Representative Mo Brooks appears on Newsmax to discuss the 2020 election overall and specifically in Georgia. Mr Brooks reminds the audience that only one senator, Josh Hawley, has actually and formally stated his intent to challenge the electoral certification; and that challenge only pertains to Pennsylvania.
Brooks states Ted Cruz has threatened to assemble and join with a coalition of Senators for additional states, but Cruz has defined his effort as contingent upon approval of the audit.

I suspect Mo Brooks is correct and the Ted Cruz play is optics only. Cruz will propose a commission following Senator Hawley’s objection, that proposal will be voted down by a simple majority in the senate on Wednesday and that’s that. Cruz is optics only.
It is troublesome that no other senators are willing to contest a state certification other than Josh Hawley objecting to Pennsylvania.

Sadly I suspect McConnell has gotten his claws in somehow. Hawley could object to every one of those states, but he won’t. Another Senator could object to any other state, but they won’t. So Wednesday is all set to play out like this, then: only PA will have a formal, recognized objection. The Houses will split to debate for 2 hours on the objection. The House will defeat the objection mostly along party lines. The Senate will defeat the objection something like 85-15. The Houses will reconvene and declare that the objection to PA’s electoral votes was defeated in both Houses and the PA votes will be duly counted for Biden.
With no other objections raised, all other states are counted normally, the counting takes.. 3 hours I guess? And Biden is announced as POTUS-elect by early evening. Congress doesn’t “dirty” itself by taking up all of Trump’s “baseless” theories; some Republicans can claim they “tried” to object but the objections were defeated; all the swamp creatures declare that it’s time for unity behind the new POTUS; blah blah blah.

What I am reading is that NYSE has delayed the delisting (planned for thursday btw) for three major companies with ties to CCP state. The language in the press is minimal. The basic output is that NYSE is actively seeking further guidance from US regulators.

One has to consider there ARE hundreds of thousands (millions?) of investors and fund and hedge managers who must be given adequate time to unwind their positions.

Why would Trump waste any energy on that? Even if Loeffler were to object, that only creates two hours of debate on the way to an inevitable Biden presidency. I heard Cruz on Marl Levin’s show tonight. Mark pretty much made the case that election fraud wasn’t even necessary to prove. Indeed, though it happened on a massive scale, the dismissal by all things swamp hide another glaring issue. The issue, which is indisputable, is the swing states held illegal and unconstitutional elections because the state courts and executive offices failed to follow the election laws created by the legislatures of the states per the constitution.
When Mark attempted to bring this up, Cruz, the great constitutional scholar that he is, danced around the obvious, and would only talk about the fraud, and conceded nothing will happen in Congress. The bogus election commission he is proposing, which will never happen, is just be window dressing.

Contact every one of the senators and senator elects who has pledged to vote against the electoral college on Jan. 6th. Tell them you do not want spineless GOP kabuki theater. Tell them to fight for Trump and STOP THE STEAL. Then let them know the GOP will be dead if they allow the Nov. 3rd election to be brazenly stolen right in front of our eyes.
I think Ted Cruz is a weasel and always has been. I also think he still hates Trump for winning the 2016 election. This little stunt is his final meaningless gesture of support, allowing him to parlay Trump’s popularity into some career advancement for Cruz. “Look what I did for our president! Look at me! I’m a patriot!” Nope. He’ll always be Lyin’ Ted to me.
There’s no reason to place any further faith in our government. It is well and truly overrun with globalists now, so there’s really only one way to put a stop to it. However, at the time of this writing I don’t think anything is going to happen. Life is too comfortable right now. That’s the same reason cattle don’t fuss too much on the way to slaughter. They might know something doesn’t look right, but by the time they figure it out, their chance for action has long passed. Bang.

The left is Hollywood, the media, the educational establishment, mainline churches, global multinationals, and of course, government (especially the nonelected people). You do have the means to withhold your money against almost all of them (the government being the obvious exception). As I have said before, Fox news should be dead by now with ratings way below the point where bankruptcy is unavoidable. It is a sad reflection on conservative laziness that they aren’t.
Conservatives fighting back against those who actively seek to oppress them will inspire more actions by others. Political gestures and rallies alone are not enough. If you aren’t willing to accept inconveniences to punish leftist aggression, it will just keep getting worse.
The Senators who challenge certification have my support, but they better mean it. We , meaning their base, are way past being fooled by political games. If they are only play acting with McConnell to appease the crowd, it is a bigger mistake for their political futures than doing nothing.
Doesn’t take Jethro Bodine or a rocket scienist to understand it. The Uniparty has future p[lans for Hawely. Hawley needs conservative credence to play his part. If the entire congress gave in and threw out the single state that Hawley plans to object to, it would not change the outcome. The only change would be a lot of people would start listening to Hawley, just like the suckers are already doing even here.
The Cruz plan is a good one “if” it’s used to put the demonrats and RINO’s on record as opposing an audit of these contested states elections and then used as a reason to reject the electors from those states. Otherwise, it’s an “oh well, we tried” act of futility.
