Emmet Sullivan began his Swamp existence in 1971 when he was a public defender defending hookers, small-time drug dealers and pimps. Sullivan probably rubbed shoulders with Philip Mackin Bailley whose sex parties (with Steny Hoyer among others) and connections to the Watergate Madame Heidi Rikan and Maureen Biner (later Dean) made brief headlines in 1972. One of Phil Bailley’s lawyers was Edwin Brown who was nominated several times for a DC judgeship in the 1970s. Brown was active in the National Bar Association and connected to William Borders, a Carter appointee who would serve time for bribery in the Alcee Hastins-Joe Nesline case. Nesline was the DC mob boss connected to Watergate on many levels. William Borders was one of the last persons pardoned in January 2001 by Bill Clinton.

I see we are back to calling it unmasking (re: flynn!)….does anyone else see the obvious problem and misinformation here..repeated again…?

flynn was NOT unmasked. He was a target. And According to Sundance in an earlier analysis BASED ON DECLASS provided by GRENELL…Flynn was a target of a NON-FISA spy order.

it’s not a technical nuance to notice WHY the corruptors, the uninitiated, and the blissfully ignorant media can’t seem to make the correct narrative here.

by calling it “unmasking” perpetuates the mythical narrative (intentionally false and misleading), in order to avoid ANY discussion about what exactly was the legal authority to spy on fly. What program of spying and what laws and authorities specifically allow for it?

    you see the problem now?

by continuing to call it “unmasking” infers it was related to some lawful predicate under a “lawful” authorizes title 1 FISA warrant. It makes this all fraud follow the “it was tied to the one of the 4 FISA warrants”. But it WAS NOT THAT!.

the reality is we know this:

flynn was the target of some kind of spying operation…

    it was not FISA.

    it was something “else”…

that something else was never explained…and to date no one has determined or asked the question.

    why is that?

to date…we have grenell…jordan…every media jackwagon….and dozens of people directly implicated in this spying and “unmasking” of flynn saying it WAS “unmasking”.

    it was not that.

he was NOT INCIDENTALLY COLLECTED…he WAS THE TARGET.

there is no FISA order that states he was a target.

    see the problem now?

    sundance….what am I missing here?

    please clarify..

are we just going to walk past this now…because grennell makes the same insinuation?

every single detail counts. it’s evidence of the crime that has no equal in US history!!!

we must remain vigilant and be precise….especially when those that should be zeroing in on these violations are in full obfuscation mode…or just being lazy.

and yes, I am aware that minimization protections should be enforced under any co-intel operation involving an unindicted american citizen. But it’s very troubling that we should not be calling this out about referring to this as unmasking….that implies the spying was lawful and under some legal program.

we DO NOT KNOW THAT…we DO KNOW …he was a target and the program was NOT FISA!

understanding and learning what program of spying, under what authority and who moved the needle on predicate to make him a target,

SHOULD BE THE HIGHEST PRIORITY to zero in on the corruptors.

    never give up…never stop….

    don’t let this pass.

    DO NOT LOOK AWAY!

I was very disappointed that Trump fired him. Trump is too smart to have been fooled by these hussein traitors! That in my humble opinion was Trump’s only mistake! Certainly, the smucks likely told Gen Flynn, that he was not allowed to say anything as this “fake” info was classified! If Trump had fired that traitorous scum comey on day one, this may not have happened. I hope that Flynn countersues the government and the hussein admin for everything he lost and being falsely accused and destroying his life, and threatening his familiy, and gets millions and millions and millions of dollars for what he was put through by traitors of this country!

      • Yes. It was a huge mistakd to not replace Comey immediately, but hindsight is always 20/20. Since 1976 the FBI directorship has a 10yr term limit, but none (other than Robert Mueller) have lasted that long. Since Comey had only been appointed in 2013, perhaps DJT thought it would be proper to leave him in place.

In hindsight, the timing of Comey’s appointment is sketchy. By appointing him in 2013, he is there through both terms of the next president. So Meuller’s term is extended, but he retires in time to get Comey appointed. The Democrats/Uniparty making sure they maintain control of FBI.

Not necessarily for the coup. If Clinton wins, she already has a Clintonista in place at FBI. If she’s a one term president, her man is still at FBI providing cover.

WIth Robert Mueller was at the FBI, HSBC was found guilty of money laundering for drug cartels and paid $1.5 billion fine, the largest in US history. No one went to prison. It is beyond….! Congress did nothing to change this illegal, immoral use of fisa earlier this year! It is so depressing that with few exceptions, those elected in our congress do nothing to protect American citizens, and are too weak or too criminally corrupt to do what is morally or ethiclly their responsibility to those who elected them! Our forefathers must be turning in their graves! And still no arrests after multiple acts of treason against this country and its citizens and president!

You are so right! I hate when they misuse such important words. I believe General Flynn was spied on by a secret government spy system called the Hammer. Dr. Dave Janda, did several interviews with General McInerney, on his show Operation Freedom, where Mcinereney as far back as 2017 began exposing the Hammer. It turns out it was one of Obama’s favorite toys and not subject to any government restriction what so ever. Sydney Powell brought up the Hammer twice when charges against General Flynn were first dropped by the DOJ. Once Judge Sullivan began playing games, she never mentioned it again. I believe that we will hear a lot about the Hammer when Flynn is completely free. I think it is a very big deal.

just not on the Dec 29 call.

