat itself over and over while we go through these chaotic times. In my opinion, there is no point in trying to convince these types of people of what really happened on the 6th – they just won’t believe it. They’re ears and eyes are shut. So, step away, for the safety of your own families.
Now we know what Muslim women must feel like. They can only have opinions approved by their husband and master. Otherwise, they get censored, canceled, beaten or killed.
Comment of the Decade
I just read about the last Shah and his three wives yesterday, and Iran and Egypt were pretty modernized, at least at the royalty level back then. Both countries were overthrown and became very backwards.
And they are about to get nuclear weapons under the Obama nuclear deal. I’m sure that you are aware that $2billion of the us payment to Iran was earmarked for corrupt payments.
Did we pay them again?
We didn’t need Muslim women to provide that example. What we are living in is precisely what freedom seeking citizens in communist countries have experienced. Either we agree to stay silent about the corruption and outright lying and cheating and destruction of our constitutional rights, or be relegated to re-education camps where you learn to agree or be denied access to society, or just die. We are living under communist bullies who occupy not just government seats of power but also corporate boardrooms and CEO suites, not to mention hundreds of NGOs, and community political advocacy groups.
Bari you are on fire dropping truth bombs today in easy to understand language. Well done.
Wonder when we can do other things.
Why else do you think the left wants to bring Muslims here?
…the digital hijab!
Is it just me, or do these business decisions just assure the emergence of effective disruptive technology that will leave their aging business models behind? I know that there is a short term benefit to the globalist forces to enact this censorship, however, I can’t think they are using 20th Century tactics in a 21st Century world will be as effective as an aging Aunt Mildred shusshing the young folk and thinking the young folk will be effectively sheltered.
You are correct in theory. In practice we have seen few truly competitive platforms arise that have actually drawn a significant large / majority percentage of the Big Tech platforms’ conservative users away. The reason is that everyone was able to find everyone else on Twitter or Fakebook.
When Big Tech popular legacy social media companies turned into Communist bullies, the large conservative user base scattered out to 3 or 4 different platforms. So unless you check into those 3 or 4 platforms several times daily, you can miss some or a lot of what your favorite folks (accounts that you “followed”) are posting.
And vice versa – if you had a ton of followers on Twitter or Fakebook, where do you decide to go after being removed from the originals – since your followers have not all migrated to the same alternative platform?
I have joined all of the major social media platforms that still respect the 1st Amendment, but IMHO none of them is as easy or as straightforward to connect to other users as was Twitter or Fakebook. So Big Tech has indeed successfully harmed / obstructed conservatives’ ability to cross-communicate.
The entire mess could have easily and quickly been stopped but no one in the Swamp was sufficiently motivated to act (they talked a lot but that’s all they ever do) and remove Section 230 protection and expose all of the Big Tech bullies to lawsuits.
“In practice we have seen few truly competitive platforms arise that have actually drawn a significant large / majority percentage of the Big Tech platforms’ conservative users away. The reason is that everyone was able to find everyone else on Twitter or Fakebook.”
THAT is why the continue to do this to us. We have allowed ourselves to become dependent on them and their offings. Until we say NO. PERIOD it will not stop.
I guess the point that I probably failed to emphasize is that, as a large voting bloc, we don’t yet truly have a single strong robust platform with which to communicate to even a quarter of 100+ million citizens.
The MSM all carry pretty much the same narratives and collectively they probably reach most of the voting age population in this country. Fox, OANN, Newsmax and Epoch Times only reach a tiny fraction of that. CTH and other alternative blogs and opinion sites add maybe another half million.
But up until only recently conservative “leaders” failed to understand the critically important disadvantage we now have because we did not foresee this coming and allowed the Left to take away our means of participating in the national discussions about policies that will strengthen our nation or policies that will destroy it.
Uniparty leaders have obviously made a political calculation to NOT fight Big Tech because those RINOs agree with silencing pro-MAGA conservatives. They’ve hated us since before they steamrolled the Tea Party.
Absolutely, it’s pretty obvious they never intended to do anything but rail against Big Tech for censoring conservatives and talk and talk about it so as to be seen to be doing something!
Bunch of cowardly, communist-lite, BS artists.
