Mitt Romney Open To Considering “Carbon Tax” Bill…

Let’s be clear about a few things regarding “carbon taxes”.  First, the system of taxing carbon emissions, also known as “cap-n-trade”, has absolutely nothing to do with climate change.  Second a “carbon tax” is the holy grail for the totalitarian globalist world view.

The concept of a tax on carbon emissions was developed inside the same financial network of multinational monetary interests that control the current global trade system.  Powerful financial interests directly connected to The World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Trade Organization (WTO), together with global banking interests connected to Wall Street and all international stock-trading systems, were the first to put together a “cap-n-trade” proposal after the financial collapse in 2008.

The basis of a carbon tax, which is the foundational element of a cap-n-trade system, is based on the same model(s) used by multinational banks within the global trade markets.

The cap-n-trade system, is a financial scheme; an actual trading system where global leaders (IMF) would determine the equity of energy that should be proportioned to each person around the world.

From that global determination, an average of sorts, any excess use of energy by any individual or entity would lead to a payment, a tax, into a global trade market.  The scale of the money involved -tens of trillions- is why a cap-n-trade system is the ‘holy grail’ to control human behavior.

In reality the system, as proposed, works to redistribute individual wealth in the same manner that exifiltration of wealth works in commodity and durable goods trading.  If the global energy footprint per person is an allowance of, say, $100/month; and you consume $150/month in carbon energy, you would be taxed on the excess $50 at a rate determined by those who control the trade market.  The whole thing is a financial scheme.

Let me repeat this, because CTH knows the people who designed it,… The entire Cap-N-Trade system is a financial scheme.

Globally, a middle-class American would have their energy use compared against an  international average including nations without developed energy systems.  A citizen of an undeveloped or lesser developed, non industrial nation, with no measurable electricity use may only generate a $1/month footprint.  Those persons are weighted into the average allowance, and the tax from the excess use is then redistributed to the lesser nation according to a formula determined by the carbon trade exchange.

You can quickly see how a person living in the developed world, driving a car, owning a home with electricity, air conditioning etc, would essentially be subsidizing improvements within nations that are lesser developed.  Thus the tax on carbon emission is a wealth distribution system… It has NOTHING to do with Climate Change.

“Climate Change” is the ruse, the lie, the fraud, to establish the system of carbon taxation. The taxation is the financial mechanism for the ‘Cap-N-Trade‘ carbon trade exchange.

Within the wealth distribution system known as Cap-n-Trade, there would be a market to buy and sell carbon offsets.  The fees generated by taxation are traded in this system. It doesn’t take long to see the people who would want to advance such a global system; and also identify their financial motives therein.   Ultimately this is about controlling human behavior, and that totalitarian viewpoint is exactly the direction of modern globalists (and Democrats in the U.S. political system).

Knowing that a “carbon tax” system is the foundational building block for the destination of a global “cap-n-trade” system, the advocates for the proposal will all have a financial alignment similar to their interests in the multinational Wall Street trading system.

With that in mind… this isn’t a surprise:

(Link)

As President Trump confronts the global trading system that was/is entirely designed to exfiltrate U.S. wealth from Main Street; and as President Trump begins removing the tentacles of a trade system to remove the multinational Wall Street grip; the same entities who stand to lose Trillions from the reset are predictably looking elsewhere for revenue.

The current global trading system for manufactured goods; which was set up specifically to remove Main Street USA wealth; is being confronted by U.S. President Donald Trump.  This dynamic is President Trump going to war against “The Big Club”; and so far he is having remarkable success…  There are Trillions at stake, and the global elite passionately hate him for doing it.

[…] Finally, on both sides of the Atlantic, our citizens are confronted by yet another danger — one firmly within our control. This danger is invisible to some but familiar to the Poles: the steady creep of government bureaucracy that drains the vitality and wealth of the people. The West became great not because of paperwork and regulations but because people were allowed to chase their dreams and pursue their destinies.

