MY County (Contra Costa) used to be conservative … this past election? … Only 24% of my County voters voted for Trump. That’s sad, disgusting, and NOT the people I grew up with. I researched this Brad Raffensperger. Follow the money. He started a concrete support engineering group in GA. He is worth over 26 million dollars(reported) and his son runs the company now. Since 2008 he changed his business plan and marketing to reconstruction because the economy faltered, Obama in office, and only growth then was GSA, Washington DC and government bids. I wonder how many government contracts his firm and son won these last years he was in government?

I wish I understood law better, and in particular election law. My wheel-houses are finance, Scripture, and baseball. It’s really hard to be patient when we can see all of the real fraud in front of us. Like Tom Petty said “the waiting is the hardest part”. Bless you Sundance, and all my treehouse patriot kin.
Rip – my background is also in finance and I do remember, way back in the day, when many companies REQUIRED every employee to take a full two week vacation…I once asked why they couldn’t break it up and take one week in the summer and one in the winter and I was told that the auditors required it because it often took that long to catch someone who was “floating” money in order to cover criminal activity.
In my later years I did some auditing for the bank where I worked and then I understood how easy it is to “hide” fraud in the short term but that it gets much harder when someone starts really looking into the accounts closely.
I am praying that all of these delays are simply the President’s team taking the time to make sure they have all the evidence they need to present an airtight case when it comes time to be made public. Lin Wood is not mincing any words about what he has seen happening in Georgia and hopefully the same thing will be happening very soon in the other states in dispute as well.

In order to embed an image, the text that you paste should start with http or https *and* end in jpg, gif or png.
If you are using a computer mouse, do a right click on an image (on the internet), select “show picture” or however it is called, and then you should get just the image, with an URL as described above.
If that doesn’t work and you get a load of garbage, you have to download the image and then upload it to a picture hoster like imgur.

If you accept Biden “won” Nevada and Arizona, the President still needs to tie up 3 out of 4 between Georgia, PA, MI and WI. Georgia will “flip” when it’s said and done, President Trump clearly won it. Biden’s “path” without Pennsylvania is he has to get everything else.
I’m hoping the lack of strong action in Arizona and Wisconsin is simply to put them on a different timeline as far as litigation goes.

Douglas County Election Commissioner Brian Kruse says the release of early ballots has been delayed in Douglas County.
They were supposed to be released at 8:45 p.m., but will now be released at 9:45 p.m. and 10:45 p.m.
Results from votes cast from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday will be released at 11:45 p.m.
The reason? The data on early ballots has to be uploaded from thumb drives onto a secure computer. Due to the sheer volume of early ballots, it is taking longer to upload that data.
All of the ballots were actually counted yesterday, but the data has yet to be released.

The Sarpy County Election Commission cited “challenging logistical issues to the pandemic” as the reason the meeting was postponed. Thursday, 6 News reported that seven of 17 employees there had tested positive for COVID-19.
According to a county spokeswoman, ballot remakes occur when there is “a tear in the ballot or other issue.” In those instances, the ballot is replicated, with the vote indications transferred from the old ballot to the new one, she said.
“The counting board oversees that process to ensure all of the voters’ selections are transferred exactly as they were on the original ballot,” she said. “Those remakes are then counted.”
That count is now scheduled to take place Nov. 20.

I read through most of the lawsuit, specifically the affidavits. I am horrified. If this is what happens in a recount in Georgia, I cannot imagine what was going on some other places on and after election day. I really don’t see the point in voting in the future if this doesn’t get cleaned up now.

