First, my comments regarding (showing angst) towards the Zimmerman’s, family, friends, etc. are no different than that of your many “regulars” posting here regarding Trayvon, family, friends, etc., as I am sure you yourself can agree with. If you don’t, well I guess that means we see things differently.

Perhaps, firstly and however, your angst, anger, and bitter attack was not targeted toward “others”. You directed your attack at me, Sundance Cracker (that’s me) and the site, The Conservative Treehouse, not toward those of association. A key distiction you disingenuously avoid.

Secondly, any AND ALL, posts written by me, shared upon this site, are based on FACT, reflected and shared with opinion. In not ONE of those opinions will you find a personal attack against Trayvon Martin, his Family, or any member of his acquaintence. If a man is using drugs, seeks drugs, and brags about using drugs to include pictures of himself engaged in the solicitation of -and use toward- drug dependency, it is NOT an attack to point to his use and share opinion about the behavior. On the night of February 26th, 2012, the life of George Zimmerman was changed forever.

Since that date he has been saddled not only with the anguish of having to take a life to save his own, but he has needed to endure the obligatory state-sponsored witch hunt to boot.

These are the burdens that few ordinary humans will ever have to bear. In times like these it’s always better to surround yourself with people who you TRUST.

There are so many self-serving parties and affiliations within the Trayvon Martin shooting it is almost impossible to describe them all, and from the outset of our research and analysis of this now national case we have remained consistent with our approach.

We try diligently to present the information as it appears, to the best of our ability, without placing ourselves as a filter for the information.   We present the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of it all; and there is much ugliness as a direct outcome of money and financial positioning.

When approached by Ryan Julison we refused to be a part of the filtration system instead offering our site as a direct host for his perspective unedited.   To insure the absence of our perspective of his position bleeding into the narrative we asserted that we would not narrate his story, we would present it exactly as he presents.   He declined.  That approach is not within his paradigm.

There is enough filtering, and skewering/twisting of information; that approach is not within our mission statement. (more…)

The Love of Money is The Root of All Evil

Everyone has an agenda, a historic and unfortunate fact embedded in, and a consequence of, the ultimate root of evil – the “love of money”.

This would include a diverse and somewhat disparate list of interested affiliations with the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.   From self-serving media entities, to the concentric circles of self-identified “friends”, and perhaps even some family members surrounding George and Shellie Zimmerman.  One can well imagine how “trust” would be a scarce commodity.

The latest Nuevo faux-cause celeb seeking his forty pieces of silver, fifteen minutes of fame and pound of proverbial flesh is Mark Osterman.   The former friend, advocate and confidant of George Zimmerman is writing a book to share/expose his experience inside the hurricane of hate surrounding the George Zimmerman V. Trayvon Martin fiasco.

We use the term “former” in relation to the friendship because one can scarcely imagine a scenario where a book release ahead of potential litigation would be beneficial.   Especially if you are a potential witness in the trial of a friend and now committing potential testimony to paper in advance.   Not a good idea under any circumstance.

Osterman was noted as a witness interviewed by the FBI who were looking into allegations of Zimmerman’s racism, and his identity was outed by Frances Robles of the Miami Herald in July.   Coincidentally Mr. Osterman lives in the same Lake Mary community where Cristina Meza, the accusatory cousin of George also grew up.

Apparently Mark Osterman is busy making the Madison Avenue rounds and guest appearing on pre-taped TV shows in preparation for his upcoming book release.  Nothing of any ‘good moral value’ is ever an outcome from this type of crap.

Within the last 48 hours the public is beginning to see the tip of the iceberg regarding the True motivations of Sybrina Fulton, aka TrayMom™. Perhaps a revisit to the known financial agenda of the circle surrounding Trayvon Martin will help those new to discovery.

A recent article via Associate Press submitting a public records request shows the Scheme Team was even pursuing taxpayer money via a Crime Victims relief fund. One of the aspects of this discovery unnerving a few people is the approval from State Attorney Pam Bondi’s office prior to George Zimmerman even being arrested.

(via ABC) The documents, obtained through a public records request, show Sybrina Fulton applied for the compensation benefits after her son was fatally shot last February by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in a gated community in Sanford, Fla. It was not immediately clear how Martin’s family would use the money.

The state Attorney General’s Office, which administers the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund, refused to disclose the sum sought by Fulton and her former husband, Tracy Martin. […]

In a March 29 letter, a claims analyst with the Attorney General’s Office notified Fulton that she had been deemed eligible for the compensation benefits. However, no check had been issued to Martin’s parents as of early August.

Fulton hasn’t had time to fill out the paperwork needed to process the claim, said Ben Crump, an attorney for Martin’s parents. She didn’t want to disclose how much she was applying for and what expenses the money would cover, Crump said. (read more)

Obviously this raises a few questions. Questions we already know the answers to:

How could Sybrina Fulton be approved for a crime victims relief fund (March 29th) prior to anyone identifying whether a crime was committed? George Zimmerman was not arrested until April 11th.

The answer is simply political influence via Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. (more…)

George Zimmerman’s Lawyer To Speak At Gun Rights Conference –  If you were on George Zimmerman’s  defense team, wouldn’t you want to stay away from people who celebrate gun possession at least until after your client’s trial given the fact that Zimmerman is regarded by many people as trigger-happy, reckless, and remorseless?

On the other hand, maybe you do want to associate with gun fanatics because Zimmerman is trigger-happy, reckless, and remorseless? Zimmerman’s lawyer Mark O’Mara is slated to speak at a Gun Rights conference in Orlando, FL., according to an invitation from the organizers. The conference comes seven months after the murder of Trayvon Martin and two months after the Aurora, CO., massacre. (more…)

UPDATE #2 Several weeks ago, we shared that our Treeper sources were reporting an initial agreement of some kind between the Scheme Team and The HOA for the Retreat At Twin Lakes, the subdivision where Trayvon was shot.

The insurance company for the HOA is “Travelers”.

Well, apparently the “agreement” was not an agreement at all, and was actually an insurance claim filed by the lawyers representing  Sybrina Martin (Natalie Jackson, Benjamin Crump, and Daryl Parks) against the policy of the HOA written by Travelers.

Now the insurance carrier has responded with a petition to the Federal Circuit Court within Florida seeking to clarify if the court agrees with their assertion that they (Travelers) are NOT liable under the provisions of the policy……  

I hope I got that right.

Frances Robles has become is the most pathetic excuse for a one-hit-wonder journalist.  With only one storyline to occupy her time, she spent dozens of hours putting this article about “Bloggers and Trayvon Martin Case” together. 

There is even a petition to see her dispatched to the land of irrelevence. 

Read her latest diatribe, and ask yourself a question.  

What value does this have to a reader?   Other than page/space filler what is it about, and who actually would invest the time to write about, what, exactly? 

It sure would be nice to see this much effort or energy in, say, well, Lake Mary Florida, for a few days talking to “actual people” about, one of Robles’ most, well, recent propaganda accusations.  

My hat is off to all the folks who refused her contact requests, and I know there are many TreeHouse visitors on that list.   And to those website operators who willingly participated in her sophomoric attempt at journalism, you should be ashamed.   Here is a portion of her scribble, or you can GO HERE for the whole crayon:
