Oh SNAP – The Victims Are Shooting Back…. wha, tha ?…. (Video)

C’Mon Natalie Jackson, Benjamin Crump, Eric Holder, Al Sharpton,… Jesse?  We can’t have people actually able to defend themselves against this.   The victims must be disarmed so the black criminals have less possibility of being deceased by defensive bullet.

CALIFORNIA – When five masked thugs attempted to rob a southern California pawn shop earlier this week, they expected it to be easy picking.

But the 65-year-old woman who owned the shop had a different idea. She scared them off by firing two rounds at the burglars with a handgun set aside for such occasions.

The attempted heist occurred Sunday at Continental Jewelry and Pawn Shop in Garden Grove, Calif., when the men walked into the store wearing masks and hoods, KCAL-TV reported. (more…)

The Deception and Protection In Orlando – Understanding The Adversity Against George Zimmerman

Who is this man?

Michael S Herring Esq

You have probably never heard of him, and if you follow the mainstream lamestream media reporting you probably never will.  But Michael S Herring is part of the Orlando Legal machine who cares less about justice, and more about self-interest.

Mr. Herring “was” the former attorney for Shellie Zimmerman.  Yeah, that’s right, the “former” attorney for Shellie Zimmerman.   The attorney that Kelly B Sims replaced. (more…)

140 characters of self-important non-secure narcissism leads to libel…..

Recently we were advised of a group of well-funded lawyerly types mining research information for various clients (assumed) regarding intentional falsehoods (lies) in the media and the people who sell them.  People often cite there are too many lawyers with too much free time.   ……Perhaps something good is going to come out of this Trayvon tragedy once and for all.

Those of you who have followed the story know the TreeHouse interest in the Trayvon Martin shooting had, and has, little to do with George Zimmerman.   Actually, the primary interest that hit our radar screen was how the blatantly false construct of racism was developed, coordinated and then injected into the media narrative.

That specific false narrative peaked interest because less than 10 minutes with a laptop and a few google searches clearly identified the same result the FBI came up with after spending thousands of hours.  Which is to say,  regarding racism and George Zimmerman, there simply is no “there” there…..  The racist construct blown up by the media throughout March was 100% fabricated.    Total phony bologna.

But why?   And more importantly for current intents, by whom?   Who created the term “white-Hispanic” and who willingly sold that racist narrative which has now been identified to have killed at least two people, and led to the physical assault of dozens more under the screaming banner of: “Justice for Trayvon”.  (*Note the FOIA requests for 911 call records to Norfolk Virginia in the Virginia-Pilot case are still pending)

We noted very early on it would be easy to see the first layer of deception when we identified a known entity who appeared on the radar before.   A media consultant named Ryan Julison of Julison Communications.    Julison was/is a man looking to build a bigger brand image and increase his credibility, so we knew it was going to be a simple process of watching his bragging to identify the first circle of media corruption, a la ABC’s Matt Gutman who was well-known to be a major story-teller;  “story” being the operative word. Fiduciary ~ (/fɪˈdjuːʃ(ə)ri/) ~ Part One

Disclaimer:  “The Treehouse is intended as a source of opinion and information sharing. It is not intended as a source of legal advice, but merely as commentary and opinion on current and timely topics, and its writers are not attorneys nor licensed to practice law in any particular jurisdiction. Nor did any of them stay at a Holiday Inn last night. For advice on legal matters, consult an licensed attorney. Preferably one who is, actually interested, in providing sound advice that results in a solution that is in your best interests”.
Part One:  “It’s Not About the Money”  (Of course not).
The Oxford Dictionary defines the origin of the concept and word “fiduciary” thusly:

late 16th century (in the sense ‘something inspiring trust; credentials’) : from Latin fiduciarius, from fiducia ‘trust’, from fidere ‘to trust’

The online Legal Dictionary defines “Fiduciary” as (emphasis mine):

1) n. from the Latin fiducia, meaning “trust,” a person (or a business like a bank or stock brokerage) who has the power and obligation to act for another (often called the beneficiary) under circumstances which require total trust, good faith and honesty. The most common is a trustee of a trust, but fiduciaries can include business advisers, attorneys, guardians, administrators of estates, real estate agents, bankers, stockbrokers, title companies or anyone who undertakes to assist someone who places complete confidence and trust in that person or company. Characteristically, the fiduciary has greater knowledge and expertise about the matters being handled.

A fiduciary is held to a standard of conduct and trust above that of a stranger or of a casual business person. He/she/it must avoid “self-dealing” or “conflicts of interests” in which the potential benefit to the fiduciary is in conflict with what is best for the person who trusts him/her/it. For example, a stockbroker must consider the best investment for the client and not buy or sell on the basis of what brings him/her the highest commission. While a fiduciary and the beneficiary may join together in a business venture or a purchase of property, the best interest of the beneficiary must be primary, and absolute candor is required of the fiduciary.

2) adj. defining a situation or relationship in which a person is acting as a fiduciary for another.

Wiki entry: Fiduciary – The Fiduciary Relationship is seen to be based on complete trust, and the Fiduciary is expected to act with complete loyalty and only in the best interests of the client – even if that conflicts with what is in the best interests of the Fiduciary. (more…)

MSNBC Proclaims Reverend Al Sharpton never "rushed to judgment" in the George Zimmerman Case… We Prove They Are Liars

On the heels of Sean Hannity’s interview with George Zimmerman, MSNBC defends itself against the accusation that they, in general, and Al Sharpton specifically, did not “rush to judgement” in the Trayvon Martin shooting.

Here is the official MSNBC position as told to Politico:

“MSNBC would like to set the record straight following some misinformation presented by Fox News during the interview with George Zimmerman last night,” MSNBC wrote in a statement sent to POLITICO. “Reverend Al Sharpton never ‘rushed to judgment,’ as stated by Mr. Hannity. Reverend Sharpton repeatedly called for calm and for a more thorough investigation in the wake of the tragic events. Ultimately, the authorities agreed an arrest was warranted.”

Now let’s just cut through the crap, and get to the truth.   Because unlike MSNBC and the institutional legacy media complex the Truth Has No Agenda. (more…)

OMG – MSNBC Actually Told The Truth And Wrote "Watermelon Drink"? – While Sybrina: "Can't Imagine"…

HatTip Mike Muller Is this a crack in the media guise, or two rogue reporters off the range?
NBC Website  –  […] On Feb. 26, Zimmerman said that he saw a young man – later identified as Martin — acting suspiciously when he first saw him. It was raining, and Martin, he said, was cutting between houses.
“He was walking very leisurely for the weather,” Zimmerman said. “It didn’t look like he was a resident.”
Nor, he said, did Martin look like “a fitness fanatic that would train in the rain.”
In fact, Martin was visiting his father at his father’s girlfriend home. He was returning from the corner store, where he had purchased Skittles and a can of AriZona watermelon drink. (read more)