Each and every time they had an opportunity to do something about it, (get rid of, modify section 230) and President Trump forcefully urged them to do so – just recently in the pork-laden bill that gave us the $600 “crumbs”, to use Mafiosi Pelosi’s expression – they instead Overrode President Trump’s veto rather than do something.
I will say this, I recall Devin Nunes brought a major personal suit against Twitter – haven’t heard anything about it in quite some time so no idea where the suit stands.
No worries. I got what you were saying but I also think we need to be more proactive even if we are a tad inconvenienced.
Totally agree on the RINOs too. They will learn soon enough. Eventually the crocodile will get to them.
Great comments and sadly all too true.
As it turns out, Big Tech actually runs the Swamp and not vice versa.
Notice too that they are going after e-commerce sites like Shopify which he mentions.
Right now the e-commerce sites are already secretly deplatforming conservative sellers and hiding their shops and listings.
The worst of all is Etsy which is run entirely by Lib/Commie/Dems.
They monitor comments on the help forums and also social media to find out about their sellers political views.
The E-commerce sites are among the most dangerous for conservative sellers. They have ALL your information.
Good points Seneca. I held my nose while having to order a custom made item recently from a business in Australia that was only accessible via Etsy. I told my wife that it will be the last purchase we make through that site. Surprisingly she agreed. She’s the last person I expected to consider politics when shopping but she has reached her limit of tolerance for the Leftwing bullying cancel culture.
When they catch my wife’s attention they have definitely gone too far.
What’s their problem with Shopify and what are they doing? I must have missed that.
You mean to tell me they have the time to comb through their sellers now?
Conservative leaders are not even in the same game as leftists. There are state sponsors of leftist agitation. The Right in this country are bewildered by the riots, cancel culture, bullying, etc, not realizing that we are systematically being erased from history.
I realize it.
In a lot of ways I think conservative leaders lack thinking skills. They do not think strategically, they don’t think long term, they don’t connect the dots, and they don’t see patterns. They absolutely are incapable of thinking outside the box.
I have no love for liberals but they have good thinkers on their side. Yes, they are ruthlessly unethical, but they know how to use technology and organization to achieve their goals.
We do not.
To further this line of thought, I don’t see our side doing anything but fighting a scattered battle, not a war. We have multiple issues, and we need to identify them and conclusively plan out how to respond on multiple fronts, but coming from the same starting place, and with the same goal in mind.
We have to address voter fraud, the GOPe, ignorant voters, entrenched powers in the branches of government, the huge mastodon in the room, big tech and their control of the world. We need to fight back economically, we need a huge plan for not just Facebook and Twitter alternatives, but the ability to business, both e commerce and otherwise, without constant shut downs or outs by companies who are the Porter Rockwell of the progressives.
We need leaders who think and followers who execute. To my mind we don’t have any of that to any real extent right now, and I only named a few of the issues we need to identify and plan for.
People have lost the ability to problem solve. This is why it not only matters, but is crucial, teaching real math. In schools, at home, wherever you have the opportunity to take a moment with your kid and make change or look at unit pricing in the store.
What my love of math taught me. State the problem first. What am I solving for, what is my needed answer? Break it down into steps. Simplify the equation. Show your work. Don’t forget your units of measure, because they matter. Is your answer of 757.33 a measure of mph, kg/cm², or just feet, or hours, or the number of times you cussed today (you stopped yourself once!)
We can’t think well enough to begin step one.
Absolutely right. The apparent Lack of critical thinking skills to solve problems has become a huge liability for the population in general. Those of us who do have those skills (and the necessary historical perspective to understand the seriousness of the current situation) are steadily shrinking in numbers due to our advancing age.
There are young folks out there but as of yet, they haven’t been able to attain any positions of significant leadership and widespread influence. Hopefully that is changing but that requires a means to communicate with millions of others across the nation.
I doubt it will change, regarding your last point.
People said the same thing as your post, 20 years ago. I was 19 and conservative, studying poli-sci, had great grades, am comfortable speaking to large groups, etc. 20 years later I’m a mid-level executive at a liberal as all get out company, with two close, but failed school board runs in my old state.
I was crushed by the machine. I’ve told the story here before.
