A letter from Hillary Clinton’s legal team (embed below)to the House Committee On Benghazi.   The attorney’s agree to one appearance, but refuse a second.
Originally committee chairman, Trey Gowdy, wanted Secretary Clinton to appear first to address the email and communication issues to gain a better understanding of what documentation issues surround her tenure as Secretary of state; and a second appearance to address the structural questions about Benghazi as they relate to the issues not yet reconciled:

This is about as big an effen’ deal as big effen’ deals can be. 

You might remember that John “Skippy” Podesta was inserted by Hillary Clinton into the White House when she left the State Department.  Podesta was put in place to protect Hillary’s interests.
Podesta recently left the White House to focus again on her campaign, and hosted the media at a dinner party.   However, now it surfaces that his firm lobbied the State Department while Hillary was Secretary of State.  Yeah, that’s just about the final straw in the scandal wagon.
(via Daily Caller) Chalk it up to a small world or to a tangled web, but Uranium One, the Russian-owned uranium mining company at the center of a recent scandal involving the Clintons and a close Canadian business partner, has lobbied the State Department through a firm co-founded by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign chairman.
Senate records show that The Podesta Group has lobbied the State Department on behalf of Uranium One — once in 2012, when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, and once in 2015.
Uranium One paid The Podesta Group $40,000 to lobby the State Department, the Senate, the National Park Service and the National Security Council for “international mining projects,” according to a July 20, 2012 filing.

The Media Won’t Discuss The Nine CFIUS Signatories – Why Not? 

Clinton Cash author Peter Schweizer appeared on This Week and faced a very skeptical George Stephanopoulos, who argued that his accusations that Hillary Clinton exchanged favorable treatment from the U.S. State Department for multimillion dollar donations to the Clinton Foundation were unsubstantiated.
However, what ABC doesn’t tell YOU is that Stephanopoulos has a SEVERE conflict of interest about this story as it relates to its 2005 origin and his former Boss Bill Clinton.

It’s interesting that Stephanopoulos weighs his Clintonian defense so heavily on “CFIUS“, The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, and the “nine signatories” required for approval of the lucrative and coincidental Russian uranium deal. (more…)

Charity Navigator doesn’t even consider the Clinton Foundation a charity at all. Virtually no money is actually spent on charitable endeavors; the entire construct of the foundation is structured as an administrative business model to fund administrative activities of the foundation employees.

NEW YORK – The Clinton Foundation’s finances are so messy that the nation’s most influential charity watchdog put it on its “watch list” of problematic nonprofits last month.
The Clinton family’s mega-charity took in more than $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid.

There’s really not much to add other than watch the video. Supposedly, according to media reports, there was a set of rules, policies and/or guidelines in place when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. Those rules were supposedly drafted by the White House and required specific disclosures and compliance requirements.
Today, facing FACTUAL EVIDENCE that those rules were never followed, the White House essentially says “meh, who cares”?

Trey Gowdy, Chairman of The House Select Committee on Benghazi, has requested former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton appear before the panel next month.
In a letter to Clinton attorney David Kendall (below) Gowdy asks that Hillary testify before the committee “the week of May 18” to discuss email issues; and again before June 18 to talk about the deadly Benghazi attack (9/11/2012)

It will be tough, because your names have been tucked into the Rolodexes of those Clinton flacks for decades. You’re part of their social circle, where Bill is still a charming presence. Clinton operatives, and family members, have slipped smoothly into top media jobs. Clinton is the only serious candidate for 2016 from your beloved Democrat Party; every time mainstream-media editorial boards start thinking Clinton’s baggage is too heavy for them to carry, they look at the rest of the Democrat bench, swallow hard, and pick those bags right back up. The New York Times begins digging into some of the quid-pro-quo elements outlined in the upcoming book “Clinton Cash”. A review of a Russian bid to control U.S. Uranium mine interests exposes millions of undisclosed donations to the Clinton Family Foundation which occur during critical timeframes requiring coincidental approval by Secretary Clinton.
New York Times […] Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

Both President Obama and Secretary Hillary Clinton praised Mohammed Morsi when he was ruling Egypt as the chosen representative of The Muslim Brotherhood.   Morsi immediately disbanded the court system and instituted a Sharia compliant constitution while slaughtering hundreds of Egyptians.  Obama and Clinton praised him, the majority of Egyptian people hated him.


EGYPT – An Egyptian criminal court on Tuesday sentenced ousted Islamist President Mohammed Morsi to 20 years in prison on charges linked to the killing of protesters in 2012, the first verdict to be issued against the country’s first freely elected leader.
The conviction, which can be appealed, and muted Islamist reaction following it underscore the dramatic downfall of Morsi and Egypt’s once-powerful Muslim Brotherhood group. However, Morsi escaped receiving a death sentence in the case, which Islamists derided as a “farce.” (more…)