The “list” came from the NSA and were requests TO THE NSA to unmask certain SIGINT.
      (See pg 2)
THIS “list” is sorted by when the unidentified US citizen came back with
      result = FLYNN

The importance is that the outgoing Obama Administration was making huge numbers of unmasking requests (recall Samantha Power >200 requests alone) and may have been making them earlier than that.

WE HAVEN’T SEEN the whole list of unmasking requests and more importantly,…
      What names came back

Grassley/Johnson have requested to Grenell/Ratcliffe the declassification of the entire unmasking request list for calendar year 2016.

“Unmasking” is an important piece of the puzzle.

        okay….hear me out.

when letter go to NSA for unmasking…that means directly there is KNOWLEDGE that these people are being surveilled.

        How did they know?

        under what program?

if it wasn’t title 1 Fisa, then pen and trap?

same questions apply: HOW WOULD THEY KNOW?

        see the problem..

it’s not merely that a “unmask” occured, but THREE THINGS:

        a. what was the predicate to initiate spying?
        b. what legal authority was used and who signed off (NSA DOES NOT SPY ON EVERYONE….more precisely, it DOES NOT allow willy nilly queries unless there is a open investigation formal, whether fisa OR NOT!…so what legal authority was being used to gather up this surveillance against SPECIFIC TARGETED PEOPLE?
        c. Given the names that pop up (thanks Grennel!), HOW WOULD THEY PEOPLE KNOW about the spying?

we have never had any of these critically important questions answered….we may never have them answered…but we should be making this the highest priority…

there has never been a crime of this scale and impact in the United States. It stands alone as the single most powerful conspiracy to ruin a presidential candidate and later to drag him down through smearing and shampeachment.

All based on a fraud, with intent, and calculated.

        we NEED these answers.

you KNOW why we need these answers?

because when Barr/Durham pull up short and do nothing..which is exactly is what is going to happen…then

WE THE PEOPLE WILL HAVE EXHAUSTED THE DEMOCRATIC LEGAL JUSTICE PROCESS…

and we will then take matters into our own hands and pass justice out to those that attempted to destroy our nation.

this annoying pandemic and protest will pale in comparison to what is being planned.

      Flynn spying = HAMMER

Brennan and Clapper used THE HAMMER to spy on Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, 159 Article III judges, FISA Court Presiding Judge Reggie Walton, members of Congress, Wall Street executives, Rudy Giuliani, Lt. General Michael Flynn, Donald Trump, Trump Tower, multiple Trump businesses, and members of the Trump family, according to Montgomery. Montgomery asserted that Brennan spied on Donald Trump because the CIA feared Trump. According to The Whistleblower Tapes, Brennan and Clapper wiretapped Donald Trump “a zillion times.”

I remember when the Hammer was first exposed by Lt. General McInerney and an Admiral, whose name escapes me at the moment, I was very excited to learn about it, and yes, I remember that Montgomery was a principal creator of the program. It had some connection to the Patriot Act and was supposed to be used against foreign purveyors of terrorism, not American citizens. It was not used illegally until around 2008 when Obama and his Gang began using it as their own private spyware against their domestic political enemies. I also remember that after McInerney exposed the Hammer, he was basically 86’d from all the cable news shows that had previously showcased him often for his expertise, including Fox News, who had actually hired him as an expert. It was like…Poof Lt. General McInerney was gone!

Credible speculation that Strzok’s notet taking about the White House meeting with Obama, Biden, Rice, Comey, Yates were taken while Strzok was listening, but he wasn’t in the Oval Office for the meeting. DID THE FBI BUG THE OVAL OFFICE?????

“This is indeed heady stuff, as it is beyond reason to think that Strzok was an invited participant. The last thing anyone at that meeting would want is an independent account of what was said as they planned how to entrap one of the incoming president’s closest aides. Yet that does not eliminate the chance that Strzok benefited “”from some kind of surveillance technique to eavesdrop on the conversation, either with the knowledge of one person in the room or possibly with none. Of course it is scary to think that the FBI was wiretapping the White House, but they did it to Trump Tower, so who knows?”

    2) Carter Page worked for both the CIA & FBI, prior to taking his position on President Trump’s team. Are we to believe, that the CIA & FBI did not check their personnel databases, prior to signing the first FISA warrant on Carter Page?

Chief Justice Roberts aka “pretzel boy” is too proud, too arrogant, too narcissistic to allow such disclosures and open attempts at restructuring the FISA court–plus holding the FBI accountable. At the country clubs within the orbit of Washington, DC, most of the time one plays golf within a foursome, meaning Roberts has to have others if he wants a good tee time, etc. The big shots play together and discuss “things” with each other…

As to Carter Page and your rational question that any first year investigator would ask, the CIA and FBI knew exactly who Carter Page was and how they were going to use him via the FISA warrant. Page was to be a “carrier” of the virus they intended to employ to take down Trump and his administration.

I don’t believe he can meet the criteria…criteria of course that is set by the senate. look at you mcconnell and camp!

unfortunately, Grennell’s capacity to roll over the bureaucracy and gets facts straightened out as over.

there just aren’t that many opportunities to place him in serious positions of power as “acting” anymore…

counting on Ratcliffe to deliver is probably the best we can hope for at this point.

Watched the vid just a few minutes ago. It had only 3272 views and a mere 37 Likes! So click on through to the YT, rate it, then send the vid to everyone on your email list…especially those who don’t have a clue of who Ric is or what he did for our nation

Ric is so sharp, well-spoken. I’m sure he knows a lot more than he can tell at the moment.
