Details Behind Patrick Byrne Allegations of FBI “Political Espionage”…

Former CEO Patrick Byrne has given four primary interviews where he outlines his knowledge of a 2015 and 2016 political espionage operation being run by the FBI.

Fox News, MacCallumFox Business #1Fox Business #2CNN, Cuomo

After a review of the interviews, and extracting specific points therein, here’s an overview.

The substance of Mr. Byrne claims does seem to align with what we already know about the DOJ and FBI activity during the 2016 election cycle, including the FBI operations.

First, Patrick Byrne claims he has spoken to the DOJ on April 5th, 2019, and again on April 30th, 2019.  Mr. Byrne states he told the DOJ all of the information he was aware of during those two interviews covering approximately seven hours of questioning.

The current public statements Mr. Byrne is making are not with the approval of the DOJ or any investigators therein.  His decision to go public with this information comes as a result of conversations with a life-long mentor and confidant, Warren Buffett.  Mr. Byrne states he has known Warren Buffett since Byrne was a teenager and Mr. Buffett was in his mid-forties.

According to his CNN interview Byrne talked to Buffett in June of 2019 about how he could be a witness in the DOJ investigation authorized by Attorney General Bill Barr and being conducted by U.S. Attorney John Durham.  After listening to the details, Buffett recommended Mr. Byrne go public with the story.

However, in order to go public Byrne would need to separate himself from his role as CEO of Overstock, the company Byrne founded.  Mr. Byrne resigned yesterday, August 22nd.

Byrne explains he told Buffett about his April conversations with the DOJ and Buffett said it didn’t matter… Byrne still needed to go public with the story. It sounds like there are several motives for going public; perhaps one is personal safety.

To verify his April DOJ discussion, Byrne points to two references:

♦First, the movement of Maria Butina from harsh isolation in prison on May 9th, ten days after he delivered his testimony to the DOJ.  According to Byrne Ms. Butina was moved to a very different White Collar facility based on his information.

♦The second reference point Byrne highlights is the May 13th DOJ appointment of John Durham to look into the origination of the Russia investigation events. Byrne says this too was a direct result of his two DOJ sessions April 5th and 30th.

If Byrne is accurate; and if his claims of him personally being an operative of the FBI with instructions to engage Ms. Butina inside the political espionage events structured by corrupt FBI officials are genuine; it would appear Special Counsel Robert Mueller facilitated throwing a bag over Ms Butina in an effort to keep the corrupt FBI intelligence operation hidden from the public. This would explain the Mueller demand for strict solitary isolation and confinement.  [The reports are indeed troubling]

Again, if Byrne is correct, it would appear that extremely significant and exculpatory Brady material -evidence that could easily prove an entrapment defense- was intentionally withheld from Ms. Butina’s defense team.   Alarmingly this points to ongoing corrupt officials that still remain inside the current DOJ.  Ms. Butina was collateral damage.

.

A review of the time-frame details provided by Patrick Byrne in the four interviews shows his story told four times is consistent each time.

Fox News, MacCallumFox Business #1Fox Business #2CNN, Cuomo

Here’s a brief review of the consistencies aspect:

After a cursory meeting in/around July 2015, Byrne claims in the period of September to December 2015 he reported contact with Russian national Ms. Maria Butina to the FBI as a precaution related to his security clearance.

Byrne claims he was asked to participate in an FBI intelligence operation and to introduce, and/or facilitate the introduction of, Ms. Butina to the campaigns of Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.

In December of 2015 Mr. Byrne became suspicious of the FBI motives because he warned FBI officials of a potential that his efforts, his reputation and those who trust him, may result in Butina gaining entry into campaign confidences.  The FBI agents told Byrne that was exactly the intent; people high up in the FBI wanted Ms. Butina to gain deep access into the Trump campaign.  Mr. Byrne became suspicious of a corrupt political motive, but didn’t say anything at the time.

Additionally Byrne’s assistance was requested for an investigation of a high-level government official, he later named as Hillary Clinton.

