Powell/Wood plan to stall certification until a House vote?
Yes and No. I think the legal strategy is to file lawsuits and raise sufficient legal arguments that State Certified votes can ultimately be overturned by SCOTUS who have a legitimate constitutional remedy to the problem – kick the election to the HOR.
Of course the best solution would be to get certain states to not certify; but that is a high bar and I don’t think the legal team is hanging their hat on that.
It wouldn’t be to PresTrump’s advantage to have the election decided by the House of Representatives, would it?

Vote in the house is not based on # of reps or population. it’s by State so Trump would win because there are more R votes to cast in the House.

Yes each State gets equal weighting in that vote, and the ratio of R’s to D’s is in their favor, i believe it’s 30 States to 20. Yep, that would be an excellent outcome.

In the House, voting on president, each state delegation has a single vote. There are more Republican delegations than Democrat.
26or 27 state house are controlled by the gop so each gets one vote and the hor by each state gets one votes base on the vote of the state house. But that could get messy too.
My only worry is how many R states will turn at the last minute just as the Michigan majority senate leader did against Trump?

Looking on the bright side in all this misery…if the fraud is this bad and we have good reason and evidence to believe that the voting has been rigged for years…..then….

Woods presentation could be better. Some of the best arguments were buried in the exhibits and hardly mention in the motion. They need to do a better job of explaining how the illegal actions resulted in a change in the outcome of the election. They need to better connect the violation of election laws with the statistical anomalies and show how it effected the outcome. For example, the unconstitutional consent decree increased the burden of challenging a signature. Unlike the statute passed by the legislature, a single counter could not reject a ballot. He had to convene a mini-committee of ballot workers and a majority of the mini-committee had to agree to reject the ballot. That unconstitutional change in the election procedure combined with the vast increase in mail-in ballots overwhelmed the system (by design?). The ballot workers could not possibly adequately review all the signatures, convene the necessary committees, reject all the non-complying ballots, and provide the proper notification of rejection. It just couldn’t be done. So, ballots were not check, but just accepted whether compliant or not. Thus, we got the impossible statistical anomaly whereby only .3% of ballots were rejected — some 30 times less than in 2016 and 100 times less than normally with first time mail in voters. Statistically, mail in ballots favored Biden. Thus, the illegal consent decree resulted in a dramatic decrease in rejected ballots that favored Biden and changed the outcome. That is just one thread. You do not even need to get into Dominion machines and ballot stuffing to explain how the outcome was changed by the illegal consent decree. Then you walk through all the other arguments — remarked ballots, suspicious voting machines, etc. Make all your arguments but give the judge a non-conspiracy theory argument that can flip the election.
BTW an anonymous declaration from an exiled Venezuelan marine talking about different Smartmatic machines in different elections without connecting them to the current machines (other than vague references to similar software DNA) is not the Kraken.

I am ready to see the evidence of the deep state coup and the CIA involvement, but I do not understand why they are coy about releasing it in a verifiable under oath format.
