National Security Advisor Mike Waltz Confirms That any EU/NATO Peacekeeping Troops in Ukraine Will NOT Have Article 5 Protection by USA Military

We continue to look suspiciously at National Security Advisor Mike Waltz because the emphasis on a U.S-Ukraine “minerals deal” comes directly from his strategic planning.  Waltz appears to be trying to get Trump enmeshed in the Ukraine conflict through economic ties which can be used to manipulate the U.S position.

However, that said, President Trump has clearly told his Nat Sec Advisor that he will not be coerced into sending U.S. military troops into Ukraine to support a peacekeeping mission. Nor will President Trump look upon his demand that EU/NATO members put their boots-on-the ground in Ukraine as any extended NATO Article-5 responsibility.

Mike Waltz spoke directly to the issue of European NATO troops being deployed as peacekeepers into Ukraine, and the possibility of those troops being attacked, thereby triggering Article-5 deployment of U.S. military to defend them.

NSA Waltz correctly confirms that Ukraine is not a NATO member, therefore any attack (which could include an IC false flag) within Ukraine is not considered an attack against a NATO country by the Trump administration.  WATCH (prompted):

This puts a little context to the strategic position of President Trump against the backdrop of all the geopolitical navigation that comes with the USA having conducted a proxy war against Russia using the geography of Ukraine.

Additionally, last night Secretary of State Marco Rubio is the first Trump administration official who specifically said that the past three years have been a proxy war between the USA and Russia, Video Below:

DC Appellate Court Reverses DC Judge Berman-Jackson, President Trump Has Authority to Remove Special Counsel Dellinger

The DC federal appeals court has reversed a ruling by U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson issued Saturday. The appeals court is confirming [pdf Decision Here] that President Donald Trump has the executive power to fire Special Counsel Hampton Dellinger.

Dellinger was fighting President Trump’s effort to reform the bureaucracy in DC and fire officials within the executive branch. Activist District Judge Berman Jackson (pictured above) was supporting Hampton Dellinger, saying President Trump could not fire him. The appeals court has lifted the lower court’s injunction that barred Trump from removing Hampton Dellinger.

This is a win for commonsense and also a big win for President Trump and the plenary power of the Executive. The President alone controls the executive office holders, and the courts have no constitutional authority to interfere in the executive branch determinations of staffing. The plenary and constitutional power of the presidency has been affirmed.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe Confirms President Trump Paused “Intelligence Sharing” (ie The Drone Targeting System) With Ukraine

Two sources informed the Financial Times that President Trump paused “intelligence sharing” with Ukraine.  In a follow-up another source told Sky News the “intelligence sharing” with Ukraine was paused, but the intel is still shared with the U.K.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe appeared on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo and confirmed President Trump instructed a pause in “intelligence sharing.”  However, it’s a little funny because everyone is using the term “intelligence sharing” to avoid saying what is actually happening.

President Trump paused the drone and missile “targeting system” being used by CIA and Ukraine partners; that’s what the “intelligence sharing” factually consists of.  Why don’t they use the term “targeting system”?… Because if they did, they would be admitting the USA has been the military/IC operation firing missiles and drones against Russia.

Within the Sky News report, they go right up to the edge in describing what the “intelligence” being paused actually consists of. “Asked whether it is correct that the US has stopped sharing intelligence, the source said: “Unfortunately, yes, but not completely. It is selective. On the possibility of damage on the territory of the Russian Federation”.

Bottom Line – President Trump has paused “sharing” the U.S controlled targeting system that was being used (by Ukraine and the CIA) to target Russian military forces.  WATCH (prompted)

.

Pausing the targeting system was exactly what CTH recommended.  Keep watching.  Now that we are seeing CIA Director Ratcliffe confirm it, there should be no doubt it has been the USA Intelligence Community all along operating the military systems in Ukraine.

Everyone has been pretending.  In fact, it is our proxy war that President Trump is stopping.  A frustrated Trump has been trying to navigate through this grand construct of pretending that he was left to deal with.

EU Leaders Meet Again Thursday to Discuss Ukraine Plan and Military Defense Without USA Support

The 27 leaders of the European Union countries are meeting tomorrow, Thursday, in Brussels with an urgent agenda to figure out what to do with Ukraine and their own security state if the USA draws-down military support.

