Transparent Political Hit Job – Kavanaugh Accuser, Christine Ford-Blasey, Activated To Advance 35-year-old Accusations…

The timing is transparent: the week prior to Brett Kavanaugh committee vote; the outlet is transparent: the intelligence ‘resistance’ apparatus, The Washington Post; the accuser is transparent: a far-left California liberal professor, Christine Ford Blasey, anti-Trump ‘resistance activist’ with an anti-policy background, including recently.  The accusation is transparent: 35-year-old harassment claim/accusation, from high school intended to activate the “Me Too” activists. The motive is transparent: block the Supreme Court nomination of Justice Kavanaugh.

Today the Washington Post announces the accuser of Brett Kavanaugh has stepped forward to tell her story.

Ms. Christine Ford, aka Christine Blasey, a registered democrat and political activist, claims she attended a high school party where Kavanaugh forcibly groped her over her clothes. [Story Here]

[…]  While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.

“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”

Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house.  (read more)

After carefully deleting her social media profile; and after carefully selecting left-wing attorney Debra Katz to represent her political interests; and after carefully scripting some dubious and sketchy supportive material including a lie-detector test and vague notes from a 2012 couples-therapy session, the 51-year-old academic psychologist steps forward.

Here are the last 4 paragraphs from an essay in The Atlantic by Professor of Constitutional Law at University of Baltimore. This really shows how out-there the Left is. It’s worse than I thought!

[1] These hearings have not at any time been an exercise in “advice and consent.” Instead, they have been—as the women screaming in the background have tried to warn us—banana-republic-level pantomime, aimed at installing a hand-picked functionary in lifetime office.

[2] But even so, the way in which chair Chuck Grassley and the 10 other male Republicans on the committee handle Ford’s accusation will tell us a good deal about them and about the state of the gender battlefield. Will these men dismiss the allegation because it was too long ago? Will they attack the accuser and seek to shame her over hidden details of her life? Will they argue there is “only” one claim, and one is not enough? Will they say that 65 women’s signatures on one letter cancel one woman’s accusation in another? Will they turn the occasion into a chance to attack the Democrats and try to motivate their base for the midterms?

[3] For months, the male leaders of the administration and the GOP insisted on silence on the real issue at stake. But despite their best efforts, the monster has finally come out of the walls. Will the Senate, and American politics, face it, or has the last year of gender piety been nothing but show?

[4] In the year of #MeToo, will male authorities claim their traditional power to silence female dissent? Or will they—at last—take their offices seriously and find some way, fair to Kavanaugh and to Ford, to get at the truth?

    * * * *
    1. “as the women screaming in the background have tried to warn us” …. he means the shreiking lunatics that disrupted the proceedings have some kind of standing while Grassley’s proceedings were the “banana-republic-level pantomime”.
    2. “the way in which chair Chuck Grassley and the 10 other male Republicans on the committee handle Ford’s accusation will tell us a good deal about them and about the state of the gender battlefield.” WHAT gender battlefield? The author believes the Committee should all but conduct a court-like proceeding over something 35 years ago!!
    3. What does any of this paragraph even mean?? What is “gender piety”?
    4. Again, they expect an inpromptu court-like case without a single charge filed – especially within the statute of limitations!

None of this is rooted in reality. You can’t have a country where persons hold positions and jobs but cannot agree on what constitutes reality!

  2. Kavanaugh needs to take his own lie detector test. He said. She said. If you don’t go to the authorities at the time of the incident, keep your mouth shut. Everyone can see what this is.

      Nonsense.

Every bit of this is simply to stop confirmation. if di frankenstein or this twit with accusations had any integrity this would have all been raised before…if not 35 years ago, then when when Kavanaugh was nominated and confirmed a Judge, OR at at a very minimum before the hearings.

But no, the obstructionists at all costs simply resist with zero, zip, nada integrity. A despicable lot they are! That is IMHO:-)

      Confirm on schedule!

totally agree. if he goes to a lie detector that is a headline, and then if they say that what is needed is a different lie detector, it is another headline, and then if some “expert” criticizes the first lie detector and says he has a better one, another headline. It Will Not End. Ever.

It is so very much like that tennis match last weekend – pull some distraction, some ploy of victimization, when it looks like you are going to lose the game – yell at the chair umpire and call him names, demand an apology – for what?

The bottom line is that Diane Feinstein did not share this with the committee at the outset, as soon as she received it – so, to me, it is not the notes from the woman’s therapist or any of her other “proof” like her lie detector test – it is just too late because it is so obvious that it is all a ploy to derail the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

No. Go have a tantrum. But, NO.

