Walking While White – Alabama Woman Shot Dead Requesting Black Car Driver To Slow Down on Street…

She was executed for W. W. W.  On Her O.S.

walking while white on her Own Street

An Alabama woman  was retrieving her dog from across the street when a car came screaming by and almost hit the dog.   The lady, Ms. Wendy Fisher, yelled at the driver and three passengers to slow down.   They did.  Actually they stopped..

The black male driver got out of the car, then someone pulled a gun and shot her 3 times in the chest.  The driver returned  to the car and the four men drove away.   Her teenage daughter was standing in the front yard, a few feet away, and witnessed her mom murdered.
MOBILE, Alabama — The fatal gun shot that cut down a single mother of two Saturday night occurred in front of her teenage daughter, family members said today.
The daughter, who  asked that her name not be used, said she was standing in her front yard when her mother, Wendy Fisher, ran across the street to retrieve their dog.
Fisher yelled at a passing car to slow down because it nearly hit the pet, the daughter said. At that point a black man with short hair got out of the car, she said.
The daughter said she is not sure if he or one of the two or three other men inside the vehicle fired 3 shots. The man who exited the car was wearing blue jeans and a light T-shirt, she said. (more…)

RACISTS !

CNN/ORC – More than half of Americans support the move by House Republicans to censure Attorney General Eric Holder, but six in 10 also say that the GOP’s move was politically motivated, according to a poll released Monday.
Some 53 percent of respondents in the CNN/ORC poll say they believe the House did the right thing when voting 255-67 late last month to censure Holder for failing to turn over documents related to the Fast and Furious gun smuggling operation. One-third of respondents say they disapprove of the action, while 13 percent are unsure. (more…)

The Hidden Agenda Exposed – Mark O'Mara On BET – Air Date April 20th @7:30pm (Videos)

Major big time HatTip to Treeper Froggielegs for digging up the golden nugget we needed to finally prove what we have suspected for a while.   And with the helpful brilliance of Ad rem Puddy capturing the moments, we are finally able to highlight the setup of George Zimmerman and expose the dark underbelly of the Sanford Machinations.

Black Entertainment Television (BET) aired a Trayvon Martin Exclusive hosted by Emmitt Miller on April 20th.     April 20th is the same date of the First Bond Hearing for George Zimmerman and nine days after Mark O’Mara took over as lead defense attorney (4/11).
There are two videos.   Part II is the segment where the ulterior motives of Mark O’Mara surface and things click into place.
Key things to note in video #1:

Pam Bondi phone call to Tracy and Sybrina – Listen to what she says – Remember Pam Bondi and Benjamin Crump are personal friends from the Martin Lee Anderson case.   Bondi was the State Prosecutor and Crump was the Anderson family civil lawyer suing the state of Florida and Bay County.  It was Bondi who talked Rick Scott into selecting Angela Corey as the prosecutor of George Zimmerman.  Ugh, ugh, ugh….. It’s a trap.
Also note how Benjamin Crump lawyerly parses his words regarding Trayvon’s school records.  We know Trayvon was excessively tardy, absent 53 days in the current school year, and serving his Third 10-day suspension at the time he was staying in Sanford.

Zimmerman Posts $1 Million Dollar Bond….He's Released From Jail! – (Video)

Update at 4:01 p.m. ET:   Zimmerman’s parents, Robert and Gladys, put up their home as collateral to get their son released, according to papers released by the Seminole County sheriff, USA TODAY’s Yamiche Alcindor reports.  Zimmerman will also pay $9.50 a day for his electronic monitoring.
Update at 3:20 p.m. ET:  Read the judge’s bail order … (pdf file).
SANFORD, Fla. —George Zimmerman was released from the Seminole County Jail around 2:50 p.m. Friday after posting a $1,000,000 bond.  A Florida judge ruled Thursday that George Zimmerman can be released from jail a second time on $1 million bond, saying he set the bail amount significantly higher because Zimmerman may have been hiding money as part of a plot to flee the country.

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester had revoked Zimmerman’s $150,000 bond last month after prosecutors told the judge Zimmerman and his wife misled the court about how much money they had during an April bond hearing.   (more…)

Free Advice – FWIW

I’m nobody, and this is just my opinion.   Disregard it, take it with a grain of salt, consider it irrelevant.  I’m certainly not in your shoes, but for what it’s worth:

George, STAY IN JAIL !  – Sometimes the worst thing you can give your opposition is exactly what they want.  The entire bond construct, including restrictions, are beyond ridiculous and absurd.
Save your money, stay in jail.   Take control and use the situation to your advantage.    Use the money you would have spent on freedom to hire a media team to get the truth out.   Frame your own narrative.   Yeah, you have $211,000 to defend yourself against the onslaught, but tell your story. Lester VS. Zimmerman Bond Decision….. "Advanced Lessons In Judicial Railroading"

Judge Lester is specifically and intentionally using his power to manipulate the Orlando court system, in a flawed ideological effort to avoid being on the wrong side of those political forces who can bring him down.  It appears George Zimmerman is being set up to fail with the current Bond Ruling.

The Judicial Order establishing bond has been structured and worded with the specific intent of “using” the legal system to produce a  “desired outcome” (key words “using” and “desired”).
IMHO  –  Representation from “outside” Seminole County is needed asap, and serious consideration should be given to keeping GZ in jail for the moment.   Safer ten-fold. (more…)

Regarding DNA Hands Evidence… Question and Answer from Prior Research

Question submitted via email to the TreeHouse Tip Line

Question: I’ve been on the side of Zimmerman is Not Guilty etc ever since the evidence started showing up, next to none of it even *remotely* suggesting a crime, and all the circumstantial stuff that people claim make him guilty I know is so easy to explain in light of the facts…except for one.
The lack of GZ’s blood on Trayvon’s hands. I know breaking a nose wouldn’t put any blood there, bashing in his head, etc. I know it’s possible to give one hell of a beating and end up with no bruising or blood on your hands.
But putting your hands over someone’s nose and mouth after the nose is broken and bleeding…has it been answered somewhere how that blood didn’t get on Trayvon’s hands? (A mixed DNA profile on one sleeve *could* explain it but that seems thin). (more…)

Mark O'Mara Discusses The Bond Hearing

*Note  O’Mara shares the current Zimmerman Defense Fund balance is $211,000 with various considerable expenditures now taking place. Considering $50,000 was placed in a living account by O’Mara for the Zimmermans in hiding, and now entering the paid testimony costs, lawyer costs, and attorney staff charges, the burn rate is considerable. It would be interesting to know how much in total was contributed to date.
They must have received well in excess of $300,000 so far, and with an estimated projection for total defense cost exceeding $1 million they have quite a way to go.

Judge Lester Delays Opinion – George Zimmerman Bond Request June 29th

Sorry guys, but I’ve been out of loop on family day….   playing catch-up…. Here is some prelim information…. (more soon)

ORLANDO – A Florida judge is delaying his decision on whether to let George Zimmerman out of jail on bond, saying he will rule on the matter later.

Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman’s $150,000 bond earlier this month after he said Zimmerman, who awaits trial for the death of Trayvon Martin, and his wife intentionally tried to dissemble about their financial situation in April so that he could get out on bond. The pair did not disclose more than $100,000 raised on a legal defense fund website. Zimmerman’s wife is charged with perjury. (The site raised more than $200,000 in donations.) (more…)