A 4th witness in Georgia, also a Democrat saw perfect black marks on a stack of ballots … 500 in a row all for Joe Biden.
“I watched then pull out a pile of what I observed to be absentee ballots and noticed two very distinct characteristics that these ballots had. One, I noticed that they all had a perfect black bubble and were all Biden select. I was able to observe the perfect bubble for a few minutes before they made me move away from the table…I heard them go through the stack and call out Biden’s name over 500 times in a row.”
The same Democrat witness went to a different Georgia county the next day and observed the same anomaly during the recount.
There is either evidence of Georgia voter fraud or there is not. Why would Trump’s team say they have evidence if they didn’t have evidence?
My guess life is not going to be all that good for the Georgia Governor or Secretary of State . Both seem to be wimps and as corrupt as it gets. They both mare vividly being seen for who they are and its a disaster.
Everywhere I turn I see corruption far and wide. Seems like earth is getting as hot as hell. The devil must be frantic which according to my upbringing means the wrath of God isn’t far behind. God will not be mocked nor defeated, that is a guarantee! Praying deliverance from this evil in our country is near.
Read Wood’s motion and exhibits. Best guess is that this falls short, and I hope I’m very, very wrong.
I am just looking over the exhibits and am seeing no less than six separate affidavits from experienced poll workers who are swearing under oath that the ballots they saw were extremely unusual, both in appearance and in how perfectly they were marked, and that well over 95% of them were for Joe Biden (and no one else down ticket).
If there is a FULL and complete audit of ALL legal voters in each of those precincts, which is what Lin Wood is asking for, and the numbers don’t equal the ballots that were counted, I don’t see how the election could be certified.

Attorney L Lin Wood has filed separately with standing as a Georgia resident who is alleging Unequal Treatment under the law, i.e a Civil Rights issue, but also the Georgia Sec of State agreement with the Georgia Democrat Party is illegal.

I was just going to add that. This video says if you are a Fulton county resident you can take his complaint, change the names and dates and file a complaint yourself. He has standing as a Fulton county resident.
Sure wish more Georgia residents would file that lawsuit, but i don’t know any. Sure is a good idea, though. An idea worth repeating.

I was just about to say the same thing regarding the headline but I’m still glad as we all are that Lin is providing his services.
That’s a pretty good lawsuit, clear, to the point. Assuming the defendants will have the opportunity to respond before the Judge makes a decision but maybe not necessary?
It’s sad that this now rests in the hands of one single Judge, but, if lawfare is the game, and those players claim to simply be after making folks live up to the rules of the game (law), this spells out pretty well exactly why an injunction from certifying the election results should be granted.

I want to thank the person on the other thread who posted the lawyer breaking down Trump’s EO signed in 2018 and tying it into statements made by Lin Wood and Sydney Powell (and Mike Flynn on Twitter if you follow him). It coupled with a post made by Dutchman earlier today. And the poster used for this thread’s opening.
Trump is a patriot and a smart man. The election in 2018 showed them exactly how and what the Dems have been doing to steal elections (in modern times, 21st Century). They watched it happen in California and in other places. The EO signed 6 months after the election literally covers every angle the Dems are using to steal the election: communications, propaganda (think FB/Twit), vote machines, vote-counting machines, software and the logistics needed to pull it all off.
It has angles for the foreigners and angles for the domestic players. It limits who is involved. And most importantly, we have been under a declared National Emergency since that EO was signed. A NE that encompasses and outlines everything we are seeing.
Trump doesn’t need to win the lawsuits. If they do, it’s a bonus. But, just like us, he’s aware of the tainted courts and nefarious governors who don’t care about the law. He expects to lose most because of that..as I said a win is a bonus. The lawsuits are to show the states irrefutable evidence that fraud has occurred. It gets it out in public and it’s officially entered into the record (based on what we keep hearing, I guess this evidence is YUGE). It’s going to be so overwhelming to the people it’s going to be so obvious even a dullard will understand the fraud. But, the state’s ignore and certify anyway.
Well, if you read the EO and then listen to the excellent presentation I mentioned earlier given by that lawyer: every single person involved in ignoring the evidence becomes a co-conspirator in the fraud. And all of the evidence gathered (coupled with the servers obtained overseas) will be submitted to the DNI (has to be within 45 days of election day). The EO…
Remember we are in a National Emergency. The EO…when I think about it and start to take in what the end game is and the system put in place to help get us there….Trump is a smart man.
He knows they will riot and cause issues. The EO. He knows they will try to fight. The EO. He knew how they were going to cheat. The EO. Everything will be cut off to those that participated. After that….it’s going to get interesting.