Americans, Poles, and the nations of Europe value individual freedom and sovereignty. We must work together to confront forces, whether they come from inside or out, from the South or the East, that threaten over time to undermine these values and to erase the bonds of culture, faith and tradition that make us who we are. (Applause.) If left unchecked, these forces will undermine our courage, sap our spirit, and weaken our will to defend ourselves and our societies.

But just as our adversaries and enemies of the past learned here in Poland, we know that these forces, too, are doomed to fail if we want them to fail. And we do, indeed, want them to fail. (Applause.) They are doomed not only because our alliance is strong, our countries are resilient, and our power is unmatched. Through all of that, you have to say everything is true. Our adversaries, however, are doomed because we will never forget who we are. And if we don’t forget who are, we just can’t be beaten. Americans will never forget. The nations of Europe will never forget. We are the fastest and the greatest community. There is nothing like our community of nations. The world has never known anything like our community of nations.

[…] We can have the largest economies and the most lethal weapons anywhere on Earth, but if we do not have strong families and strong values, then we will be weak and we will not survive. (Applause.) If anyone forgets the critical importance of these things, let them come to one country that never has. Let them come to Poland. (Applause.) And let them come here, to Warsaw, and learn the story of the Warsaw Uprising.

~ President Donald Trump, Warsaw, Poland – July 6, 2017

It’s ridiculous they would only reach back a couple hundred years in their bloodline. My family goes all the way back to the 13th century Confederatio Helvetica, now Switzerland. My family flag is a castle, three waves, and a black stallion.

Our ancestors are first generation CH, having fought alongside Wilhelm Tell for liberty and independence from the Habsburg empire. Pure blood Swiss citizens can trace their ancestry back up to 700 or more years. One of my acquaintances is a descendant of Albrecht Geßler, the tyrannical Habsburg Commander who was the reason for the Swiss rebellion against the Habsburg empire. You’d think we’d be at each other’s throat. And yes we are. Old wounds like that just don’t heal.

When people tell me, people should just get over the war of northern aggression in the USA, I tell them they have no clue what they’re talking about. Each year on the 1st of August in Switzerland people still get into fights with each other during re-enactments all over the country about the Habsburg oppression.

So I’m convinced their bloodlines date back farther, they just have to. If this whole Bilderberg / Rockefeller / Rothschild / Du Ponte topic is true, those people’s bloodlines must go back probably up to even a 1000 years. A couple hundred years in Europe is a drop in a bucket full of water.

        Sorry for grandstanding…

Former Sens. Trent Lott of Mississippi and John Breaux of Louisiana, longtime lobbyists and two of big oil’s most devoted servants, have formed a new political action committee. It is dedicated to the passage of a carbon tax. […] The PAC is called Americans for Carbon Dividends (AFCD) and it is educating the public about, and lobbying for, a policy called carbon tax-and-dividend. More specifically, it is pushing a proposal that was released last year by a nonprofit called the Climate Leadership Council (CLC), led by former Secretary of State James A. Baker III. AFCD is effectively the lobbying arm of the CLC. […] In addition to bringing on Hill+Knowlton to handle communications, Americans for Carbon Dividends has hired Squire Patton Boggs — where Lott and Breaux are senior counsels — as lobbyist and Margaret Lauderback, an ally of Rick Perry and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, to lead fundraising. Political consultant Mark McKinnon, a former advisor to Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and former President George W. Bush, and Joe Lockhart, White House press secretary under President Bill Clinton, have signed on as senior advisers. Former Bush aide Karen Hughes is of counsel. Former Federal Reserve Chairs Janet Yellen and Ben Bernanke and former EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman, all founding members of the CLC, have also signed on to the new effort. https://www.vox.com/energy-and-environment/2018/6/22/17487488/carbon-tax-dividend-trent-lott-john-breaux

Well, next he’ll want to tax the air.

    * Carbon is virtually everything to people and life.

    * People are 18% carbon.
    * All of the food people eat is based upon carbon.
    * Humans are fueled by carbon and oxygen, inhaling O₂ Oxygen and exhaling CO₂ carbon dioxide, a necessary atmospheric component plants depend upon.
    * All of the energy sources mankind uses are based upon carbon. yes, even the wind and solar toy things are built using carbon compounds and carbon based fuels.
    * * Even nuclear and hydro depend upon massive amounts of carbon dependent concrete and the fuel required to make lime from carbonate minerals.

