All of this, ALL OF THIS, is to avoid sunlight upon the reality it was the DOJ who initiated the targeting scheme, and used the IRS to get it done.  In addition the White House fully knew what Eric Holder was doing.

(Via Judicial Watch)  – Judicial Watch announced today that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) admitted to the court that it failed to search any of the IRS standard computer systems for the “missing” emails of Lois Lerner and other IRS officials.

The admission appears in an IRS legal brief opposing the Judicial Watch request that a federal court judge allow discovery into how “lost and/or destroyed” IRS records relating to the targeting of conservative groups may be retrieved.
The IRS is fighting Judicial Watch’s efforts to force testimony and document production about the IRS’ loss of records in Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation about the IRS targeting of Tea Party and other opponents of President Obama(Judicial Watch v. At 2:14am on December 24th, 2009, while Americans prepared for the Christmas holiday, Democrats perpetrated a treachery upon the U.S. electorate that should have been their undoing.

This so called landmark legislation was done exclusively by Democrats against the will of the people. 2010 the sleeping giant began a process of tossing every one of the socialist usurpers from office.
Obamacare was touted by Democrats and President Barack Obama as a historic vote and moment in American history, the Obamacare health care bill has passed the Senate, in the dead of night, 60-39. Not one, not one Republican voted for this disaster called Obamacare.

Literally, under the cloak of darkness, Democrats rammed their holy grail of a socialist construct down the throat of every American. We no longer needed to imagine having ideological representation that did not represent the will of the people – we saw it. (more…)

Charlotte North Carolina Mayor Patrick Cannon was arrested and convicted earlier in the year on massive public corruption charges.  During an FBI sting Cannon took tens of thousands of dollars in bribes – including $20,000 in cash delivered in a briefcase in February to the mayor’s office where he also solicited $1 million more.
The media dropped most of the explosive story because Cannon was doing some seriously shady stuff during the 2012 DNC convention and the MSM didn’t want to investigate the corruption.   However, after the convention, in return for money, trips, hotel rooms and access to a luxury SouthPark apartment, Cannon promised to help FBI agents posing as potential commercial investors with zoning, parking and other city-related issues.
North Carolina – Two weeks after he lost his right to vote, former Charlotte mayor and convicted felon Patrick Cannon apparently cast a ballot.
That vote would violate Cannon’s bond and could put him back before a judge, said Greg Forrest, chief of the U.S. Probation Office in Charlotte.  It may even mean the 47-year-old Democrat goes to prison sooner.
“Let’s cut to the chase: He shouldn’t have done that, and we’re going to talk to him tomorrow (Wednesday),” Forrest told the Observer. (more…)

It was called “a key Senate race”. Millions and millions of dollars were spent. It was the one Senate race where the Tea party candidate campaigned boldly against the Democrat opponent.  Two of the biggest named Democrats campaigned for the Democrat Senate Candidate:

Two of the biggest Democrat names in the entire country called this their home state. It is the home state of the former beloved President of all things progressive and wonderful. The race was supposed to be tight, but the Democrats had all the advantages.
The Republican candidate wasn’t just a pesky Republican;  The media proclaimed he’s the most conservative of the Republican candidates. His positions were supposed to be the most far away from the electorate in this home state of the most wonderful of all Democrats. The conservative was the most right-wing nutted right wing nut of the entire field, “an extremist” – or so “they” said.

7:30 PM  Kentucky Mitch McConnell is declared winner over Democrat challenger Alison Grimes.  Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham also Republican winners in South Carolina.  In a takeaway seat Republican Shelly Capito is also projected to win a senate seat in West Virginia.
8:00pm Mississippi Senate called for returning Republican Thad Cocharan,  Democrat Tom Wolf flips Pennsylvania blue and wins the Governors race.
8:30 pm Arkansas Senate race called for Republican Tom Cotton, that’s takeaway seat #2 for Republicans in the senate.
9:00 pm South Dakota Senate Republican Mike Rounds wins, that’s takeaway seat #3
10:00 pm Colorado Senate Republican Corey Gardner WINS, that’s takeaway seat #4, also Florida media (state only) reporting win for Governor Rick Scott.  In Montana Senate race Republican Steve Daines flips another seat, that’s takeaway #5.   
10:30pm GEORGIA Senate Republican David Perdue is called as the winner.  In Kansas Senator Pat Roberts holds off the “independent/democrat” challenger.
11:00pm  Iowa provides takeaway #6 with a win by Jodi Ernst, and North Carolina’s Republican Senate Candidate Thom Tillis has won to be takeaway #7.
