Today President Erdogan Presents The “Rabba Salute” – Affirming Ideological Alignment With Muslim Brotherhood…

red_hair

Political Islam is fraught with coded messaging used to convey intention to Islamic audiences while simultaneously presenting a false face to the West.  When you know what signals to look for you are able to fully understand the ideology behind the message.

When Mohammed Morsi rose to power in Egypt his rise was on the back of the Muslim Brotherhood.  The “Islamist Spring” brought forth a more radical version of Islamic sentiment – The Muslim Brotherhood, or just “Brotherhood”, is the political branch of various hardline Islamic ideologies.

MuslimBrotherhood2

The foundational ideological block under ISIS, al-Qaeda and Al Nusra, is the Muslim Brotherhood.   The Brotherhood has its own signature; and when you know what to look for you can identify its appearance.

Islamist activists, and demonstrators hold four fingers in the air to display a hand sign referring to the Rabaa al-Adawiya mosque, the site of a violent confrontation between Morsi’s followers and the Egyptian army.

Reported deaths from the clash range from hundreds to thousands of Muslim Brotherhood supporters. In Arabic, “Rabba” means “four” or “the fourth;” hence the Rabaa symbol.

Showing the Rabaa hand signal indicates an ideological following with “the Brotherhood”, in the extremist vein of Mohamed Morsi.  Unless you follow the intricacies of the extremist views held by pro-Morsi demonstrators, the four fingers mean nothing to you. The word “Rabaa” itself is foreign to Westerners, and the hand sign has no pre-existing connotations.

The use of the Rabaa means the Brotherhood cares about building political support in their own region – and has written off Western political opinion as less important.

The State Department hosted a delegation of Muslim Brotherhood-aligned leaders this week for a meeting about their ongoing efforts to oppose the current government of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of Egypt, who rose to power following the overthrow of Mohamed Morsi, an ally of the Brotherhood, in 2013. One member of the delegation, a Brotherhood-aligned judge in Egypt, posed for a picture while at Foggy Bottom in which he held up the Islamic group’s notorious four-finger Rabia symbol, according to his Facebook page.

Moments ago – Today in Turkey, President Recep Erdogan took to the stage to deliver a speech against the failed Coup.  At 16:30 in the video below notice the hand signal (screen grab below video):

erdogan rabba salute

For Western observers, the Rabaa teaches an important lesson: As unrest continues across the Middle East, we should be aware not only of verbal rhetoric, often fraught with intentional deception, but also of the use of gestures.

By flashing four fingers the supporters of The Muslim Brotherhood are signaling their rejection of an international movement and their embrace of a singular, less tolerant, more extremist and more hard-line Islamist agenda.

CTH presents these empirical outlines so that people can see through the false prism of liberal media claims.  The deception is not only from the politicians who are promoting their own ideology, but also from sympathetic liberal (globalist) media entities who are not being honest about the intents and purposes behind international events.

♦ Another example of the skewed manipulation of media stems from the failed coup itself.  Turkey has two state run, state controlled, political media outlets.  However, when Erdogan needed to communicate with his Islamist followers, he turned to CNN-Turkey (Screen grab below).  It was this specific broadcast that saved Erdogan from the coup.

CNN turkey 2

CNN as an international media enterprise is part of the U.S. State department political agenda.   We have outlined this in several prior articles noting each time when the State Department, as a political interventionist ideological enterprise, is noticed using Ted Turner’s media construct to advance a specific cause.

CNN transparently supports Erdogan, along with other baseline Islamic entities, and the larger objectives of the Muslim Brotherhood.

cairo protest 2♦ During the Sept 11th 2012 uprising against the U.S. in Cairo Egypt was underway, Nick Robertson was live broadcasting the purpose and intention of the demonstrators.  Their goal of the Brotherhood was to demand the release of the Blind Sheik (screen grab left).

However, the protests led to the U.S. Embassy being overrun by Islamists.

cairo 6 mob tears apart us flagcairo 5 embassy al qaeda flag

Cairo 1 - State Dept Statement

Hillary Clinton and the state department needed to draw attention away from the visibility of their failure.  The Nick Robertson CNNi report was never shown again on any broadcast.  This, along with the simultaneous attack in Benghazi later that night, set the stage for Hillary to claim the protest was spawned by an innocuous You Tube video.

Bourdain♦ When Iran arrested Washington Post reporter Jason Rezaian it was not because Rezaian had written anything the Iranian regime was concerned about; it was entirely because Iran sees CNN as the hidden and corrupt media entity used by the U.S. State Department.

Rezaian had just given an interview to Anthony Bourdain about Iran (see above).

♦ Former CNN Producer/Journalist Amber Lyon previously blew the whistle on the State Department and CNN working together when her reporting about Bahrain was removed and refused airtime because Bahrain -via the State Department- was paying for control.

So when you go full circle and see Recep Erdogan today presenting an Islamist signal, the intelligent viewer will notice how no-one in the media is explaining -honestly- what this indicates.

