RINO Rep Peter King on Senator Rand Paul and NSA: ..” he doesn’t deserve to be in the United States senate for spreading that type of misperception and absolute lies”…

Representative Peter King is a fully vested Decepticon.

However, after listening to King’s descriptions of NSA phone spying data use, one could be left with a rather curious consideration.

If what Rep King says is true, couldn’t the al-Qaeda affiliates wreak havoc merely with ownership of several yellow page books?

All they would have to do is start down the list of random U.S. phone numbers making calls and not only would the NSA would be bogged down, but thousands of U.S. citizens would be automatically subjected to terroristic stalking by their own government.

…. and how do we know they’re not?

Unring the Bell? Too late for that. Understanding how the NSA activities impacts YOU.

“It is not an easy task to unring a bell, nor to remove from the mind an impression once firmly imprinted there*”

A bell rung can never be unrung.

I’m not anti-government …. I’m just pro Freedom”.

-Ladar Levison, (the founder of secure email provider Lavabit, facing a court case because he closed his company rather than hand over encryption keys) interviewed in the interactive UK Guardian piece published November, 2013

Whether or not you think Snowden was a traitor or a hero; the fact remains that “the bell can not be unrung”.

Heroes walk among us …. Patriots You Need to Know

They are not just inside the gates… they are unwelcome and unannounced intruders in our homes …. the time to wake up and respond has arrived.

Jacob Appelbaum is a US citizen and core member of TOR project (funded originally to provide internet communication security).  He writes open source software, is an independent security software developer, activist hacker and passionate resister to tyranny.
He has stated in past interviews that he believes “personal privacy and institutional transparency are complementary ideas that help to create a free and open society …..Tor is part of an ecosystem of software that helps people regain and reclaim their autonomy. It helps to enable people to have agency of all kinds; it helps others to help each other and it helps you to help yourself. It runs, it is open and it is supported by a large community spread across all walks of life.”
Appelbaum eloquently discusses warrantless or “open writ” dragnet surveillance as “turnkey tyranny” and posits that the black budget agencies that engage in such surveillance are violating the 3rd Amendment Rights of US Citizens, likening the actions of the NSA to de facto “digital soldiers” being quartered in our homes without our knowledge or permission. Citizen Rand Paul Will File Lawsuit, and Request Class Action With Hundreds Of Thousands, Against NSA Spying On Americans….

asdfsdfWOLVERINES !!

Tune in to Sean Hannity’s time slot tonight at 10:00pm on Fox to hear details.  [Eric Bolling will be filling in for Sean Hannity who is on vacation.]
WASHINGTON DC – Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is leading a class-action lawsuit with hundreds of thousands of Americans against President Barack Obama’s National Security Agency (NSA) over its spying on the American people, Breitbart News has learned.
rand-paulSen. Paul will be discussing the lawsuit in an exclusive appearance on Fox News with host Eric Bolling at 10 PM ET on Friday. Breitbart News has learned that Paul will file the class action lawsuit soon in the D.C. District Court and that he will be filing it as an individual, not as a U.S. Senator. For a U.S. Senator to file a such a class action lawsuit against the President of the United States would be extremely rare.
With regard to NSA spying, this is the first class action lawsuit against such activity. This allows the American people to join together in a grassroots manner against President Obama’s NSA for the first time in the legal system, as all other lawsuits have been individuals suing against the agency.  (read more)

President Obama (and Susan Rice) Warn of Potential U.S. Military Action In South Sudan – Um, well,… ahem… lets talk about those Libyan missiles again….

For followers of the Libyan fiasco, and we are not talking about Benghazi, the irony behind Dear Leader and Susan Rice’s recent statements on South Sudan is, well, beyond rich.

[…]  In a letter to Congress, Obama said that about 46 U.S. troops were deployed Saturday to help evacuate Americans. That’s in addition to another 45 troops deployed to reinforce the U.S. Embassy in Juba.

[…]  Earlier Sunday, Obama was briefed by advisers on events in South Sudan following a meeting that his national security adviser, Susan Rice, held with national security aides and U.S. personnel still in South Sudan.