[Sidebar: It’s noteworthy that during these FBI engagements Byrne was never requested to facilitate Ms. Butina into the Bernie Sanders campaign.  The inference in that omission is the Dem primary was rigged, and the riggers saw no value wasting time on Bernie]

In/around Feb or March 2016 Byrne was told to focus Ms. Butina’s attention to the campaign of Donald Trump and to diminish any attention toward Rubio or Cruz.

The assistance of the investigation of the federal official (Hillary Clinton) ended in late June and early July of 2016.  Immediately thereafter Ms. Clinton was publicly -and unusually- cleared by FBI Director James Comey on July 5th, 2016.

In/around this same June & July time-frame (2016), FBI agents requested Mr. Byrne to focus on developing a closer romantic relationship with Ms. Butina and to use his influence to target her to closer proximity with the Trump family and Trump campaign.

It was within these June and July 2016 engagements where FBI agents were apologetic about the requests and specifically mentioned their instructions were coming from three principle FBI officials Byrne described as “X, Y and Z”.   Later Byrne identified FBI Director James Comey as “Z”.

In the Fox MacCallum interview Byrne named James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Bill Priestap, John Carlin (DOJ-NSD) and Peter Strzok.   Mr. Byrne said the specific instructions were coming to the agents from Special Agent Peter Strzok as he relayed the requests of those above him [X, Y and Z (Comey)].

This FBI contact structure highlights an arms-length operation; perhaps intentionally constructed to create plausible deniability for those above the directly instructing agents.

In essence, these rank-and-file FBI agents were asking Patrick Byrne to be a civilian handler of a Russian national, and instructing him to carry out a covert counterintelligence operation.  The FBI agents were apologetic about asking a civilian to take on such a role.

♦ Ms. Maria Butina (pictured left) is described as a young Russian idealist, who had strong connections to high powered Russian oligarchs.

The purpose of Butina coming to the U.S., as explained by Byrne, was for her to engage with influential Americans for contacts that could provide geopolitical value to the oligarchs.

Patrick Byrne was seen as important to Ms. Butina due to his connections to the emerging financial structures of crypto-currency and block-chain.  Byrne is a libertarian who believes in small government, and is somewhat of a disruptor in the business world. Ms. Butina wanted to introduce Byrne to her friends in Russia.

While it was not outlined in any of the four interviews, alternative currency options to the U.S. dollar have been an ongoing effort of Russian interests for a while.  Russia considers global trade attached to the dollar as geopolitical problem; and they have been working for years on alternative currencies for trade (and their own wealth) that can avoid U.S. sanctions and the reach of the U.S. treasury.

♦ As a Russian national with specific Russian interests that are not in alignment with U.S. national interests, Maria Butina would be defined by the U.S. intelligence community as an ‘agent of a foreign power’.   Her status would mean unrestricted monitoring by the U.S. intelligence community would be entirely legal.

However, because of this ‘foreign agent’ status Ms. Butina could also be valuable as a virus to infect anyone the U.S. intelligence apparatus would wish to target domestically.  This motive appears to be the reason for the FBI to tell Mr. Byrne where to send Ms. Butina.

Conducting FISA-702(16)(17) database searches and surveillance on U.S. persons who would meet with Butina would be justifiable and legal.

Extended contact with any U.S. person could likely lead to a Title-1 surveillance warrant through the FISA court.  However, even without the warrant, 702 searches would be valid just from brief contact.

As we have shown FISA-702(“16” to-from) and (“17” about) queries were off the charts during the time-frame of November 2015 through May 2016.  Per the FISA audit conducted by NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers, after the flags noted by the database compliance officer, 85% of the search returns were unauthorized and unmasked.

The time-frames here are too coincidental to be accidental. [Judge Collyer Report]

From the operational description of Mr. Patrick Byrne it would appear Ms. Butina was used by the FBI to “dirty-up” political targets, opening them up for surveillance.

