The Anger Games – Friday Night Riots – Open Discussion Thread

The riots, arson, looting and related violence has spread from Minneapolis Minnesota to several urban areas around the nation.  From ground reports it appears Antifa groups have organized and infiltrated activist and protest groups in Minneapolis and beyond.

Democrat strongholds in Atlanta (GA), Washington DC, Houston (TX), New York City (NY), Los Angeles (CA), and other deep blue metropolitan areas are now seeing organized riots, anti-police violence and chaos.

Many people are calling for federal intervention; however, that type of confrontation is the intended goal of the social anarchy crowd.  The leftist chaos is purposeful bait.

Politically speaking, the merging of Antifa (revolution communists) & Black Lives Matter (sub-text political Islam), has a purposeful agenda unknown to the standard brick thrower. Suburban white liberals, essentially modern affiliates of the former Bill Ayers Weather Underground, are the organizing entities.  Most of the people on the street are oblivious.

Local authorities in/around the urban danger zones have the primary responsibility to maintain domestic tranquility.  Federal intervention to replace local political ineptitude, and lack of desire to confront a crisis of their own creation, is short-sighted.

If local officials and/or state governors are not going to take action; factually they do not want to take action because they are fearful of backlash from their own tribe; then federal assistance doesn’t work.  It is better for President Trump to watch from a distance and keep reminding the U.S. electorate how he supports, but will not replace, local officials.

The 2020 Anger Games were predictable.

Shots have been fired at law enforcement officers near the Fifth Precinct during the operation. No troopers or officers have been injured. Leave the area or you will be arrested

Its getting real now. Antifa, anarchists, or BLM?

Lemon and the CNN correspondent were providing real-time intelligence to the rioters late in the evening. They seemed to be directing rioters to the Fifth Precinct by informing them about the numbers of officers present on the rooftop, and the sparse number of officers present out front.

Lemon also asked the reporter to provide information about how the officers were armed. I then watched the crowds outside the Fifth increase in real time.

The BEST idea to stop this crap dead in its tracks was from a fellow Treeper on yesterday’s daily thread where we were discussing prior to our host graciously starting this discussion thread. The suggestion was to KILL ALL CELL SERVICE in the riot areas. That would stop it. And I’m sure it can be done.

But so far I don’t see that happening anywhere…

Kill the cell service will help slow coordination, but the antifa agitators, gang bangers and outsiders need to be arrested.

The state needs to take control. I thought the guard was there, if so why are the rioters roaming freely? If there aren’t enough call in more. Beat the crowd back with fire hoses, use some of the anti crowd technology that uses piercing sound or heat. The bad actors wait for cover of night, deprive them of that, light the place up. Use big search lights, stadium lights, get choppers in the air.

Appeasing a mob never works out well, stop appeasing them and take control of your city and state.

It’s my understanding that software driven radio (SDR) is popular with the antifa crowd and has been for a while. We should assume ALL of this is coordinated and therefore EVERY group out there shares their success stories with fellow travelers.

I agree with the author, the fight (currently) on the streets is not for the Feds. If there is foreign (china) influence, out side influence of any kind (soros, cpusa…) the feds need to ID it and act accordingly.

This is about Nov, whether the FSA knows it or not. The Left has made it clear they will do whatever it takes to restore the globalist to the high ground.

Just in on KSTP local feed. Report that State Police AND Natl Guard are outnumbered, too many protesters from out of state have moved in to agitate. Frustration as Gov had promised he would provide leadership (take over from Soy Latte) and may now have to ask US Mil response. No joke. These guys are trying to bait President Trump in here.

Strangely, per reporting, no one has seen any National Guard lol and that was discussed as being the Governor’s Office being deluged with calls. Now shots fired at police.

The only thing these riots do is convince normal people in Normalville that the only thing standing between them and having their home or business burned to ashes is the occasional out-of-control police officer. We’re prepared to deal with out-of-control police officers, and this guy will most likely go to prison for murder, and the others for whatever the crime is for doing nothing when a man is dying and they don’t stop it.

Friend of mine grew up in inner city Toledo, and we talk all the time. He doesn’t condone the violence, but he (being black) does understand the frustration and the helplessness black Americans feel. He told me the story of how he was at a party at Penn State as a student, 100 or so people. When the police came around to check on things, they left all the students alone…except my friend and his friend…who the police circled back twice, told them to leave, and then arrested them when they asked why the police weren’t talking to any of the 98 white students at the event. So, I get it that he sees this through a different lens than I do. But then he asked me if I never massively overreacted to a bad situation, and my answer to that is an unqualified “No, I have never been so angry that I consciously wanted to go burn down the Tire World then run over to the electronics store to get a new TV.” We kind of left it there because he’s my friend, and we’re just not going to cross that T any time soon.