    • So any time some one accuses anyone without evidence the accused must take a lie detector test? I don’t think so. We have an evidence based system of justice not a he said she said circus. Character assassination should not be supported. She should take her 35 year old complaint to the proper police station and let it rise or fall based on the standards of evidence.

Not to mention lie detector tests are not admissible in court! Watch ID sometime and see how many people pass/fail and it doesn’t mean a hill of beans. I’ve seen guilty people pass with flying colors. Also, she arranged for her “test” which is dubious at best. If I am buying a house, I don’t use the sellers inspection…no matter what their BBB Rating is. I get my own. Logic and reason continues to be in short supply.

We know she suffers from mental problems. We know her students give her terrible ratings as a teacher and think she’s nuts. In other words, nothing is credible about this whole affair. And Diane Feinstein deserves formal censure for her behavior.

This doesn’t change my belief that this is a political ploy especially since it surfaced in 2012 at a therapist when Kavanaugh had been touted as a Romney SC pick and then lay dormant until now.

Her training would help her pass a detector test, you know how to act. I am a also a psychologist and can tell you that she is well educated in how to influence thoughts and perception. It looks like this is a hit job. Was she involved in the 2016 election if so in what capacity? Also I heard that the judges mother has a legal connection to this person’s parents? This could prove motive. Also who preformed the lie detector test and who read the results. The facts need to be fully exposed. Females and males are both capable of lying and deceiving to influence a desired conclusion. Reality is in the eyes of the be holder.

Katz, however, has a long history of dismissing sexual assault allegations against liberal politicians, donating to left-wing causes, and even publicly demonizing all Trump advisors as “miscreants” who are worse than deplorables. Since 2004, Katz has donated at least $26,000 to Democratic politicians including Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John Kerry. She also donated to groups such as MoveOn.org, the DNC Services Corp, and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.

I was pretty worked up about it at first but now I just have a message for the Democrats – Be very careful what you wish for.

If Kavanaugh is not confirmed – and I fully believe he will be – his replacement will likely be more conservative and actually want to overturn Roe v Wade. Kavanaugh is a moderate constitutionalist, the best they could hope for, but there is no doubt in my mind that President Trump will make them pay for this if he is not confirmed.

Secondly, there’s nothing quite like a good man’s reputation being ruined or an unfilled SCOTUS seat to drive Republicans to the polls in November. Our red wave will literally turn into a tsunami.

So, I’ll say it again to any Democrats who lurk here – Be very careful what you wish for.

Despite that, use of spectral evidence has been successfully used to obtain multiple convictions and executions. “Much, but not all, of the evidence used against the accused, was spectral evidence, or the testimony of the afflicted who claimed to see the apparition or the shape of the person who was allegedly afflicting them. The theological dispute that ensued about the use of this evidence was based on whether a person had to give permission to the Devil for his/her shape to be used to afflict. Opponents claimed that the Devil was able to use anyone’s shape to afflict people, but the Court contended that the Devil could not use a person’s shape without that person’s permission…………..

; therefore, when the afflicted claimed to see the apparition of a specific person, that was accepted as evidence that the accused had been complicit with the Devil.

        Simple as that.

But there are rallies ahead, and I feel like the President has NEVER been in more jeopardy, mounting as each day passes, no matter what he says or does. I fear people like the 17 year old at the Montana rally, “Plaid shirt man.” He mouthed to someone in the front row facing the President, “Be Careful”. He was surely up to no good and had two accomplices sitting beside him and maybe more than one facing him, in front of the President. I fear the “ruckus”, Wolf, because we need the rallies more than we need revenge on the Demorats. Rallies are like voters, paramount to the candidates we want elected.

I didn’t know that those rally sneakers were making statements to the front and/or camera – I know they were signaling to each other in that back “VIP” section. The question there is whether PSG was mocking Trump on the speech (“be careful”) or signaling to accomplices. It might be good to go back and see what they were really up to – WHO in the rally they were focusing on, if NOT mocking Trump. That could signal future plans.

She’s attacking the judge personally. If women are to be equal (and we are equal), then women can’t hide behind the old paternalistic BS about treating “ladies” differently.

She made an accusation, without providing any evidence but for tainted evidence (her husband’s word, second-hand notes alleged to be from her therapist, not even circumstantial evidence that can be checked out–time, place, potential witnesses).

She, like every other person who makes an allegation, should be examined herself for all potential motivations, and she must be cross-examined in order to protect the fundamental rights of the accused, who is innocent until PROVEN guilty and who has a right to confront (really confront) witnesses against him.

