Stunning Confirmation: Judicial Watch Obtains IRS Documents Showing McCain Staff Urging IRS To Target Tea Party Groups…

It has long been suspected; the footprints and fingerprints were always present; McCain repeatedly denied it…. now the evidence surfaces.

For those who remember the issues when the IRS, White House and DOJ organized the post 2010 election “shellacking” targeting of Tea Party groups, the latest discovery from Judicial watch is confirmation of a long-held opinion.  John McCain was instrumental in supporting the weaponization of the IRS to target tea party groups.

WASHINGTON DC – […]  In the full notes of an April 30, 2013, meeting, McCain’s high-ranking staffer [Henry] Kerner recommends harassing non-profit groups until they are unable to continue operating. Kerner tells Lerner, Steve Miller, then chief of staff to IRS commissioner, Nikole Flax, and other IRS officials, “Maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous.” In response, Lerner responded that “it is her job to oversee it all:”

Henry Kerner asked how to get to the abuse of organizations claiming section 501 (c)(4) but designed to be primarily political. Lois Lerner said the system works, but not in real time. Henry Kerner noted that these organizations don’t disclose donors. Lois Lerner said that if they don’t meet the requirements, we can come in and revoke, but it doesn’t happen timely. Nan Marks said if the concern is that organizations engaging in this activity don’t disclose donors, then the system doesn’t work. Henry Kerner said that maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous. Nikole noted that we have budget constraints. Elise Bean suggested using the list of organizations that made independent expenditures. Lois Lerner said that it is her job to oversee it all, not just political campaign activity.

Judicial Watch previously reported on the 2013 meeting.  Senator McCain then issued a statement decrying “false reports claiming that his office was somehow involved in IRS targeting of conservative groups.”   The IRS previously blacked out the notes of the meeting but Judicial Watch found the notes among subsequent documents released by the agency.  (Read Full Article)

The motives were simple.  The GOPe leadership were being challenged by Tea Party primary candidates.  Power was being confronted.  The professional republican party was in full alignment with the Obama administration in removing the existential threat represented by the challenge to their political power and incumbency.  McConnell, Hatch, Burr, Graham, McCain, Cornyn, Corker et al, were willing to do anything and everything to get rid of the challenges to their political power.   Hence, the term “Decepticons” was born.

In October 2015 the DOJ announced it was dropping the investigation into the IRS, Lois Lerner, and the unlawful sharing of taxpayer data in the IRS targeting investigation surrounding True The Vote et al.

holder and obama

As a direct consequence of the DOJ decision, congressional inquiry into the IRS targeting matter seemingly dropped from the radar.

However, if you draw a line from the original intent of the entire enterprise, the post-2010 mid-term “shellacking”/”secret research project“, forward to the 2016 election cycle an interested observer might still be left asking:

“why did the IRS, through Lois Lerner, deliver the 1+ million pages of tax filings, to include the entire donor list of Tea Party and patriot groups, through 21 CD-ROMs and not by electronic data transfer.  Information that was specifically sent to Eric Holder and the U.S. Department of Justice”?

This is an obvious question which, despite the numerous congressional hearings on the matter, was never asked – nor answered.

The entire scheme is riddled with complexity; almost too complex for the average person to understand, and seriously difficult to summarize.  However, when you boil it down here’s the essential components that are no longer suspicion or supposition, but factually provable:

As a result of a trillion dollar stimulus filled with scheme and graft; and as a result of Obamacare being similarly schemed in backroom deals and late night votes;  President Obama was “shellacked” in the November 2010 election.

The White House didn’t see the defeat a flawed policy issue; rather as the entrenched ideologues they are, they saw the SCOTUS case “citizens united” as the principle tool used by the White House opponents to organize and fund political movements, ie. the tea party.

The Obama Team response to the 2010 Shellacking was to use the Dept. of Justice (AG Eric Holder) to weaponize the IRS and go after groups -like Tea Party Groups- organized under the financial umbrella of 501(c)(4) donation structuring.

Years later, when the scheme was discovered – the White House denied knowledge (“not even a smidgen of corruption”), the DOJ feigned ignorance, and the IRS began working overtime trying to hide the construct of the prior communication, planning and strategy.