Which is why the socialistic totalitarianites want so badly to tax carbon. It’s unlimited amounts of free tax funds for them. Everyone involved in the scheme gets rich, only the citizens get poorer.

Watch, they’ll promise funds from the carbon tax will be reimbursed to taxpayers; i.e. reward their chosen elites and severely punish the rest.

. The US contributes roughly 15% of the carbons introduced into the atmosphere, which leaves 85% for all other countries.

. Humans contribute .01% of the carbons introduced into the atmosphere, which means the US contributes .0015% of all carbons introduced.

I have zero doubt pollution is bad, conservation is good along with responsible manufacturing. I also believe that these people see some change coming and are carving out their income stream for when those changes come. Imagine the regulation, job functions, income when these new regulations come into play. It would be a whole new arm of the IRS and legal system as compared to a CPA on taxes or environmental engineers for the EPA. More bureaucracy = more $.

His insight cuts to the chase and completely exposes this charade and scam for exactly what it is and what it was designed to be. His description led me to the realization that the nature of this obscenity is far worse than I had even fathomed. If you can tax life and production, then you have the means to essentially control everything! And the real scary part is that these idiots couldn’t even successfully run a child’s lemonade stand but they see themselves fit to run an entire economy. They must be defeated and our apathy must not be their benefactor.

There is nothing that Mr. Brylcreem would do that would suprize me, except maybe….. stand for America. Now that would suprize to whoodoo right outta me. Every minute detail which is foursquare against Trump and America is his object of lust. There was an article a few months back revealing his few million paid to Ann “Coldrurd” (Coulter) to write negatives about POTUS. Rhis putz is straight out of the brimstone calked caverns of deepest hell. Still wondering where he is really from. Mass, Michigan or Yewtaw? 🤔

I wrecktom wherever he can con the vote.

If the Statists can control your access to and use of energy, they have grabbed you by your gonads and can point you in any direction at their whim.

Willard is stooping too low to be supported, poised as he is to tumble over the edge. My best thought is to encourage him to take the first spaceship to Mars.

Big oil wants carbon taxes as it will disproportionately effect their smaller competitors and help drive them out of business.

“They” are not going to stop until they get full control over every aspect of your life. Here’s a video on the history of “climate change” and the quest for full-spectrum control (it goes back nearly 100 years)

Excellent video- roots of this nonsense goes back to the 1930s depression. Not surprising it is being pushed in the 2007 to now financial climate.

China is already using good behavior credits. So basically once they have all the resources- people are under control right down to whatever behavior is dictated via credit for whatever resources.

How long would it be that our ‘global energy footprint per person allowance’ is reduced to zero?

I had read somewhere I don’t recall where- that the plan was to move people to concentrated city areas to free up land that is kept natural. Then each person would have a certain allocated space to live in with smaller carbon footprint.

NASA is already doing this with their new office/lab buildings policy where cubicles are 50 sq ft – instead of offices to reduce the energy footprint. Only the very top managers get office.

Reprehensible though the presidency of Barack Obama was, at least we never had to suffer a President McCain or Romney.

Carbon is basic building block of life. It is as important as oxygen for survival. I suppose they will tax oxygen next.
Romney is a Mormon that wears Mormon underwear with Masonic symbols on them. He has sworn an oath in the Mormon temple giving his full allegiance to the Mormon church. He puts his total being in the Mormon churches hands above and beyond any allegiance to the USA.

Thanks for explaining how the money works in this scheme. I’ve never understood because I have never found a succinct explanation. Thank you. This scheme alone could account for why Trump is feared, if not actually hated, by the Global Financial community. His stance against the idiocy of humans-affecting-climate-change is powerful enough to ensure these taxes never become real. I wonder how he stays alive.

Australia has a “carbon tax”, that pretty much taxes us to breathe. Some good YouTube clips on it under “GalileoMovement”.