The FBI/NSA database can be used in real time, or in historic mapping, to monitor people simply by entering their cell phone number and filtering the geolocation.   Additionally, texts, call logs, emails, and sensitive electronic communication can all be reviewed by officials using this database.

Perhaps we will learn more as this story unfolds.  Until then, what Patrick Byrne is describing is an illicit and intentional use of an FBI counterintelligence operation to monitor the political campaign of the opposing party.

Maria Butina likely did have sketchy intentions from a U.S. strategic interest perspective; and monitoring her was perhaps justifiable.  However, specifically directing Butina on where to go and who to meet is another kettle-o-fish entirely.

That corrupt aspect is likely why Mueller, Weissmann and the corrupt small group within the DOJ and FBI, wanted Butina locked away in strict isolation.

♦ Lastly, it’s worth noting in the Fox Business interview, Patrick Byrne describing in hindsight being offered a $1 billion bribe of sorts to stay quiet.  This has peaked many curious questions; however, it is worth noting a bribe as described could come in a multitude of forms for a businessman who operates a massive corporation.

In 2018 Mr. Byrne’s company, Overstock, was under an SEC investigation.

(LINK)

I’m sure it is just a coincidence, but FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok’s wife, Melissa Hodgman, happens to be the Assoc. Director of the SEC Enforcement Division, who happened to be leading the SEC investigation of Patrick Byrne’s company. [LINK]

So the wife of the FBI agent who was directing Patrick Byrne in the sketchy FBI operation targeting Donald Trump… just happens to open an investigation of Byrne shortly after the corrupt FBI operation containing her husband first hit the headlines in early 2018.

I wonder if the elimination of that SEC investigation was worth, oh, say $1 billion.

Huh, imagine that?

Coincidences.

Small world.

To make all this work for Hillary and the FBI, and the Special prosecutors office, there had to be millions in bribes. Bribes come in all forms. Jobs, money, Etc.. I bet much of it came before the spying began. Eight years of Obama, and the apple has rotted to its core.

Sounds like they were running an extortion/blackmail racket. It is always about power and money. I remember when the DOJ attacked Walmart with intentional misrepresentation under Holder. The DOJ was intentionally trying to move the stock price. I wonder how many times the DOJ did this and leaked the info? Somebody was making money.

How the hell is Barr going to sort out this mess ?
Massive widespread corruption now on view in DC.
Previously we suspected it existed. Now we KNOW it exists.
Thousands of corrupt scumbags in the DOJ, FBI, CIA, UniParty thinking they are the Chosen Ones to rule and subvert the will of the people.
Personally I think the only way to resolve all this for the good of the USA going forward is
        1. Fire all connected to Obama Admin on the assumption they are corrupt and replace with new younger personnel from FlyOver states.
        2. Tell the fired ones they have one week to come clean/notify Durham team of known malfeasance if they want to stand any chance of their jobs back.
        3. Make a list of the top 5000 pols/bureaucrats/media flunkies who took part in espionage/blackmail/cover ups/sedition.(you have to cut off somewhere).
        4. Arrest them using the Marines.(6AM Roger Stone type deals).
5.Ship them to Guantanamo Bay for subsequent trial by Military Tribunal.
        6. If proved guilty > BIG JAIL TIME and confiscation of all assets.

Won’t happen though > BARR is swamp >he will protect the institutions at all costs because he will convince himself that it is the best interest of the US government.

Yes! Remember the Waco Massacre and the Ruby Ridge debacle. Both handled by an FBI that has been corrupt, devious, incompetent and murderous for a very long time. The Federal Bureau of Incompetence was warned in advance about the Boston Bombers and did nothing. They were warned about the Parkland shooter and did nothing. They were warned about the Orlando gay nightclub shooter and did nothing. They allowed mass shooter Dylan Roof to legally purchase guns because they failed to notify their own background check system of his disqualifications. They protected mobster Whitey Bulger for decades. They hounded innocent people like the Steven Hatfield and Richard Jewell while ignoring the guilty parties who were right under there noses!