[…]  “I may take further action to support the security of U.S. citizens, personnel, and property, including our Embassy, in South Sudan,” Obama wrote. (link)

I’m just going to cut this down to brass tacks.
The latest international storylines seem to be revolving around chaos reigning supreme in South Sudan.    Over the weekend four members of the U.S. military were shot by machine gun fire as they attempted to evacuate the R2P crowd of U.S. do-gooders.

Fair enough.    But why is the media avoiding the brutally obvious?    Oh yeah, wouldn’t want to actually connect dots and seem all conspiracy minded.
Then again, failure to talk about the 20,000+ missing Libyan missiles, and massive stockpiles of missing WMD (gas et al), does not protect you from the reality of it. (more…)

Edward Snowden Vindicated by Federal Judges Decision ?

The more I read about what, where, when, why and how Snowden came to find out about the scope of the NSA intelligence gathering – the more I accept there was no other way for him to reveal the entire mess.
(Via The Guardian) Edward Snowden, the former security contractor who leaked a trove of National Security Agency documents, welcomed a court ruling on Monday that declared the bulk collection of Americans’ telephone records to be a likely violation of the US constitution.

Snowden said the ruling, by a US district judge, justified his disclosures. “I acted on my belief that the NSA’s mass surveillance programs would not withstand a constitutional challenge, and that the American public deserved a chance to see these issues determined by open courts,” he said in comments released through Glenn Greenwald, the former Guardian journalist who received the documents from Snowden.
“Today, a secret program authorised by a secret court was, when exposed to the light of day, found to violate Americans’ rights. It is the first of many,” said Snowden, whose statement was first reported by the New York Times. (more…)

One Sane Federal Judge Rules NSA Phone Surveillance Unconstitutional

FYI – I’m looking for the actual written ruling to share.

Dont_spy_on_meWASHINGTON — A federal judge ruled Monday that the National Security Agency’s controversial surveillance program that collects millions of Americans’ telephone records may be unconstitutional.
U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon ruled in a lawsuit brought by conservative activist Larry Klayman that the legal challenge to the massive surveillance program — disclosed in full earlier this year by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden — would likely succeed.
Leon, appointed to the bench by President George W. Bush, issued a preliminary injunction against the program but suspended the order to allow an appeal by the Justice Department, which said it was reviewing the decision. (more…)

Report: German Newspaper – Obama Lied To Angela Merkel, He Personally Ordered The Bugging Of Her Phone

Fitting this comes out today – considering we posted this earlier.
(Via WeaselZippers)  Apparently the NSA has been bugging the Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, since 2002. According to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, President Barack Obama told Merkel on Saturday that he would have stopped the bugging had he known about it.

However, Bild is reporting that not only did Obama know about the bugging, but that he himself personally ok’d it in 2010, and stepped up surveillance on Merkel, calling for a “comprehensive dossier” on her.  According to Bild:  (continue reading)

A Millennial's Halloween Horror – Obamascare HHS, IRS, NSA….. There Is NO Escape

Once you get in the car, you can’t get off ’til the ride’s over…

“Just because the cat had kittens in the oven, it don’t make ‘em biscuits.”

You have probably seen multiple written accounts, stories and publish articles, recently about a growing international backlash.   This stems from revelations that under the specific direction of President Obama  the NSA (National Security Agency) has been spying upon a growing contingent of international leaders.
Our allies are furious with the NSA for spying on them and their respective leaders.   Consequently U.S. credibility and trust has been deconstructed.
Indeed, by recent count the list of Allied Western nations rising in open opposition to President Obama, and his administration, stands around 35.  That’s THIRTY FIVE.
It is against that bold and visible backdrop we wish to draw back your attention.

In July of 2012, during his Term-two presidential bid, President Obama gave a speech to the Veterans of Foreign Wars convention in Reno, Nevada. His speech was specifically constructed to outline his accomplishments:

“Because we’re leading around the world, people have a new attitude toward America.” “There’s more confidence in our leadership. We see it everywhere we go.”
Barack Obama July 2012

At the time many of us just about fell out of our seats. With quick dispatch, and working purely from immediate memory, we outlined the following:

[2012]  There are many administration claims that I shake my head when I hear, but this one is perhaps the worst. It is a complete and utter fallacy to proclaim President Obama’s foreign policy has been even remotely successful. This is just freestyle off the top of my head, but consider: (more…)