For a lot of America, blacks are sort of concentrated in the cities and the police try to keep things more or less from leaking out. So we don’t see the full unfiltered “Body-more” (Baltimore), and the reason why is that we do aggressive policing. What the riots do is pierce that bubble and people get to see Body-more play out on their televisions. That might be totally unfair to the black community, but that is what people are seeing on their televisions. The media plays a complicit role in this. There was a teen riot in Philly a year or so ago, hundreds of teens basically tearing up the historic district. The police got in front of the riot and told businesses to just close up shop until the storm passed. I watched the CBS Philly reporter-ette struggle not to get off script, referring to the rioters only as “young people”. Uh. No.

Think about COVID19. How much did MOST Americans push back aggressively against their out-of-control Blue State and RINO State governors? NOT MANY. What that means is that people have no problem trampling somebody else’s rights if it means they get to be “safe”. These riots don’t make people feel safe. Therefore, we’ll get more of the aggressive policing. It’s a dirty, violent, job, and it will always appeal to a segment of people who like dirty, violent, jobs. By and large, the American People have decided they’re willing to deal with the occasional over-aggressive police officer if it means they don’t have Body-more in every town in America. I think our police officers do a fantastic job under horrendous circumstances. But, it’s a bit like the garbage man. There are just people who don’t mind doing that sort of thing. It’s not for me, and I’m glad I don’t have to do it. But I have to recognize that while the police departments do try to train for these kinds of things, they are not going to be 100% successful with every officer. So, we punish that guy hard, and recognize that if we don’t want Body-more everywhere this is the occasional price we must pay.

Antifa was laying low as per their orders from Soros, but opportunities like this were too much to pass up for the fascist Antifa.

They are a terrorist organization. BLM is a wing of the same bird. They push the buttons. They know the riots will escalate as a large number who care nothing about Floyd see this as a chance to get something with little risk of arrest. They count on this.

If the FBI were doing it’s job they would follow the money behind these groups. Soros is a major contributor.

Notice the masks which the fascists wear are now blended in beautifully with the Chinese Virus virtue signaling dictates. The masks for the bioweapon are a great way to hide Soros’s Brown Shirt brigade. A little too convenient.

The Leader in Charge of the Executive Branch of Our Government should have canned him, and brought in a Ric Grennell type 2 years ago in response to the GOPe’s confirmation games. Instead there’s been 3 years of destroyed property, coordinated Deep State propaganda events, violent intimidation against Trump supporters, and DEATHS. It all equals up to a lawless and unjust society. And say what you want, it allows Antifa to achieve their ends, which is anarchy.

Maybe the insurance companies get to pay for the clean up, who knows. Most likely it is the rioters, antifa and gang, who are doing the damage and not really the protesters in general. This was a false flag event, notice how Biden makes his racist comment, then all hell breaks loose. Almost like pushing the go button. There were also 2 other murders that happened, in the last few months. One was the so called jogger, the other the drug bust that happened at the wrong house. All three situations, were people of color. So it does sound like they were trying to start something, people were already stressed because of the virus and lock down mandates. The democrats are disparate, this all needs to stop very soon. Its time to declass everything and arrest the guilty, its the only thing that can make the difference. The democrats, are still trying to keep the country shut down. Why is it congress can not come to DC? I keep on hoping its because they have been arrested. Protesting and rioting are spreading to other states, it all needs to stop. Time to pray for our country and its people.

The virus hoax and complete control of people without pushback has shown them that it is easy to use the MSM to overwhelm a large part of normal people’s thought processes in every state.

It is now clear as to why all these nonsensical rules and draconian approaches are being used. The massively extended apparently purposeless lock down is to create underlying frustration and helplessness, which is intentional, to then use this to fuel the next stage in creating rioting chaos. A few months of the same brainwashing for rioting, combined with the same intentional chaos in each state and everywhere will be in flames.

In psychological conditioning behaviour it is vital to put the patient into a helpless or trauma state before imposing a new set of behaviours. This is the play book here.

This is an all out attempt to dissolve the US into chaos. All the actors are intentional in their goal. It is not anything to do with the false flag arrest/death they staged to start this off with. If you can’t see this obvious pattern of these steps in the sequence turn off the TV and think about it.

Trump’s tweet that ended with “when the looting starts, the shooting starts” has driven the media berserk. Even Trump, himself, has tried to clarify what he meant by that. I don’t understand why! In decades past, it was always proclaimed that looters will be shot on sight. This served as a definite deterrent back in those days. I saw the videos of these looters joyfully pillaging the stores they entered and then burning them to the ground. And why not? No one is stopping them, with many of them not wearing masks and not giving a whit about the security cameras identifying them.

Why aren’t they being shot on sight? These stupid morons are destroying the minuscule business base in their own communities. How are they getting back at the criminal behavior of the white cop(s) by doing this? Just look at that poor despairing black man who had just endeavored to open a sports bar, probably with his life savings plus enormous borrowing, who has been utterly destroyed. And he hadn’t even yet been able to open it for the first time! With law enforcement showing weakness, only more such actions are sure to follow. Shoot a few of these feral looters and the others might have second thoughts. I know I’m sounding harsh, but these looters are declaring war and making their own communities war zones. How many of us would idly stand by and allow this to happen to our own homes?