Don’t believe anyone who tells you that its just a few bad apples at the top (looking at you Hannity and Levin!). This is a fundamentally evil and thoroughly un-American secret police agency that behaves like a noxious combination of Gestapo and NKVD.

Same for the Parkville shooter. The only things missing in the data base are those records and private sales to family and others.

“The article identifies White House counterterrorism chief John Brennan as the official assuming the role of Obama’s de facto assassination czar, raising concerns even within the Obama administration that THE WHITE HOUSE IS INCREASINGLY TURNING INTO A ‘PSEUDO-MILITARY HEADQUARTERS’ under the direction of just a few senior Obama administration officials.” [emphasis added]

A most excellent piece of analysis. A thought:

“texts, call logs, emails, and sensitive electronic communication can all be reviewed by officials using this database”

But it is not limited to the data you describe. Remember, voice communications are all digitized (even landline calls). That unnamed agency [wink] scoops up, records, and stores all telephone calls (you think they built those mega storage facilities just to store call log data?). They can listen to both recorded calls, and phone calls in real time. And since we know they did illegal data searches on American citizens (85% of their searches), there is no reason to assume that both illegal listening to recorded calls and real-time listening did not also occur. Information is out there. You just have to let it in.

    Fourth Amendment, meet trash can.

Right. Political surveillance & an adversarial relationship b/w the IC & the WH aren’t exactly uncharted territory. & I too instantly thought of the Lewinsky scandal since that situation, like this one, has many layers…. not as many as this one

FBI & Starr pulled a few other Mueller-esque moves on Monica & Bill: like confronting her in person & trying to get her to talk w/o a lawyer. Starr basically lured President Clinton into a perjury trap. Emmett Flood was on Clinton’s WH Counsel team as a sort of adviser (so was Cheryl Mills, et al).

Go back to Ike & Hoover deciding to “cut McCarthy loose” & let the wolves devour him b/c he was starting to ask too many Qs about the nascent IC & they feared a Congressional investigation that would expose it to the public (there were legit concerns ofc there too, not black & white)

Go back to JFK’s adversarial relationship w/ both the FBI & the CIA. Or LBJ being scared to death of the CIA but also using them to infiltrate & run CI on Goldwater’s campaign (they bugged his plane & stole speeches from him) Or Nixon’s Admin. Or the Church Committee. Or Reagan & Iran-Contra (Ollie North fell on his sword for the Gipper) & so on & so on

There is a government within the government. Deep State isn’t the vast anonymous bureaucracy that lumbers along, D or R. It is small. It has tentacles. It manipulates outcomes. It is not about money. It is about ideology, shaping and controlling the world, masters of the universe stuff.

The question to ask yourself is: if you found yourself in a position to participate in such an endeavor, to shape the world to look like what you and some like minded associates would like it to be, without asking anyone else what their preferences were because you think you know better than they do, would you?

Thomas Jefferson studied prior governments before deciding which type government we should have for America. Jefferson called it the 200-year experiment as to its survival. Also, Jefferson decided a Republic such as ours needed a certain voter intelligences in order for sustainability. It is why originally you had to be land owner to vote.

Jefferson was a champion for an agrarian society because of the mind having to adapt to various conditions which were always changing. Jefferson was afraid a manufacturing society would result in to a robotic mindlessness and lack the critical thinking necessary for a sustainable democracy beyond 200-years. Obviously, our government is at the critical point in time Jefferson had the most concern. Though tried before, Rome’s failure as well as others before Rome failed on or about the 200-year cycle.

SO TRUE AND LET’S NOT FORGET MRS. ROSENSTEIN aka “the SHOTBLOCKER.”

Rod Rosenstein’s wife, Lisa Barsoomian, is Deep State’s SES lawyer on-call for Clintons, CIA, and FBI/

“As a federal government attorney, she has represented the CIA, FBI, Robert Mueller, Hillary Clinton, President Bill Clinton, President Barack Obama, James Comey, and other federal agencies multiple times.”

Her work email may say National Institute of Health (NIH) or Health and Human Services (HHS). The NIH is part of HHS.

