Considering the Durham Timeline…

There’s a lot of debate about the timeline for John Durham’s investigation and when the information will likely become public. Toward that end here’s some food for thought.

First, *if* the “criminal investigation” (as confirmed officially by DOJ spox) resulted in evidence that would push toward a grand jury seating, it must be remembered that could not have started until after June 15, 2020:

The entire DC justice system was frozen in place until after June 15. Now considering a time-frame for typical GJ seating and processing, that would put evidence into the GJ around, say June 20th.

Now take a typical DC grand jury timeline of 5 weeks (Wolfe case May 3rd through June 7th); and contrast that against the complexity of the Durham inquiry (twice duration); and consider recent reports that investigators have only just reached principals (Brennan); then an approximate timeline would be two months +/-.

That puts a seated grand jury for Durham’s purpose around June 20th through Mid-August.

Coincidentally, when CTH first discovered the totality of the background corruption story back in the third quarter of 2018, the targeted date for a determination of whether the DOJ was willing to address the scale of the internal corruption issues was mid-August.

Absent action by the DOJ to address the most explosive evidence that outlines the totality of fraud upon American voters by the corrupt DOJ and FBI interests; CTH began compiling all the data into a comprehensive brief on a specific aspect that cuts directly to the heart of the issues.

For the past month, all in phase-one, I have been sharing the contents of that evidence with anyone who can make a substantive difference. I have traveled to several states and briefed staff, principals and some select media. Every person briefed is stunned by the specific evidence compiled and how the dots were never connected; nothing is refuted.

Phase two is making that briefing material well known to everyone.  That material reconciles everything that took place in 2017, 2018 and 2019.  Most long-time CTH readers are already familiar with it…. however, the rest of the electorate are not.

Today someone all of us think has a very granular understanding reached out and discovered they only knew a small segment.  This is good, very good, because they will likely be the bridge to the phase-two delivery.  More conversations are planned.

Hopefully Mr XXXXX and Durham will deliver on behalf of AG Barr and the American people.  However, if they don’t address the dual justice system -mid August- then things will be even bigger and even uglier.

Think about the lessons inside the hidden details of the Wolfe case. Think about the ramifications to the Gang of Eight; to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence; to the entire system of intelligence oversight; to the system of inspectors general in the intelligence community; to the separation of power dynamic; to checks and balances; to the entire purpose of the Mueller probe; to an internal coup to remove a sitting president by actions that touch all three branches of U.S. government;…and more importantly to the administration of justice…

  3. Someone mentioned this earlier above, which makes so much sense. If Durham doesn’t deliver before the election, and Trump loses, all his work would be for nothing. I am sure he and Barr know this; therefore,I have no doubt Durham will fi ish his work and make it public ASAP. Wouldn’t you if you were him? Nothing is worse than seeing your hard work go down the drain.

Unless he’s just a do-nothing place holder like John Huber. Lots of people were eagerly awaiting Huber’s actions, too. Lots of people were assuring us on various forums that “nothing can stop what is coming”. Trust Sessions was the mantra of all the Qtards on Free Republic. What happened to that?

Why can’t it happen again? Huber’s still got a job, hell most Utah citizens might think he’s doing a good job. It’s a small, rarified atmosphere we here share, and sometimes that leads us to see things in the shadows, when there really isn’t anything there.

Well, yes, IF Durham truly seeks justice and wishes his work to see the light of day. But that ASSUMES he wishes that (or that those he works for wish that).

Call me cynical, but Barr and Durham are slow walking this investigation–and have been all along.

It is folly to assume justice will be meted out, just like it is folly to assume any shocking or comprehensive evidence will make any difference. (Sundance, you paying attention?)

The Enemedia and Big Tech control information the vast bulk of information that reaches the general public. And, based on Sundance’s own revelation that a certain party that had a “granular” understanding of the facts was surprised at what SD revealed, then it makes the revelation of FACTS and TRUTH all the more of a Herculean task.

Let me put it simply: It does not matter WHAT evidence is revealed, the left will ignore it, the Enemedia will spin it, Big Tech will censor it, and the American public will shrug–or at least a significant portion.

“Slow-Walking”the investigation is not an option. The Re-Election of the President is vital; hence, the Election itself cannot be a retardant to the prosecution, but must be the accelerant. Especially considering the major Crime befouled the antecedent election, negating our votes in our singular National Election, and foreclosed the proper transfer of power to the Trump Administration, which was hamstrung, and booby-trapped from start and throughout. Therefore, any polite consideration of expected deference to the Election have been foreclosed.

While much speculation inside the Beltway says U.S. Attorney John Durham will punt the results of his so-called Spygate investigation past the election to avoid charges of political interference, sources who have worked with Durham on past public corruption cases doubt he’ll bend to political pressure and they expect him to drop bombshells before Labor Day. Durham’s boss, Attorney General Bill Barr, also pushed back on the notion his hand-picked investigator would defer action. Under Democratic questioning on Capitol Hill last week, he refused to rule out a pre-election release. “Under oath, do you commit to not releasing any report by Mr. Durham before the November election?” Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell (D-Fla.) asked Barr, citing longstanding Justice Department policy not to announce new developments in politically sensitive cases before an election.

For many years, the NSA database was being mined by private “contractors” for specific types of information that could be exploited for nefarious purposes. Some of this information was used to enable blackmail opportunities and exert control over powerful politicians, judges, businessmen, and other prominent individuals. But the most criminal use of this information was to enable financial market exploitation (largely stock and options trading based on insider information). And all of this is memorialized in an EC and document trail that wasn’t supposed to exist, but the NSA never blinks and everything is archived redundantly. There are serious indictments coming, and these cases will go on for years. Barr is the real deal, and he will make lasting history with these investigations and prosecutions.

