Terribly sad.   A Treeper, CR,  family member was at the event and confirms the shooter was  a black male, however no police confirmation yet….. and you know the media will avoid like the plague.
COLORADO – A female police officer was shot and killed Sunday night during Denver’s popular City Park Jazz scene, sending hundreds of people fleeing as shots were fired.

The officer was shot in the head while breaking up a fight just as the music ended. She was taken to a hospital, where she was declared dead. (more…)

MANSFIELD, LA (KSLA) – A neighbor and friend to an elderly ArkLaTex woman that was brutally attacked by three men Tuesday night is speaking out.

Police say it happened shortly before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night in the 1400 block of Regina Street in Mansfield, Louisiana. The victim’s neighbor, Mary Jo Sallis say it could have been much worse. “It’s a wonder they hadn’t killed her, you know, because she could identify ’em,” says Sallis.
Sallis says the victim is her longtime neighbor and friend of half a century. Sallis says she checked on her friend at the hospital. “She’s putting on a good front now, you know. But, she told the daughter she didn’t think she would ever be able to spend the night in the house by herself anymore.”
Sallis says her 76-year-old friend had just returned from First Baptist Church in Mansfield after cooking for a Lions Club banquet that night. (more…)

For the purpose of this thread I want to focus on research of “Lead SPD Investigator” Detective Chris Serino.

This photograph was taken on the day of Friday March 16th during and exclusive interview with the Orlando Sentinel.  This same date, later in the evening (6pm), is when the Scheme Team went to Mayor Triplett’s office to listen to the 911 Tapes and pressured Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett into getting the tapes.   The tapes that Bill Lee had stated SHOULD NOT be released during the ongoing investigation.
With that in mind, and looking at the pictures, what do you think that Police Chief Lee, and Chris Serino were doing at the moment this picture was taken while accompanied by reporters from the Orlando Sentinel.? (more…)

After shooting Zhen Bo Liu on a dark Wilmington street, the gunmen stole his food delivery of chicken wings and shrimp fried rice and shared the meal among their accomplices at a nearby house. After eating, they returned to view Liu’s body and rummage through his car.

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Three of the four suspects charged as adults in connection to the murder of a Chinese food delivery driver are no strangers to trouble. A 15-year-old boy has also been charged, but information on him is protected, because he is a juvenile.
The 15-year-old and Cornell Dwayne Haugabook Jr., 20, are charged with murder and armed robbery of Zhen Bo Liu, 60, who was found dead in a car near 13th and Queen Streets June 14. Investigators say Liu was delivering food for a Chinese restaurant when he was killed and robbed of his delivery. Investigators say the suspects then took the $48 worth of food home and ate it. Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law is complicating matters for prosecutors rushing to convict George Zimmerman. The law is clear that residents can meet force with force when they feel threatened.

In the video, and in the article, the local law enforcement again repeat the mantra she was “lucky” and it is best to avoid confrontation/contact with attackers.   However, does anyone consider that the “avoidance principle” is exactly what empowers these attackers to escalate their activity?
Two teenage boys, one 16 and one 18, grope young Ms. Dang, and let’s say she just took off running, what do you think these boys will do next time?   While I certainly agree that a person should never put themselves knowingly in a position of danger, once that danger is encountered I do not subscribe to automatically thinking the best option is to engage the “victim” mentality.
Obviously Ms. Dang was prepared, and well trained, to defend herself.   Why should she be diminished, or even admonished, from the capacity to do just that “defend herself”?
Many people mistakenly believe one of the roles of government is to protect them from physical harm.   However, this is not the case.  One only has to look up the concept of “affirmative duty” to understand what the Supreme Court has defined as the role of any government entity in regard to protection of citizenry; both at Local/State and Federal levels.  In short it can be encapsulated as: (more…)

Apparently the flash mob robbery concept has moved into the more, well, upscale, venues.  The latest high visibility No_Limit_Hoodie_Crowd flash robbery/violent shopping enterprise is a local Nordstroms in Oregon.   And the media continues to ignore and reflect their entrenched “Cultural Marxism”. 
Portlandistan, Oregon – Black mob violence has taken on a new note in Portland, Ore. It’s not the unsuspecting passersby or the corner convenience store that’s the target here.
It’s Nordstroms.
Just weeks ago, a group of 10-15 hoodie-wearing blacks allegedly stole clothing and raced out of the store. Their actions were captured on video.

So far, the evidence makes it looks like just one more of the hundreds of episodes of racial lawlessness that have taken place in more than 60 cities over the last three years. (more…)

(CBS News) — Documents obtained by CBS News show that the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) discussed using their covert operation “Fast and Furious” to argue for controversial new rules about gun sales.
In Fast and Furious, ATF secretly encouraged gun dealers to sell to suspected traffickers for Mexican drug cartels to go after the “big fish.” But ATF whistleblowers told CBS News and Congress it was a dangerous practice called “gunwalking,” and it put thousands of weapons on the street.
