Marilyn Mosby is the State Attorney in Baltimore Maryland at the heart of the controversy surrounding the death of Freddie Gray, and the Baltimore Six police officers she has now charged with his death.
Criminal Charges Announced Against Baltimore Police Officers In Freddie Gray's Death

The cited research you can read and watch below will aid in understanding how an agenda-driven prosecutor has constructed a brutally biased, and most certainly false, narrative surrounding the events.  (Please assure you watch the video segments to fully digest)
Our research begins by highlighting the campaign of Marilyn Mosby as she announced her intentions to run for State Attorney in June of 2013.   Understanding her initial reasoning to run for office, and understanding how she was willing to lie about the substance, is critical to understanding the agenda she is willing to advocate today.
In the 2013 video below Candidate Marilyn Mosby announces her intention.
To kick off her campaign, and explain who she is to the community, Mosby chooses to tell a personal story of how her cousin, Diron Spence, was killed in Boston.   Listen closely to the story in her own words. (@5:20 to 9:10 of video below):

There’s an immediate problem; the campaign story is essentially false.
Her cousin Diron: • did not die on her front doorstep, • was not killed over a pair of sneakers, • and was not shot in broad daylight.   In addition Manny Barros: • did not witness the shooting, • nor did he testify to witnessing the shooting.
In actuality Manny Barros merely saw a man taking off a ski-type mask in the vicinity of the shooting, at approximately the same time, and followed the guy to see which house he entered.  Barros then told the police what he saw and they discovered the shooter in the residence with the firearm.  (Story from Boston Newspaper)
Marilyn Mosby is lying. But don’t just take our word for it, you don’t even need to believe the Boston Globe, read what Diron’s own mother had to say when she saw her niece use the fictitious story in her campaign video:

Now you might say Mosby’s a politician, so what, …she embellished the story for campaign effect and stretched the story a little bit.  So what, they all do that?
True, but consider specifically the office she is running for.  Is embellishment, or stretching the truth really the quality or characteristic you want in a prosecuting attorney?  How much activism are you comfortable with? I digress…
She won the primary and ran unopposed in the general election to victory.

How much activism are you comfortable with?  In this next video Mosby is speaking to an audience during the investigation into Freddie Gray’s death.  This video was taken two days before Prosecutor Mosby made her announcement to file charges, and one day prior to BPD delivering their internal investigative findings.
Again, listen closely (Video @8:25 to 11:50):

We will pursue justice for Freddie Gray by any and all means necessary“.
So a “Black Lives Matter” activist prosecutor, with a tendency to manipulate the truth of events toward her benefit, tells her audience she will pursue her interpretation of justice by any and all means necessary.
That’s a little disconcerting, no?
However, taken alone this is not direct evidence of her manipulating the evidence in this case.  So far this is only circumstantial evidence of a tendency toward that possibility. The advocacy shows her motivation; it shows her frame of reference; it shows something troubling and alarming, but it is circumstantial nonetheless.
So we build upon the foundation of concern with facts now known:

Brick #1 – “The Cornerstone” – An activist husband who is the city councilmember in the district where Freddie Gray was shot.  An activist husband who told the police to back down so the looters could “have space to loot“.  Looters who Marilyn Mosby was in charge of prosecuting and whom she did not choose to prosecute.  ~Full Outline~
Baltimore Prisoner from van 2
Brick #2 – Into this storyline comes a man named Donta Allen, the identified “passenger in the transport vehicle” with Freddie Gray when the events took place.  Except all indications are that Donta Allen was never in the vehicle – and all of the information about his story is as foundationally accurate as Dorian Johnson and the Ferguson “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” meme.
Donta Allen was presented to a very specific media.  Presented by Mosby’s Deputy Prosecutor, Janice Bledsoe, who just happens to be the domestic partner of the reporter, Jayne Miller (WBAL-TV) who broke the story and introduced him.  How coincidental?

As part of Donta’s “story” he arrived after an uneventful ride in the van to central booking and was never processed.  (No records of him arriving on 04/12 exist).  As the story goes he arrived only to be directed to a homicide detective for questioning about Freddie Gray.

