freddie-gray-470x260BALTIMORE, Md. (WJLA) — An investigation into the death of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray has found no evidence that his fatal injuries were caused during the videotaped arrest and interaction with police officers, according to multiple law enforcement sources.
The sources spoke to ABC7 News after being briefed on the findings of a police report tuned over to prosecutors on Thursday as well as preliminary findings made by the medical examiner’s office.
Sources said the medical examiner found Gray’s catastrophic injury was caused when he slammed into the back of the police transport van, apparently breaking his neck; a head injury he sustained matches a bolt in the back of the van.
Details surrounding exactly what caused Gray to slam into the back of the van was unclear. The officer driving the van has yet to give a statement to authorities. It’s also unclear whether Gray’s head injury was voluntary or was result of some other action (link)


♦ Al Sharpton is now on scene in Baltimore bringing the political apparatus of the National Action Network (NAN) to the hometown of the NAACP headquarters.


♦ Baltimore Mayor Rawlings appeared at the Al Sharpton NAN presser moments ago saying “they have everything in place, everything needed, to bring justice for Freddie Gray”. She was notably defensive against Sharpton’s claims that Baltimore was not as racially progressive as his group would demand.
♦ Mayor Rawlings also noted that leadership from the DOJ-CRS (Community Relations Service) had arrived with NAN (Sharpton) and were now positioned to oversee the entirety of the events in Baltimore moving forward.  This is the exact pattern previously noted in Sanford, Madison and Ferguson – with false BGI claims needing some professional adjustments.
♦ The initial investigative report has been given to the State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby, who is in charge of making the prosecutorial decisions. It should be noted that all the aggrieved racial apparatus in Baltimore are NOT asking for a special prosecutor. This means they feel they have the right prosecutor to reach their goal.


♦ In addition to what we already know about Mosby, it would be worthwhile to look further into her associations and connections. The fact of the aggrieved influences not seeking a special prosecutor implies Mosby has deep connections to the attorney’s representing the Freddie Gray family.  If she wasn’t friendly to their goals they would want her removed.
♦ Additionally, the media are about to “OUT” the other passenger within the Freddie Gray paddy wagon.


♦ Obviously if the passenger has information beneficial to the police, and antithetical to the interests of the grievance community, there would be a motivation to reveal his identity and put pressure upon him to toe the correct line. However, despite the above claim from the local media the national media are still saying the passenger remains in jail. Something not adding up about those contradictory claims.

♦ This poor guy is about to get the entire construct of every racial grievance group upon his shoulders – his best bet would be to get the heck out of Baltimore…..
We need to look closer at Marilyn Mosby and specifically how she connects to the Freddie Gray family AND the larger BGI apparatus within Baltimore.