  • The head of IRS tax exempt division, Louis Lerner, pled the Fifth.
  • Obama’s Chief of Staff Jack Lew was made Treasury Secretary (IRS is sub division of Treasury Dept.) where he was/is able to continue hiding information.
  • And Eric Holder constructed a team of DOJ lawyers to isolate, hide and manipulate the trail of evidence within the DOJ.

Just before the IRS targeting scheme was fully discovered/comprehended, and seemingly overlooked by any curious media enterprise, in February 2013 representative Maxine Waters said:

“The President has put in place an organization with the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life. That’s going to be very, very powerful. That database will have information about everything on every individual on ways that it’s never been done before and whoever runs for President on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that. They’re going to go down with that database and the concerns of those people because they can’t get  around it. And he’s [President Obama] been very smart. It’s very powerful what he’s leaving in place.” (link)

Loose Lips Sink UniParty Scheme Ships

Against, the backdrop of new information which proves the UniParty, both dems and republicans, benefited from the targeting of the Tea Party and oppositional forces; and with the full comprehension that Mitch McConnell and the republican leadership organized a post Citizens United strategy to work around their financial dependency on the electorate via Super-PACs; aren’t you just a little bit curious what the purpose was to assemble a data-base or “Secret Research Project“?

Lois Lerner’s and other IRS officials’ concerns about how to handle these donor lists came on the heels of an advisory from the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) to her and other IRS officials in late March 2012 of “an audit we plan to conduct of the IRS’s process for reviewing applications for tax exemption by potential section 501(c)(4), 501(c)(5), and 501(c)(6) organizations.”

March 2012 “audit we plan to conduct” was the IG notification for a pending investigation of IRS.  Specifically of their handling of Conservative Groups filing applications and status.

We all know the result of that investigation was a finding the IRS was indeed targeting conservative groups – hence the IRS scandal erupted in the headlines.

However, far more troubling were later discoveries into the internal communications which suggested much more nefarious activity regarding the assembly of secret lists, the “Secret Research Project”.

An undertaking by both the Obama Administration and the DOJ together with the IRS began to surface.

The American Center for Law and Justice put it thusly:   We know the IRS unconstitutionally targeted conservative groups.  We know they illegally demanded, obtained, and held the donor lists of these conservative organizations.  Now we learn that in 2012, the height of the targeting, the IRS was involved in a “secret research project” with this confidential, illegally obtained donor information.

That’s more than a big deal.  It’s potentially criminal.

The very fact that the IRS was using the phrase “secret research project” should give every American pause.  But the fact that this project was conducted as part of a well-orchestrated effort to target and silence conservative Americans is utterly disturbing.

Now, again, ask yourself:  Why would Lois Lerner be delivering 21 CD-ROMs of data, lists of every American who joined arms with the Tea Party, to Eric Holder in the DOJ instead of just transferring that data over their internal computer systems?

WASHINGTON […] “After the Justice Department turned over the database to the Oversight Committee this month in response to a subpoena, the Justice Department says it was informed by IRS officials that it contains legally protected taxpayer information that should not have ever been sent to the FBI and it now plans to return the full database to the IRS,” a statement from the oversight committee said.

According to material obtained by the committee, the IRS sent the FBI “21 disks constituting a 1.1 million page database of information from 501(c)(4) tax exempt organizations, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.”

The transaction occurred in October 2010.  (link)

Overlay this Machiavellian web of deceit and power against the latest understandings of how John McCain dispatched another member of his staff, David Kramer, to act as a go-between and facilitator for the Christopher Steele dossier use against candidate Trump; and factor in how the entire intelligence apparatus was weaponized; and consider that both Democrat and Republican leadership were willfully blind in this effort; and a very clear picture emerges.

If you wonder why the entire corrupt DC political class is openly in opposition to President Donald J Trump…. well,…

The missile that started the disaster came from an F-4B Phantom. McCain at the time was in his A-4 Skyhawk. The fire caused by the missile started between his and another Skyhawk, which is why McCain keeps getting blamed for what happened.

Not that he hasn’t been a disaster as a Senator and a Presidential candidate. His hatred for real conservatives started when he was nearly ousted in a primary in 1998, which led to the horrible McCain-Feingold bill that helped to further entrench the Swamp in DC.

Why do you defend the wet start?

I was a safety officer of a carrier, landed on 7 or 8 of them, and landed 100+ times specifically on a Forrestal class carrier.

Go back and watch TRIAL BY FIRE on YouTube and go to 3:15…. watch it 10 times. The narrator lies and it is a propaganda tape. After you watch it ten times, you will see the Phanton is a weapons test jet pointing out to sea…. literally the missile goes out to sea, not into another jet. It is a scam video…. watched that movie so many times but didn’t really go back and watch it on YouTube until I noticed McCain has litigation defense in comment sections.

There is a reason why that scene is only 1/2 second long…. the film purports it to be actual footage.

McCain did it and after a person watches that training tape at 3:15 over and over they will realize it was propaganda…. and they will know that his papa was covering for him.

Also…. during startups…. called 40mins prior to the launch & recovery…. the carrier is steaming DOWNWIND to get to the launch position at sea….. it doesn’t point into the wind until the minute of the first launch. So, this means that airplanes have a wind pushing the tailpipe exhaust on start up forward and along the fuselage if they are angled in a normal position. This is just the way it is…. not ideal but the ship needs to reset into new real estate.

So saying McCain was TOD (tail over deck) means nothing. The natural wind of Mother Nature will push a wet start fireball (introducing fuel before 12-15%) back onto the flight deck.

Great info Navy. I could never land a plane on a carrier. Well, I’d try but I doubt it would end well. I read an old book about the Forrestal disaster and they blamed it on pulling the missile arming wires too soon on aircraft parked back in the line. They stated that the protocol on other carriers was to pull the wire at the catapult immediately before launch so that if a missile fired it would just go down the flight deck and into the ocean and not into another aircraft. I could never believe the author’s conclusion that arming the missiles was handled differently on every ship. Naval Aviation (and common sense) just doesn’t work that way.

I’ve heard that McCain had to be taken off of the ship via helicopter to another ship to avoid being lynched by his shipmates. The POS graduated third from the bottom of his class at Annapolis and only made it to pilot because of his grandfather and father who were both admirals. He crashed at least 5 jets before he ended up as a POW. He was nick-named “Songbird” because he revealed to the NVA the return routing of pilots after their bombing runs, and because he made over 30 propaganda videos for the NVA stating that America was guilty of war crimes.

I found one of these videos on YouTube over a year ago, and there was McShame in person touting his treason. This video has now been scrubbed and you can’t find it. But I saw it in person and thought this POS should’ve been hanged. I don’t wish ill-health on anyone, but when this POS reaches his expiration date I will not feel any remorse for him.

          • jb says:

Marica – if three years, is “newer” – okay. And I in no way “judged” Flep . . .

Expressing emotions is one thing – κατακρίνω – the very word Jesus uses in St. Matthew 7:1-3 – is quite another. I wore the uniform of this Nation when McCain went Tokyo Rose Traitor on everyone in uniform – so whether I am new or not “here” is of little import to me – I was there then!!! I know McCain better than most.

That having been said, it it a matter of Divine Scripture and the Gospel of Jesus Christ that no human being has the capacity or the full knowledge to condemn another for eternity. That is, as I said simply, completely beyond our pay-grade.

Gee – I am glad I am welcome here – after three years, I kinda figgered thought I was.

As I have stated above, and below – I have my own very solid reasons for disliking the man, and I understand the anger others feel about his betrayal of our Nation, for it is the very same anger I and my fellow airmen felt when we were there and serving when the real heroes came home, and then McStain Tokyo Rose showed up on his crutches, acting like the supreme hero.

I pray for the souls of all – even his. Christ has called me and all of us – to forgive as He has forgiven us. That alone is the hardest thing to do in this world, but do it we must. But it is extremely sad that John could have been a great man in his own right, yet he willingly chose not to be.

So, I am left to pray for his soul, as I pray for my own, despite my emotions.

                  Pax Domini –

There’s actually a technical reason why “they don’t say his name” because of the ship, the USS John McCain, named after his father and grandfather. If you post something like “I’m gonna get John McCain” on a board it triggers the threat algorithms and makes it sound like you are making a threat against the ship and brings down nasty stuff on your head from various alphabets. Hence the “don’t say his name” business. At least that was how Q explained it back in the beginning.

Why is someone who is captured a war hero? Maybe if he escaped and brought back useful information. But he gave classified information to the NVA regarding our pilots’ flight paths back after completing their bombing runs. He made propaganda videos for the enemy trashing our country. He, by no means, deserved the title of hero.