Allen said that once they got to the Western District, officers started to write out a citation for him but didn’t even present it to him and instead took him down to the homicide unit (link)

Except why would he be questioned by homicide when Freddie Gray didn’t die until a week later?  – All the angles discussed HERE
Brick #3 – “Surprise” – As the investigation by the Baltimore Police Department was ongoing, a concurrent investigation was begun by Mosby’s hand-picked team.
Then, last week, as the investigation was continuing:

[…] The task force was planning to go full-bore straight through the weekend, feeding supplemental reports to Mosby’s office, and the investigation was to remain active indefinitely, according to Brandford.
“Important that the state’s attorney continue to get things as we collect them,” Brandford told his tired members Friday morning.
Then his cellphone rang. He stepped into the hall and didn’t return.  Minutes later, task force members found out why: Mosby was holding a news conference on the steps of the nearby Baltimore War Memorial. From a flat-screen television in Green’s office, they watched a live broadcast.
They stood motionless as Mosby began speaking. A lieutenant wearing a suit and bow tie rested his left hand on a leather chair; Green stood in uniform against the wall, hands behind his back. As Mosby read off the charges — including second-degree depraved-heart murder, the most serious, against Goodson — stunned looks crossed their faces.
They had not expected the state’s attorney’s office to act so soon. (link)

Mosby’s own investigative unit was not expecting her to file any charges until they had finished their investigation.  Charges filed before the completion of her own investigation? Then again, “By any means Necessary”, right?

Brick #4 – “The Charging Officer” – The investigation by Mosby’s office was happening concurrently with the internal investigation within the Baltimore Police Department.
Who was conducting this investigation?  Deputy Prosecutor Janice Bledsoe with help from the Baltimore City Sheriff’s office.
Yes, Baltimore Maryland has a “City Sheriffs office”  and a “City Police Department” in addition to, and completely separate from, the County Sherriff’s Office.
The Baltimore City Sheriff’s Office is made up almost exclusively of retired Baltimore Police Department officers.  (Sounds like a double dipping retirement benefit plan at work).  The Baltimore City Sheriff’s office is also primarily constructed with single-race officers, comprised almost exclusively of black officers and leadership.
In fact you’d have to look really hard to find the ONE non-black person within the investigative agency, selected specifically by Mosby, which was aiding her office.

….And who do you think Mosby would direct to sign the charging statements against the Baltimore Six police officers?
caesar goodson jr 2-1
It would almost appear that Major Cogen may have been given the signatory task because of the color of his skin or something.  By any means necessary and stuff, or just another “coincidence”?  Then again, MSM journalists would certainly highlight these “coincidences” no? …..I digress.
Brick #5 – “Direct Action” – The way Mosby charged the Baltimore Six was through a prosecutorial discretion principle known as a direct action filing of probable cause.
Meaning no-one sees the reasoning within a “Probable Cause Affidavit”, because an affidavit of probable cause (PCA) does not yet exist.
Mosby has 30 days to take her evidence to a Grand Jury and produce an affidavit of Probable Cause approved by the Grand Jury.  Or, she can skip the risks of the Grand Jury not approving the charges and proceed with her own PCA to a judge.  However, she must present her own construction of a PCA to a judge – as evidence to substantiate the charges she has filed against the accused.  The judge will then decide if there is enough evidence to support the charges.
By using a Direct Action filing of charges Mosby herself has determined what charges are filed.
This approach also keeps other eyes away from the evidence she is using to formulate her opinion – until she is required by statute to show it.  In the interim she can present to the media any set of talking points she chooses to advocate her position.
Everyone has to take her word for it.  There is absolutely no transparency.

…”we will deliver justice for Freddie Gray by any and all means necessary.”

Summary:  A “Black Lives Matter” activist runs for office using a false and misleading story about the death of her cousin.   She campaigns while admonishing the prosecutor in  Ferguson (Mike Brown shooting) for allowing a Grand Jury to determine whether filing charges was appropriate against Officer Wilson.
Once elected she shakes up her office replacing the former prosecutorial staff with sycophants and like-minded activists.  She then takes a highly charged event and pours fuel on the fire by politicizing the investigation.  She continues by leaking specific information to the media through her staff that is substantively false regarding witnesses; and lastly, doesn’t wait for her racially selected investigators to complete their tasks before unilaterally charging six officers with crimes – evidence unknown.
