In his capacity as a private citizen, likely a position related to legal advice from White House counsel, Senior White House Policy Advisor Peter Navarro has released a 36-page report containing a review and summary of findings from the 2020 election.
Within the report [direct pdf here] Navarro outlines the issues at stake within several key states in the election contest. The report highlights several troubling issues related to the way mail-in, potentially fraudulent ballots, were handled in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin Nevada and Pennsylvania. Within those states the activity by regional officials is critical to understanding the controversial post-election-day outcomes.
As Navarro states “the observed patterns of election irregularities are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election outright, strategically game the election process in such a way as to “stuff the ballot box” and unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.”
Last night the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, announced there was evidence of specific election interference by foreign actors specifically: China, Russia and Iran. Additionally, a report on those malign activities is forthcoming.
While the specific topic of foreign interference is not an element of the Navarro report, there is room within the authorization of the DNI directive to include and evaluate independent audits – so the Navarro analysis could align with the DNI report.
“If, in fact, compelling evidence comes to light proving the election was indeed stolen after a fait accompli Biden inauguration, we as a country run the very real risk that the very center of our great American union will not hold.
To put this another way, if the greatest democracy in world history cannot conduct a free and fair election, and if much of the mainstream media of this country won’t even fully investigate what is becoming a growing mountain of evidence calling into question the election result, there is little chance that our democracy and this Republic will survive as we know it. It is therefore critical that we get to the bottom of this matter. That is the purpose of this report.”
One way to look at this report is the White House indirectly providing their perspective on the election outcome in advance of the upcoming DNI report. In essence, an insurance policy of sorts in the event that elements within the intelligence community attempt to water-down any election interference as a purposeful way to preserve institutions.
The Navarro report looks at granular details within key states, while the DNI report may focus upon top-line intelligence related to foreign actors.

Besides allowing a high volume of votes to be manipulated behind the scenes, adjudication also allowed the thieves to stretch out the counting process to allow for them to insert more and more illegal votes.

The IC is not sufficiently disciplined nor well enough organized to run a conspiracy of that size. Someone would have talked, because they couldn’t resist doing a Dana Carvey/SNL-style “superiority dance” to extol their brilliance and virtue.
It’s a nicely put together presentation and the cumulative effect of a listing of all the various scams is overwhelming. That being said, once again the Trump Team buried itself in the weeds, and omitted the most damning and easily explainable of accusations, which also contains the most simple and elegant remedy.
Not to repeat myself, but my god, the genesis of the immaculate deception and the most glaring piece of evidence that the entire world saw, was the illegal stoppage of vote-counting on election night. The adjournment or postponement of vote counting is against election statutes of at least 4 of the states in question The stoppage was obviously done in a coordinated fashion. That is the definition of an inter-state conspiracy to be properly dealt with by the Supreme Court.
And for purpose of remedy, the stoppage terminated the initial count-which constitutes the first stage of an election decision. Therefore, the vote count to be used is the count existing at that moment. If the Democrats wish to include the vote counts occurring post the stoppage, they would have to litigate. Good luck with that.

If Krebs certified the source code within these voting machines, my experience tells me he is an incompetent moron. Ask Krebs if source code using these routines is secure and not prone to buffer over flows

This DNI business is hope porn of the worst sort. Does anyone really believe that the intelligence community, which did everything to get rid of Trump except shoot him, is going to report significant foreign interference in the “selection”? I mean I’m sorry but that’s just silly. From what I’ve heard, all Ratcliffe wants is for them to admit that China bought a few face book ads, and they are refusing even to put that in the report, even though “interference” of that sort was at the center of the Russia Hoax and is unlikely to have changed even a single vote.
What we really need is for them to admit that China had access to, or hacked into, the Dominion servers and substantially change the vote totals. But the corrupt IC will never admit that happened.
It’s unlikely the IC would have evidence of that happening…the Chinese are not so incompetent that they would leave the necessary trail for investigators to follow. And the part of the IC that is permitted to operate domestically is the FBI, which seems to be (at the top levels, at least) dominated by avowed Democrats and Never Trump Republicans…who would not approve the “digging” necessary to provide the evidence.

At this point, Lawfare is advising the Chief Justice on how to circumvent the nightmare. He is highly comprimised and unlikely to have the courage to do the right thing. Therefore, he will split the baby by agreeing to hear the cases in 2-states, and 2-states only, after January 14th. Even if the plaintiffs prevail, it will not be enough to turn the fraudulent election results.