My only brother died over there, shot through the head by a sniper on Flag Day 1970, and even he doesn’t deserve to be called a hero. A hero is someone who against all odds, goes over and beyond to accomplish some great feat. We have dumbed so many things down and the description of someone as a hero is one of them. Audie Murphy and Sgt. York were heroes, as are many others who have served and done very heroic things in the heat of battle. Sitting in a POW camp and sympathizing with the enemy is certainly nothing that should be called heroic.

McCain is a traitor, a liar, and scum.

McCain graduated from the Naval Academy 894th of 899.

McCain crashed 3 planes. Crashed his first plane in Corpus Christi Bay
While training overseas, McCain sparked international controversy when he flew into power lines while hotdogging in his plane.
McCain crashed a Navy jet while on a purely personal trip. He was bringing back Christmas presents for the family in the baggage compartment of his plane

McCain was personally responsible for the deadliest fire in the history of the US Navy. That catastrophe, with 27 dead and over 100 wounded. McCain deliberately “wet-started” his A-4E to shake up the guy in the plane behind his A-4. “Wet-starts”, done either deliberately or accidentally, shoot a large flame from the tail of the aircraft.

This and the large subsequent electrical surge and weapon arming (by the pilot) caused the launching of a powerful Zuni rocket across the carrier’s deck hitting other parked planes that were packing 1,000 high-explosive pound bombs. The subsequent massive explosions, fire and destruction went several decks below and nearly sunk this major 82,000 ton U.S. aircraft carrier.

Any other Navy pilot causing this type of death and destruction the Navy would have raped him and he would probably still be in the brig. Why not McCain? Well, first with many powerful connections this “little infraction” was disregarded. His grandfather was a famous FOUR STAR Navy admiral and his dad was at the time of the incident was a powerful Navy FOUR STAR admiral.

While others were dying and fighting the fire, McCain was in the Pilot Ready Room with one other person…an orderly. He took no action to help or save anyone.

McCain was shot down during a bombing run in Vietnam. Fellow pilots claimed he did not follow proper procedures and was shot down due to this.

John McCain was not tortured by his captors.

Sera, Nguyen Tien Tran McCains prison guard. acknowledged that conditions in the prison were “tough, though not inhuman”. But, he added: “We never tortured McCain. On the contrary, we saved his life, curing him with extremely valuable medicines that at times were not available to our own wounded.”

Tran, now 75, said McCain reached Hanoi with the worst injuries he had seen in a downed pilot. But he denied torturing him, saying it was his mission to ensure that McCain survived. As the son of the US naval commander in Vietnam, he offered a potential valuable propaganda weapon.

Tran told Corriere that McCain was sent to hospital the day after he was brought to Hanoi and stayed there for a month. “I never lost him from sight. I was frightened a doctor or nurse might do him harm.”

John McCain. Made taped confessions to his captors. That confession was played endlessly over the prison loudspeaker system at Hoa Lo—to try to break down other prisoners—and was broadcast over Hanoi’s state radio. Reportedly, he confessed to being a war criminal who had bombed civilian targets.

The pressure from the families and Vietnam veterans forced the creation, in late 1991, of a Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs. The chairman was John Kerry. McCain, as a former POW, was its most pivotal member.

While on the Senate POW committee. McCain browbeat expert witnesses who came with information about unreturned POWs. Family members who have personally faced McCain and pressed him to end the secrecy also have been treated to his legendary temper.

He has screamed at them, insulted them, brought women to tears. Mostly his responses to them have been versions of: How dare you question my patriotism? In 1996, he roughly pushed aside a group of POW family members who had waited outside a hearing room to appeal to him, including a mother in a wheelchair.

Four months before the 1973 peace accords. A general, Tran Van Quang, told the politburo members that Hanoi was holding 1,205 American prisoners but would keep many of them at war’s end as leverage to ensure getting war reparations from Washington.

A new measure, known as “the McCain Bill, ”suddenly appeared. By creating a bureaucratic maze from which only a fraction of the documents could emerge—only records that revealed no POW secrets—it turned the Truth Bill on its head.

