Libel. To keep these baseless bombs from being lobbed by the left. The sole reason they didn’t unleash Dr. Ford at the beginning was because they knew too much sunlight would kill their “flower”. By releasing the bomb at the eleventh hour, their hope was that Justice Kavanaugh would cower as so many Republicans had in the past. Presidential support had not been a factor in the past. Then again, there hasn’t been a VSGPDJT before. The Dims weren’t prepared for a fight. They were too busy writing their “victory” speeches. Maybe one day soon they will be out in print and win awards in the humor section!!

I most certainly would. I lived in Singapore for some time and saw how a really good government works. Any Singaporean can say or print anything they want about an elected official, but if they claim the official did something illegal, they need to be prepared to back it up with factual proof in a court of law. The claimant will almost certainly be sued for slander. If the claim is found to be both libelous and untrue, the official will be awarded damages and those damages are often extremely expensive. Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew bankrupted a few of his political enemies that way and it taught the rest of them that they better be damned certain of their facts before making false claims. Consequently, there are very few false accusations and their politics are much less vicious. I would truly love to see that lying slut Blasey Ford bankrupted and jailed as an object lesson to all others who would deliberately and blatantly slander an innocent man for political purposes.

Smart move to confirm him ASAP so he qualifies for protection by the U.S. Marshal Service. I liked VP Pence waving to the protestors. My kind of guy.

If there were laws broken, there need to be some arrests – otherwise this will just continue to get worse. If some libtard activist judges in DC want to dismiss charges or let perps off with a slap on the wrist, then so be it. It would only be more confirmation for our side that things are out of control and things have to change to prevent anarchy.

The time spent in dealing with the problem and the money spent on legal fees as it works it’s way through the court is at least a painful start for these people. There are several areas of possible criminality proposed for investigation of the blasey Ford testimony, and the feinstein-FBI-Monica McLean “coincidences”. But one mor area needs to be investigated. Who and when cleaned off the social web and internet of references to Ford, her highschool yearbooks, et cetera? the timing of this evidence destruction would be important to her story of wanting confidentiality (keeping her name secret). If someone other than Ford did it or helped her, that could be very important information perhaps tying together a conspiracy.
She claimed not knowing who to contact, so how would she know how to get her internet records and those of her highschool deleted from the web? The NSA has it all. There needs to be a FISA warrant.

  11. Paul B. says:

Great interview. I’m happy for the Kavanaughs, and I’m also happy for the nation. We stood firm and resisted a severe attack upon the foundation stones of decency and our rule of law. We did this because we elected a fighter to lead us. He has, by the force of his character, put steel in the spine of the traditionally Stupid Party, and fear into the hearts of America’s domestic enemies. With this scurrilous ambush, Kav was supposed to cut and run, or Trump was to cut him loose. But if that happened, the confirmation process would have been virtually destroyed, and without foreseeable remedy. And that ungovernability is exactly what the marxist globalists want – chaos leading to totalitarianism.

All that has been beaten back, thanks to Trump, Graham, Collins, Grassley, and McConnell. Some of those names we are not used to calling heroes. But here we are. This is truly a great day for the Republican Party. Thank you Mr. President, and thank the good Lord. Let’s keep on praying for more victories.

I agree completely with Paul’s comments. What should be brought out here is that the Republicans were smart enough to recognize a deeper and more deadly trap set by the Dem criminals and avoid it.

I think the leftist criminals deliberately set Blasey Ford up as a little-girl-lost type of witness fully aware she had an incredibly weak case. They knew any competent defense attorney would have torn her case apart on the witness stand and made her look like a total lying fool. What the leftist bastards REALLY wanted were visuals of this “poor assaulted woman” in tears while being bullied by a bunch of angry white men. They were salivating at the thought of playing commercials across the country showing her crying face so they could paint the Republicans as hard-hearted, anti-woman defenders of white male supremacy.

Grassley denied them that. The Judiaciary Committee treated the lying cumdumpster with kid gloves and pretended to take her very seriously. In all their announcements they were very respectful and gave the leftists nothing they could plaster all over the airwaves. Very, very smart avoidance of the Democrat trap on Grassley’s part.

Trump finished her off by bluntly proclaiming her as dishonest and calling her accusations out for the total falsehoods they are. In boxing parlance, the Republicans slipped the Democrat jab and delivered a powerfully solid right cross to the Marxists’ face. I could be wrong, but I think the way the Republicans handled this stopped any possible “blue wave” in its tracks and gave them a really good chance of keeping the House and making some very good gains in the Senate.