The Powerful Women Behind the Deep State’s Puppets

“Any astute observer knows that the Deep State has thrust the feminazi movement upon America. However, I am somewhat impressed because the Deep State practices what they preach. The Deep State appears to have a gender equality clause in the performance of their anti-government duties. Behind some Deep State puppets, who are all male, lies their Deep State wives who have considerably more power than their spouses.”

The Women Behind the Deep State Puppets

      Rod Rosenstein’s Wife, Lisa Barsoomian

Lisa Barsoomian is the poster child for the Deep State.

Sometimes, the best clues are the ones hiding in plain sight as evidenced by this tweet.

“In organized crime terminology, we could categorize at least some of Barsoomian’s duties as that of being the “cleaner”. The cleaner is called to the scene of the crime and erases all the evidence. She has certainly served in that capacity. She is the ultimate shot blocker as she has also served as the guardian of the Deep State secrets gate. Both of these roles are embodied by the following: In the days of Janet Reno’s tenure as the Attorney General, privacy activists’ request for information about the FBI Carnivore email surveillance system were received and ignored by the FBI. It took a court action to partially release a small part of the program which showed that the system erased 4th Amendment protections for all Americans. Representing the FBI and their resistance to the FOIA requests was Lisa Barsoomian.”

Females have been embolden to ‘BE’ male, and what they have failed to realize is, they (women) are very poor substitutes of men (see soccer saga).

Male AND female are complementary roles, NOT adversarial roles. Once a mindset is established that the sexes are adversarial, then women MUST exert superiority, or else, in their misguided minds, they have lost.

This dynamic, as adversarial rather than complementary, is the bane of all of civilization, in that civilization cannot exist without that complementary role being utilized to create stable, well-minded individuals to carry on . . .

The IG that did the original investigation and reported to Adm. Rodgers may have figured out what FBI was doing; or at least had suspicions.

I think (understandably) that a lot of the excitement over new insights or fresh, even deeper, confirmation of what was suspected is due to a lingering expectation that revelation (exposure) and confirmation guarantees a just outcome.

The combination of corrupt personnel and desperate political goals makes momentum for justice a very difficult climb. A just outcome would be inevitable if 99% of those in places of authority and decision-making were supportive of our Republic, but the roster of players at all levels does not have 99% who are supportive of our Republic. That is definitely alarming.

The effort to change this was started about two minutes after the ink was dry on the Declaration of Independence. I can just imagine a bunch of snarky Brit royals sitting around the fireplace sipping whatever they sipped back then saying haughtily that this will not stand. How DARE those upstart colonials defy us! We’ll show them! We’ll kick their asses back to the stone age! Or, words to that effect.

The effort intensified after the Treaty of Paris in 1883. The War of 1812 was the brits effort to regain control of the “colonies”. Then came the Civil War. If the South had won the Civil War (The War of Northern Aggression), we probably would not be the US of A at this point. I think that both the brits and the frenchies (and maybe others?) were hoping the South would win; a country divided cannot stand. The brits and/or the french would then have invaded the South at multiple locations and completely overwhelmed what is now the southern USA. They then would have invaded what was the North and the rest of the undeveloped land in the midwest and west, and probably taken over the whole country.

I have grudgingly come to admit that Lincoln was right in doing whatever he had to do to keep the Union together, but we are still paying for his lawlessness and unconstitutional actions today.

What we have seen since the end of WWII, and continuing with the attempted coup during 2017-2019, is the Globalists efforts to make this country the same as every other country on Earth; countries of subservient people enslaved to the “elites” or “our betters” that treat their “subjects” or “the deplorables” or “the great unwashed” like cannon fodder and are theirs to do with whatever they want.

Lincoln did do the right thing, however flawed the effort and the result. In any event, I would not have it any other way. I am still a United States Citizen, born here and will die here, a citizen of the greatest country on the face of the Earth. We are the freest, the most independent, the most giving, the most innovative, and the hardest working people EVAH! MAGA! KAG!

