This takes the Ferguson cake.   Buried inside a catch-up story by the LA Times, who are missing out on the Mike Brown shooting scoops, is a trail that leads to the Feds providing details of the investigation to an editor of The Saint Louis American, Chris King. The Saint Louis American is African American News-Media. (Similar to The Grio)  
King refuses to use the sourced information (about the factual evidence in the case) because his audience is black and the evidence does not support Mike Brown.  In essence he feared the audience backlash, ie. “coward”.
Chris King is white, his wife black and his audience primarily African American.  Obviously the investigation details he was privy to (a month ago) all support Officer Darren Wilson and therefore would not please his audience.  You might also enjoy reading his twitter feed since he’s been called out.  He is redefining what it means to be obtuse with denials and avoidance.  
Secondly, note how the “Federal Sources” for the LA Times are “unnamed”; despite the fact they claim to be quoting a “spokeswoman” they don’t provide a name as such.  That’s because this supposed anxiety from the feds is faux-outrage.  The feds, or more specifically the DOJ/CRS are the ones providing the leaks.  Also important, notice too the example they use for what upsets them.  It is not the current leaks and releases, but rather the previous release of the Ferguson Liquor Mart CCTV from Ferguson PD.

For people who have watched this “new-normal” process play out before the footprints of retreat are obvious. For others this might be their first experience.

From the outset of the Mike Brown shooting there has existed a familiar pattern, an inauthentic pattern. Eventually the nature of constructed falsehoods reach a point where: a.) the usefulness expires, and, b,) the empirical facts belay the claims.

The concentric circles of hatred flow out as a natural outcome of dropping a divisive rock into a pool of ideology.  The ripple effects flow out, often with unintended consequences and all too often out of control.
The problem with intended division is that it’s sometimes difficult to contain. Protests can quickly become riots, looting, long-term anger, flag burning and worse.
Author Jack Cashill aptly used a phrase “transparently innocent” to describe a new Obama era useful victim.
Historically, useful victims have always been transparently guilty people who the left could defend.   However, in the modern Obama era – a useful victim is innocent of the accusations, transparently so, but must be made to look guilty for the left to advance a goal of division. (more…)

It’s understandable the family of Mike Brown doesn’t fully digest who and why information is leaking to the media from inside the “federal” investigation.  The CRS is working on an exit strategy – to the family, the prior DOJ alignment is a challenging reconciliation against the backdrop of the DOJ/CRS walk-back. 
This perspective is confirmed today by the former Police Chief:

FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOX) – Information about the Michael Brown fatal police shooting is starting to leak out, and former St. Louis County Police Chief Tim Fitch says it’s no accident the feds are allowing the information.

A New York Times article indicates, according to federal investigators, there was a struggle that led up to the fatal police shooting of Brown.

Fitch calls the information from the investigation coming out as phase two – to “coordinate leaks to the media, and to start getting some of the facts out there to kind of let people down slowly,” he says. “When I say this is phase two – phase one was really Eric Holder’s announcement how they were going to basically do a complete review and take over the Ferguson Police Department.” (more…)

18-year-old Hannah Graham’s body was found at 3193 Old Lynchburg Road, North Garden, Virginia.

“This 2.5-acre, heavily wooded, rural property, which includes two residences, is located 11.5 miles from Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall, where an eyewitness told me she saw Hannah in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 13. Hannah was reportedly seen with 32-year-old Jesse Matthew, who has since been charged with her abduction”. (link)

The surrounding “community” is afraid to confront the realities inherent within the admissions which identify why a known predator was able to spend more than a decade hunting young vulnerable girls, killing them and then dropping their bodies throughout a region of comfort and childhood familiarity.

On October 8th the black grievance industry (BGI) helped the Ferguson protestors coordinate the Occupy SLU movement at Saint Louis University. SLU is a private catholic university. Yesterday the occupiers packed up and left. Today the motives and agenda becomes clear.
The BGI extorted the school to give race-based concessions including payoffs for black students, scholarships, black studies programs and additional aid for black students only. Apparently, the school president, Fred P. Pestello, Ph.D., acquiesced:

In exchange for meeting the extortion demands the Occupy movement would leave the school campus – but the school, not the occupiers, would have to clean up their mess.

Police Chief Longo gave a press conference today to announce that 18-year-old UVA student Hannah Graham has been located.  It took 35 days, thousands of hours of volunteers.
Female human remains were identified by a Chesterfield Sheriff’s search party near an abandoned property along Old Lynchburg Road near Walnut Creek Park Virginia.  South Albermarle County.

The body is located in an abandoned property, possibly an abandoned structure, near Red Hill Road and Old Lynchburg Road which is in the vicinity of Walnut Creek Park.
Hannah’s body has been found approximately 5 miles from the location of 2009 victim Morgan Harrington.  Suspect Jesse Matthew formerly lived this area.  In addition his mother still lives in this area.

In the final analysis the evidence within the details of the Mike Brown shooting support only one version of events, the factual version.

All other claims are like a manufactured ball of rubber bands, where each false claim espoused to the media is represented by another single band wrapped on top of the bands that preceded it.

Unravelling the concentric circles of manufactured lies, which create the individual bands, is exhausting.  Unfortunately, we have watched this and participated in the unfolding on more than one occasion.
Just like the Trayvon Martin shooting in 2012 the Mike Brown shooting in 2014 was a constructed media narrative by people, groups and exploiters seeking financial benefit from a manufactured story.
The professionally black grievance industry, and those who derive financial benefit within it, rely on their audience being black first and analytical far down the list. Black is useful, inquiry is not. (more…)