The point is, in 20 years nothing has changed for the better in terms of gaining significant leadership. Nothing. Everyone wants ordinary folks to try, but unless you are in a very sparsely populated rural county and have some family legacy to the existing power structure (and even then its tenuous) you have no chance.
One thing I am sick of is MAGA cons telling each other “get off your butt, run for office.” Many of us have multiple times, spent our own money, stepped way out of our comfort zones, and while most find a few allies, usually you’re all on your own. Even before “MAGA” was a “Brand”.
Unless you have personally attempted and been through it, stop telling others to do it. Do it yourself and so you can experience the REAL problem of that approach, and experience for yourself the REAL roadblocks to just “running for local office” for the local mother, father, concerned middle-aged citizen.
Good points. They have a decades long massive community organization machine in place, which receives foreign state sponsorship and buys our politicians to use our tax dollars to fund their efforts. And they exist in just about every inch of America. Hard for the average community organization to fight against.
When I get discouraged, I think about Moses in desert, looking back at the approaching army and thinking all is lost and then …..the sea opens up.
Ok I get it. It’s damn hard to beat the Establishment Machine. That’s not really surprising. But I must’ve missed the second part of your story.
You know, the part where you explain everything that they did to defeat you, and then you analyzed all that developed a strategy to counter all that and win..?
I think the biggest stumbling block has always been community apathy. There are only a few who ever step up for service, be it coaching a team, pouring coffee at church, organizing civic associations.. helping the community..
We’re lucky to get attendance, no less people who actually run the show. The few who “show up” for their communities will invariably burn out, with nobody else to pick up the baton.
I thought of this while everyone was enthusiastically cheering on President Trump, who was basically an army of one. RAH RAH. but without those reinforcements, it always hits that dead end.
Where were all the MAGA folks stepping up to primary those awful RINOS? Oops.. I guess we missed that golden opportunity, now that our future elections have been rendered moot by an obviously compromised Supreme Court.
We, the people, have “no standing.” We don’t need to enact new laws, we need legitimate representatives to *enforce* the few laws that remain. Election law being a biggie.
I don’t blame ‘R&A’ for sounding discouraged. Sounds like he did all that heavy lifting, but never got a needed assist. Too bad. We movers and shakers need all the *help* we can get.
Me? I’m a spiritual warrior. I was born for this fight. I’m tight with Archangel Michael, and we are ready to rumble. And I believe we have at least a hundred million “woke” Patriots ready to join us in battle.
Maybe there’s hope for us yet. ????
Menagerie, I read a book that someone on here recommended, The Blueprint: How the Democrats Won Colorado (and Why Republicans Everywhere Should Care), and I have repeated this on here before. It is a blueprint of how they organized and how they chipped away at it. One of the people featured in that book is now governor of Colorado, the Blue Mountain Art heir. They really do strategize and I have also pictured all along the Obama/Jarrett DC compound being used as a war room.
We have got to get organized nationwide, I don’t consider myself a leader, but I am willing to help those who would be better suited.
“They’ve hated us since before they steamrolled the Tea Party”
Correct!!!
Only now … thanks to President Trump … do we finally see – and more importantly – understand how completely the RINO establishment despises WeThePeople … while using us.
MAGA!!!
Make. America. Great. Again. … IS THE MESSAGE … it instantly ties 100Million Patriots together … but … I have no clue how to make that happen.
And many of the people we call “conservative leaders” are neither. They’ve led us to the slaughterhouse.
What is required is people to band together financially to build out the robust infrastructure necessary to secede from “big tech”. That means the data pipes in and out of the infrastructure (so Comcast et al couldn’t block it), all the servers, and huge amounts of resiliency and security and data privacy.
Basically, we’re going to have to build our own economy and country within a country.
“They’ve led us to the slaughterhouse.”
Oh that is “dead on balls accurate”, as Mona Lisa Vito told Vinnie Gambini in the famous movie.
.
Seems to me if you have that many followers you need to communicate with, just keep making periodic announcements about where you are — and get them to gather and respond there by providing only a “teaser” and a link from the bad platforms.
You’d think it should be that easy. But I haven’t found half or more of the people I followed on Twitter. And I only really used Twitter from maybe March of last year until January of this year when they purged everyone. I used Parler up until they were vaporized. Now that they’re back online I hardly go there.
