The pep rally with GOP Presidential frontrunner Donald Trump is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. EDT which is 7 p.m. CDT local time. As CNN reports, the rally was originally set to take place at the 4,000 seat Civil Center, but was moved to the 43,000 seat Ladd-Peebles Stadium to encompass the expected high attendance. (link)

Here’s the Update: […] The ruling is now official. The court noted that even if Stem Express prevails on their Penal Code 632 cause of action, “there is nothing in [that code section that] prevents the publication of information unlawfully procured through unlawful privacy violations.”
Judge O’Donnell reversed the previous court order that prohibited the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) from releasing any video from a conversation with Catherine Dyer and other Stem Express employees that took place on May 22, 2015.
Judge O’Donnell emphasized the importance of Daleiden and the CMP’s Constitutional rights in this case stating that “the proposed injunction would be a prior restraint on Defendant’s right to free speech under the First Amendment.” This ruling paves the way for Daleiden and the CMP to publicize the conversation with Dyer and to continue to expose the ugly truth of fetal organ harvesting. WASHINGTON DC – It’s now or never for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. That appears to be the view of his wealthy super-PAC backers, who are spending fast and hard to keep Christie in contention for the Republican presidential nomination.
The pro-Christie super-PAC, America Leads, has already spent at least $2.1 million in a bid to gin up enthusiasm for the governor, who is lagging in the early polls of Republican primary voters.
Christie’s big-money donors are not alone. The trend of early and heavy super-PAC spending applies to other GOP candidates whose supporters are trying to get them on the debate stage and stop them from being weeded out of the race early. (more…)
Details sketchy – happened around noon U.S. EST. Gunman walked into train bathroom to load AK-47. Marine noted sketchy suspect and alerted his two buds. The two or three U.S. servicemen were on high alert when terrorist came out of bathroom and began shooting. They took him down….

UPDATE 4:45pm EST: A US Marine is in critical condition after tackling a Kalashnikov-wielding gunman on a train between Amsterdam and Paris, according to French media reports.
The serviceman, who has not been named, was one of two Americans – possibly embassy guards – who tackled the 26-year-old Moroccan national to the ground after hearing him load up a gun in the toilet.
In the scuffle, one of the Marines was shot and another stabbed. France Info reports one is in a critical condition. (more…)

The shooting happened on Wednesday, and Saint Louis was yet again the scene of retaliatory violence by the community toward police. On cue today CNN is stoking the issue, with their pontifications about an initial autopsy showing the bullet that killed Ball-Bey traveled from back to front, right to left.
Despite the CNN pitch, this does not seem to indicate much of anything. If you were standing 20 feet away from someone and they shot toward you, your natural untrained instinct would be to you to turn your shoulder and slightly duck. If you were simultaneously holding a firearm in your right hand, this type of movement would account for an entry wound to your upper right shoulder (back) traveling toward your left.
Ironically Mansur Ball-Bey did a video (screen grab above) depicting thug life and featuring the exact type of weapon used shortly before his death. His ‘thug life’ social media is HERE
ST. LOUIS • An autopsy on Mansur Ball-Bey, whose death from police gunfire this week stirred protests, showed that he died from a single wound in the back, police officials said.
Chief Sam Dotson said the wound’s location neither proves nor disproves the contention of officers at the scene that Ball-Bey refused to drop a gun and pointed it at them before being shot Wednesday. (more…)