The European Habsburg “Emperor” that they installed was executed after Benito Juarez managed to fend off the French (with help from Abraham Lincoln and weapons that were “lost” at the Texas border), The European aristocracy did sympathize with the Confederacy, not only because so many of them approved of various forms of serfdom and slavery, but also because they wanted to see the United States crumble. The deepcapture.com website is accessible again at the moment. Go there and read until your eyes and mind cannot take it anymore. Start with Patrick Byrne’s profile on the About page. You’ll see that he focused his formal education on ethics and philosophy.

He may be the natural enemy of the Deep State that serves the banking cabal, but he is not your philosophical enemy. The main danger he might present would be that he is a truth teller who could serve to destabilize the central banks, IMF, and BIS. He energetically spoke out against corruption and tried to educate people almost 20 years ago. Now, he tries to sidestep the corrupt banking and financial systems by boosting crypto.

I have never looked too far into cryptocurrency and the block chain. I have earned a little money researching mineral and royalty chain of title, so I assume the concept is the same.

My question: Is there a way to engage in fractional reserve lending in crypto without first creating a synthetic?

At some point they’ll hit the “kill” switch and massive numbers of people will die of one thing or another they would not have otherwise if honest money was used instead.

Just know that there is blow-back from this movement from a growing number of state legislatures opting instead for the money of the original US Constitution. When that hits critical mass it will spark the call for a Constitutional Convention over the matter, and crytpo currencies won’t be what is the focus. It will be REAL money.”

I have no idea. I’ve never touched crypto because it is an idea more than an asset. We did see MF Global go “poof” and the CME not meet their obligation to make good on the outstanding contracts.

If I understand correctly, crypto that is in circulation would be hard to nuke in a single outage event because the authentication of the chain of title is distributed across multiple computers worldwide. However, the information is synced in some manner, so there is probably a way for a malicious attack to work. Since my understanding is limited, my investment is nonexistent.

Patrick Byrne’s writing influenced me back when I was playing around in the markets. What he said about Cede & Co., leverage, naked short selling with failure to deliver prepared me for understanding the 2008/2009 crash and Madoff.

    My two takeaways are:

    1. It is really astonishing just how corrupt our federal government has become. I’m not so naive to think it all occurred on Obama’s watch. The Clintons perfected the “Chicago way” of patronage politics and insisting on blind loyalty and a blind eye to corruption long before Obama got there. I believe that’s where the DOJ started to become corrupt, and it took 25 years to finish the job. Nor do I excuse the Bushes in this mess, but corrupting the DOJ to tilt one way likely didn’t get much of an assist from Republicans — I’m just speculating but entrenching the Deep State is one thing; convincing it to favor one party over another is a separate thing. The latter appears to be what they’ve been building up to.

    2. Reinforcing the above point is the genuine degree to which mainstream media outlets continue to ignore this scandal. Anyone who objectively asks himself what the media would do if all this were reversed — the Deep State tried to tilt an election for Republicans and against Democrats through their spying powers — would have to concede that this would be the scandal of the century. Indeed, we saw exactly what the media did with something that doesn’t even rise to this level. It is called Watergate, and Pulitzers were handed out to those who investigated it. It was front page news for years and is still cited to this day as evidence of corruption. The fact that “they” ignore this story today speaks volumes about how corrupt the media has become.

Roll those two things together, and it further reinforces my concern over whether it can be fixed. A corrupt government is one thing. The media can highlight its abuses. But, a corrupt government ad corrupt media? Difficult combination.

Here’s some info regarding Byrne’s claim that he assisted the FBI investigating the death of his friend Brian Williams, who is also known as Bison Dele:

On July 6, 2002 Dele and his girlfriend, Serena Karlan, along with skipper Bertrand Saldo, sailed from Tahiti on Dele’s catamaran, the Hukuna Matata. Dele’s brother, Miles Dabord (born Kevin Williams), was the only person involved in the voyage who was seen or heard from after July 8, 2002, when the last of three satellite phone calls from the voyage was made. Dele and Karlan had previously kept regular contact with their banks and family members. On July 20, Dabord brought the boat into Tahiti; he was alone aboard the vessel.