Not that easy. Almost impossible to reconstruct and get back millions of followers.
How do you increase your stockholders value by eliminating your revenue stream for political reasons?
I remember when
Business was business.
This is an example of misuse of corporate resources for personal goals.
Shareholders need to revolt and file lawsuits.
I’m old enough to remember when corporations had a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders.
Exactly.
Me too. “Back in the Day” – I do not recall ever having even an inkling of a clue as to where most major Businesses stood politically.
Tremendous arrogance on their part. Salesforce is the leader in CRM, but there are many good alternatives. CEO Benioff is a noted liberal bad actor who surrounds himself with like minded weirdos.
Good point. The following is obvious, but I’ll say it anyway.
It used to be that the expected standard for employers and managers was to keep their noses out of private matters of their employees and associates. It was bad form to be let private issues prejudice business. This was not perfectly observed in practice — often far from it. But everyone agreed it was the expected behavior.
Now we’re at the point where the (insert expletive) libs get brownie points for discriminating against those whose politics they don’t like, to the point of trying to ruin their lives.
We have left behind much, much more than just honest elections.
On the one hand we have them doing ” seize the means of production ”
On the other hand we have them warping reality by information control ( omission of facts ) and propaganda ( pushing a narrative for desired consumption and effect on the populations opinions )
” Although this science will be diligently studied by the elites , the people will not be allowed to know how their opinions were formed ” — Edward Bernays book : Propaganda
I use the NoScript privacy protector with the Firefox browser on my linux system. Its default behavior is to disallow any site from downloading and running any software (such as javascript) via my browser. I can selectively enable any of the blocked sites / services as I wish.
If they were not blocked, here are the sites that would be allowed to run software on my machine as a result of visiting this TCH page:
doubleclick.net
googleanalytics.com
googletagmanager.com
gstatic.com (google)
nxedge.com
quantserve.com
twitter.com
youtube.com
Youtube is a good example. If you want to watch a youtube video, you have to allow their (google’s) software to run on your machine. Presumably it is benign. I have no reason to think otherwise right now. However, they *could* run whatever they please, although they say they would not.
If you want to keep google’s and twitter’s eyes off your computer, but you still want to use their services, it’s a difficult situation. Let them in and they can do what they want, even if they don’t now and say they won’t ever.
This most likely is the result of user links, not anything Sundance has done with CTH.
I did not mean to imply that Sundance or CTH was doing anything nefarious or incautious. I would not believe that for a moment.
You’re probably right about links from comments. As soon as a comment or a post has a link to twitter or youtube, in comes their software. It’s supposed to be innocent and it probably is, right now. But there they are, with a foot in the door.
I’ve got some blocked and third parties blocked, but there’s a new one, ogs.google, com, what the heck is that? It sounds like “ogles” and watching me.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I have got to get off of Chrome.
I use NoScript too. It’s a wonderful tool that allows me to block quite a bit. Just downloaded Malwarebytes to my new computer and it has a browser extension which blocks even more.
Privacy Badger is very good at blocking trackers too. I use it.
We watched that video tonight, never heard of “salesforce” and don’t know if they portrayed themselves as a “neutral” party to begin with.
But you are right, Sundance, anyone with their assets tied up in a lefty company needs to get their affairs in order and we really need some right sided companies that hasn’t been infiltrated with Leftists.
Re the video. this is such horsesht. The only ‘escalated violence’ was by the Left.
While on the subject it is truly dismaying how even ‘conservative’ talk show hosts buy into the “Jan 6th” false narrative that POTUS was fomenting some kind of Revolutionary War takeover of the United States of America.
The truth of the matter is an ill-conceived peaceful gathering of MAGAmericans was out-strategized, repurposed and has been successfully propagandized against us by the cunning Left.
Simple commie playbook abc ;
Manufacture or create the PROBLEM.
For the desired————— REACTION.
To implament a preplanned SOLUTION.
All BLM operations follow this pattern, except I would add that the reaction is also preplanned. It’s all astroturf on the left.
The hypocrisy and outright contradictory statements made …For the money and position they pretend not to know? or it is truly a form of mental illness? I am shocked, embarrassed even. How, with a straight face can they sit there and make these calls and not realize what they’re saying? Brainwashed?