However, if you reference the ideology of Christianne Amanpour, another key CNN figurehead, you’ll understand why:

For some, "9-11" was a day of victory and jubiliation, not a day of national mourning and sorrow.

For some, “9-11” was a day of victory and jubilation, not a day of national mourning and sorrow.

Ms. Amanpour standing in her apartment with a painting of the Twin Towers attack on 9/11 titled “Day of Jubilation“:

Favorite Item in the Apartment: A massive painting that I got in Iran, a few years ago, by Farideh Lashai, a friend who is also Iran’s pre-eminent abstract-expressionist painter. It gives me joy every time I walk in my door. (link)

Yep, those would be: things that make other things make sense...

Do you think that she thinks she has enough pockets and buttons for hiding suicide bombs? The Twin Tower painting is bigger than the carpet under the dinner table and one of the candelabra lamps is off-kilter. What a kook. Keep feeling jubilant, A man pour, the Twin Towers and America will rise again, and you’ll weep as a despicable “satanist” who promotes a religion of intolerance and human rights violations.

CNN needs to be boycotted everywhere in Europe and America. Get the word out! It needs to shrivel up and die!

If this coup had been legit they would not done it while Erdogan was out of the country and uncontrollable. They would have captured him and held him incommunicado or killed him at the very outset. Military coup? No military worth their salt would have made this kind of a stupid tactical error. I’m sure many involved in the coup were naive enough to think it was real and it cost them their lives. I’d be willing to be Obama was in on it from the start. Has he already agreed to let them “take” the nuclear weapons at the base there?

      • I think you’re right about Obama. View this whole incident as a Muslim operation to maintain a rather messy rise of greater Islam through a combination of enabling ISIS and sabotaging its downfall, while pretending to be an essential ally in the West, and it all makes sense. We need to be careful that Obama doesn’t try something like it here. The Muzz scum POSPOTUS could attempt the same thing with dupe junior officers, triggered to fail by his gaystapo minions. Don’t fall for it. Trump is almost here. Beware the “auto-coup”.

Nato is a shell without Turkey. They aren’t a believable land force even with Turkey. Without the Turks on the ground, NATO is a joke of an alliance.

The EU won’t take in Turkey. It’s democratic status is not high enough for the EU mob.

Turkey has to choose sides. He has to decide to join reality in Eurasia, the non-West where 4.5 Billion people live. He can be a rich terminus for gas, a destination for tourism and a great exporter of agricultural products. With the Russian South Stream/Turkish Stream of gas Turkey guarantees itself all the energy it will need for rapid growth and all its energy needs. He has wasted two years stalling Russia on the deal. Now he must decide.

ISIS is going to be defeated in Syria and Iraq. It is inevitable. Turkey can join in the victory or choose to frustrate the timetable. It will be an outlaw nation if it does not join Russia to crush the terrorists.

He can gather all the freedoms and control his society, but he cannot maintain absolute control. The Turks are secular and want freedom from Islamic rule. They have had a very large taste of capitalist success and want the freedoms and rule of law that makes capitalism work.

This coup probably was a State Department job, bungled predictably. If there is to be a real coup, Erdogan would have to be assassinated. It is unrealistic to think power can be taken without Erdogan eliminated. JFK ordered the overthrow of Diem in S. Vietnam, but Henry Cabot Lodge, a realistic, knew Big Minh, the General, would eliminate Diem and Nhu, and they were slain. That’s how its done. JFK was shocked. That man never understood Bay of Pigs needed air cover and naval support or coups require assassinations. Naive. And it eventually led to his own coup/assassination.

He has some blackmail cards to play, but if he starts executing his ‘enemies’, the situation will change dramatically. Egypt stood out against the UN resolution of Muslim activists.

Erdogan is now on full caliphate mode. Let us see.

Agreed on the assassination requirement. There’s just no way to succeed otherwise, especially with an Islamist US Administration to support the despot.

I had such hope the coup would succeed. What a blessing that would have been. Instead, it has empiwered a monster even more… Funny how this happens while a new constitution is being drafted… Maybe they can call G.W. Bush for tips on including Sharia as the highest authority and political construct for the entire society. Not that Zero can’t manage such a destructive act on his own.

Zero couldn’t wait to betray Mubarak and Gaddafi, but Erdogan is just all right with him.

The EU needs a new mantra; Never Turkey. Europe would be overrun with hardline Islamists in a heartbeat. Merkel could rejoice in her superior “tolerance” without having to authorize annual waves of millions of anti-civiilizationists by her own hand; they’d simply walk in by the millions, spread across the continent, and demand their piece of the fruits of the next civilization they will consume.

Islam’s “Golden Ages” were always the result of their cannibalization of an actual civilization. They may have had a damned good time of it, but the party only lasts so long, as their subjugated victims’ wealth is wasted and the dhimmi population murdered to the extent that their numbers cannot support their parasitic “masters.”

I prayed for Britain’s escape from the EU. The Anglo-sphere is the World’s best hope. That sea will again be a bulwark against invaders.