The McCain bill became law in 1991 and remains so today. So crushing to transparency are its provisions that it actually spells out for the Pentagon and other agencies several rationales, scenarios, and justifications for not releasing any information at all—even about prisoners discovered alive in captivity.

Later that year, the Senate Select Committee was created, where Kerry and McCain ultimately worked together to bury evidence.

Ted Sampley, who fought with US Special Forces in Vietnam and is now a leading campaigner for veterans’ rights, said: ‘I have been following John McCain’s career for nearly 20 years. I know him personally. There is something wrong with this guy and let me tell you what it is – deceit.

‘When he came home and saw that Carol was not the beauty he left behind, he started running around on her almost right away. Everybody around him knew it.

‘Eventually he met Cindy and she was young and beautiful and very wealthy. At that point McCain just dumped Carol for something he thought was better.

‘This is a guy who makes such a big deal about his character. He has no character. He is a fake. If there was any character in that first marriage, it all belonged to Carol.’

And finally, he has beaten his current wife so badly, that she has become addicted to opioids caused from the pain due to his beatings..

This person is a scum of the earth and has thousands of bodies behind him, not to mention his dealings with ISIS etc.

He should be hung by his neck until his body rots off, the buried in an unmarked grave in Vietnam with the over 1200 POW’s he left behind.

My only regret is to not know where to go to piss on his grave.

Please see my post above regarding the training tape we watched over the years without the ability to go back and watch the crucial moment of ignition…. which was a lie in the training tape Trial by Fire.

There is absolutely zero proof that mcstain started the fire. I’ve teviewed every single word and video on the subject including the various reports produced by the Naval Safety Center in Norfolk. I’m not obligated to prove your assertion, you are, and there’s simply not one shred of evidence to back your claim. I’ve fought more shipboard fires than I care to remember and handled and stowed more ammo aboard ships than one can imagine…that tragedy wasn’t created by anyone on that flight deck…it was created by improper staging of ammunition…the rocket, though the “trigger” was NOT the reason those men died…and neither was the traitor mcstain…every legitimate discussion of his despicable conduct is undermined by attributing this catastrophe to him…he’s done enough, no need to reach for this.

the zuni rocket from the f4 was fired off by stray current from switching from the ground support gen to aircraft internal power and hit the a4 behind Juan’s according to witnesses. Juan claimed it hit his a4, but changed his story a few times as he really wasn’t sure. The odd thing about the whole investigation was that Juan yelled to the a4 pilot behind him “Herb, I thought I killed you”…..Possibly by Juan’s own fuel tanks?…BTW a a4 doesn’t have a afterburner. Wet starting although is possible, is difficult. and as shitty as pilot Juan was…doubtful. No one will really ever know what happened as most of the witnesses died in the fire and exploding weapons, the flight deck film (which I saw in 1975) didn’t capture the whole scene in a whole picture, but in fragments, so it doesn’t show everything, except the valiant hero’s that fought and died to save the ship and their comrades. God Bless them.

But the TRIAL BY FIRE narrator says the PLAT camera is always running even during startup. (It really is by the way). And the narrator also lied and said “There it is” when showing bogus footage.

Yep 134 people were killed by Juan that day. But 4800 other witnesses want to piss on his grave. And that is why he was the first to be MEDEVAC’d from the burning carrier.

Lucky for us, the TRIAL BY FIRE narrator lied….. it’s on YouTube….. and we can only assume that McCain did it since the PLAT tape was altered to erroneously show a 1/2 second missile firing on its own.

      • 🍺Gunny66 says:

Soon after he married Cindy, stories began to come out about spousal abuse. Those stories, which circulated around the country clubs to which all these leaders belonged (myself included) were about how bad their marriage was, and the spousal abuse.

John McCain was NEVER in Arizona, and when he was, Cindy didn’t like it. That is supposedly why she got addicted to pain killers; it was the bad marriage. They have basically never lived together for any length of time during the marriage.

Cindy McCain acts like an emotionally abused wife. Not once have I seen John McCain kiss her, put his arm around her, frankly, he does not seem to acknowledge her presence at all. It has been said that he verbally abused and humiliated her in public, when she teased him about his thinning hair, snarling that:
“at least I don’t plaster makeup all over my face like a trollop, you c**t.”

