We Do Not Have An "Immigration Crisis" – We Have A Lack Of "Border Enforcement Crisis"….

Almost every single media outlet is opining the same talking points, “the immigration system is broken“.   Not true, we don’t have a broken immigration system, we have a broken enforcement system.
There is a legal process for immigration entry consideration into the United States.  It’s not new, and it’s not broken – IT’S JUST NOT BEING USED; and worse, the unlawful cross border entry is not being stopped.
The only broken part of immigration is the “border security”….

……It’s the border enforcement that’s broken.

Anyone ever heard of “Green Cards”, or “Alien Registration Cards”, or “residency visa’s”?  These legal processes for immigration entry are currently in place and have been for decades.    That system is not broken – it works well.
The problem is that illegal aliens don’t use the lawful application system – But that doesn’t mean the system is “broken”; it means the unlawful person chooses not to follow it.
IMMIG-BORDER
Liberals love to use talking points to create a narrative of crisis they can then proclaim needs to be fixed.   And just about every time they enlist the Prava-esque media in the construct the professional conservative political class fall for it.

Todd Starnes Discusses Source Leaks From Inside Illegal Alien Temporary Detention Camps – And Treeper Research on Contractor "BCFS"…

RE: Baptist Child and Family Services (BCFS)
(Via Jetstream research) This caught my eye: U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, said Thursday the senator plans to visit the McAllen Border Patrol station and speak at the Hispanic Baptist Convention at the city’s convention center on Sunday.
And I wondered what Baptists have to do with the illegals. The annual Hispanic Baptist Convention was held in McAllen, Texas June 29th to July 1st. [ https://tinyurl.com/kh9549z ] It coincidentally was held just in time to respond to the “Humanitarian CRISIS”!!!  (otherwise known as an Obama Open Border Invasion). (more…)

If It Fits, It Ships – But They Didn't Say Anything About "Delivery": Alabama U.S. Postal Worker Takes A Divergent Approach To Delivery…

The USPS has a new slogan about shipping: “if it fits, it ships, for one fixed low rate” but -to be fair- technically they don’t actually promise the ‘delivery‘ part.
*NOTE* If you are watching this from Alabama, and you are waiting on a delivery of something, y’all might just need a Snickers bar.

RELATED:  7/7/14 – The Postal Regulatory Commission’s report says that 78.4 percent of USPS’s customers – either from households or small- to medium-sized businesses – said they were either very or mostly satisfied with the agency’s service.
USPS had been shooting for an 82.5 percent satisfaction rating. The agency conducts its own surveys to gauge customer approval that also include larger businesses. But those bigger companies were not included in the Postal Service’s overall satisfaction score.
The regulator’s report comes shortly after the Postal Service announced that it would shutter as many as another 82 mail processing centers starting early next year. (read more)

Mailboxes and Old Barns: Built from The Familiar and the Unfamiliar

barn with mailboxTraveling by car with or without a family was a big deal in the 1930s.
Roads that were sometimes barely more than well-worn trails across the prairie connected one little town to the other.
Those who traveled them regularly knew where the mud holes were, which creeks were fordable and when, and which farmers didn’t mind if you camped overnight at the edge of their pasture or field. A heavy canvas tent was sometimes carried along in case shelter was needed.
We still played in that big tent in the early 1950s. It was about 12′ by 12′ – a large one. Probably weighed about twenty pounds and depended on heavy wood poles for its sturdy stand.  We depended on older brothers to set it up when they might have time after field work on a summer evening. MSNBC Host Alex Wagner on California Protests of Bus Loads Of Illegal Aliens: "Shameful Moment To Be An American"

Last December, before the Obama administration started their January 2014 intentional campaign to call out for thousands of illegal central American aliens to pummel the border, we stated the media would respond to defend the objective.   We named the anticipated propaganda: “Operation Brown Dreamers“.
We stated the full scheme would reach a maximum point of urgency in the summer of this year, just before the election season.  Here is exactly what we predicted:

ALEX WAGNER: I am shocked – when you see the footage of these furious crowds yelling “Go home, go home.” I think it brings – I will say personally I found it to be a shameful moment to be an American to see people treated like that, people who are seeking a new day here in America. What is also confounding to me is that these people apparently are able to dictate deportation policy insofar as 150 anti-immigrant protesters turned the buses around. What was your reaction to it?

While We Were Distracted, The Finks Pulled A Fast One – Congress Removes Disclosure Requirement For Junkets and Travel Paid By Lobbyists….

WASHINGTON DC – A member of Congress used to have to specifically report the details if they traveled on someone else’s dime. As of last week, that rule was lifted with no public announcement. National Journal reports:

The move, made behind closed doors and without a public announcement by the House Ethics Committee, reverses more than three decades of precedent. Gifts of free travel to lawmakers have appeared on the yearly financial form dating back its creation in the late 1970s, after the Watergate scandal. National Journal uncovered the deleted disclosure requirement when analyzing the most recent batch of yearly filings.  (link)

For a group of officials that considers an adjustment to their burrito order worthy of a press release and a television appearance, that this change was made literally behind closed doors tells us everything we need to know about it. Members of both parties reached across the aisle and kept their mouths shut about it. (more…)