After years of taking little action, the EU leaders are now facing a crisis situation trying to figure out how to pay for expanded military for their own defense.  The latest proposal from EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen calls for €800 billion in EU defense spending, much of it from secured loans to various EU countries.

It seems rather odd to read the responses from EU leaders who are in crisis mode because they face the potential of President Trump pulling back U.S. military, and they worry about the inability to defend themselves.  They act like this is a new development, while the reality is that President Trump has been repeating his warning for years.

(Politico) – […] “Europe faces a clear and present danger on a scale that none of us has seen in our adult lifetime,” European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wrote to EU leaders on Tuesday. “The future of a free and sovereign Ukraine ― of a safe and prosperous Europe ― is on the line.”

[…] “The nightmare scenario is that the U.S. announces a deal soon that accepts most of Russia’s demands and then tells Ukraine and Europe to take it or leave it,” said Malcolm Chalmers, deputy director general at the Royal United Services Institute in London.

Ash Wednesday

Even now, says the LORD,
return to me with your whole heart,
with fasting, and weeping, and mourning;
Rend your hearts, not your garments,
and return to the LORD, your God.
For gracious and merciful is he,
slow to anger, rich in kindness,
and relenting in punishment.
Perhaps he will again relent
and leave behind him a blessing,
Offerings and libations
for the LORD, your God.

Blow the trumpet in Zion!
proclaim a fast,
call an assembly;
Gather the people,
notify the congregation;
Assemble the elders,
gather the children
and the infants at the breast;
Let the bridegroom quit his room
and the bride her chamber.
Between the porch and the altar
let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep,
And say, “Spare, O LORD, your people,
and make not your heritage a reproach,
with the nations ruling over them!
Why should they say among the peoples,
‘Where is their God?'”

Then the LORD was stirred to concern for his land
and took pity on his people.

Hours After President Trump Cut Off Support, Zelenskyy Retreats and Says Now Willing to Work Toward Peace

No one should trust him, but Volodymr Zelenskyy just caved.

Posting to Twitter (X platform) the Ukraine President delivers the following message:

“I would like to reiterate Ukraine’s commitment to peace.

None of us wants an endless war. Ukraine is ready to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible to bring lasting peace closer. Nobody wants peace more than Ukrainians. My team and I stand ready to work under President Trump’s strong leadership to get a peace that lasts.

We are ready to work fast to end the war, and the first stages could be the release of prisoners and truce in the sky — ban on missiles, long-ranged drones, bombs on energy and other civilian infrastructure — and truce in the sea immediately, if Russia will do the same. Then we want to move very fast through all next stages and to work with the US to agree a strong final deal.

“Seven Ways from Sunday” Group Select One of Their Own to Deliver State of the Union Rebuttal

It doesn’t quite apex the previous selection of Nikki Haley in 2016 to deliver the State of the Union rebuttal targeting then candidate Donald Trump, however it does come close.

The seven ways from Sunday group have this year selected Michigan Senator Elissa Slotkin to deliver the State of the Union rebuttal to President Donald Trump.   Slotkin is a CIA operative shifted into congress.

You might remember Slotkin was one of the Senators who attended the Munich security conference to praise Volodymyr Zelenskyy as part of the CODEL.

In the CIA’s need to oppose President Trump, they are getting a little sloppy with the transparency of their agenda.

Tariffs Work – Honda Shifts New Production Plan from Mexico to Indiana

Facing the potential for tariffs on Mexican assembled autos, Honda has cancelled plans to invest in a new auto factory in Guanajuato, Mexico, beginning in November 2027.  Instead, the car company will retool the Civic auto production facility in Greensburg, Indiana, keeping jobs in the USA.

TOKYO, March 3 (Reuters) – Honda has decided to produce its next-generation Civic hybrid in the U.S. state of Indiana, instead of Mexico, to avoid potential tariffs on one of its top-selling car models, according to three people familiar with the matter.

The change underscores how manufacturers are scrambling to adapt to U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed 25% tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada. While several automakers have expressed concerns about the levies, Honda’s move is the first concrete measure by a major Japanese car company.

Japan’s second-largest automaker had initially planned to manufacture the next-generation Civic in Guanajuato, Mexico, according to the three people. Production was slated to start from November 2027, according to one of the people.  Mexico was chosen because rising costs were making it tough to produce the car in Indiana and Canada, one of them said.
