Well, notice that even if the Supreme Court, by some miracle, flipped both Michigan and Georgia, Biden would still have 274 electoral votes. So, maybe that’s why they accepted those two lawsuits but not a third.
So, even if the Supreme Court rulings were to end up flipping Michigan and Georgia, for President Trump to win re-election, at least one swing-state Republican-controlled legislature would also need to flip Biden electors to the president, or something weird would have to happen when Vice President Pence counts the electors.
What’s the chance that the Court will issue a ruling that ends up flipping the Michigan and Georgia electors and that at least one Republican-controlled legislature also flips its electors?
And/or what is the chance that Pence could get away with not accepting some swing-state electors?
When the Supreme Court gave Michigan and Georgia until January 14, 2021 to respond, the end result (their ruling on the response) could go way past Inauguration Day, which was probably the intent of setting that specific response date. What games they play!

A recorded phone call of a SCOTUS justice? That’s a huge thing. Someone needs to dump that audio out to the internet. But then you need to ask how that recording happened. Is there some professional requirement that they record their calls the way they do the president? If not, it would have to be the result of an actual investigation on justice Roberts.

Instead of letting Justice Roberts make the deciding vote on election lawsuits he refuses to hear, the remaining Justices should take a vote on if they wish to hear the lawsuits for the sake of the American people. They should then decide whether they wish Roberts to remain as the deciding voter for any ties they may have. It is a disgrace that he decide on this when he doesn’t even hear the evidence. Please contact the other SC Justices and see if they would be willing to choose with the majority of them to overhear the evidence of the election fraud, tampering, irregularities and other forms of corruption.
