ENGLAND – A plot to kill Queen Elizabeth has been foiled by British police.
Police have arrested four Islamic terror suspects who were allegedly been planning to stab the 88-year-old monarch to death at the Royal Albert Hall, The Sun reported.
The Queen had been due to attend the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Hall today and both she and UK Prime Minister David Cameron had been informed of the threat, the paper said.
Since Thursday night (local time) armed police had raided several homes in West London and Buckinghamshire, arresting men between the ages of 19 and 27. (more…)

However, as previously discussed the structure for a release of information will take considerable “staging” in advance – so while there may be official movements which indicate something soon, it could be they groups are only noticing the advanced efforts.
Personally I think the entire LEO apparatus was originally planning for tonight, but have adjusted prior operational windows and will wait until Sat, Sun or Monday.  Drawing benefit from a SEVERE weather event –A Polar vortex– which will settle in Tuesday and Wednesday.

(Reuters) – President Barack Obama on Friday authorized the U.S. military to deploy up to 1,500 additional troops to help train and advise Iraqi and Kurdish forces fighting Islamic State militants, the White House said.

The White House will ask Congress for $5.6 billion for the operations in Iraq and Syria, which includes $1.6 billion for the new “Iraq Train and Equip Fund,” the White House Office of Management and Budget said.  (link)

We don’t have much information on Mrs. Lynch.  However, given the need for the next AG to protect Eric Holder from investigation in all the various corruptions of which he is a part, her radical leftist bona fides must be present.   Does anyone have any intel they can share?   Her earlier Senate Judiciary questionnaire has been deleted.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama is expected to pick Brooklyn prosecutor Loretta Lynch for his next attorney general, CNN reported on Friday, a move that would give the top U.S. law enforcement role to a low-key prosecutor with deep experience in both civil rights and corporate fraud cases.

With the election in the rear view the probability calendar for the Saint Louis Grand Jury decision is now at the apex and will remain there for the next two weekends.

The Grand Jury decision is anticipated either this weekend or next, with the highest probability being this weekend preceding Veterans Day Tuesday November 11th.   For those unfamiliar with the pre-planning here’s what to expect and what to look for?
First, it’s important to remember the broad stroke strategy was roughly planned out in August with the details filling in along the way.  You really didn’t think that civil war CMH award yesterday was just some random calendar pick did you?