Recently in Buffalo Chip, South Dakota at the Sturgis rally, an annual tribute for Veterans, which is also known for its rather raunchy topless (and occasionally bottomless) beauty pageant, John McCain offered Cindy up to dance with the other women. His exact words were,

“I told her with a little luck, she could be the only woman ever to serve as both the First Lady and Miss Buffalo Chip.”

Cindy stood frozen, smile looking as if it would shatter into a million glass pieces if she moved, much less danced.

According to two emergency room physicians in Phoenix, , who tell us they don’t want their names used, interviewed by CounterPunch, it was at this time that Cindy McCain sought medical attention in the Phoenix area for injuries consistent with physical violence: bruises, contusions and a black eye .

There were at least two more visits for medical attention in the Phoenix area by Cindy, with similar injuriesi, between 1988 and 1993.

Mitt will carry Utah; that’s probably as close to a future prediction as can be stated; he can only beat himself (and that’s possible with Mitt), but he can’t be allowed to do that — into the Senate he goes.
A Dem win in Utah is not good, not good at all. So Mitt it is.
Besides, there isn’t a better place for him — in the Senate he will be well tended and cared for (think about it).
Mitt won’t be able to plot schiesse in the Senate; he could be a bigger thorn if left outside of Washington.

I’m really starting to see the outlines of what this “database” is. It’s very “East Germany”. If I’m right, it actually started under Bill Clinton. Obama is taking credit for something that is much older. I would not be surprised if Obama and Hillary cut a deal to pony up HER database as the starter for Obama’s.

Under the Clintons, I donated to a small Second Amendment group that DEFEATED THEM in court. I linked that donation to the massive harassment that I got from them later, as well as a lot of other interesting phenomena. All of this ENDED when Bush won the election in 2000.

I think the leftists realized at some point that it’s ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, and that DONORS are a lot softer targets than ACTIVISTS. They don’t just go after the activists, who scream loud when they’re attacked – they go after DONORS who are easier to terrorize, and more likely to BACK OFF and STOP DONATING.

I know somebody who got audited and was CERTAIN that it was because they donated significantly to a Tea Party organization. But it gets worse. The Deep-State controlled elements in management (who this person was unaware of, for various reasons, and who I could not warn) worked to remove this person’s influence in our employer, as that employer was increasingly “Obamatized”. Ultimately – before the election – the person were FIRED – all done with massive NDAs. It all STUNK to high heaven.

It’s ZERSETZUNG. Very, very, very stealthy Zersetzung.

    This, in particular:

The practice of repression in Zersetzung comprised extensive and secret methods of control and psychological manipulation, including personal relationships of the target, for which the Stasi relied on its network of informal collaborators,[2] (in German inoffizielle Mitarbeiter or IM), the State’s power over institutions, and on operational psychology. Using targeted psychological attacks the Stasi tried to deprive a dissident of any chance of a “hostile action”.

I believe that MONEY is the answer to ALL the questions. It’s REDIRECTION of money. No money goes to the troublemaker organization from members or donors. And TAXPAYER DOLLARS are used to suppress the same people.

It always seemed very weird to me that our management would CARE so much about politics (while saying they didn’t), as to actually intervene in the lives of individuals – which it seemed like they did. But if I look at it in terms of MONEY – that MONEY was contingent on “helping” the feds to monitor people – well, I can see management “playing along” for BUCKS.

It’s VERY analogous to what I think the IC did with the social networks. The socials played along OR ELSE. They act like they believe the bogus “Russia” stuff OR ELSE. Which is why the socials sound like idiots when they talk about this stuff. They probably know it’s idiotic – but MONEY.

Remember how ERIC HOLDER alleged that “constitutionalists” were some dangerous risky group, almost equivalent to terrorists? Hogwash – right?

We like to think that didn’t go anywhere. BUT MAYBE IT DID. SECRETLY.

What if they actually DID SOMETHING about it? What if THAT is Holder’s horrible secret in DOJ – that they were MONITORING “potentially dangerous” elements like “constitutionalists”? The beauty of this is that they didn’t have to go public – to ever face any confrontation. They just did it SECRETLY. That matches the Obama administration pattern of JUST DOING IT ANYWAY.

I think this may be something the Holder DOJ elements are hiding. MASSIVE secret action against everyday citizens that would put these people in prison for the rest of their lives. Abuse of LE and anti-terrorism, just like they abused IC against Trump.

