A report on the substance and tone of the conversation between President Obama and Benjamin Netanyahu surfaces. Against the statements today by White House Spokesperson, Josh Earnest, the report outlining the conversation appears accurate.

There is no doubt President Obama is angry Netanyahu not only won his election, but won re-election with a considerable margin.

President Obama, John Kerry, and the rest of the anti-Isreal ideologues in the administration had leveraged considerable effort toward Netanyahu’s defeat. They are all now visibly gnashing their teeth and making threats.

To understand the current threats now made by Obama -toward Israel via the U.N- everyone must remember the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Samantha Power (wife of Cass Sunstein) has spent her professional career both as an academic, and as a governmental policy advisor, advocating the position that Israel “is an occupying force”.

Today’s construct of the pending Iranian “nuclear deal” is essentially the same construct that was outlined over a month ago. All sanctions are lifted and in turn Iran keeps centrifuges (around 6,000). The leaked details indicate under the retained ability it would take Iran approximately a year to fully weaponize enough material to build a bomb – and Iran has agreed not to build the actual nuclear weapons for approximately 10 years.

Obama/Kerry are relying on a point that U.N. inspectors will insure the Iranians do not build a nuclear weapon prior to the agreed timeframe.

Democrats and Nancy Pelosi will soon to the microphones to reassure the American electorate by claiming:

“we have to actually see the Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, before we can, …well, um.. tell what is on them”

LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) — The United States and Iran are drafting elements of a nuclear deal that commits Tehran to a 40 percent cut in the number of machines it could use to make an atomic bomb, officials told The Associated Press on Thursday. In return, the Iranians would get quick relief from some crippling economic sanctions and a partial lift of a U.N. embargo on conventional arms.

Agreement on Iran’s uranium enrichment program could signal a breakthrough for a larger deal aimed at containing the Islamic Republic’s nuclear activities. (more…)

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration set a record again for censoring government files or outright denying access to them last year under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, according to a new analysis of federal data by The Associated Press.

The government took longer to turn over files when it provided any, said more regularly that it couldn’t find documents and refused a record number of times to turn over files quickly that might be especially newsworthy.

It also acknowledged in nearly 1 in 3 cases that its initial decisions to withhold or censor records were improper under the law — but only when it was challenged. (more…)

(Via Jerusalem Post) The Israeli elections took a dramatic turn in the early morning hours on Wednesday as official tallies from nearly all precincts indicate that Likud has opened up a significant lead over Zionist Union, a far cry from the virtual dead heat that television exit polls had reported Tuesday evening.

With 99 percent of precincts reporting before dawn on Wednesday, the Likud has emerged as the clear, undisputed victor in the elections.

According to the official up-to-the-minute tally, Likud wins 30 seats while Zionist Union comes in second at 24 seats.

The parties that follow are Joint Arab List (14); Yesh Atid (11); Kulanu (10); Bayit Yehudi (8); Shas (7); United Torah Judaism (6); Yisrael Beytenu (6); and Meretz (4). (read more)

WASHINGTON DC – The White House on Tuesday will announce new rules exempting an administrative office from subjection to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which allows citizens to obtain government documents from federal agencies.

In a Federal Register notice scheduled to publish Tuesday morning, the action to exempt the Office of Administration is listed as a final rule, which means there will be no opportunity for public comment.

The move stems from a lawsuit that began before President Obama took office, but it comes at an odd time – during Sunshine Week, in which government watchdogs promote and push for more transparency. (more…)

(CNSNews.com) – Attorney General Eric Holder deliberately “eclipsed” a report exonerating former Ferguson, Missouri Police Officer Darren Wilson in the Aug. 9, 2014 shooting death of Michael Brown by releasing another report the same day accusing the Ferguson Police Department of racism, a former FBI official told CNSNews.com.

“Eric Holder knew in the fall that there was zero evidence to continue pursuing a case against Darren Wilson. He had seven months to make an announcement,” former FBI assistant director Ronald Hosko pointed out.

“But we had nothing but a resounding silence from the attorney general. He was mute all fall and winter while two police officers were gunned down in New York.”

The former FBI official called the attorney general’s delay in clearing Wilson “an appalling lapse not reflective of the intent to pursue justice,” adding that it was no coincidence that Holder released another report on the federal civil rights investigation of the Ferguson Police Department on the same day. (Via Washington Free Beacon) The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) tried to hide an email about its fear of upsetting the White House from Freedom of Information Act requests by the Associated Press, the AP reported Friday.

Associated Press president Gary Pruitt reported in an op-ed on government transparency that, during the course of an AP investigation into Michelle Obama’s dresses, NARA used a privacy exemption to redact a line in an email that was actually about the agency’s fear of the White House:

As the president said, the United States should not withhold or censor government files merely because they might be embarrassing.

But it happens anyway.

Stunning New Dot Connections – Methinks the White House doth protest too much. I would love to see Josh Earnest try to square the circle of this recent revelation.

The facts of this story have existed in discussion since last year, yet failed to capture traction until the recent protestations of VP Joe Biden, and Secretary of State John Kerry.

From a radio interview in October of 2014 Mark Levin discusses with Michael Leeden the details of a secret message sent by candidate Senator Barack Obama to Iran in 2008 via a former Ambassador, William G Miller.

In essence the content of the communique was Senator Obama telling the Iranian government not to negotiate with the outgoing George Bush administration because Obama was more friendly toward the position of Iran and he would work to structure a more favorable outcome to the Iranian people.

When Federal Judge Andrew Hanen previously blocked the implementation of Obama’s sweeping immigration “executive action”, the DOJ claimed nothing had been done to begin the rules change.  However, they lied.

From the time of the November 2014 President Obama announcement, to the February 2015 court ruling, the Department of Homeland Security had implemented rules to change the status of over 100,000 illegal aliens.  (link for explanation)

After Hanen’s ruling, the DOJ then tried to backtrack on the initial filing with the court and quietly inform the court –through another filing– that the DHS had already executed the change of status.  Hanen is now calling the Obama administration back to his courtroom to explain why they lied.

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (AP) — The judge who blocked President Barack Obama’s executive action on immigration has ordered the Justice Department to answer allegations the government misled him about part of the plan.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen has ordered federal government lawyers to appear in his court March 19 in Brownsville. The hearing is in response to a filing last week in which the government acknowledged some deportation reprieves were granted before Hanen’s Feb. 16 injunction.
