Sketchy Cesar Sayoc Pleads Guilty to Federal Charges of Mailing “pipe bombs”…

Everything about last year’s headline story just two-weeks before the mid-term election was weird; including the refusal of the FBI to state what ‘specifically’ was the material suspect Cesar Sayoc was accused of using to create his Acme looking pipe bombs.

[Full Indictment Here]

You might remember: FBI Director Christopher Wray outlined during his remarks that the devices consisted of PVC pipe, clocks, batteries, wiring and “energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction”.

The FBI director went out of his way to state: “these were not hoax devices.”  The DOJ then moved to seal all court filings and the case against the nut continued behind the curtain of ‘national security’.  Suspect Cesar Sayoc was scheduled to go on trial this summer on charges relating to the pipe bombs.  However, today he entered a guilty plea before a federal judge in New York.

(Via Washington Post) Cesar Sayoc, the Florida man accused of mailing explosive devices to more than a dozen politicians and media figures who have been critical of President Trump, pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court.

Sayoc, 57, was arrested and charged in October after a series of possible explosive devices were sent to former president Barack Obama, former secretary of state Hillary Clinton and the news network CNN, among others. Officials said he sent a total of 16 devices to 13 people across the country.

On Thursday, he appeared in a Manhattan court room and read from a brief written statement in a quiet, raspy voice. Sayoc acknowledging that he created the devices and sent them in the mail.

“I knew these actions were wrong. I’m extremely sorry,” Sayoc said. He briefly lost his composure at one point while speaking, prompting his attorneys to rub his back.

Responding to a question from U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff, Sayoc said: “I was aware of the risk that they would explode.”

Sayoc’s guilty plea had been anticipated since his court docket showed last week that a pretrial conference scheduled for Thursday had been changed to a “plea” hearing. He had previously pleaded not guilty. (read more)

I guarantee you he was a patsy for some corrupt FBI SSA. Ordinarily they would set up a sting and then give the subject the “bomb-making material” and arrest him when he received it or assembled it and before he could carry out the act.

In this case I guarantee everyone that they let it go a step further by allowing him to mail these things (which they knew to be defective) all over the place because it would create a media sensation and embarrass the MAGA movement just in time for the election.

No other explanation makes sense to me.

we must copy, circulate, proselytize, whatever. the resistance to watch is strong in the sheeple but when i can get them to watch even they say it looks like a fake and some start drawing the obvious conclusion that the government must be a corrupt accomplice to not say it is fake.

The FBI got to this guy early and set it all up from there. I’m sure as soon as some FBI agent saw his van covered in MAGA stickers, the agent knew he had to go in search of a crime immediately. The guy seems like a very easy target for the deep state to go after. Probably all kinds of crimes to press if they wanted to. The fact that it all came out two weeks before the election and the Wile E. Coyote packages were sent to the usual cast of characters makes it all so obvious that it was an entirely fake charade.

When the freight train came slowly rumbling by and smashed the cartridge, it would make a loud bang but zero damage.

Some kids would stick them in the streetcar tracks, same effect but the dang streetcar was so loud and noisy the bang was almost inaudible.

Everyone handled them gingerly thinking they’d explode if dropped or bumped hard. No one ever got hurt, luckily.

While I am hesitant to be certain about that, it can’t be denied as a possibility. The CIA MK-Ultra work directly targeted how to create a stealth assassin who would not know if or why they carried out the attack afterwards. Trauma based mind-control is effective by inducing a splitting of the personality in to multiple alters which are not fully aware of what is known or desired by other alters, in part with the use of hypnosis, as well as drugs. It’s messed up stuff that most people don’t know about, but it’s real. So this could be the source of a number of these mass shooter events. I have at times wondered if the constant “anomolies” in media reporting and coverage/videos/photos, is part of a psychological operation to muddy the waters, or are the result of sloppiness of exercise-to-real-situation occurrances. I do think Stephen Paddock was probably murdered in his room before the shooting was over, and some evidence points to multiple shooters, even with some shooting occurring later in the night. Lot’s of weird things about both the reporting and the black-hole investigation by the FBI.

The definition of an explosive material is rather all-encompassing, it’s not meant to be specific as if it were it would cause the same problem the Feds have with the definition of an illegal drug. If one combined wood and an oxidizer in an enclosed device and ignited the wood and the container split – you are looking at an explosive device were the Feds to push it.
“…a solid or liquid material,or a mixture of materials, which is in itself capable by chemical reaction of producing gas at such a temperature and pressure and at such a speed as to cause damage damage to its surroundings…” Pretty loose when you look at it in its totality, and that makes me wonder at the use of ‘energetic material’ while the official complaint charges him with ‘interstate transportation of an explosive’ and ‘illegal mailing of explosives’. It will be interesting to see, if we ever do, exactly what explosive he’s charged with possessing. Then again there’s always the old tried-and-proven standby TATP and ‘fertilizer’ explosive that seems to pop up when a hanging’s needed.

Disband ALL unconstitutional federal agencies. What agencies are unconstitutional is best identified by listing the only agencies that are constitutional: AG, Dept of State, Dept of Treasury, and Dept of Defence.

    That’s it folks.

  30. There is no way those devices were able to be triggered by the dashboard digital clocks taped to them. Those things don’t even have an alarm setting.

Also, the xrays did NOT indicate any type of mechanical device that could arm a device, or trigger an explosion.

Finally, there’s no confirmation that the identical devices contained any poisons or biotoxins, etc.

IMO, THE FBI LIED when they said these were not hoax devices. Why?

I’m trying to establish the pattern of how during the Obama tenure how many noteworthy cases got sealed as signs of malfeasance.
    Epstein- sealed.
    Sayoc- sealed.
Everything related to FISA and wiretapping the Trump campaign – sealed.
Las Vegas shooter Paddock- sealed(at least no public release of information, mostly leaks).
Pulse night club- sealed until FOIA and phone call was released showing links to terrorism.
    Times Square bomber- not sealed.
2016 NYC and NJ bombings Rahimi- not sealed.
Judicial Watch could basically just open department requesting to unseal cases during the entire Administration…

A caller on Rush Limbaugh mentioned this guy (how we had not heard a word about him) earlier in the week (Tuesday?). That jogged Rush’s memory and he agreed. Interesting that what happened to this guy gets mentioned and viola in the news the next day.

You know, this whole Sayoc case makes Alex Jones sound like he’s really onto something. In this case, anyway, he IS.

    1. The “devices” were absolutely incapable of exploding anything: they weren’t working pipe bombs and didn’t even have all the parts they would have needed or the explosive powder.

    2. Everything about Sayoc, from his history to his hair, is beyond weird. Party affiliation? Source of income?

    3. The van’s decorations that Just So Happened to have every single righty sticker known to mankind: how weird was that? and applied in whole sheets, not piece by piece?

    4. The life in prison “plea deal”? In New York CITY?

    5. And most of all, this nutty guy in Florida Just So Happens to send all these NON-bombs to the very list of Democraps that the Leftists want people to see as pore liddle victims of the mean old rightwingers, NOT as globalist Red scum scheming for world domination?

    Yeaaaaah, right.

“I knew these actions were wrong. I’m extremely sorry,” Sayoc said. He briefly lost his composure at one point while speaking, prompting his attorneys to rub his back.”

OMG that’s just too much. His attorney’s “rubbed his back” HAHAHAHAHAHA. You couldn’t make this $hit up if your life depended on it…neither could Issac Asimov.
