(Via Washington Times)  Gun retailers say the Obama administration is trying to put them out of business with regulations and investigations that bypass Congress and choke off their lines of credit, freeze their assets and prohibit online sales.

Since 2011, regulators have increased scrutiny on banks’ customers. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in 2011 urged banks to better manage the risks of their merchant customers who employ payment processors, such as PayPal, for credit card transactions. The FDIC listed gun retailers as “high risk” along with porn stores and drug paraphernalia shops.

Meanwhile, the Justice Department has launched Operation Choke Point, a credit card fraud probe focusing on banks and payment processors. The threat of enforcement has prompted some banks to cut ties with online gun retailers, even if those companies have valid licenses and good credit histories. (more…)

Senator Dianne Feinstein (D – Calif.) thinks the House select committee on Benghazi is “ridiculous.”

“I think it’s a hunting mission for a lynch mob,” she told CNN’s Candy Crowley on State of the Union Sunday.

Education Supreme Court decision that outlawed segregation — would focus on race, not their children’s accomplishments.

Like us, if you had concerns the entire MH-370 missing plane search was fraught with undisclosed assumptions this recent revelation will bring even more validity to your concerns.

From the outset, we have held the position the Inmarsat Data just never made sense.  Too many assumptions, and far too much reliance, on a singular uncommon denominator fraught with intellectual implausibility, the “Inmarsat satellite data”.  For whatever reason the public was never allowed to actually analyze.

It was always presented as “take our word for it”;  and none of it ever made sense.    The geometry, the telemetry, and the global positionings inherent from the math, well, actually inherent from the assumptions within the math, just never made sense from the outset.

Now, as time has passed, and more people demand to know exactly what the specifics behind the assumptions were, the Inmarsat people who analyzed the data sets -and targeted the search area-  claim to have lost the data.     Well, actually, they claim to have given it all to the Malaysian/Australian authority… and the authorities claim they never received it…. and supposedly there was only one copy…..  Yeah, go figure – you getting this?…. The Truth Has No Agenda – It’s nice to see voices who can actually conceptualize the bigger picture as it’s assembled.  We said previously that all other explanations don’t make sense.   The progressive NYT would never put itself under such scrutiny for pay inequity unless there was a bigger ideological reason for the removal.   That “bigger” more logical reason we have outlined is also supported in this recent talk radio voice:

(Via Newsmax) The firing of Jill Abramson as executive editor of The New York Times happened because she “went over the line” in criticizing the heavy-handed tactics used by the Obama administration in dealing with the media, claims radio talk show host Tom Sullivan.

Sullivan pointed out that “earlier this year” (in fact, just last month, in an interview with The Takeaway) Abramson said, “The Obama years are a benchmark for a new level of secrecy and control.” He said she added that “sources who want to come forward with stories they feel are important are scared to death they’re going to be prosecuted.” (more…)

Obvious to everyone now is the stealth agenda behind mediocre at best Michael Sam.   His agenda was never about football or being an NFL football player.   How is this known? Because every action has been about football “secondary” to his gay advocacy.

The latest revelation about a hidden contract with Oprah Winfrey’s OWN TV, kept secret from scouts and NFL franchises so as not to affect his football draft odds, is just one more point to evidence that regard.

Now, facing sunlight upon the REAL agenda, the TV show is postponed.

Oprah Winfrey’s OWN is postponing its Michael Sam docuseries.  The news comes amid reports that the NFL and the St. Louis Rams were unaware of Sam’s docuseries plans and just two days after the Discovery-owned cable network officially green-lighted the reality show. This Michael Sam situation is wrong on so many levels….   Apparently now it is disclosed the deal with OWN TV was planned long before the NFL draft and kept secret so that it did not impact his draft potential.

This level of manipulation and deceit is exactly why people like me, who ordinarily don’t give a hoot about sexual orientation issues, find ourselves with horrible opinions of the pressuring, scheming, conniving and manipulation within the gay rights movement.  This is not how you gain support – it’s the EXACT opposite.  A good analysis in that regard is HERE (Hat Tip Tex)

(Via Sports Illustrated)  The Oprah Winfrey Network is set to begin production on a documentary series surrounding Michael Sam, a plan that Sam and his representatives knew about before the draft. The problem? The latter group didn’t disclose that fact to the St. Louis Rams or other teams.

Per ESPN’s Ed Werder, Sam and Co. didn’t disclose their OWN documentary plans to teams ahead of the draft out of fear that he “might not be picked.” St. Louis scooped up Sam at pick No. 249 overall. (more…)

If you are unfamiliar with the Dept. of Justice “Operation Chokepoint” you are not alone.  Details are challenging to work out, but essentially it’s a stealth directive (operation) from the Eric Holder DOJ to identify “at risk profiles” within the banking industry and ‘choke off’ the selected individual(s), and businesses, from access to financial services (banking).

Essentially if you find yourself identified in the DOJ crosshairs – the banking industry is instructed to close down your accounts and access to services.    It’s like the IRS leverage, only applied to individuals and not organizations.   More info HERE.