A good way to wreck a company is to hire Salesforce and SAP to revamp the company’s information systems. It’s like performing a heart and lung transplant to cure indigestion.
A wokey-dokey global San Franciso enterprise that leads in “cloud computing.” (Check out their website; it’s gaggable.) It’s past time for conservative companies and everyone who doesn’t want their or their customers’ data stored with these people to go back to doing their own “cloud” storage, backup and file servers, email lists, etc.
As for why Salesforce is doing this: they have way way more valuable deals with enterprises such as Amazon.
Good heavens how did we survive just 15-20 years ago without this crap.
AWS and Cloudflare are possibly the worst of the worst, imho.
IMHO: We’ve become lazy: want someone else to lift the heavy work. We’ve lost the ability to “lead” and, instead have been happy following (large percentage of America).
natsgotagoodmom.
It is simply not true. The game is rigged. I’ve been in it personally myself. If someone cheats you out of baseball game by paying the ump to call all the clear balls, strikes, it is absolutely f’n ridiculous to say after the inevitable loss and discourgement that results from that experience that people have become “lazy.”
“Cloud computing” is just “someone else’s computer”.
I was going to sign up for Telegram to follow Sidney Powell but just couldn’t provide the information they wanted. Got burned on Parler. I don’t trust anything these days.
Your wise; you should not.
In USA you can’t discriminate based on gender but can a company discriminate based on political speech ?
Correct.
pv accepts donations. salesforce has nonprofit crm applications. devastating to lose your historic data on what keeps you running.
I watched the video and listening to Brett Taylor’s speech delivery was like knuckles on a cheese grater to me. Then it dawned on me- Judge Reinhold/Brad Hamilton grew up and became the CEO of Salesforce!
Congress HAD all the opportunity needed to halt this last fall. They allowed ALL the Silicon Valley gurus lie to their faces (and they knew it as did all Americans) and then walked away doing nothing.
Read that IRS is ‘not tracking’ smartphone data to survey where you travel, where you spend $$, etc. WHY? IRS has all the rules/laws needed if they think there is evasion or fraud. SO WHY ‘tracking’ We The People? And I know NOTHING will ever be done.
Patriot Act REMAINS an over-zealous law that has need but very limited powers. Use to trace, find, track criminals, terrorists, flow of illegal $$, human trafficking, NO PROBLEM. But USED Jan 6 TO MINE DATA of anyone NEAR or AT Capitol, INCLUDING CONGRESS!! So, WHY isn’t Congress OUTRAGED? Get the picture….?? Congress isn’t…
Salesfarce.com = loading all your companies data onto our servers and we can then control everything with the data that you pay us to upload onto our servers. What a joke!
For managing our small biz we have never been keen on any online platform that is “easy”. We stick with old tech desktop software. We are now looking at moving away from Quickbooks accounting software and our desktop operating system (OS) Microsoft. Changing is a hassle BUT well worth the time to keep business rolling over the long term.
In our biz we understand that the term “cloud” is synonymous with sharing your data across ALL big techs platforms just like Zuck and others testified before congress.
They are so embolden after stealing an election, now they come for your freedom and civil rights. The sleeping giant is awake and be very careful on hard you push.
Amen, Sundance. Never outsource – EVER. Own the system and control/audit the internal employees (not contractors) who develop and operate it.
The goal is control all business and commerce with the help of Big Tech. I imagine that will take about a year. In the meantime there should be blogs about “survival” and less a focus on politics which is an utterly lost cause.
As someone who used to be a part of Silicon Valley, “back in the day”, Salesforce executives had a reputation, way back then, of being “jerks” and having political bias. It is no surprise to me that Salesforce has taken this stance.
The goal of the globalists is to silence all dissent in order to speed up and usher in The Great Reset. This is why things feel so chaotic right now. This is why we feel so under attack on all sides, because we are being attacked. They’ve worked on this for decades. Trump upset the apple cart, delayed their plans, so they are “behind schedule” (trillions at stake).