We need Trump, a flawed but courageous destroyer of corruption, and Britain needs another Thatcher. Damn shame we got a Communist Pope right now.

And I hate to inform you but…the person who pushed and orchestrated and pushed some more in order for the German Reichstag to pass a referendum publicly condemning the Armenian genocide (something many thought they would never do because of the long standing relationship both Germany and Turkey have had with each other and considering how many ethnic Turks now live there), against the protests of Merkel and the threats of Erdogan (who really threw a temper tantrum) was…that communist Pope you like to go on about.

Mike Pence on the other hand encouraged Congressmen to not pass a bill condemning said genocide because it was bad for business to inflame such a strategic NATO ally as Turkey.

Sorry Joe, but you’re wrong. Turkey is a NATO country. It has been a NATO country for a very long time. They joined NATO in 1952 so they were in NATO already during the Cuban missile crisis. They’re not an EU country yet, but they will be if Merkel and other high-placed EU wackoes get their way. There is a lot of resistance for Turkey joining EU, so at the moment they can’t yet force it down our throats, but they will try as soon as an opportunity presents itself.

The night of the Benghazi attack, there was a rumor that the attack had been staged to gain the release of the Blind Sheik. Obama would improve his electoral chances by heroically stepping in to negotiate a trade and also help the Brotherhood. The hired security possibly on cue had abandoned the compound. According to rumor the plan blew up when certain Americans disobeyed orders to stand down and went in guns blazing. The attackers assumed they had been set up, and took it out on the Ambassador

I think about this a lot. Because of the way Obama operates, it is not inconceivable. It would have be inconceivable with prior presidents. This is the only conspiracy theory that is not allowed to see daylight. Usually conspiracy theories are over exposed as a way to reduce their effect

Erdogan imitates Hitler but Erdogan is also making himself a fulfillment of islamic prophecy

Walid Shoebat considers Erdogan an anti christ, so much that during this coup Erdogan sent Shoebat the message ‘your Antichrist theory is now debunked’

If you hate end-times talk, read Shoebat anyway, because he understands the many signals, like the hand signs, that the West misses
    http://shoebat.com/2016/07/16/erdogan-enters-istanbul-as-triumphant-sultan-proving-so-far-he-is-still-the-best-candidate-for-being-the-antichrist-this-is-it-saints-embrace-yourselves-keeping-vigilant-with-oil-in-your-lamps-we/

Shoebat shows when Erdogan returned, he was sung a chant sung to Mohammed after Mohammed had been forced to leave Mecca. There was an evil one in the Mohammed story, Abu Jahl. During Erdogan’s speech (in which he gave the Brotherhood salute) Erdogan “vowed revenge from the man in Pennsylvania Fethullah Gulen”

The entire coup was staged to mimic the tale of the attack on Mohammed
Shoebat’s comparisons to Revelation in the Bible could just be coincidence, but it will be 2023 in seven years.

2023 is a year Erdogan targets for the golden age. Shoebat links to a speech by Foreign Affairs Minister Davutoğlu (hosted by Goldman Sachs) on the plan in which he says Turkey must integrate with the EU and the EU must become culturally inclusive

Davutoğlu even says this referring to Obama:
” In 2002 on a TV program conference it was an analysis and I said what the US needed was a black president in order to achieve this inclusiveness as a global power. The 19th century US was a continental power. In the 20th century it became an international power. But a global power means you have to represent everyone not only one”.
    http://www.mfa.gov.tr/speech-entitled-vision-2023-turkey_s-foreign-policy-objectives__-delivered-by-h_e_-ahmet-davutoglu_-minister-of-foreign-af.en.mfa

Davutoğlu is out now. He opposed the Brotherhood

Just amazing how the prophecies intertwine in a bad way and how many actors in the middle east are true believers, which means they will not act as we assume, but according to their own beliefs.

I am not a geopolitical strategist, a soothsayer, or even have access to special or unique information. Nonetheless, I still do not see how we avoid a very ugly WWIII at this point. Islamists are gaining political, financial, and military power exponentially in the middle east. They have infiltrated the government of the USA and many of her agencies, along with many of her allies. They have power over much of our news. State officials are taking oaths to our country on the koran. Our military and intelligence agencies are starting to remove all references to islamic terrorism and jihad. There are precious few patriots left in our government and dare I say even the upper echelons of our military. And even then, there are many like General Flynn who seem to think there are two islams and that ridding the “bad characters” fixes everything. We know the truth. We know it is the foundation of islam that is the problem. Your moderate muslim is one “coming to allah” away from being what we falsely define as a radical.

Our fellow citizens fail to understand the threat because our media has failed us. Even if Trump has the will to do the purge of nefarious characters in our government, I don’t know that our electorate does. Even then, we have so many “immigrants” from these areas that people who do not appreciate the USA could easily gain power again.

So we are left with a web so complex that its not feasible to unravel and an electorate who cannot even see the web they are tangled in.

Dangerous times… And I have no faith that things will improve long term until the day we no longer recognize islam as a legitimate religion and put in place policies similar to that of Japan.
