The court can come to a decision based on facts but it is up to the specific state legislature to award Electoral College Votes. A court cannot award a state’s votes. Local issues are handled differently. The founders did not want power to be consolidated in one of the three branches.

Look up the case of McNally v Tollendar. The Michigan state court over-turned a recall election for county office. The Court decided that in cases of extreme irregularity the courts can overturn an election without regard to the actual effect of the irregularity.
Their COVID scheme is their downfall. By openly using COVID to force watchers to distance themselves six feet away from the action, they broke a slew of election laws. It is glorious.
The social distancing *recommendation is not enshrined in any law the way the right of watchers is. Further, there is a myriad of examples where people in critical professions do not social distance.
Imagine keeping the nurse six feet from the doctor during surgery.

The date is set by federal law and I believe this election it is 12/14. All states are required to certify by that date and send the certificates to the president of the senate. A date and time for a joint session is also set by federal law. It will be 1/6/21 @ 1300 (1pm). The certificates are examined and votes counted. The required majority is 270. If no candidate has that number each state delegation to the House of Reps gets a vote. This 1 vote per state is un-ambiguous in 12th Amendment. Will Pelosi, if she is speaker, sprout wings like a bat, start howling, or tear the certificates it will not matter. (Under the law, duplicate originals are sent to various addressees.) Republicans have legislative majority control in the controversial states including AZ, GA, MI, PA, and WI. Those state legislatures will be acting no later than Dec. 14. The PA case regarding the voting period extension has already been to the Supreme Court and they ruled 4-4, allowing the PA Supreme Court’s decision in favor of the Governor to stand. However, the Legislature by Constitutional Law is the only governing body that can make/change election rules. Once this case makes it back to the Supreme Court, I imagine that 4-4 will become a 5-4 in our favor, with Justice Barrett casting the deciding vote in line with her originalist Constitutional interpretation. Look for the left to melt down over demands for her recusal in all matters electoral.

My concern is about time (clock is moving quickly) and the possible legal remedy if granted. We believe the fraud is massive, yet how does a state respond? Hand recounts of actual ballots are the gold standard, but so many violations require identifying illegal ballots. This also takes an enormous amount of time. Hopefully the courts will hear these immediately. Judges must be willing to act on evidence and not their own prejudicial leftist prerogatives.
This ultimately will become a decision by the legislatures within these states relative to their electoral votes. Will they have the courage to act, to stand correctly, for our President? Everyone in these swing states should be contacting their state representatives. Push them to insist on counting only legal votes.

…by using fractions (decimals), the final voting %’s for a particular polling place can be entered and the votes will be adjusted accordingly.
For example, they can pick the winner with 52.6% vs 47.4% and the votes will line up accordingly. In an overly simple example, assuming 100 votes, the votes we see on the TV would be 53 votes for D vs 47 votes for R.
The software rounds the vote count to whole numbers so the final voting %’s match the predetermined amount. All we see are the whole numbers.
If one had access to the software and expanded the decimals, the votes for the candidates would show decimals. Votes are placed one whole number at a time. It is impossible to have 54.37 votes, but that’s what the cheating software would show if one could expand the decimals. It wouldn’t show 54.00 votes because the software jury-rigged the numbers.

It would be icing on the cake to see graphs of other states/locations/counties where (theoretically) no machine counting chicanery took place, even if it were from a prior election…like testing a new drug and needing a certain number of people to take a placebo in order to see the true effect of the drug. What you see is votes being pulled from high density Trump/Red districts–the more solid red, the greater the % of votes switched.
The underlying thesis (on the part of the perpetrators) is that the Blue zones have a limited voter pool, and if all of the switches were made in Blue districts, it may 1) raise eyebrows, and 2) not make up the deficit to get Biden over the top. They simply need MORE votes, so they SKIM.
The skimming occurs very lightly in mixed Red/Blue districts. It increases with Redness. Since there are very many Red zones in the non-metro areas, there are fields upon fields of skimming opportunities. Grab a few % here and there and everywhere, and before long, you have built the equivalent of another metro Blue zone in the state. The whole process was designed to avoid triggering an audit by not grabbing too much in thin areas.

The US House doesn’t have to accept the results of a state election. For right now, we have to pressure the US House to reject fraudulent election results, no matter what courts or anybody else does. The states are supposed to get their results in on the required date, but those results don’t have to be accepted.

I truly believe that the Democrat voter fraud machine was surprised by the Red Tsunami and they put up a massive Blue Mirage of epic proportions as they continuously struggled to make a difference. The way that the votes all go for Biden but fail to vote down the line for any other candidates running for office is an enormous RED FLAG. They were so overwhelmed they were submitting ballots that should clearly be eliminated but forced them through to be counted regardless. There has to be a manual re-verification of all ballots and only then re-count with proper bipartisan oversight and whoever is in charge at each counting location needs to be replaced. All illegal and invalid ballots must be removed. At the least, this needs to be done wherever significant red flags were raised.

this whole “Evidence” search for fraud is useless, because (A) Fraud is difficult to prove even though it’s the kind of thing that everyone recognizes when it happens; (B) the Enemy (that’s dems, press, social media, corporates, FBI, DOJ, o-bambi, BLM, Antifa and all else…) fights back EFFECTIVELY on two fronts: “PROVE IT, show PROOF for each CHARGE” and while our side wastes TIME chasing/building the case against the various pebbles/each respective fraud item, that same enemy continues to pad the numbers with more fraud.
There’s only one effective way to defeat this – CHAIN OF CUSTODY! All vote counts after midnight the 3rd are most susceptible to fraud, and we can’t try to figure out what percentage of that amount is fraud – that’s a LOSING GAME (and winning one for the dem enemies…).

