You’ve probably seen the recent reports of President Obama ordering the transport and dumping of thousands of Mexican Illegal Aliens into various states, particularly Arizona. According to DHS and ICE officials it’s because the border with Texas is overwhelmed with an influx of Mexican Nationals seeking U.S. status with pending Amnesty Immigration Legislation widely anticipated.

Before looking at what DHS/ICE are actually doing, I would like to divert your immediate attention to this video. This video was taken in 2011, in the exact area where the U.S. Border Patrol are currently being overwhelmed.

The Border Patrol has been overwhelmed by a surge of undocumented immigrants crossing the border illegally in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, including nearly 50,000 children traveling on their own, the AP reported.

CALIFORNIA – Birth-control advocate and liberal media darling Sandra Fluke didn’t garner enough votes in Tuesday’s state senate primary to avoid a runoff election.

Fluke, who came in to the race with the highest name recognition of any of the five candidates running for California’s 26th Senate District, didn’t even get the most votes. Ben Allen, a member of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District board, edged out Fluke with 21.9 percent of the vote to Fluke’s 19.4 percent. (more…)

ARIZONA – Scores of undocumented immigrants from Central America have been released at Greyhound Lines Inc. bus stations in Tucson and Phoenix over the past several days after they were flown to Arizona from south Texas, officials acknowledged.

Andy Adame, a spokesman for the Border Patrol in Tucson, confirmed that over the weekend federal officials flew about 400 migrants apprehended in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas to Tucson to be processed. He said the migrants were flown to Arizona because the Border Patrol does not have enough manpower to handle a surge in illegal immigrants in south Texas.

The release has drawn criticism from those on both sides of the immigration issue. (more…)

In essence President Obama is saying: with each passing day his influence diminishes so they must act fast or the American people will not allow comprehensive immigration reform with amnesty…..  All good usurpers act expeditiously.

WASHINGTON DC – President Obama on Tuesday said the House has a “very narrow window” of two or three months to move forward on immigration reform.

“The closer we get to midterm elections, the harder it will be to get things done,” Obama said during a meeting with more than 40 law enforcement officials Tuesday at the White House.

(Via NRO)   Republicans like Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush, Grover Norquist, et al. who insist that the House GOP pass Chuck Schumer’s amnesty bill are saying that Obama can be trusted to enforce whatever new immigration laws we come up with.

As if there weren’t already abundant evidence of the absurdity of such trust, a Buzzfeed story adds to the pile.

The story is about disagreement between Schumer and the White House over plans to water down enforcement even more. The less-sophisticated among the anti-borders Left are demanding that the ongoing review of deportation policy, designed to make it more “humane,” result in dramatic new curbs on the removal of illegal aliens or, even better, de facto amnesty for all illegals along the lines of Obama’s illegal DREAM Act–style DACA amnesty. NORTH CAROLINA – In March 2014, illegal aliens were charged with more than 250 separate counts of sex crimes against children, throughout the state of North Carolina.

Of course, this figure is not an anomaly, as those here illegally were charged with more than 150 acts of child molestation during the previous month in the Tarheel state.

This war against the children of North Carolina is simply the inevitable result of both the Obama administration’s decision to basically suspend all immigration enforcement, as well as city governments throughout the state implementing so-called ‘sanctuary policies’ which shield criminal aliens from possible deportation. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce want “Amnesty”.

Chamber President, Tom Donohue, paid a lot of money to Senator Mitch McConnell to deliver “Amnesty”.   That’s why McConnell put the “Gang of Ocho” together.
Chamber President, Tom Donohue, has also paid enormous sums of money to House Speaker John Boehner to deliver “Amnesty”.

“Disparate Impact” is a legal term used by progressive lawyers hell bent on social engineering.   The origin of the term actually comes from the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), and despite it’s application the interpretation of law makes no sense.
The intent of “Disparate Impact” is to engineer outcomes, not opportunity as one would think.
The term applies to consequences not origination or intent.
It was first thought up within a progressive think-tank as a way to force civil rights outcomes.  The concept was then delivered to the EEOC as a tool to leverage their social justice goal, force employers to hire illegal aliens.     It has been an open secret for well over a decade.
Example:   Under the legal definition of “Disparate Impact” you cannot use employment eligibility (work authorization) as a qualification for employment – Why?  Because more Hispanics, compared to other applicants, will be impacted as ineligible by the employment screening.   Ergo the employment eligibility screen itself, checking lawful residency, creates a “disparate impact” against Hispanics and is therefore illegal.
However, it was not the absurd nature of the legal application which upset the Federal Judge in this EEOC case;  it was the fact the EEOC itself uses the EXACT SAME pre-employment screening (credit check) it was suing a company for using. (more…)