Know that getting rid of the police is lunacy that will lead to anarchy. That understand that The Constitution and Bill of Rights have allowed our freedoms to create the greatest country on earth. Know that Marxism/Fascism are failed systems and don’t want any part of it.

As we prepare for impact, be ready to fight, because it’s going to be one. Keep God close, love of country, love of family and “hopefully” metaphorically, pass the ammo, because we’re gonna need them all. Because there is nothing that they will not try.

Last point. We must understand this enemy. These are counter culturist and their spawn, comity and good form are for the other guy. They understand one thing, force. We have to go right at them and give no quarter. These are smarmy parasitic swamp rat bums and their acolytes who live in other peoples pockets. They have no honor, integrity, belief other than “what’s in it for me”? A gentleman’s debate is a waste of time. Remember this, “the ends justify the means.”

MAGA! …by being Americans. KAG! …by letting them know in no uncertain terms.

No, if neither candidate gets the requisite electoral college votes, it goes to the House. Each state delegation gets 1 vote, not single members of the House. Red states > blue states. If Trump gets 270, there’s nothing they can do. Bless our Founders for the genius of the Electoral College.

If our only options are the current electoral college, or pure popular vote, then electoral is clearly better. But I think there’s another option that would be MUCH better.

Right now, each state is winner-takes-all… so even if a candidate would win say California by a single vote, they would get ALL the electoral votes. That’s just wrong. How ’bout, instead, we keep winner-takes-all, but NOT for a whole state. Instead, it’s divided up by congressional districts. In the 2016 election, Hillary got about 60% of the CA vote, Trump a little over 30%. A pretty big blowout to be sure, but should Hillary have gotten ALL the 55 electoral votes? If it was divided by congressional district, she would have got around 35, and Trump around 18 or so. (Of course the same would apply in reverse for big states that Trump won.)

Would this not be MUCH more fair? It wouldn’t have the negative problems a pure popular vote would, but yet would still allow for a fair allocation of votes.

    1) Kerri Kupec bridging Sundance into the DOJ/Durham for phase 2?

    2) Richard Grenell bridging Sundance into the WH for phase 2?

    3) Scott Brady US Attorney Western PA who is working the Ukraine angle acting as a bridge for Sundance into Durham/Barr because his SSCI evidence touches Ukraine for phase 2

    4) Gen Flynn bridging Sundance into the WH or into Barr for phase 2.

Think about what Flynn knows combined with what Sundance knows? Their evidence IMO is devastating and irrefutable.

Problem with Solomon is that he and Schweitzer’s bombshell work also has trouble getting heard by anyone outside of our own corner. Ric Grenell would be awesome if you’re correct there.

Lots of great suggestions by treepers. I’d take any of them, but names I haven’t see mentioned are Mark Levin or Dan Bongino or Kash Patel.

Levin is wonderful, smart, articulate and has connections. He is having Barr on his program Sunday for the full hour. Levin usually lets his guests talk a lot, but hopefully this time, he pins him down on some vital questions.

Bongino has a huge following on his webite, Twitter, his daily podcast, and is on FNC at least daily if not 2-3x a day. Bongino has written books already on the topic. He has close connections to Nunes and Kash Patel as well. Both would be willing to hear all the details I would bet.

With all the evidence in the open we have now concerning this coup, You have to wonder if the Brennan interview would be an arrest. To let him walk out after a few questions, should be concerning. John Durham is not doing a report. It became a criminal investigation quite a while back. The predicate for this operation (Obamagate) was treason. A concerted effort working with foreign powers to overthrow the US government by infiltration instead of invasion. President Trump plainly got in the way. It was already moving with force.

President Trump has said, “it’s not me they are after it is you. I am just in the way.”

How to reach 100 Million Americans with Sundance’s Truth & Evidence

So if your mission was in 72 hours to make as many Americans very aware of the facts and evidence in the Coup on PT coupled with the corruption and crimes committed by of our 3 letter agencies, many judges and even many in Congress, how would you accomplish that?

Here’s a simple road map and attack strategy………

    1. Have PT tweet about it with a link reference to Sundance’s evidence – 60 million followers

    2. See if Kayleigh McEnany will speak about this evidence at a WH briefing and put up website link for people to view it – Estimated 10 million followers.

    3. Ensure Rush Limbaugh does a week long show on it and posts & emails the Sundance packet to his – 43 million weekly listeners.

    4. Ensure Sean Hannity does a week long show on it and posts & emails the Sundance packet to his – 15 million weekly listeners.

    5. Ensure Mark Levin does a week long show on it and posts & emails the Sundance packet to his – 11 million weekly listeners.

    6. Ensure Dan Bongino does a week long podcast show on it and posts & emails the Sundance packet to his – 5 million weekly listeners.

    7. Ensure 10-20 reporters such as John Soloman, Sara Carter, Adam Housley, Undercover Huber, Shipwreckedcrew, Mollie Hemingway, etc all put out an article that references Sundance’s evidence – Estimated circulation and hits – 10 million

    8. Have the NRA email the Sundance packet out to all its members – 5.5 million

    9. Have the NAPO (National Association of Police Organizations e-mail Sundance’s evidence packet to all members – estimate 1-2 million members.

One area still missing is how to effectively reach the 1.5 active military members? This group is important to know the truth and evidence if CW were to break out.

Add it up and you have 160M people and even if we take it in half for duplication and each of these 80M share it with 1 additional person we are back to around 160M Americans who KNOW the truth and evidence.

The target is interviewed after the investigator has all the information they need to determine if the target is lying.

If Brennan is being interviewed, it is a good sign that they are wrapping up the investigation.