They likely compartmentalized this stuff heavily. The IRS people don’t know the FBI people who don’t know the NSA people who don’t know the CIA people who don’t know the DOJ people who don’t know WHOEVER. Every part looks “more or less” legal, but the ENTIRE THING is highly illegal.

This is going to get worse. I really think Holder was running ops that will STUN THIS NATION.

Oh, I definitely think the Clintons started their own ‘database’ on conservatives, Wolf.

I have no idea if they “shared” with the Hussein team, though.
Those two camps hate each other.

Like I’ve been saying, I think the O-team was helping themselves to the NSA data.
We now are seeing how their operatives in the DOJ/FBI/CIA were using every power & tool available to them…for political purposes.

I am sure Eric Schmidt was helpful in Hussein’s ‘database’.
That’s probably why he suddenly resigned in December.
Employing all those dark web hackers in his CrowdStrike operation, was probably another reason…since we can only imagine what that op has been doing.

      This Zersetzung practice is also…Fascism.
Fascism is the forcible suppression of any opposition.
      And Zersetzung is bigtime suppression.

I agree that it’s “going to get worse”…and it is starting.
What happened to Sec Kirstjen Nielsen was an opening volley.

There was a warning from Q that Hussein is organizing some big riots.
      Not protests…riots.

Why would they be staging riots?
      A couple of reasons:
      — To give their media operatives something to run with, to *avoid* reporting on the huge Illegal Spying/Corruption in the FBI/DOJ.
      — To send a message to R-Donors that “this mob can come for you too!”

      In other words, more Zersetzung.

We’re going to have to hang onto our Cold Anger, though…and not give these schemers the violence they are trying to drive us into.
      At least, not…yet.

      Look to Germany.

“An organisation run by a former Stasi agent has been recruited by the German government to patrol Facebook in a bid to stamp out “xenophobic” comments. Those caught posting material that the government disagrees with are likely to face criminal prosecution.

Germany is set to welcome one million new immigrants this year, a move that has not been without controversy. Determined to see his fellow Germans embrace their new multicultural homeland, Justice Minister Heiko Maas has decided to crack down on those citizens who criticise the influx, especially those who take to their own private Facebook accounts to do so.”

Yes. Reichsfrau Merkel, whose family immigrated to East Germany when she was a child, and who became a member of its official communist youth party’s secretariat, put a former STAZI agent in charge of policing “hate speech” on German social media in 2015.

And now, three years later, we have the EU about to pass the Article 13 “copyright bill” which will be used to monitor and censor the internet.

Money is power and power is money. That is all these people care about.

      • This is absolute fact. I went to Facebook to post a Happy 60th Birthday to one of my dearest and longtime friends in this life, with this joke, and was read the riot act, which I’ve copied and enclosed, as well. Read it and weep, peeps. It’s only going to get worse if those who participate in such insane judgment on us all are left to carry on as they are now.

Immediately after posting this innocent Happy Birthday Card and wish, I was read the riot act by Facecrook.

Every day, people come to Facebook to share their stories, see the world through the eyes of others, and connect with friends and causes. The conversations that happen on Facebook reflect the diversity of a community of more than two billion people communicating across countries and cultures and in dozens of languages, posting everything from text to photos and videos.

We recognize how important it is for Facebook to be a place where people feel empowered to communicate, and we take our role in keeping abuse off our service seriously. That’s why we have developed a set of Community Standards that outline what is and is not allowed on Facebook. Our Standards apply around the world to all types of content. They’re designed to be comprehensive – for example, content that might not be considered hate speech may still be removed for violating our bullying policies.

The goal of our Community Standards is to encourage expression and create a safe environment. We base our policies on input from our community and from experts in fields such as technology and public safety. Our policies are also rooted in the following principles:

Safety: People need to feel safe in order to build community. We are committed to removing content that encourages real-world harm, including (but not limited to) physical, financial, and emotional injury.

Voice: Our mission is all about embracing diverse views. We err on the side of allowing content, even when some find it objectionable, unless removing that content can prevent a specific harm. Moreover, at times we will allow content that might otherwise violate our standards if we feel that it is newsworthy, significant, or important to the public interest. We do this only after weighing the public interest value of the content against the risk of real-world harm.