After all the platform service providers shut down dissent, the next step will be the global Internet providers – those directly responsible for routing traffic across the Internet. Think AT&T. They control the Internet routers and they’ll just ban IP addresses, for instance, so that your website will be “disappeared” off the net. It will be a bit complicated for them to do so since most websites sit on shared servers in the cloud, but they will isolate “hate speech” websites and then block the IP addresses of those servers at the core of the Internet. The result is we won’t be able to even visit our favorite blogs – there are perhaps millions of them. Don’t think they aren’t in process of doing this now. It’s the China model.
Just sayin.
Yep. You are right. But don’t give up hope. It will take just one kid who suddenly realizes you can send massive bit coin type encrypted files across the globe using magnetic fields and and the position of the North Star ( or some such).
Then the process of innovation to stagnation will start all over again.
Perhaps state to state we can set up INTRA-NETS with dedicated private line provisioned networks city to city and town to town, with private routers using Network Address Translation (NAT). That would be pretty tough for anyone to sniff-out. Use old tech Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) to tunnel thru the big Internet. Sorry If I got too deep in the tech weeds.
.
In the end our opposing numbers are coming after even the Internet platform BUT we know how to work around them with old tech and FAXES if necessary. 🙂
Big Tech is the modern day East India Trading Company. It owns our government and will continue its un-American practices untethered.
Americans are now AFRAID of their government and big business which have been weaponized against its citizens; a marxist tyranny that is designed to gain power and control over all aspects of American life. Only three things really matter now…returning integrity to our elections, eliminating censorship and propaganda from media and government sources and eliminating the woke/cancel/race baiting culture being invoked by the demirats. Nothing else really matters…
“Customer relations management”?
Funny thing, no one who produces a quality product or provides a quality servive, and does so at a fair price, needs “Customer relations management”.
Selling crud? Promising services you have no intention nor ability to provide? Then you might need … “Customer relations management”!
In days past, the simpler and least expensive solution was to improve your product or service. But this option is no longer available to bigger companies. Tick-box buzz-word resumes, canned “psychology” tests. They hire mediocre drones who are updating their “resumes” the second they are hired, because they cannot show their current employer any more loyalty than their last showed them.
Lockheed Martin wouldn’t hire Kelly Johnson today. Their outsourced recruitment agency filters out those pesky exceptionals. And thus selling their F35 requires “Customers relations management”.
Look at Boeing. 737 Max. A “marketing” decision to minimize crew retraining costs to “customers” led to a software patch that used the elevator screwjack as a dynamic control surface adjustment. (Which of course wouldn’t zero when a pilot tried to regain manual control). But the type of engineer who would yell “Just what the F were you thinking you snivelling clowns!!” would have never passed their recruitment agency’s first cut …
This is all nothing but fascism.
Historically, nothing stood in the way of government/media/big business complexes except armed conflict. This is evident from 1933 onward.
The models and structures that we currently have in the way of extant “platforms” or “businesses” cannot stand in the way of the government/information/data/media/finance/corporatist complex because they’ve consolidated and taken over these mechanisms. And now they are turning them against us. What was convenient has become a prison camp.
I hate to say these things because it will seem like I’m advocating political violence. But it’s painfully obvious.
The America—and modern civilization as we have known it—is over.
When they own our means to communicate, organize, do business, and LIVE, what alternative do we have?
They all think that if they do the bidding of the Obammunists, the Squad, Antifa and Burn Loot Murder their companies will be protected from nationalization and their fortunes from expropriation. That never works, and they will be the first to be guillotined. As O’brien told Winston in “1984”, the objective of power is power; similarly, the only method of resistance is resistance. Down with the dictatorship! Biden delendum est!
We owe Project Veritas, Judicial Watch, Wikileaks soooo much!
These folks are the true journalists of our time. And yet, they are muted?
Thought provoking article with details I had not heard before, about IBMs role in the Holocaust:

My company uses salesforce. I wonder who has access to all the customers accounts? Banking? etc. Can they be targeted by salesforce. Very scary!
I work for a University getting ready to implement Salesforce. I wonder if they know about Salesforces’ recently censorship? Perhaps I’ll encourage them to reconsider.
Look into Inclusive Capitalism.
all into data share and predictive info and surveillance calling it “risk management” and analysts. Innocent words with dark intent. Every citizen is impacted like Chinas social scoring system and surveillance.
