Really shows you where we are as a nation. All she does is speak the facts and ask honest questions in defense of the constitution. I don’t even get she’s a big PDJT fan yet Hollywood is going after her to support her far left opponent.

Kellyanne’s husband wants us to support Elise’s opponent.
Because of an obviously faked picture that he pretended to take seriously.
Why was he even aware of the picture?
Know what? If a young office holder made a crude gesture in a photo, that would not be the deciding factor in how I voted. Her brilliant questioning in defense of our American system of government and Rule Of Law would carry far more weight.

Tedra Cobb wants to take her constituents’ Second Amendment freedom away. She won’t admit this publicly, she wants to gain office under false pretenses.

I’m still trying top wrap my head around how an impeachment can happen with only a fictional crime. You can’t just manufacture “made up” evidence and that’s enough to impeach! Where are the rules of order? For instance, how can Judge Roberts determine that a fine is unacceptable but a tax is? Is he not out of order? His job is to interpret the law not make/change it! I get that the swamp is deep, but rules are rules, no? Stepping on toes is not enough, a swift kick to the shins is needed to get them on their knees and their attention! Just what rule gives Justice Roberts the power to make law? Our Forefathers are spinning in their graves!

PH, please read CJ Roberts Obamacare opinion before opining. It has four parts, each masterful. Going from memory:
      1. Established ripeness (there was a jurisdictional argument made by Solicitor General that the case was not yet ripe for SCOTUS to decide).
      2. Ruled that If the uninsurance penalty was a fine, it would be unconstitutional.
      3. Ruled that since was implemented via IRS and form 1040, was a Constitutional tax under A1§8.1. This was the alternative argument made by the Solicitor General.
      4. Most important, ruled that withholding funds from states that did not ‘voluntarily’ implement the Medicaid expansion mandate was clear ‘punitive’ unconstitutional overreach. Set a big precedent about federal mandates to/on states. The ‘unconstitutional overreach’ limits based on part four have yet to be defined.
