  1. It seems that everyone on the Left needs to refer to a Dictionary and attempt to learn exactly what the word “SHALL” means. Particularly how it is used in Article II, Section 2 of the US Constitution:

“He (the President) shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court…”. etc etc etc

Notice how it says “SHALL”, and not ” MIGHT* or “MAY”?

It says SHALL… meaning IT’S HIS DUTY TO DO IT.

Great point letjustice. Whenever there’s legislation or a contract to review, I always scan for the word “shall” since it means something that “must” be done.

The Lib Media would never point that out, and we’d never know it unless we look at the primary sources, not just what’s presented to us. And it means all the difference

Listened to Robert Barnes’ discussion with Viva Frei yesterday about ACB vs Lagoa (h/t and thank you to Stella), Barnes has a real prejudice against ACB (with which i agree…)

So let the Senate do as they say. Read the Constitution as a textual document. Let them give a list of Candidates that they pre-approved. Those advise and consent. As long as their list matches the Presidents bam no controversy no hearing. Draft a list have 50 members sign it and Vice President. Then the President announces the selection. CONSTITUTIONAL.

The first voice heard is actually Melissa Francis and shame on her. Harf speaks second, while Faulkner’s producer is telling her to move on.
Tucker Carlson said tonight it is Big Tech censoring, but Carlson needs to look a little closer to home.

The Moral Case for Reopening Schools—Without Masks

“If you’re a public-minded student or teacher committed to reducing the death toll from Covid-19, what is the morally correct way to behave?
According to the epidemiologist Sunetra Gupta, you should do just about the opposite of what’s being preached by college presidents, teachers’ unions, political leaders, and the scientific and media establishment. Unless you’re elderly or particularly vulnerable, you shouldn’t be wearing a mask all day, or shaming others for going unmasked. You should be careful not to endanger the vulnerable, but otherwise you should be exposing yourself to the virus in order to promote herd immunity.”

      More Bloomberg hijinks in Florida.
Bloomberg paid fines, etc for felons who promised to vote Beijing Biden and as such the felons could vote again.
Rep Matt Gaetz says this a RICO and a bribery case, and is aiming to bring charges. Gaetz is speaking with the Florida AG.

What ever happen to Mr. Gauharat at the FBI?

I think it was really nice of AG Barr to recommend Ms. Gauhar for a job at the Boeing NSA contractor, too.

    Conservative Treehouse-
Rumor in the DC grapevine is that a few weeks ago Tashina Guahar was quietly removed from her position as lawyer for the DOJ National Security Division (in charge of FISA applications). This removal happened immediately after IG Michael Horowitz submitted his first draft report to Attorney General Bill Barr for classification review. Ms. Gauhar now reportedly works for Boeing.

Either Tashina Gauhar has cooperated with the Horowitz, Durham and Barr probes and left the DOJ prior to the IG report on FISA abuse (and her role therein) being made public, as part of an internal dynamic; -OR- the IG discoveries about direct and affiliated activity that surrounded Ms. Gauhar led to her pre-report exit as a Main Justice coverup.

Interesting comment from 2001 book by close Clinton buddy (who went on to head the notorious leftard Brookings Institute), Strobe Talbott:

    • PaulCohen says:

The Globalists aren’t subtle…. they don’t announce everywhere what they are up to, but there are plenty of comments and actions that show how they are fundamentally UN-American and ANTI-American.

Remember Hillary Clinton telling bankers in a secret talk that she dreams of a world without borders…. this was known before the 2016 election but the Mediascum barely covered it….. Shrillary would have lost nearly every state if the MSM were not such a propaganda agency for her and the DNC.

I hope and pray Mitt Romney doesn’t pull a John McCain when the vote comes up. Remember McCain rain in the house chamber and did a thumbs down on healthcare?. I can see Romney doing the same thing. Cindy McCain is going to publicly endorse Biden. Romneys wife is working with Michele O on get out the vote. I just pray he doesn’t pull that but I want be surprised. jmo

    • I believe Mitt met with Senate Leadership before disclosing his opinion.
Now, he could pull a McCain, (I suppose) but even if he did; the R’s still have enough votes.
And, no one knows what the Senate Leadership discussed with him, now, do we??