You nailed it. I would add that the requirement that President Trump prove a sufficient amount of fraud to overcome the reported vote deficit is backwards. The various election authorities are charged with running a fair and secure election. When significant fraud is demonstrated the burden of proof should be on the election authorities to prove the validity of ballots counted. They need to demonstrate that the reported votes do not exceed the number of validated ballots. When it is known that fraud occurred it is assinine for the default position to be that the burden of proof is on the victim rather than the ones who benefited from, or were responsible for preventing, fraud.

– Ballots were counted even though the voter’s name did not appear in the official voter rolls
– Election workers were ordered to not verify voters’ signatures on absentee ballots, to
backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity.
– Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline.
– Defendants used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QVF and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.
– Defendants coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. Election workers would go to the voting booths with voters to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.
– Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes.
– Defendants refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge.
1. Zachary Larsen, attorney and former Michigan Assistant Attorney General was a certified poll challenger at the TCF Center.
As Mr. Larsen watched the process, he was concerned that ballots were being
processed without confirmation that the voter was an eligible voter in the poll book because of information he had received from other poll challengers
Mr. Larsen reviewed the running list of scanned in ballots in the computer system, where it appeared that the voter had already been counted as having voted. An official operating the computer then appeared to assign this ballot to a different voter as he observed a completely different name that was added to the list of voters at the bottom of a running tab of processed ballots on the right side of the screen.
Mr. Larsen was concerned that this practice of assigning names and numbers indicated that a ballot was being counted for a non-eligible voter who was not in either the poll book or the supplemental poll book. From his observation of the computer screen, the voters were not in the official poll book. This appeared to be the case for the majority of the voters whose ballots he personally observed being scanned
Because of Mr. Larsen’s concern, he stepped behind the table and walked over to a spot behind where the first official was conducting her work. Understanding health concerns due to COVID-19, he attempted to stand as far away from this official as he reasonably could while also being able to visually observe the names on the supplemental poll book and on the envelopes.
As soon as Mr. Larsen moved to a location where he could observe the process by which the first official at this table was confirming the eligibility of the voters to vote, the first official immediately stopped working and glared at him. He stood still until she began to loudly and aggressively tell him that he could not stand where he was standing. She indicated that he needed to remain in front of the computer screen where he could not see what the worker was doing.
On Election Day, he had been allowed to stand at equivalent distance from poll books in Lansing and East Lansing precincts.
Mr. Larsen told her supervisor that was not true, and that he was statutorily allowed to observe the process, including the poll book.
The supervisor then pivoted to arguing that Mr. Larsen was not six feet away from the first official. Mr. Larsen told her that he was attempting to remain as far away as he could while still being able to read the names on the poll book.
The supervisor and that she intended to sit in the chair next to the official with the poll book, so he would need to leave.
The supervisor’s choice of chairs was approximately three feet to the left of the first official and therefore in violation of the six-foot distance rule
Mr. Larsen understood that this was a ruse to keep him away from a place where he could observe the confirmation of names in the supplemental poll book. The supervisor began to repeatedly tell him that he “needed to leave” so he responded that he would go speak with someone else (an attorney) and fill out a challenge form
2. An election employee with the City of Detroit was working at a polling location for approximately three weeks prior to the election. She directly observed daily, other City of Detroit election workers and employees coaching voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. This employee witnessed these workers and employees encouraging voters to do a straight Democrat ballot and witnessed these election workers and employees going over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote. During the last %she was specifically instructed by her supervisor never to ask for a driver’s license or any photo I.D. when a person was trying to vote

I don’t think actual ballots have any personal identifying marks on them with the exception of a numeric tracking or bar code. The signature is usually on the ‘security” envelope containing the mail-in ballot, along with other forms of ID and a duplicate of the tracking code.
The security envelopes are supposed to be removed prior to tabulation and retained as part of the registered voter file. So, you can count all the ballot you want but examination of the security envelopes is needed to detect fraud.
Don’t forget the other old trick, one which they used in 2016. It got noticed during a Michigan recount startup demanded by Jill Stein. After finding tallied vote totals considerably higher than ballots on hand in Detroit the recount was halted. What is that old trick? Run chosen ballots through the counting machines multiple times.

It seems to me that the distribution curves in the swing states are enough by themselves to have the election ruled invalid. When you are talking about hundreds of thousands of votes in each of these states with distribution curves so out of wack that the probability of them occurring naturally is in the millions of not billions to one, then the election must be invalidated. In addition the deviations all occurred in the early morning hours of 11/4.
I say invalidated because there is probably no chance of an honest recount. Like covid 19 we will never have the accurate numbers now. So I say we need to have the election again. I know. It will never happen.

Look, let’s understand where we are: I have a video of Trump’s vote tally for Pennsylvania going down from 1,690,000 to 1,670,000, while adding those 20,000 votes to Biden’s total. This was CNN’s own ticker displaying these changes.
When Democrats can simply flip votes like this, this means that they can seat their candidates at will. The Republican Party is rendered irrelevant with this ability.
The best is simply to have the Republican state legislatures seat their electors for Trump. That is the only proper solution.
These counts don’t matter because the process is completely tainted. Without audit to find and count lost votes, how do you know if a recount will be accurate?