On September 5, 2002, police used a sting operation organized by Dele’s family and friends to detain Dabord in Phoenix, Arizona. Dabord had forged Dele’s signature in order to buy US$152,000 worth of gold under his brother’s name, using Dele’s passport as identification. Mexican police later found that Dabord had been staying at a hotel in Tijuana, Mexico. Two days before, the Hukuna Matata, which had been registered in Tahiti under another name, was found off the coast of Tahiti with its name plate removed and some possible bullet holes patched. About the same time, Dabord phoned his mother, Patricia Phillips, telling her that he would never hurt Dele and that he could not survive in prison.

The FBI and French authorities became involved in the investigation, and concluded that Dele, Karlan and Saldo were probably murdered and then thrown overboard, or forced to walk off the boat into the ocean, by Dabord. Given that the bodies were likely dumped in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, it would be highly unlikely that the three would ever be found.

Dabord, the only first-person source of information regarding the case, intentionally overdosed on insulin and slipped into a coma. On September 27, 2002, Dabord died in a California hospital. In his account of events, Dabord said he and his brother had fought, and that Karlan had been accidentally hit and died when her head struck part of the boat. When Saldo wanted to report her death, a panicked Dele killed him; Dabord then shot his brother in self-defense, threw the bodies overboard and subsequently fled back to the U.S. After Dabord’s suicide, officials did not expect to find much more regarding the case. A memorial service was then held for both Dabord and Dele.

The brothers were frequently at odds with each other. After Dabord’s death, his lawyer and lifelong best friend, Paul White, was questioned regarding his client but gave little information about what happened. Dabord had said that he knew for sure that Dele and Karlan were in French Polynesia, but not much more other than that he was trying to help Dele.

Someone who knows, would Byrne need secret security clearance to participate in any way in the investigation of a suspicious death of his friend? If someone is asked to wear a wire or do something else more extraordinary than just provide info, would that person need clearance? I can’t imagine why they would.

X, Y & Z. Members of the Obama Admin. Not Brennan, McCabe or Comey or any of the other FBIers or NPCs.

We all know that Brennan was the (main) facilitator in the grand scheme. But who was the Big Boss Man? Was it one of X, Y or Z? Or were they just following orders from the Big Boss Man?

If I were to guess, I would say VJ fits the bill as the go-between and O-handler, being the one in the WH to whisper in O’s (big) ears to order minions X, Y & Z to have Brennan et al carry out the grand scheme.

So who were the 3 individuals closest to O in the WH? Or is it 2 (assuming O might be one of them)?

And who is the Big Boss Man (or Men/Cabal)? Is there perhaps an Iranian connection? Seems rather coincidental that O focused exclusively on the Iran Deal from Day 1 and completely f***ed up the ME by his other actions or non-actions therein.

      From Sundance’s article:

It was within these June and July 2016 engagements where FBI agents were apologetic about the requests and specifically mentioned their instructions were coming from three principle FBI officials Byrne described as “X, Y and Z”. Later Byrne identified FBI Director James Comey as “Z”.

All three are FBI and one of them is Comey.

Barr’s U.S. Attorney: “Byrne, you’re under oath. Did the FBI tell you that the purpose of your objective was to dirty the republican candidate with exposure to your Russian contact?”

    –Yes.

“Mr. FBI Agent, you’re under oath. Did you tell Byrne….?”

What’s the answer? I’d like to see it posed under oath to a handful of guys.

I keep asking out legal beagles…………

    Who holds Barr accountable? Anyone?

What are his obligations under the law if he is personally presented with evidence from a whistleblower that alleges or implicates political espionage and fails to act on it??

Can Byrne’s lawyers sue AG Barr?? Or is Barr’s decision if he choses to do nothing the final word?

What protections if any are in our Constitution if this type of scenario were to arise??