      Well played, Republicans, well played!

And they can feel the noise tightening.

I THINK, and we’ll find out in next 30+ days, that THIS, the KAVANAUGH debacle, was the Dems ‘oct. surprise’, and it wasn’t simply a dud, it backfired.

They will yell and scream, cause that’s all they have left, but I think and hope they have shot their wad, left it all on the field, got nothing left.

You may wonder how being a great president comes so easy to Donald Trump while it’s been too difficult for others.

That answer is President Trump can’t be bought, while the others were for sale. No one is going to pay money for a politician to do the right and popular thing. But paying one off to do the wrong and unpopular thing comes with a premium, and there is always someone willing to pay it.

The real value of a skilled politician is their talent for selling something to the public that they really don’t want on behalf of mega-wealthy multinational clients. That’s what everyone in politics is there for, except for Donald Trump. And that’s why they all hate and fear him so much.

    You think I’m kidding?…
Former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder, who is considering running for president in 2020, called into doubt the legitimacy of the Supreme Court following the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Court by a 50-48 vote in the Senate on Saturday. Holder on Friday used incendiary rhetoric to call on liberals to use their “rage” to vote to “be rid of these people”–singling out Republicans in the Senate who support Kavanaugh and have used their majority power to control nominations to the courts.

What Pres Trump said about our Space Force was something new, I think.

I don’t think he’s mentioned before that it will be used for “offense” as well as defense.

At the 13:30 mark, Judge Jeanine asks him about the Space Force, and he replies:

“Well Jeanine, as we advance, Space is becoming more and more important for defense…and that means defense and offense.”
“The Generals agree with me a hundred percent…and so much of our defense and offense, will be related to Space.”

That has to have a pucker factor of exponential levels, for our enemies.

So much for that old-and-busted agreement of ‘not weaponizing space’.

Our President must know something that we don’t…

Nancy outs the MSM on how to use the wrap up smear, Mad Max outed ObamA on his illegal use of the CIA/DOJ/FBI/NSA to gather info on the Republicans and Dems who did not strictly follow his plan (or Soros’ plan). When the moon hits a certain phase, their inner werewolf comes out. The fangs are largely visible all the time.
They need to keep their mob fired up and loud so the MSM believes they are still relevant. Amazing how they follow like the dutiful little lapdogs they are to these Dems. At what point will they realize that they are being used? SNL has become the Communications Office of the DNC as well. Fortunately the American people recognize them and remember that the Dems have consistently accused PDJT and the Republicans of doing the things that they have already done. To wit, they scream about the Republicans using Nazi tactics all the while ginning up the screech wing of the DNC to actually go out and about USING Nazi tactics and ideals.
Think about the Dems and their faces—Pelosi the hand waver, Mad Max and the Peach Fuzz, Whitehouse the Fart Smeller, Spartacus the groper, Hirono the queen of shut up, Schumer the frustrated pleader, Warren the confused, Danang Dick,Dirty Dick Durban the turbine lover, Gillebrand the sexist, Ellison the abuser, Perez the befuddled, ObamA the sneak, Brennan the traitor, Comey the Communist, Clapper the puppet, Lawless Holder, and many more.

  30. Lactantius says:

We believe in the Constitution as our framework for keeping our limited government, separation of powers, popular sovereignty, rule of law, representative democracy and federal system operating and viable.

However, there are some fundamental issues which are not meant to be compromised by political means. Among them are abortion, free speech, compulsive tolerance, manipulated diversity, and ill-defined concepts such as equality and justice.

The DemonizingRats attempted to murder the mind of Brett Kavanaugh. Justice Kavanaugh represents an existential threat to the socialist neutering of the Constitution. Anyone who does not know that this whole war was over Roe v Wade is totally missing the point.

Justice Kavanaugh (correctly) identifies the Constitution and legal reasoning based on the Constitution as the bedrock of our rule of law. He is a 1787 classical liberal in the mold of our founding fathers. The DemonizingRats are dead set on replacing the Constitution with the “Progressive” blueprint which grew out of the Revolutions of 1848, Marxism, fabianism, Leninism, the Frankfurt School, Stalinism, Maoism and Castro.

The Constitution can not settle differences in which one side demands the wholesale destruction and replacement of the Constitution. That is the precise meaning of Abraham Lincoln’s reference to “a house divided against itself can not stand.”