I agree with Sundance that this shouldn’t be a federal issue to resolve and that Trump shouldn’t take the bait to throw federal resources into it. But if the local authorities want to allow it to continue, then they will have to live with the consequences themselves. This is just the beginning of a very hot summer if it is allowed to continue.

The medical examiner has reported that George Floyd died of coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease and intoxicants. he was not asphyxiated and there were no injuries to his neck.

George Soros has people in every city who can call up paid thugs to start riots. Like all people on the left he never lets an opportunity go to waste. Many in the African American communities simply saw it as christmas coming early and looted the stores but the fires were most likely started by Soros’s well paid thugs.

Why is this being done??? The answer is that the far left want to discredit the police and all the nations police forces so they can convince politicians to back the formation of a national police force. The Nazis had the Reichssicherheitshauptamt or RSHA that was subordinate to Heinrich Himmler and the Staatspolizei (Secret State Police) known as the Gestapo.

The Nazis knew that a national police force could be controlled 100% and it would do their bidding without any resistance. Imagine if we here in the US had a national police force with someone like Obama or some other little Marxist dictator controlling it. This is why we are seeing so much bad press about our police. This is why out cities are burning.

I was a patrolman in Chicago in the 60’s. I viewed the surveillance video when George Floyd was handcuffed and sat down. He was treated with respect and there was no apparent confrontation. One of the officers was black.

I told friends last night that Floyd wasn’t acting right and there was something obviously something wrong with him. That he stumbled twice when he was escorted across the street and then it wasn’t clear what happened.

I was yelled at, “This cop was killing him” and I replied a knee to the side of the neck wouldn’t kill him or keep him from breathing.

We are so ready to believe the over-hyped media reports instead of reasoning. Like this poor jogger running in “work boots” who had a hammer in his pocket was murdered by there people when he grabbed at the gun that shot him. Think people, think.

Minneapolis is damaged to a level we never could have imagined. The destruction caused this past week will unfortunately live in our memories forever. It’s a dark stain on our state.

“These gentleman have demonstrated they are not equipped to run Minneapolis or Minnesota. Their inaction has led to riots across our country. Our state can not move forward or start to heal with either in office. We call for the resignation of both, so no additional harm and damage comes to our people and state.”

Do we know where this is? The pile of bricks? What city? Most major cities have an assortment of cameras. If that is some kind of federal building or state building, it surely has cameras. You don’t sneak a load of bricks in under your coat, surely the authorities can review footage and track down who put the bricks there. If a company delivered them then there is an invoice of who paid for them. There are ways to track that down.

  41. I was talking about that very thing just yesterday. Other than the occasional “nobody” identified thru social media posts (like the “Bike Lock Assailant”) their have been no significant arrests of Antifa activists.

What’s being done to infiltrate their chapters and identify their leadership? Cripes, their SEEN arriving in rented buses. How hard can it be to follow THAT paper trail?

Despite all their resources, federal agents seem to have made little, if any, progress in mapping their organizational structure, tracing their financial sources, or arresting the ringleaders. BUT, let some hillbilly set up a survival training course on his grandpa’s farm and all hell breaks loose.

Hillary (and others) diverted America’s focus with her “Greatest threat to America today comes from Right-Wing extremists” comments. Was this an intentional misdirection to give Antifa Brownshirts time to solidify their infrastructure?

Though to be fair, as we have seen through this soft coup effort against President Trump and General Flynn, the leaders are not very competent, they know they have the propagandist media helping to cover for them.

Quite sad. A few random items:

    – a gentleman on Fox just mentioned once the train (riots) start, very difficult to stop.
    – primarily young men. Not Fathers, many don’t look like working men.
    – ** has 2 months of pent up Corona lockdown backfired? You read it heard first. Energetic, filled with testosterone, bored, irresponsible. **
    – Social media adds fuel & rage & communication.
    – I really believe Antifa quite dangerous & needs dome kind of RICO investigation; I believe BLM lost & used (failed Socialism).

I have friends & family in the TC. The population has changed dramatically the past 20 years. This ain’t Detroit or LA. Very different.

    – Huge Somali infusion estimated between 75,000 – 100,000.
    – Big Somali welfare & crime problems; one example, between $25 – $110 Million in daycare fraud in the Twin Cities- some of it taken out in cash, back to Somalia.
    – big Latino increase, including MS13 & Minnesota has become a hub for the cartels to distribute drugs into the Midwest; lots of rootless young men.

Waiting around the corner might be a bus load of really pissed off US Marshals.

Destroying property, setting a fire, and assaulting a police officer may result in a beat down they never expected. Law and order is NOT a television show. It is what American taxpayers pay for, deserve and demand. Politicians might better keep out of their way.

As Mayor of NYC Giuliani used to do:

      1. Anticipate
      2. Warn the public that lawlessness won’t be tolerated
      3. Arrest the very first person who is lawless
      4. Have police in reserve and the National Guard standing by several blocks away but hidden

Once a riot gets out of hand there is no stopping it without bloodshed. Giuliani knew this and prepared accordingly. Crime dropped like a rock and NYC became a much safer place to live. Today, under Comrade DiBlahzio, not so much.