Equity: Our community is global and diverse. Our policies may seem broad, but that is because we apply them consistently and fairly to a community that transcends regions, cultures, and languages. As a result, our Community Standards can sometimes appear less nuanced than we would like, leading to an outcome that is at odds with their underlying purpose. For that reason, in some cases, and when we are provided with additional context, we make a decision based on the spirit, rather than the letter, of the policy.

Everyone on Facebook plays a part in keeping the platform safe and respectful. We ask people to share responsibly and to let us know when they see something that may violate our Community Standards. We make it easy for people to report potentially violating content, including Pages, Groups, profiles, individual content, and/or comments to us for review. We also give people the option to block, unfollow, or hide people and posts, so that they can control their own experience on Facebook.

The consequences for violating our Community Standards vary depending on the severity of the violation and a person’s history on the platform. For instance, we may warn someone for a first violation, but if they continue to violate our policies, we may restrict their ability to post on Facebook or disable their profile. We also may notify law enforcement when we believe there is a genuine risk of physical harm or a direct threat to public safety.

Our Community Standards, which we will continue to develop over time, serve as a guide for how to communicate on Facebook. It is in this spirit that we ask members of the Facebook community to follow these guidelines.

Can you imagine if they not only targeted these donors, but redirected their donations from the intended recipient to an organisation or candidate of their choosing. How would the donor know that their donation was not received by the organisation or candidates they actually donated to.

With total control of the electronic banking system, there is no way to know if they indeed did such machovillian(sp) underhand fraud. It could answer the puzzling amount of money the Demoncraps have to run their campaigns when the reality is the DNC is completely bankrupt.

I tell you what – you got me thinking on that one.

If our CIA and FBI contained elements that were as corrupt as they were to Trump, they could easily have performed MITM attacks of various kinds on Tea Party organizations that could not in a million years have figured it out, much less mounted a legal defense. They would never know.

True the Vote received levels of harassment proportionate to putting a hacking group on them. Totally within the realm of possibility that they were messed with at James Bond levels.

I would guess a majority of us here did not vote for McCain, but for Sarah Palin. I never once expected you to speak out against him over the years, you always showed the appropriate amount of respect for the opportunity that was given to you. It’s a very strange position to be placed in. I think you’ve earned the right to speak a little more freely, if that’s what you decide to do.

Either way, in my opinion, we wouldn’t have Donald Trump as president if you hadn’t paved the way, so in the end it was a positive for everyone.

Tokyo Rose McCain did not. For which, I might add, he has never apologized.

Then he covered the fact that thousands were left behind in NVM through his bogus legislative maneuvers. Later, he just became an asshole.

I am a retired Lutheran pastor and fully understand the concept of grace and forgiveness, best one can this side of the veil. The issue is not a matter of blame, but a matter of fact.

John McCain WAS an unrepentant traitor to me and my fellows (I served 4/1972-7/1976), and to the American people. That was true long before he became the political animal he became. And he remains to this day an unrepentant traitor, and I am inclined to think, as do others who have followed him, that he knew some of those who could have been repatriated and were not due to his legislative maneuverings, had a story to tell specifically about Tokyo Rose John.

As One who did my duty and wore the uniform of my Country, he gets no pass unless he comes clean.

Now, an exclusive report on the “McCain Institute” published earlier today from the Daily Caller (DC) has us wondering who else in Congress might just be running miniature Clinton Foundation-ish organizations and enriching their personal families in the process.

As the DC points out, the McCain Institute’s donor list looks eerily similar to that of the Clinton Foundation.

In addition to the ‘who’s who’ of massive corporate donors (Chevron, Cisco, FedEx, Wal-Mart…), many of which were also large contributors to the Clinton Foundation, the McCain Institute counts many other more ‘questionable’ donors, including Saudi Arabia, Teneo (Doug Band’s firm) and George Soros, among its largest.

As the DC points out, one such ‘questionable’ donor that took interest in the McCain Institute was OCP, S.A., a Moroccan state-owned phosphate company. Ironically, OCP just happened to also be a “major sponsor” of the Clinton Global Initiative where Bill was a featured speaker.

Enough of this treason and even if some have been fired or removed or retired, they are still criminals and must face the music. So many in Congress, so many outside of Congress, as the FBI and the CIA and the NSA and IRS. The time has come to implement maximum punishment and confiscate ALL their assets here and abroad.