Some differences are only resolved by war. The DemonizingRats have been winning by bashing us with their “safe places” and “sanctuary cities” and “Constitutional rights for non-citizens” and “tolerance” crimes and “diversity” crimes and pop-up “social justice” atrocities and “feminism” and “political correctness” and on and on. None of those demands is Constitutionally based or even negotiable. It is “our way” or the reeducation camp.

So, no one should think that we have won anything in the Kavanaugh fight. The DemonizingRats are now just even more pissed than they were before. Their unfunny humorists are going to go into snarl and snark overdrive.

We the People of the Constitution and classical liberalism have to drive the Progressives back to political irrelevance. We can’t change their minds any more than the leopard can change his spots. We also have to be willing to grow a culture which rejects what is now the mainstream media and reward truth, established justice and the American Constitutional Way.

The RHINOs became complacent players in the deep swamp and accepted the inevitability of the swamp and adapted to it. Ditto the Never-Trumpsters.

President Donald J. Trump opined about how he had visited Washington, D.C. but a few times before he became president. He had no particular knowledge of or even interest in the deep swamp.

Trump is a Genghis Kahn who arrives, conquers, reorganizes and moves on. He “needs” the Presidency like a dog “needs” fleas. President Donald J. Trump has his Mar-a-Largo to return to and his Big Macs and his multitude of golf courses. In the meantime, he is dedicated 24-7-365 to making America great again. The DemonizingRats are termites eating the foundation of the nation and they have no way of understanding President Donald J. Trump. Ditto the Never-Trumpsters.

You and I need to stay focused. This is war. We have to win. We have the correct general and God bless him. “Compromise” in this war is cancer and defeat. We must find and elect the representatives who will uphold the Constitution and who will fight for the Constitution and against the tyranny of Progressivism. We must turn Alinsky on the Progressives: “Target Progressivism, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the Progressive support network and isolate Progressivism sympathy. Go after Progressive people and not institutions; Progressive people hurt faster than institutions.

Donald J. Trump the man, boldly tweets and talks turkey in his rallies. President Donald J. Trump shines a bright light on the hypocrisy of the DemonizingRats who claim to want to “get along.”

Each of us could have the same courage in our local affairs. It would go a long way to wiping out the scourge of Progressivism.

  31. Jpcarson says:

Don’t disagree with your analysis Lactantius—however, the cancer that is progressivism at some point will require a physical removal, in whatever form that manifests itself.

Their ideology does not lend itself to reasoned debate—they have eyes that do not see and ears that do not hear. They are radicalized beyond common sense. President Trump has done great things for this country in less than two years, yet they are willfully too blind to recognize these accomplishments! Their hearts are hardened, their souls are godless, and lawlessness supports their actions.

If they are truly serious about their intentions, at some point they will intensify their push with even more extreme physical altercations (violence). Their handlers (the puppeteers) will encourage, finance, and coach them to “the flashpoint,” as the only means left to achieve their socialist utopia. But they are too foolish to recognize what awaits them—the cold anger waiting patiently in hopes they will see the light of their blind ignorance—a cold anger that will turn exceedingly hot in response to the flashpoint they bring to bare.

A failure of civility will be the result. A disruption of society as we know it. They are losing and running out of options—they are not beyond trying to destroy the Republic!

    • John_in_IN says:

I agree, except on one point: ‘destroying the republic’ is the actual goal.

    • Lactantius says:

Indeed they are not beyond destroying the Republic.

We must win the war. The subdued enemy of the Republic will have little choice but to adapt or continue to rebuild the rebellion.

Our job is to pound common sense into those on the other side who can be swayed. That lessons their numbers and builds ours. We have ceded the major universities and the mainstream media and that has been a great mistake. And among us are a lazy sort of thinker who just wants some sort of huge bar fight where we lock everybody up and reap vengeance. That is about as likely as having the tooth fairy go ballistic and drag them all off to planet X.

The Progressives have undermined the culture and created huge populations of victims demanding payoffs, respect and immunity to responsibilities. “In order to create a more perfect union” is not in any way a call for Utopia. Yet, that is how the Progressives demand that it be interpreted.

The Progressive religion is built around a beneficent and all holy government funded by the transfer of wealth. The Progressives must be made to own up to what they demand and to explain how their plan differs from Hitler, Castro, Stalin, Mao, Maduro and the rest. Their appeal to emotion must be directed to using the skills of reason in order to make their salient points. Since that is not possible, We the People must become wise enough to call out the snake oil they always resort to trying to sell.