She has the burden of proof. He has nothing to prove. He’s innocent, unless she can prove her case beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Just because she’s female and making allegations against a male, does not mean that, because of her sex, she doesn’t get the same treatment a man would under similar circumstances.

So if this nutbar was a sleeper since 2012 (when Kavanaugh was first mentioned as a SCOTUS possibility, and *coincidentally* she started therapy for the *suddenly remembered* assault), does it follow thay the Dems have sleepers lined up for every potential SCOTUS nominee?

Do they have sleepers lined up for every GOP hopeful now or on the radar for the next decade?

Likely Justice Kavanaugh will be confirmed soon (we hope so).

Very important though: do NOT let the Democrat sleazeball slide back where she came from.

Even AFTER the Kavanaugh victory, prosecute that lying Tawana with utmost and unrelenting vigor until she recant, and even after.

THIS might be the most important contribution Justice Kavanaugh will being to his country’s future.

Diane Feinstein said Mrs. Ford was afraid of coming forward all these years after her allegations of sexual assault, but I’m quite sure Brett Kavanaugh was not a “politically connected man with influence, authority and power” when he was in high school. She could have reported her phony fantasy anytime after she claimed it happened, but she didn’t.
We need an investigation to find out if any other female classmates of Judge Kavanaugh have been approached by agents of George Soros asking them to lie. I would hope if that was the case they would come forward voluntarily and put an end to this sordid garbage.

Gonna be blunt – boys at all-boy schools include a subset that are real Casanovas, but our Judge seems like the other kind – good boys, kinda clumsy and awkward with women. He seems like a bit of a nerd. Just sayin’. Nice guy. Probably not exactly smooth with the ladies. And now they drag him through the MUD for it, in front of his wife. Just sad.

He was a “child” at the time, according to all leftist propaganda. Remember the narrative that children, even teens, can’t be held responsible for what they do (usually in the context of the juvenile justice system) because their brains are not fully formed until they’re in their twenties? Does that not apply to white males?

Think about the priest “pedophilia” problem. Most victims are post-pubescent males, but the left always calls the priests child abusers and pedophiles, even though pedophilia indicates pre-pubescent victims.

Leftists in academia make these rules and definitions. Therefore, he was a child and not responsible, even if he did it, which has not in any way come even close to being proven.

We’re living in a country where leftists push the “ban the box” program, so that even tried-and-convicted felons can get jobs and aren’t punished forever for what they did as juveniles or adults. Is that yet another policy that does not apply to white males?

Amazing. Their positions are just corrosive, aren’t they?

This reminds me of something that really bothered me in light of the Jim Jordan accusations.

The leftists always defend gay adult-student interactions, saying that poor lonely gay teens need “adult mentors” – “and don’t ask if they have sex, you terrible unfeeling conservatives!”

And then they re-frame such a “mentor” as a child abuser when the guy is dead and can’t claim “mentor” status, and Jim Jordan is within long range of the accusation!

This blatant character assaisnation attempt on a good man is just the latest example of the Dems way overplaying their hand. The cold anger is seething, growing even deeper and stronger as yet another set of leftist shenanigans is unleashed on a very-much-awake voting block.

Kudos to the Treeper who commented, either last night or the night before, that the next step for the opposition was to have the “reluctant and alleged” victim go public as a “civic duty” with her story in order to create sufficient chaos to delay and ultimately derail the BK confirmation.

This character assassination scenario has worked multiple times with political execution of an un-convicted victim the result. This is just the next “go-round.”

IMO, any pause in the committee process will immediately degenerate into the lengthy fight the Dems desire, and during which they will have the opportunity to create a ****storm that overwhelms the confirmation.

The primary objective of the 11th hour allegation has been accomplished; chaos has been created and the msm is all-in to fuel the fires of doubt and guilt. The next step is to delay the Thursday vote, by any means possible, to enable consolidating and broadening of the attack. I anticipate that any delay will lead to BK’s eventual withdrawal or a defeat with a negative vote from either Collins or Murkowsky who will use the allegation as political cover. Watch for a delayed vote; it will very likely indicate Grassley doesn’t have the votes to win and BK’s withdrawal will soon follow.

Should BK survive the committee vote, I strongly suspect that plan B has already been hatched, and Flake, Sasse, or Rubio are waiting to scuttle the full senate vote.

This is political warfare at its most intense. So far, the Congressional deep state cabal has very successfully out-maneuvered the President in halting the fulfillment of his MAGA legislative agenda (save for Tax Reform) and clouding his Presidency with the Mueller expedition. They are cunning and soulless, and fighting hard and dirty, as they do, is the only way to beat them. I have doubts that the Senate Repubs either can or are willing to meet the challenge.
